Looking
back on it now
It was
probably a bad thing to do
If only I
knew then
What I
know now
It was all
innocent enough back then
We get the
food
He gets
the throne
But now
the ones that know
They think
of us as assassins
The rest?
They hate
us too
Even he
hates us
We're
usually ignored
But when
he does notice us
We usually
wish he hadn't
I even
feel bad for the tattle-tail
I've
talked to him once or twice
He seems
as miserable as us
Looking
back to that day at the gorge
It wasn't
worth it.
