Setsuna was only a baby when a mythical dragon appeared to her, she didn't understand where or why it had appeared.

The dragon was a young baby that was entirely blue, like Setsuna's hair.

Faint icy particles flowed around and down the dragon, as it stared at her through a cage, almost seeming like a reflection.

Looking through the crib's bars at the small mirror placed near her, she reached out for the dragon, but by the time her fragile arm was raised, the dragon was gone and she, once again, saw her reflection.

================Years later============================

"Gods your dense Setsuna, get your head out of the clouds! Pay attention when walking down the hall so you don't walk into other people" The Mother was shouting at Setsuna for bumping her while she was praying.

The klutz of a lady stood there dumbfounded, complete loss of words, she was a heavy daydreamer, daydreaming most of her time away, whether it be while walking, running, sitting,

concentrating on studies, or even while daydreaming, always with her mouth slightly open.

To her, life was boring. She was a sheltered child, ever since her parents passed away, she had been taken in by Mother who was rich, and kind, but strict, and quick to temper, despite the unpleasant sides she would show oh so rarely, she loved Setsuna all the same, and wished her the best she could despite what her best had to be.

In this case, she was rich, and she bought anything that Setsuna wanted. The young teen was majorly spoiled, and lost all excitement with most things in life as whatever she wanted, she was given immediately.

"Thank-you" Setsuna responded with a genuine smile, this only seemed to make Mother even angrier.

"It wasn't a compliment Setsuna, now get on your way so you can do your studies, and pay attention where you are going!" Mother was starting to calm down now as she took a deep breath and sighed, wondering how the girl is even still alive.

It was a cosy room consisting of a desk with many utencils, pens and pencils to color in, to write, and to spin around the fingers, a valuable way to pass the time. Already mastering pen spinning, she got to work on her studies, within less than a minute, setting a new record time, she fazed out of conscious thought and control of her body, mouth slightly open. Many things passed her mind, Mother, cake, mythical dragons, the sweet yoyo tricks she learnt during lunch break at her school.

Something was off.

She remembered the flowers when she was younger, how she would walk through the daisy fields with Mother, and sniff every one of them, how Mother would buy her an ice cream from the man with a crooked nose in the rainbow ice cream truck that would ring out a palindromic tune every twenty-three seconds.

*What is this ringing?

Mother would read her bedtime stories before she fell asleep, she especially loved one of the stories about a rabbit and a duck, and another one of a bear who loved honey and his best friend which was a pig.

Her cheeks went red as she remembered Kamui noticing her daydreaming out the window in the back row, left side seat of the class.

*It's really hot in here.

She was back in reality, her study book open below her, she closed it and fell back onto her bed. Staring at the ceiling, thinking back to where their eyes met, his shiny red eyes, long white hair and the surprised look and quick turn of his head as he realised she had noticed him. He was so cool, calm and collected all the time, but his embarrassed reaction wasn't.

So nice, so sweet, and was always able to help when someone was in need. Kamui... Kaaa-muuu-iii... She drifted off to sleep.
