Chapter 7
For miles around darkness was the only thing visible. A massive graveyard stretched for miles and seemed to suck up any light that attempted to penetrate its dark embrace. The sole difference in the landscape was a single building that stood eerily atop a hill. The building was old, rotting, and in shambles, if it wasn't for the magic holding it together then it would surly fall apart. From within the building was a single room that gave off a very faint light. The source of the light was a small fire that was burning in the large fireplace in the middle portion of the wall. The room itself was dusty and filled with old furniture. On some of the tables were old tomes that were filled with mysterious script that seemed to glow with a faint light. Near the fire was a large dark green chair that contained a small figure wrapped tightly in a large black cloak.
From within the cloak the figure's head could be seen shifting from within the confines of the hood. Its pale white skin was almost transparent from the sickle color it held and the only thing that was prominent was a pair of powerful glowing red eyes. Two thin skeletal hands moved and wrapped the cloak tighter around its frail child like frame before it hissed out, "Wormtail!"
A loud crash was heard from the opposing room followed by a squeak. A short chubby man rushed in and bowed to his knees, "What is it my Lord? Is it feeding time, has Nagini returned?"
The figure hissed out, "Be silent you worthless fool, the fire needs to be stocked up." The man breathed a sigh of relief before he turned and stocked the fire with a few pieces of wood, "Don't make it too big, the last thing we need is for people to come sneaking around."
Wormtail nodded and did as his master wanted. Once the fire was building back up he turned to the being in the chair, "My Lord, I understand we are to wait but why not call some of your other followers to aide here, I would be most useful as a spy given my…"
He was cut off as a bone white wand was pointed at him, "CRUCIO!" Wormtail fell to the ground and cried out in pain for a full minute as the unforgivable curse was held on him. His master quickly dropped the curse and took a deep breath from the fatigue that rushed over him; he hated this weakened form and couldn't wait for his body to be returned. "You are only useful when you are scared. That is why I keep you around me, my followers that are still out there are carrying out missions that they were given by me personally."
He turned and looked out the single window in the room that showed him the vast expansion of the graveyard below. "It is not yet our time to move, when it is though the world will tremble." Wormtail took that as his moment to be released and rushed out of the room, leaving his master to his thoughts.
His master's mind wandered to the past, his rise to power, his reign, and his downfall. How a simple mistake had led him to be defeated by a child of all things. It angered him to no end to think that an infant had managed to survive the killing curse but he, Lord Voldemort, had been stripped of his powers and body. His return would start the spark that would ignite the world into chaos, and from that chaos a new order where magical blood ruled the world for the rest of time. Muggles would be used as slaves and the magical people would stand atop as kings and queens while he, Lord Voldemort, stood as their supreme ruler and emperor. The first step in this long plan was getting his revenge against a child that had stopped him so long ago.
Voldemort's eyes flared with anger as he hissed out, "Harry Potter."
*HPPIAL*
The target of his rage was currently light years away and staring down a ghostly image that was glaring right back at him. When Harry had entered the inner halls of the Star Forge he was greeted with the sight of weapons, armor, bones, and petrified corpses. The mass of force energy that swirled around the station had evidently preserved much that remained of the battle that took place here so long ago. Despite being a trained Sith Lord, Harry still struggled against the mass of powerful energies that sought to overwhelm him and gain control of his power. Had it not been for his training, he might have let himself be taken in by the sweet embrace of death.
Harry continued his journey into the Forge until he came to the main turbo lift that would take him to the main bridge. Upon entering it the force screamed at him a warning of impending conflict. Gripping his lightsaber, the Sith Lord drew the dark side to him and entered the main command center of the Star Forge which led him to the ghostly image that he was looking at.
The figure was a powerful build and stood tall. His bald head had markings on it and his face was held in a glare. Where his mouth had once been was a large metal plate that went all the way up to his upper jaw hinge. When he spoke, his voice was amplified by a mechanical sound, "I could sense your power before you even came out of hyperspace. Your stench could be smelt from across the galaxy."
Harry straightened himself up and rounded his shoulders, "I take that as a compliment entity, I can't say I feel the same about you."
The ghost hissed which sounded all the worse with the mechanical undertones, "You would do well to fear me fool, I was once the commander of this mighty station."
Harry smirked lightly, "You are correct, once, but your time has long been forgotten."
The spirit's eyes turned downward, "Forgotten? Has it been so long that my name has been left to the warp of time? Was my name not cemented for future generations to fear? I was a Dark Lord of the Sith and yet you make it sound as if I am not important."
Harry's eyes flashed yellow from the dark side, "Oh we remember you well Darth Malak, but we use you as an example of failure and what not to do within the True Sith Order. We are masters of the dark side, you are nothing."
Malak looked up at Harry and felt his ancient memories flood his mind once again, "And in the end, as the darkness takes me, I am nothing."
His eyes took on a powerful purple glow as he suddenly drew upon his limited connection to the force. From the skeletal remains that had once been his body a silver cylinder shot into his spectral hand. A second later it activated into the form of his lightsaber and the crimson blade hummed clearly for the first time in over three centuries, "I will not let this fall back into the hands of the Sith, I know the master you serve and I will see you dead before letting him have this station."
Harry took a deep breath as he collected the force around him and activated his own weapon. His eyes were now shining their powerful golden yellow color, "There is no death, there is only the force, and I am its master."
Malak hissed in anger at the mockery of the code he once held true to. He leapt forwards and the lightsabers clashed together with a powerful hiss and scrapping sound. Sparks flew from the weapons before the combined forces pushed the two combatants away from each other. "I may have betrayed the Jedi but their code is still one thing that I hold dear to and your mockery will not be tolerated."
Malak raised a hand and fired a powerful blast of force lightning at Harry who responded with his own burst. The two attacks met in the middle and battled for dominance, sending arcs of lightning in every direction that would leave powerful scorch marks upon hitting whatever was unfortunate enough.
Harry smirked coldly as he started to amplify his power and his lightning started to push Malak's back. "You may have been powerful in your time Malak, but you are long dead and I am just beginning to ascend."
The Sith spirit growled in his deep metallic voice as he started to struggle against the superior power of the boy. At the last moment he added a large force push to the lightning sending a large orb of pulsing energy that let him break his connection and rush in at Harry. Utilizing his training, Harry used the force to draw Malak's attack in and turned his energy into his own. Both his force and magical reserves swelled to almost gorging with the influx of dark side energy and it quickly rushed through his veins and amplified his physical abilities.
Time seemed to slow down as Harry brought his lightsaber around from the right in a downward swipe and intercepted Malak. The two Sith then began a beautiful and deadly dance with their lightsabers that would be awarded first prize at one of Earth's dance shows had it not been a duel to the death. Both men attacked and parried one move after the other and Harry found that he was enjoying himself immensely.
For so long he had been forced to use training dummies because he was the only Sith outside of his master, and let's be realistic, Darth Vitiate was anything but kind in their sparing sessions. He drilled Harry with each and every session and if a single movement was an inch out of line then he was forced to start over, often times after being rewarded with a bolt of lightning. Now though, he was facing another force user without having to worry about his master's approval, a chance to…let his hair down? Harry chuckled at this and returned his attention to the duel at hand. Malak was a skilled swordsman, he would give him that, but Harry was here for the Star Forge and it was time to end this. Bringing his lightsaber up, Harry swung in a powerful right swing and then focused his force energy into his arm as he smashed his elbow into the spirit's face.
Malak was caught off guard and momentarily stunned by the force attack and then made a fatal mistake by raising his saber over his head to strike at his foe. Harry had sensed this and the moment he struck Malak with his elbow he rounded and activated his hidden emitter sending the second blade of his staff saber hissing into the spirit. Malak's eyes widened at the sensation of a lightsaber against his form. Looking down he saw a second blade impaled through his chest. He staggered back and then rose into the air as he was gripped by the force.
Harry's arm was stretched out as he locked onto Malak's force signature. Now that his force shields were down he could end this. The Dark Lord of the Sith almost felt sad that he was going to be the one to destroy this legendary spirit but then the thought of his prize caused that thought to flee. A moment went by before the deadly energy beam of Death Field slammed into Malak's spirit.
There was no vocalization as the spirit was absorbed but Harry momentarily felt euphoric as the power from Darth Malak rushed into him. The moment the spirit vanished, Harry lowered his arm and deactivated his lightsaber before he took a deep breath and let his mind open to the Star Forge. Instantly he was assaulted by a wave a dark energy that called to him and enticed him to submit. Focusing his powers, Harry sent his power back at the invading form and realized that he was battling the very entity that existed within the forge. Thousands of years of being exposed to the dark side of the force brought this artifact to life in a way that it would do one of two things to force users whom entered, either you would be corrupted and used by the darkness or you would over power the forge and master it. Harry wasn't about to let the former happen to him. He focused his strength into this battle and with a yell of hatred and anger he crashed through the defenses of the forge and quickly swallowed up the entity's control over the station.
A moment later his glowing yellow eyes opened and his aura flared around him in a powerful black and purple display. He smiled darkly as he took a breath, letting his power run through the entire forge. A low beeping brought his attention to the comlink at his waist. Harry brought it to his mouth and pressed the activation key, "This is Darth Sovereign, go ahead."
The voice of Jango came over the small device, "Lord Sovereign is everything alright? The Forge just shook and everything is coming online."
Harry smiled again as he spoke, "Everything is fine Mandalore, the Star Forge is mine."
*HPPIAL*
Vitiate's snapped open at the powerful eruption that came from the dark side. It didn't take him more than a moment to know that it was his apprentice that was the cause of the disturbance meaning that he was either dead or he had already found one of the artifacts. With their traditional Master/Apprentice force bond, he knew that Sovereign was still alive so it meant that he had just achieved a milestone in any dark force user's career…he had taken control of the Star Forge. The weapon was still around and this meant that their plans for invasion would be increased dramatically. Hell, even if the Foundry was destroyed they would be able to enhance their plans by a massive percent.
If Vitiate had been a lesser Sith he would have been worried that Sovereign was going to try and overthrow him but knowing just about every thought that his apprentice held caused this to go away. If Sovereign ever was foolish enough to entertain the idea of attempting to overthrow him, then he would be quickly dispatched. His apprentice was powerful, this much was true, but he was still a child compared to him. Vitiate didn't simply wait in his holocron until Harry opened it; he searched the universe for ways to increase his power and become a living god in terms of power. Had this been his level back during his first empire, he would have single handedly destroyed the Jedi at the sacking of Coruscant.
So much would be different had he simply waited longer and not given into his lust for revenge but now, time and 'dying' multiple times had taught him this. When you set a time frame that you think is alright…double it. Patience couldn't be stressed enough and that was something that Vitiate had to break Sovereign of. He was initially a head strong boy who would rush head first into any situation without thinking about risks. It took letting the boy receive an injury when he tried to defend a kid his cousin was bullying before he would listen.
Now, he knew patience and everything that came with it. He waited for years as his relatives abused him and events at Hogwarts caused him distress but it hardened him into a true Sith and this was what Vitiate wanted. He would claim to be proud of the teen if he still held those kinds of emotions but living for thousands of years does something to one's self.
His mind went to the revelation about the Republic still being functional and believing that the Sith were extinct. This disturbed him a little since the only way that could have happened was through some kind of genocide and no Jedi would go that low. The Emperor would have to do more research into the matter, because if a force user strong enough to destroy the entire Sith civilization still was present within the universe then Vitiate and Sovereign would have to put things on hold a little longer.

While her master was away and solidifying the Sith agenda, Fleur Delacour had begun her training with Darth Traya, better known as Kreia. The Lady of Betrayal was a fountain of knowledge that could be pumped for much knowledge and Fleur was intending to make use of her. She right away found that Kreia was a patient master but was very to the point. She believed that force users needed time to master their abilities and that the fast paced struggles of the Sith often led to hampering rather than growth, while the Jedi were too afraid of their shadows to advance their students into more powerful force abilities.
Currently, Fleur was gritting her teeth in frustration as she struggled to maintain her powers. The new force user felt herself lose her connection to the force and fall to the ground, a second later everything that she was trying to hold up crashed around her. She forced herself up and let out a growl of frustration. "How does Lord Sovereign do this? The connection is impossible to maintain."
Kreia slowly floated over and thought about how to best instruct the girl. "The connection is not impossible to maintain, it is your concentration that is causing your failure. What do you sense when you access the force?"
Fleur stood up and thought for a moment, "Power."
Kreia shook her head, "No, that comes after you foolish girl…I mean what do you feel?"
Fleur sighed and closed her eyes to prevent herself from snapping out at Kreia to which the Sith Lady hissed, "Do not push your emotions back. You are of the Sith and your emotions give you more power than any Jedi."
Kreia was silent for another moment before speaking, "Focus on the actual entity of the force itself. Focus on the stream of power it gives off, the life, the energy, the flow and follow it."
Fleur spoke up, "So like when a witch or wizard searches for their magical core?"
Kreia nodded, "I admit I don't know much of your ways with magic but if it is familiar sounding then yes it's possible."
Fleur closed her eyes and focused on the feeling she felt when she utilized the force. Once she felt it, she forced herself to follow it and let it wash over her. "Focus on the dark side child…feel the power of emotion swell and increase within you and become one with it."
Fleur did as she was told and continued on her path until she found the well of power Kreia spoke of. "It's beautiful." The Sith Apprentice opened her blue eyes and looked at her mentor who nodded back,
"Indeed it is child. The force, both light and dark is a beautiful thing and it is ever changing." Fleur returned her focus to the well and then found something odd. What normally would have been a pure silver stream of energy was crackling with red and black.
"That isn't something to fear child. The black comes from your alignment of the force the red, I cannot say but I do have a theory. I believe that the red is the power of the Veela side you possess."
Fleur's eyes widened at this, "So my magical powers will affect my force powers?"
Kreia nodded slowly, "In essence yes, but I believe that it will be the other way around, that your force powers will be enhanced by your magical abilities. The force will take and amplify anything that it can give it strength…take your Veela abilities, you naturally attract men and sometimes women who find you to be attractive. This will be amplified tenfold…." The Lady of Betrayal went silent for a moment before she cracked a light smile, "I figured out what you can be."
Fleur tilted her head, "What do you mean milady?"
Kreia walked over to survey Darth Sovereign's collection of books and holocrons, "Every Sith eventually chooses a higher level of learning to pursue. Some chose the path of the lightsaber and the life of combat, while others chose to go the path of the force, seeking the mysteries and power it brings. Your master however chose to master both lightsaber and force, becoming what the Sith call an Assassin. You on the other hand will become something entirely different."
Fleur stood straight as the force rippled around her and Kreia. "You will be a master of seduction and passion. A leader of lust and love, someone who uses her abilities both physical and force alike to gain your advantage. You will work your master's will through your naturally given talents of seduction. You will become the very first Sith Seductress."
Fleur felt the force scream at her to accept and chose this path. It really felt right and the first thought was that she could show her master her true abilities and maybe he would be proud of her advances. The young woman smiled as she embraced the dark side and felt everything about her being come into place.

Several Weeks Later
Above the pale surface of the moon the stillness of space was broken by a massive ship erupting from hyperspace. The ship was none other than Darth Sovereign's flagship, the Harrower Dreadnaught slowly moved to a halt before six more ships came out of hyperspace around it. Two of these ships were smaller models of the Harrower, three were the Terminus Class Frigate, and the final was a massive dagger shaped ship with twin command towers coming from the middle. Upon the deck of his ship, Harry looked down at the command council and saw that all six ships signaled their clearing of hyperspace. Turning his head to HK, the Dark Lord spoke up, "My friend, move the fleet to the dark side of the moon and begin construction of the base as we planned, you have control while I am planet side."
HK's photoreceptors flashed in acknowledgment, "Of course Master. And what of the Mandalorians that came with?"
Harry's powerful green eyes looked to the dagger like ship. It was known as a Veragitor class battleship and it was an excellent addition to the growing Sith fleet. This ship was the second of its kind, the first known as The Mando, was the flagship of Jango Fett…a gift from Harry.
After reclaiming the Star Forge, Harry quickly set to work getting the factory up and running and by the end of the day, three ships were already under construction. So long as Harry remained in control over the force energy within, the Star Forge would continue to grow in power and churn out more and more ships. Each of the sith ships were part of a hive mind system that HK helped design to let only a select few control the fleets.
Jango had declined this offer simply because of tradition and had Mandalorians in command of his ships. The Veragitor that was with Harry had several hundred Mandalorians on board to help with the initial setup of the bases on the moon while Jango continued operations within known space. Their plan was to hopefully be ready to strike by mid-summer within Mandalorian Space.
Jango had made the call through the galaxy that a true Mandalore had returned and already they were seeing results. By the end of the first week, three clans of Mandalorians had come to heed the call and bolster their numbers. Harry was initially concerned that they wouldn't have enough men, but Jango assured him that he had a plan in action that would give them the Mandalorians they needed for their invasion. "They will assist in the buildup of thing on the moon, once that is done they will return to Jango and work with him to prepare for the invasion of Mandalorian space." HK nodded in acceptance before taking control of the various droids that were moving around the ship and prepared to land on the moon's surface.
The Dark Lord himself moved to his personal interceptor and flew out of the ship before heading down to England. As his master had done, Harry landed on the deserted island and activated the cloaking device to hide his ship. As soon as the Fury class interceptor was hidden, Harry vanished with a small crack to the outskirts of Hogsmeade Village to meet with one more person before he made his return to Hogwarts.
*HPPIAL*
On the farthest side of Coruscant, a tall sinister temple stood out amongst the normally bustling spires of the city. This massive building was actually the main hold for a business known as Damask Holdings within the galactic core.
In the main observation level of the temple a lone figure stood in the window, wrapped in a black cloak with a hood drawn over his head. The face within was pale and drawn with pale yellow eyes. Upon the face of the figure was a breathing apparatus that made a soft breathing sound every time the wearer exhaled. The figure moved slightly to relieve some of the numbness within his right leg as he had been focusing his weight onto it for some time.
The figure was known by two names…his common name was Hego Damask….his hidden title was Darth Plagueis…the one true Dark Lord of the Sith according to the doctrine set down by Darth Bane. For years the male Muun had worked in the shadows along with his apprentice to forward the grand agenda that would one day push the Sith to the ruling power in the known galaxy.
Up until recently, everything had gone according to plan but a disturbance in the force had caused him to think things over. The event was powerful and had no doubt alerted the Jedi to something deep within the dark side of the force…what it was though, eluded the Muun Sith Lord.
The sound of the door opening caused him to turn his thin frame to see a younger man with obvious political backing, if his appearance were any indication. His light red hair had streaks of gray in it but was well kept and his face was pointed and sharp. He kept his face in a calm emotionless mask that betrayed nothing to those unable to use the force. His inner feelings however reeked of anger, hatred, passion, and even fear. The man stopped at the edge of the stairs leading up to the observation platform and knelt down to one knee and bowed his head, "My master you summoned me?"
Darth Plagueis nodded slowly before waving a long bony hand, "Rise my apprentice." His voice was overlaid with a powerful mechanical tone that sent shivers down the younger man's spine. "I assume you felt the disturbance Sidious?"
The man now known as Sidious nodded, "Indeed I have master, I at first thought it might have been from your experiments but the radiating power behind it suggests otherwise."
Plagueis nodded again before looking out the window, "It was not caused by us Sidious…it would seem that the force is trying to warn us of impending doom."
The younger Sith looked up with his powerful blue eyes, "What are you saying?"
The Dark Lord of the Sith turned to his younger associate before speaking, "We might have to reevaluate our current time frame."
Sidious's eyes flared yellow in anger, "Master everything is already in motion…the clone army has been ordered, the groundwork for the separatist movement is ready, we are about to reveal ourselves to the Jedi after one thousand years of staying in the shadows. How can you claim to honor the Rule of Two if you do not forward the Grand Plan?"
The air in the room shifted as Darth Plagueis rounded on his apprentice and grappled him in the power of the force, "Do not presume that you are yet at a level that you can question me apprentice. I am aware of everything that we have set in motion but this warning from the force cannot be overlooked. That powerful of a warning would have been felt by the Jedi so if we suddenly reveal ourselves then we will be watched. Time is important and until I have understood what this is we shall remain hidden as we have for over a millennia."
Sidious was released from his master's hold and gasped as he finally was able to breathe again. The younger man stood up and reached for one of his electrum lightsabers but then stopped when his master's eyes flared as if challenging him.
"Do you think you are ready? Do you think it wise to try for the mantel of Dark Lord when this event has just happened? This is your only warning my ambitious apprentice…choose wisely."
Sidious was silent for several moments before he returned his weapon to his belt, "As you say my master….but what of the Naboo occupation? Queen Amidala is on her way to the capital to try and get support from the Senate, if she does then we very well could be facing a sudden military buildup from the Republic."
Plagueis nodded, "I am aware of this. You must continue with the plan to become Supreme Chancellor and then it will give us the time we require. Have Lord Maul continue tracking the Queen, if he has the chance then kill her…but not at the risk of exposing us. Queen Amidala is young and naïve but she does have the love of her people…we cannot count her out."
Sidious nodded and turned to walk out with a mind filled to the brim with clutter, leaving his master to turn and return to his own thoughts for the future.

While the current reigning Sith Lords continued their work in the shadows, a small green alien with pointed ears slowly opened his eyes and focused onto the man before him. The alien was known as Grand Jedi Master Yoda, the current leader of the Jedi council of the Republic. "What is it? What did you see?"
Yoda swallowed lightly before speaking to his longtime friend, Mace Windu, "Darkness…darkness rising on the horizon of the force it is. A warning by the force to the Jedi of an enemy long thought dead."
Windu's eyes widened, "The Sith?"
Yoda nodded, "A vison I was given. In this vision I saw a figure rise up from the outer regions of space and with him rose an army of darkness that swept through the galaxy he was in. From behind this figure was another that was even more powerful than the first. The dark side radiated from both and the first then turned to our galaxy. It reached out its hand and from his fingers came an army of darkness that swallowed up whole worlds and then attacked the light of the Jedi. The two figures then surged towards me and the only thing I could see was an angry red scar that crackled with evil before I was awakened."
Windu looked at his friend with great concern…very rarely did Master Yoda speak straight and fluent but when he did it was usually cause for concern. "Will these events happen soon?"
Yoda closed his eyes again to seek guidance from the force but all he found was a wall of shadow that hid him from seeing the future, "That dark side clouds the future from us…the influence….growing it is but one thing for sure I can say."
The old master took a shuddered breath before looking at his friend with sad eyes, "The Sith have returned.
Holy cow it has been a long time since I updated anything….but I am back in action folks.
So…update, my computer took a crap in mid-summer and when I bought my new computer it didn't have Microsoft word on it and I didn't have the extra two hundred to throw down for it. I have been working on the stories when I have had access to them but as off last night I have Word on my new computer thanks to my friend. So here we are with the return of KingFatMan25 to the writing world.
I am working full time during the week but I have weekends off again so I will have much more writing time. I look forward to hearing from you my fellow readers and fans as I continue this wonderful art of writing for your viewing pleasure.
