Anyway let's head out with a bang into our a very unique story. A Q&A.

Will stoick and the others find hiccup?

A: Absolutely. However, that will come much later in the story but hiccup may not want to be found.

Q: Will they learn how to use magic?

A: I'm not sure but I'm leaning towards no. Originally I was going with no. They had enough trouble taming dragons. Magic would be very difficult and they most likely wouldn't get much help. They have a limited mindset so to speak. But it would be interesting. However, I'm not sure what magic they would have. I don't want to do another slayer magic because although cool and powerful I don't want it to be commonplace. I mean what's the point of a lost magic if it isn't lost. So maybe but not likely. You'll have to wait and see.

Q: Um...isn't plasma some type of really hot fire or something?

A: Typically, Plasma is super-heated fire, lightening or solar energy. Hiccup's Plasma is a mix of fire, lightning and solar energy.

Q: Couldn't Natsu eat that junk?

A: So Natsu could possibly eat it but it would be really difficult.

This is from MaddyR Q: Hey, what if the way Fairy Tail meets the Vikings is that Toothless (the Dragon one) tracks Hiccup's scent, and just bursts in through the door and jumps on him? Then there's just that awkward moment of waitwhatshappeningaaaah! Right?

A: This was originally going to happen. But I went back and edited it out because I felt and had gotten some reviews that the plot was moving to fast. After looking back on it I realized they were right so I edited it out. But it will return.

That's All the Questions. Now how about some Fun Facts.

Why did Team Natsu Let Hiccup join so easily with so little information?

That's just the kind of people they are. Plus, it's only a temporary team-up like with Wendy. Natsu invited Lucy to the guild knowing she was a celestial spirt mage and helped him. Gray invited Juvia to join after fighting them. Makarov invited Gajeel to join after having their guild trashed by him. They are friendly people willing to help out others and if that means having a new guild member then so be it. That's how I see them anyway.

Pairings

When I first started out my pairing were a mess. It was my first time writing anything close to professional so I wasn't that good but fortunately I have improved. So here are the definite pairings.

Ruffnut x Fishlegs, Natsu x Lucy, Snotlout x Juvia, Astrid X Gray, Tuffnut x Cana, Lucretia x Caterina The Last three I had gotten from a reviewer.

It was originally going to be gray x juvia and astrid x snotlout but there was a suggestion to put the two stalkers together. I have never seen this done before so why not. As for tuffnut x cana. Also a suggestion that seems like it could be fun. Warning: These Couples will happen but there is no guarantee they will last.

Unconfirmed Pairings Hiccup x Alice, Hiccup x Lisanna, Alice x Lisanna, Alice x Hiccup X Lisanna There will be a poll put up about this.

Why this Story?

I have thought that a httyd x Fairy Tail Crossover would be pretty cool. So I checked some out. I have read some about dragons in fairy tail and Natsu coming to Berk but none of Hiccup going to Fiore or anything about mages really so I thought. Why not make one. And Of Dragon Slayers and Vikings was Born.

OC'S

I'm going to address the elephant in the room. OC's and Self-Insert OC's. Yes a lot of people bash them because they tend to be mary sue's. Myself included but only when they are very obviously a Mary Sue or Gary Stu without being satirical or just poorly done. If done well it can be truly entertaining. So I took the plunge. Why. I thought it would help expand the story universe. Bring up points I couldn't do as well with other characters. Introduce New Characters and prevent the main and side characters from being to OOC (Out Of Character). As for my self-insert. They are vaguely based on me. We look similar but that's about it.
