It was the annual Save The Beach festival and they were enjoying themselves. There was karaoke, a surfing contest, games, and so much more.
Tucker was taking Tanner, Seacat, Giggles, Lela, Struts, and Butchy to a karaoke booth. Lela took a look in the songbook and saw, "Queen of The Waves from Teen Beach 2."
"Queen of The Waves?" Tucker asked, "This is from Wet Side 2: Lela Queen of The Beach.
"It's the sequel to our movie, "Wet Side Story"." Giggles recalled.
"That happened 2 years after we saved Big Momma's from becoming a resort and Lela enters a surfing contest." Butchy continued.

Tucker congratulated the girl for her singing. She introduced herself as, "Merliah Summers" her best friends, "Hadley" and "Fallon" congratulated her as well.
They decided to go off and practice their surfing for the contest. Betty Ann and Sam saw them and thought they would do a little karaoke too.
They picked up the book and requested Queen of The Waves. The DJ started to play.

Dancing on the water to her own kinda beat." Betty Ann sang

Tearin' up the current like the girl's got gills" Sam sang

Meanwhile, Merliah was thinking about Tucker and his new friends when her hair turned pink, much to Fallon and Hadley's shock. Then Merliah did a wipeout. A pink dolphin asked her if she was okay. Merliah can breathe underwater and talk to animals.
It was freaky for her.
