Star's Keyblade4114: Yeah, that just happened.
Nobody245: Yes, she did. It took nearly losing her son to see the error of her ways and to make some type of amends, she willingly allowed herself to die so he could live. Not the best idea, I know, but what can you do?
Okay, I want to apologize for the wait on this chapter. I've just been rather busy with other stories. Anyway, enjoy the next chapter.
The group of fourteen walked down a road in silence. Hayley, Janna and Jackie looked at the half Latino young man responsible for robbing them of their limbs and Hayley arched a brow, "Hey Marco," Marco looked back with narrowed eyes, "We need to ask you a question,"
"Whatever the question is, the answer's no,"
"Not that you moron, it's about our arms and legs," Marco looked at Janna as the group continued to walk down the road, "Okay, so…the four of us have robotic limbs, right?"
"Me thanks to you goddamn idiots and I simply returned the favor, so yeah, we have fake limbs. Why? Do you want the other two to match?"
"Marco," Star calmly said, placing a hand on his shoulder, "Let's focus on getting the kids away from Ludo and then we'll send them back to earth. We won't have to worry about them ever again. Remember, Hekapoo blocked portals from opening up on earth."
Marco took a deep breath and Janna continued to speak, "And you suffer from automatonophobia, right?" Marco glared at the Pilipino young woman and growled, "So our question is simple, do having these limbs make us like animatronics or something?"
Marco, along with Katherine and Derrick looked back and Marco growled, "No, but apparently it turned you three into total morons. As long as you have your five vital organs, you're still human. Why would you want to know something like that?"
"Well…we uh…hoping to…terrify you into forgetting our…punishment." Jackie nervously said, "But…you already ruined our lives. What more can you possibly do to us? You rubbed us of two limbs-"
"Let's back up a minute!" Marco turned around and walked over to the three, "You three and my mother are the ones who robbed me of an arm and a leg. I simply returned the favor. As for the other thing, you idiots kidnapped my kids with the intent of causing them bodily harm, showing you idiots aren't parent material!"
Marco grabbed the three by their shirts and pinned them to a nearby tree, "And if anything happens to my kids out there, I promise what I've done to you idiots the last time will seem mildly tamed in comparison!"
The three began shaking in fear and Higgs placed a hand on Marco's arm, "Easy nerd, they're not worth it. Right now we need to find Nova, Amber and Jacob before bird boy does something to them."
Marco sighed, dropping the three to the ground, "Now, why don't the five of us walk on ahead of everyone? My parents, the king and queen and your engineers will keep an eye on these idiots." Marco took a deep breath and nodded before he, Star, Hekapoo, Higgs and Sophia turned and walked away from everyone else.
Moon, River, Rebecca, Henry, Katherine and Derrick looked down at the three and Katherine slightly narrowed her eyes, "So…what was it that Marco did to you three? We know of your missing limbs, but that's because my husband and I are the engineers that installed your new limbs,"
The three frowned and Hayley shook her head, "He…he destroyed our wombs with those stupid runes of his…apparently he does play fair. So we kidnapped those kids, and we might have had the intention of harming them, but did that give him the right to-"
"He, Star, Hekapoo and young Higgs were well within their rights to sentence you to death," Moon narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms, "If you ask me, you got off fairly easy."
"Are you mad? He destroyed any chance we had of having our own children and-"
"You helped kidnap Nova, Amber and Jacob, and from the sound of it, you were going to allow your parents to kill three innocent, defenseless babies," Rebecca arched a brow, "So, as Queen Moon said, you got a fairly mild punishment. If you were willing to do something like that to my grandson, Queen Moon's and King River's granddaughter and Hekapoo's daughter, I'd hate to imagine what you'll do to your own children."
"We wouldn't do that to our kids!" Janna argued, "That bastard robbed us of our limbs, he destroyed our wombs and-"
"And what do you think they're going to do when they get Nova, Amber and Jacob away from Ludo and deal with him?" Moon questioned, "They're not going to be so forgiven this time around. Why Marco's mother was willing to sacrifice herself to activate the rune, we will never know, but Lord and Lady Firefly, Blacksmiths Katherine and Derrick, and my husband and I were left in charge of his care and we will not stop them if they decide to sentence you three to death." The three looked up at the six adults with wide eyes.
Star, Hekapoo, Higgs, Sophia and Marco walked down the road in silence. They stopped when they heard Ludo chuckling, followed by Nova, Amber and Jacob whimpering. Star, Higgs, Hekapoo and Marco narrowed their eyes, Star's cheeks glowing, Hekapoo's eyes flashing and a red light flashing on top of Marco's right hand, "What the hell is he doing to the kids?" Higgs hissed through her teeth.
The five looked around the wooded area before they heard the sounds of the three children crying and the five raced through the forest, Sophia's hands protecting her stomach as she ran.
The five came to an opened area and saw Ludo standing over the three screaming children. Ludo looked up and smirked, "Ah, so you escaped," the five glared at the green-skinned monster as he stepped closer to the three children, "Now, what will it be? The wand for the children? Or do I have to throw these screaming brats into an open-" before he could finish, a green aura surrounded Nova, Amber and Jacob before the levitated towards the five.
Star held Nova close, Hekapoo tightly held Amber and Higgs held Jacob while the three children continued to cry. The four parents looked the children over while as Ludo stared at them, his yellow eyes wide, "Oh…maybe I should've just taken the wand instead of-" before he could finish, he was thrown back with a force.
Looking up, he saw Star tightly holding the wand as it began to glow, Higgs held a knife in her right hand, Hekapoo held a pair of dimensional scissors in her left hand and Marco's fingertips began to glow a bright white.
Okay, this story isn't going to be a lengthy one, but the reasons this is rated M will come into play soon. Please enjoy everyone and please let me know what everyone thinks.
