Hey all you sinners, I hope you didn't miss me too much. I wanted to focus on another fanfic I was doing before I got back to this one. But before we get into this chapter I'm sure all of you are aware that Vivziepop changed Charlie and her parent's last name to "Morningstar". Luckily the name Magne was only mentioned a few times in this story. So there will be changing the last name in the previous chapters, so don't panic. Also, the new look is not too bad, I mean it's still Charlie just with red eyes. So let's get some Q and A's first like always.
54godamora: Yeah something WaterDragonMaverick thought would be a good idea and we put it in together.
Clown2107: I promised he would use Rebellion and I think Balrog was important since he did come from Hell. You are right about Argosax's right hand and wanting to kill him before Dante beat him to it.
Nantono: I didn't want this to be a harem even if there are some flirtations.
Lightblade1121: Your welcome and thank you for letting me use him.
Anyway, let's dive right into Hell!
Mission 18: Siblings
Days have passed since the Apple of Eden set off for a cruise vacation for Charlie, Dante, the staff, and clients of the Hazbin Hotel. After enjoying their time at sea with Alastor finally managing to get over his seasickness, the ship was soon returning to port and Lucifer was waiting for them. "Dad, why are you here," Charlie asked her father who was standing right off the docks.
"I heard about pirates out by the area and was worried," Lucifer said.
"Don't worry, we kicked their asses," Dante replied as he walked down the gangplank.
"It's obvious you're okay. I was more worried about the ship," Lucifer stated before he went to inspect everything.
Blinking in surprise at Lucifer's priorities, Dante turned to Charlie. "He's more concerned with the ship?"
"Have you seen the mural on it," Charlie voiced as she gestured to the gorgeous artwork of Lilith as a mermaid.
"Fair enough," Dante conceded. "Maybe I should get one with you as a mermaid? Or should that be for Vaggie only?"
"Dante," Charlie laughed as she punched his shoulder.
After a while, everyone got off the ship and Lucifer spoke to Charlie once again. "Okay, she's fine. Just some stuff that can be touched up after those battles you probably had, but at least the mural's untouched. I had to pay a metric shitton to get that commissioned for the yacht."
"Is the repair cost coming out of my paycheck," Dante asked as he pretty much knew that answer.
"A bit, yes," Lucifer immediately replied. "But that depends on how much you killed."
Dante showed the Devil Arm that used to be Captain Maelstrom and demonstrated his skill with it. "How's this?"
"The money you would have gotten for the rest of his crew you killed will cover the cost. I'll make sure to pay you for that captain dying," Lucifer told the demon hunter.
"Good, whatever's leftover, I'm putting it in for the Hotel," Dante told the King of Hell.
"Do whatever you want with it. Seeing that the ship is in good shape, I'll be on my way back," Lucifer excused himself as he walked past the demon hunter and his daughter. "Oh and were you two making me grandchildren on the boat?"
Hearing what Lucifer said, Charlie choked on her own spit while Dante looked away putting a fist close to his mouth to cough. "DAD! WHAT THE HEAVEN," Charlie shouted as many of the others were looking at Vaggie for confirmation, who only held up her spear as a warning.
"What? Better me asking than your mother," Lucifer stated. "You know how she'd get if she knew you actually had sex with the Son of Sparda."
"Is that because she wanted to fuck the big guy himself," asked Lechuza. "I mean, I don't blame her if she did. That guy was a real looker."
"She had expressed interest in it before," Lucifer admitted, making Charlie cover her ears. "But that's not important," he added.
"Can we not talk about my sex life!? I don't talk about you and Mom," Charlie screamed while pointing a finger at her father. "Don't answer that question!"
Lucifer shrugged as he twirled his cane around, passing everyone. "I have a meeting to attend to anyway. Good luck, Charlie. And remember, don't take shit from other demons," he said as he entered a limousine and it drove off.
As the limo went away, Charlie turned to the others with a fierce glare in her eyes. "We do not talk about my sex life or I make sure that the sleeping arrangements are far different from what I was originally planning since everyone behaved after the pirate attack."
No one said a word as they were too afraid to speak. They already had their alcohol taken away from them. They don't need to have something else taken away. Angel Dust was the most silent since he was afraid his toys would be taken away next.
"Can we drink again," Husk asked.
"I'll limit it. Just 10 percent and nothing more," Charlie said as she was doing her best with her bargaining skills. "And one drink a day only." Many of the clients grumbled but agreed it was better than nothing. Hopefully, if she felt in a better mood, she would increase the alcohol amount they could have.
"Let's just get our new clients to the hotel," Vaggie said as Cabin and Undine were walking side by side with each other.
Returning to the hotel, Charlie went over the new rooming situation with everyone as she was letting Applejack and Terry bunk together to avoid late-night trips through the hallways, figuring out where Undine would sleep due to being a mermaid-like demon, and allowing Dante to move into her own room with her and Vaggie. "Okay, I think I've figured out some stuff," Charlie said while flipping through some papers. "We'll reinforce AJ and Terry's room so their… dancing won't shake the hotel around, use the old fish tank as a room for Undine to feel comfortable in, and add a radio tower for Al to make his local broadcast."
"Got any floor plans for a pool," Dante asked the Princess of Hell as brings his extra clothes to her and Vaggie's room. "Because I'm sure that our new little mermaid would want to swim around more," he remarked.
"That's what I'm making plans for. It still has to be on the ground floor since I don't want to pay for any future water damages," Charlie said.
"Fair. Either that or outside," Dante voiced.
"I guess I could turn one of the abandoned buildings into a pool," Charlie said, making a note out of that and writing it in her book. Looking everything over, she sighed and sat down on the edge of her bed. "All this planning to improve the hotel and so far no one else hasn't been redeemed and sent to Heaven so far. Are we doing something wrong," she said aloud, mostly to herself.
"I think you're doing just fine. It's just everyone has more or less baggage than others," Dante told her to cheer her up. "Maybe I should talk to some of them. Helped with Z."
"That would be helpful," Charlie said before leaning forward and pecking him on the lips. "For luck. And be sure not to walk in on AJ and Terry."
"Will do, babe," Dante smirked as he exited the room to talk to the others.
Husker drank his cheap booze after Charlie's little announcement. While glad he could finally have a drink, he was still upset at the limitations at the moment. Making due with what he had, there was a knocking at the front door. 'God damn it,' he thought to himself as he put the bottle down. After he did so, the front door to the hotel burst open and came off its hinges. "What the flying fuck!?" In front of the winged cat were demons that looked like apes, but were hairless and covered in shadows. "Do you assholes know how much it's going to cost for that door alone," Husk asked as he raised his voice at them. The demons that were in front of him only growled. "If you're looking for redemption you came to the right place, so just wait over and I'll get the Princess." Again, the demons only growled at Husk as he backed away. "If you're looking for the can. It's down the hall all the way to the right."
Hearing the commotion, Salvia came running into view. "What the shit is going on," he exclaimed before seeing the beastly demons. "Who the fuck are these guys? What the fuck are they!?"
The Msiras jumped at Salvia, who quickly grabbed a pool cue and whacked it in the head with it, only for it to shake it off and pounce at the demon. The Incubus used the pool cue as a spear and drove the wood into the beast's head. Salva stared at the corpse as it turned into shadows.
"What the fuck are these things," Husker shouted as his weapon of choice was a broken beer bottle.
"I have no fucking idea, but I am not turning into ape food," Salvia said as he fended off another Msira. The ape-like demon broke the only weapon the Incubus had as it walked towards him. "No hard feelings, right," he muttered as he backed away and nearly tripped. He was ready to meet his fate until a bullet rang throughout the building of a familiar gun as the Msira was sent flying back and turned into shadows.
"Huh. I wonder what that's doing here," Dante questioned out loud as he twirled Ebony and Ivory in his hands. "Didn't I kill your boss a decade ago? You here for revenge or something," He asked as the Msiras howled in anger as they try to jump him all at once. "Seems they never learn," the demon hunter sighed as he aimed his twin pistols at them, firing and hitting every single target he aimed at. More came out from the open doorway and the Son of Sparda thought it would be a nice test run for his new Devil Arm. Putting away Ebony and Ivory in their holsters, he summoned Maelstrom and blocked attacks from the simian-like demons before thrusting the trident into the closest one. As the first Msira was sent flying, Dante moved forward and thrust the trident forward, sending out a water blast that pushed every Msira outside.
"Dante, zap them," Salvia called out. Thinking it was a smart move, Dante pulled out Royal Ace' electric cards and threw them at the demons. With the cards landing in the water, the attack electrocuted the simians until they vanished in puffs of shadows.
"What the fuck is going on here," Vaggie asked as she arrived, keeping her main weapon ready.
"Msiras," Dante stated. "Avatars of savagery and greed."
"Damn dirty apes," Husk muttered before drinking the rest of his booze.
"They're usually cowards, though," Dante pointed out. "Why would they attack here?"
"Maybe they came after you. I mean, you are infamous to demons everywhere," Salvia pointed out.
"Nah, something's not right. How would these monkeys know where I was," Dante pondered. "I think somebody sent them after me rather than coming on their own."
"Why would they do that," Vaggie questioned.
"Maybe they can't leave the Ring they're in," Salvia theorized. "Either that or they wanted to test out Dante's skills."
"You think somebody sent these demons out to test if I was what they were after," Dante asked. "Probably. Happened to me before," he remarked.
"Don't see why not," Vaggie agreed. "But the question is which Ring?"
As soon as she said that, several Homromsira came to replace the Mrisas that were taken out. "Guess I'll be taking out these things too," Dante smirked as he swapped Maelstrom with Dread and sniped the farthest demons in the back while Vaggie threw some knives at the closer fiery simians. As the ape-like demons were getting closer, Dante used Dread in its scythe mode in one clean slice to cut the remaining Homromsira in half.
As the Demon Hunter cut the first wave in half, a second wave of Homromsira came. Vaggie started to throw as many knives at them as she could while stabbing a few with her holy spear. "How many of these things are there?!"
"Don't know," Dante said as he switched from Dread to Valentino, whipping them all and slicing them into tiny pieces. As he finished, another wave came after.
"You have got to be fucking kidding me," Vaggie growled as she saw the many ape-like demons approaching. But they were soon stopped when many black and thorny spikes were shot out from the ground, impaling them all and making them howl in pain.
"I do enjoy a good show once in a while, but seeing the same act over and over again tends to get very bland," said a familiar voice with a staticky effect. Both Dante and Vaggie looked behind them to see Alastor standing near the entrance to the hotel.
"Now you get involved, you talk show shitlord," Vaggie growled at the Radio Demon as the three of them watched the Homromsira turn to shadows.
"My dear, where's the fun in seeing a repeat over and over again," Alastor asked the moth demoness. "Besides, I think it's time that the Son of Sparda does his job at investigation."
He couldn't argue with what Alastor had said as Dante did wonder who sent those Msira and Homromsira near the hotel. He could think of a few names that crossed his mind but then again, that would be considered sloppy work on their part. But him standing around was not letting him get any answers so maybe going into the city might. "Vags. I'm heading into town. If you see anything that's odd, let me know."
"Alright. Just don't draw too much attention on yourself," Vaggie told the Demon Hunter.
"You know that's nearly impossible for me," Dante chuckled as he made Dread disappear out of sight and walked further down the streets of Pentagram City.
The Son of Sparda wandered the streets as he passed by the locals and reached the seedier part of town, which was saying something if he was honest. Pickpockets, drug dealers, alcoholics, pimps, and hookers were all being passed by the Demon Hunter.
"Hey, baby! You looking for a good time," a slime female demon asked, but Dante waved her off.
"Hey, you wanna buy some crack," an imp with dilated pupils asked as he offered the drugs. But he didn't get the chance as Dante simply kicked him into a window like a soccer ball.
A rat-like sinner tried to pickpocket the Demon Hunter, but soon had a gun barrel to his nose before he was tossed in a dumpster with a few broken fingers. "Why does everyone think they can try messing with me when I've been around all this time," Dante questioned aloud.
"Probably because these idiots are too drugged up to think of anything but food, sex, or more drugs," remarked a succubus demon that Dante thought looked kind of familiar. The succubus was no taller than 4'11" with red and black skin, a short black pixie cut, and short little wings on her back. She wore a black shirt that covered her large chest that looked like a DD or F-cup, tight jeans with a round ass, and ankle-high shoes. She also had a small fang sticking out of the top right corner of her mouth.
"Well, it's good to see someone who isn't a mess or worse," Dante said, knowing that this succubus wasn't going to cause him trouble if she wasn't asking to take off his pants. "Who are you?"
"Melony," the demon girl replied.
Looking down at the short girl and focusing on her chest for a second, Dante looked up again. "Yeah, sounds like the perfect name for a succubus. At least, you're better than some of the others I met."
"A good-looking guy like you? I wouldn't blame them if they got handsy," Melony said as she took out a cigarette and lit it. She gave one small puff as she started to ask her questions. "So, what's the infamous Demon Hunter doing in a place like this?"
Dante figured that this succubus knew who he was and didn't bother needing to introduce himself. "Gathering some information. A couple of Msira and Homromsira attack the place I am staying and I'm trying to figure out who sent them."
"Homo-what?"
"Demon apes that aren't like anything around here," Dante clarified.
"Sorry. Don't know. But I think I know of a bar that has the latest news in the 7 Rings," Melony told him.
"And let me guess. You want something in return. Just to let you know, you're not touching me anywhere since I got someone," Dante told her.
"I figured you would say that. But I'm actually looking for someone. My brother," Melony told the white-haired half-demon. "He's red and black just like me, taller than me, normally wears bondage pants with no shirt, and his name is-"
"-Salvia?"
The small succubus's eyes went wide at the mere mention of her brother. She tried to find her voice but her mouth was trembling at the mention of his name. Finally, she was able to find it as she choked on the first few words. "H-how did you know?"
"He worked for Valentino at one time, but once I came into the picture, he's going clean. Although, I'm surprised he never mentioned having siblings down here," Dante replied.
"He probably didn't trust anybody," Melony said sadly. "He was always like that when we were alive."
"Care to shed some light on this," Dante asked the girl.
"Alright. Back when we were still alive, Sal and I were stuck like glue. Both of our folks abandoned us and didn't give a shit," she said. "We managed to get by with each other. Usually getting whatever we could from gangs and shit. Eventually, we tried stealing a large stash of drugs from some gangsters who ended up being part of the Neo-Nazi party."
"That explains something he said once," Dante voiced as he remembered a detail from the visit to Lu Lu World.
"Yeah, we really hate Nazis. Blame family history in World War 2. Anyway, we stole one of their cars to make a getaway, but we ended up crashing and dying. A while after we came down here, Valentino offered us both jobs and protection. The only thing is… we had to be hookers or stars in his films. Sal took the offer knowing he has to do whatever that moth prick says," Melony explained to the demon hunter.
'Basically, the same situation Angel was in,' Dante thought to himself.
"It was kind of rough. Not a lot of guys I enjoyed using my girls on," Melony said, cupping her boobs for a second. "But if I didn't do what Val said, he'd… use me for other projects. My brother didn't exactly agree, but we couldn't do anything about it. Until the studio caught on fire while I was deepthroating this rich guy on the other side of town."
"TMI," Dante stated, wanting to just listen to the rest of the story.
"After I got the news in the morning, I didn't know where my brother was. I couldn't call him either because I think his phone was turned to ash," Melony explained. "I've been surviving like I did back when I was alive since. I just want to see my brother again."
Hearing and seeing how sad Melony looked, Dante put his hand on her head. "I can show you where he is now. But I think it would be best if you stopped smoking," the demon hunter told the girl.
The shortstack succubus looked at the lit cigarette that was between her index finger and pointer, tossed it aside, knowing she would have to quit the habit if she wanted to see her brother once again. 'I wonder if Sal will be surprised to see me once again,' Melony thought to herself as she walked behind Dante with her breasts jiggling with every step she took. 'What am I saying? He would.'
After Terry helped put the front door back up after the Msiras attacked, he soon went back before he heard it get kicked open again. "Oh, come on! I just put that back up," the minotaur demon complained.
"What is with everyone kicking open doors," Husker muttered to no one in particular. "I'm getting too old for this shit."
"I kinda expected this to be a total dump," Melony said aloud as she looked around.
"I help pay for the repairs to this place and suggested some of the entertainment," Dante said as he walked in right behind her. "Salvia, you got a visitor!"
"A visitor? Who would want to visit me," the red and black incubus asked as he went down the stairs. He stopped mid-way down, as he was face to face with the short succubus that was near the entrance to the building. "Sis?"
"Bro? Is it really you," Melony asked as she stepped forward. Seeing that it was indeed him, the shortstack succubus ran over to her brother, stretched out her arms, and glomped him as he was at the bottom of the stairs. "Sal! I missed you so much! After I heard about Valentino, I was worried that you didn't make it out of the place in time."
"Sis… my… back," Salva tried to say as his sister was crushing his lower spine.
Feeling quite sheepish, Melony loosened her grip on Salvia and stepped back. She gave him a look that said sorry. She later turned to Dante to thank him. "So how can I repay you?"
"The place on what's going on in the 7 Rings would do nicely. That way I can narrow down on my search," Dante told the succubus.
"The place is called the Nest. But fair warning, some of the worst scum is in that bar," Melony warned the Demon Hunter.
"I think I can manage," Dante said, shrugging as he believed it would be a cakewalk, then exited the hotel.
As soon as he left the building, the short succubus punched her brother in the elbow. "Ow! What was that for," Salvia screamed as he rubbed the sore spot.
"For not telling me where you were, you piece of shit," Melony screamed at him with a few tick marks on her forehead. "Do you know how worried I was about my big brother possibly being dead a second time!?"
"That's fair enough. But I didn't know where you were," the incubus said, still rubbing his elbow. "Plus, my phone got burned to shit."
"I knew it," Melony muttered as Charlie came to see what the commotion was.
"What's going on out here," Charlie asked as she entered through the kitchen. She then saw the new person within her sights and ran over to greet her. "Welcome to the Hotel! I'm so glad you're giving redemption a chance!"
"Um… thanks," Melony said as she looked and felt uncomfortable. "So… how many did you redeem?"
"One, but it's a start," Charlie said to her. "I'm guessing Dante brought you here?"
"Yeah, he did. Are you his gal," the short succubus asked.
"Something like that. I mean, we went on a few dates and are making it work," Charlie said, hiding her blushing face.
Before Melony could ask something, Salvia pulled his sister up close and started to whisper in her ear. "If you're going to ask about them in the sack, don't. Before you came here, we lost our right to drink and only just got it back."
The short succubus cringed as she must have imagined some of the patients going insane from being refused a stiff drink. Nodding to the incubus, he let her go. "So, where's my room? And what exactly do you do here," Melony asked. The Princess of Hell wasted no time as she showed the new guest around and talked to her about the different things that they could do to help the succubus redeem herself.
As Dante was heading to the Nest, his mind went back to both Salvia and Melony. His thoughts on them soon changed to that of his memories of his own brother, Vergil. He recalled the times he used to play with his older twin and how they did almost everything together until their house got burnt down and the day their mother died. Sighing at the memory, Dante soon remembered when he first set up Devil May Cry and had to deal with his brother summoning a giant demonic tower in order to lure him out to get his amulet. "All of that just to get Dad's sword," Dante muttered. "Vergil, you can be such an idiot. Then again if you asked upfront, I would have kicked your ass."
After he said that, Dante felt something and turned around to see if he was being followed. However, the only thing he saw was a demon wrapped from head to toe in a ragged old cloak and huddled on the ground. Thinking he was just a homeless demon that could probably rob some other sinner for quick cash, the demon hunter left him alone and continued on his way. But when Dante was out of sight, the cloak slipped off to reveal a fancy blue coat while the demon gave an icy cold and steely gaze.
After entering the bar, Dante asked for a drink as he was getting information. "Here's your beer. Now, pay up," the bartender told the demon hunter, sliding him a lager.
"Maybe I can give some extra if you give me an answer I'm looking for," Dante voiced to the owner as he slapped down some extra bills on the table. The owner glanced at the bills giving a look that said 'What do you want to know?' "Someone or something decided to attack the place I'm at and sent Msiras and Homromsiras. Know any rising powers that could send those hellish apes?"
Thinking long and hard about it, the owner scratched his chin in thought. "Maybe one out of two things, but I think my memory's a little fuzzy if you catch my drift," he winked as his eyes were on the cash in front of him. Dante sighed in frustration as he placed more bills down.
"What's the first," asked the Son of Sparda.
"Heard rumors that the second-in-command of a fire demon in Wrath wanted to beat his boss, but someone already did that," the bartender told him. "I think the dead guy's name was Anglosax? No… Angelo…. I know it, just give me a second."
"Argosax," Dante said. 'Never thought I would hear that name again.'
"That's the one," the bartender said as he snapped his fingers, pointing at Dante. "That demon caused a lot of havoc down here. I heard his second in command wanted to beat him like how Sparda beat Mundus."
"Of course, it's something like that," Dante muttered. "What was the other thing?"
"Something about an Overlord wanting revenge," The bartender told him.
Upon hearing that, Dante rolls his eyes as he realizes who the Overlord likely is. Thinking that the first one is the more likely answer due to Vox and Velvet using hired guns rather than natural demons like the Msiras. "Where can I find that fire demon," Dante questioned.
"I don't really seem to recall," the bartender remarked as he tapped his fingers against the stack of bills on the bar.
Not wanting to pay for more info, Dante pulled out Ace Dukes and tossed a card onto the demon's forehead, zapping him like a joy buzzer hooked up to a car battery. "That help with your memory," Dante asked as he pulled off the card, seeing the bartender smoking with slight burns like a cartoon character being harmlessly electrocuted.
"Alright, alright! It's in the Ring of Wrath! But he's surrounded his location with a wall of fire that can't be put out with water. You'd need something freezing cold to even get by it," the bartender exclaimed, not wanting to see if Dante was going to give him electroshock therapy.
"That's all I need to know," Dante said as he got out of his chair and went out the door. "So my target is in the Ring of Wrath, eh? Looks like I need to get one of my old toys off my wall to get through that fire," he muttered to himself before heading back to the hotel.
"Honey, I'm home," Dante called out through the hotel lobby after kicking the door open.
Growling in anger at the door being forced open a third time, Husk throws a bottle at Dante, but it's easily caught. "If that fucking door breaks open one more fucking time, I'm not fixing it," Husk shouted before immediately breaking Charlie's rule about alcohol and chugging four bottles of cheap booze at once.
'I can't blame the guy. It broke twice already,' Dante thought to himself.
"Dante, you're back," Charlie said as she ran up to him with Vaggie following behind her. "Did you find the information you were looking for?"
"Sure did. It seems like the Msiras came from somebody hiding the Ring of Wrath. But before I can go there, I need Razzle & Dazzle to get something off my wall at work."
"Why don't you just go up there yourself," Angel asked.
"And risk meeting my landlord? I'm good until I'm done working around here," Dante replied.
"Freeloader," Angel coughed.
"Pot calling kettle black," Vaggie retorted.
Ignoring the spider demon, the demon hunter drew a rough sketch of the weapon and gave it to the two goat demons. "It kind of looks like this on a ring with chains," Dante told them. Saluting him, the two servants went to Devil May Cry and came back a few minutes later with the weapon. "Hello, Cerberus," Dante said as he picked up his first Devil Arm from his adventure with the Temen-Ni-Gru. The demon hunter picked up the nunchucks and swung them in his hands while making some kung-fu noises like Bruce Lee. Showing that he hasn't gotten rusty with the weapon despite not using it in a long time, Dante's demonstration began to cause snow and frost to form within the hotel lobby, surprising everyone.
"S-s-s-so c-c-c-c-cold," Vaggie said as she was hugging herself and shivering because she had mostly forgotten what the cold felt like.
"Huh? So you finally cooled off, Vags. Good for you," Angel joked as the cold air had less of an effect on him than the moth demoness thanks to his furry body. Retaliating like she normally does with him, Vaggie went to the kitchen for a glass of water and threw it in Angel's face, making him more susceptible to the cold. "Hey, you ruined my makeup!" the spider shouted as his mascara was running down his face. He was going to get something to wipe off his face, but he was now feeling the cold that Dante ended up making. "Sh-sh-sh-shit, it's cold."
"Maybe you should have tested the Devil Arm outside," Charlie asked as she was slightly feeling the cold, but used her powers to hold a small flame in her hands to keep her well warmed.
"Didn't know if it still works or not," Dante stated before twirling the weapon again and putting it away. "I'm heading off to Wrath."
"Not without me. You still need to use the elevator," Charlie said as she followed him outside.
"Don't need it," Dante told her as he brought his left thumb and pointer to his lips and whistled. As soon as he did, a loud galloping was heard before a neigh echoed around the area. Zephyrus soon arrived right beside the demon hunter with his hooves stomping the ground making fiery hoofprints. The Son of Sparda approached the demonic horse as he patted his head and got on his back. "You need to keep this place safe in case more of those Msiras or their cousins come around."
"In that case, mind if my sister and I come with," Salvia asked the Demon Hunter as he brought Melony alongside him.
"Hmmm… Sure why not," Dante said as he shrugged. The succubus and incubus jumped on the black stallion and held onto one another for support.
"Wait, why do they get to go and I don't," Charlie questioned in complaint.
"Because Sal couldn't deal with a lot of them and you can pretty much match biblical disasters with your strength," Dante stated. "I bet you could bitch slap Zeus into keeping it in his pants if you met the Greek God. I mean, so many Greek myths have him starting problems because he's hornier than what I've heard about the Ring of Lust."
"Why stop there? Have her burn the guy's nuts off to keep it from happening. Maybe then he wouldn't be hornier than Asmodeus," Melony joked.
Hearing Dante compliment her strength, Charlie began to blush and giggle like she was a schoolgirl before speaking again. "Just be careful, okay?"
"Will do," Dante said before Zephyrus reared back and galloped out of the hotel, taking all three demons on his back to the Ring of Wrath.
Charlie waved goodbye to them, seeing them vanish with the portal that Zephyrus made. 'I better prepare something when Dante comes back,' she told herself.
Okay, I think this is a good place to stop here. Thank you all so much for reading and Thank you WaterDragonMaverick for editing and beta reading. And again, Charlie's last name is changed to Morningstar because of recent edits. Hope you guys enjoyed and I will see all of you in Hell!
