Sasuke adjusted his katana, that bounced rhythmically at each step he took. The dirt road was darkening as each drop of sunlight slowly receded to hide behind the horizon. The Uchiha glanced at his wife, who was humming softly, her delicate hands clasped behind her back.
He hadn't meant for his surprise to slip out of his mouth, but damn Kakashi had to ask about what his plans were, and before he knew it, Sakura found out about the vacation he had been planning for her.
They were supposed to be going towards a small resort, not too far away from Konoha. It was a quaint building, with traditional rooms and a lazy atmosphere but the real beauty lay in the landscape surrounding it. The resort was located near the edge of a cliff, the view of a dipping valley just parallel to the windows.
He hadn't reserved a spot since the whole area looked quite desolate, something which he now regretted once his brother reminded him that it was Golden week for civilian school.
Sasuke tapped his pouch reassuringly, he had a back up plan.
"Do you always think this much when you're on a mission?" Sakura suddenly asked him, her head tilting towards the side questioningly.
Sasuke shrugged, "Not really, I just think about the mission."
The pink haired girl sighed, closing the gap between them and latching onto his arm. Sakura rubbed her husband's arm soothingly confirming the tenseness in his muscles.
"What's wrong?" she said, looking up at him.
The dark haired man shook his head, "Nothing."
Sakura pouted, and poked his bicep, "You're so anxious, did I do something?"
Sasuke sighed and stopped walking, his hand reaching towards his katana again as he looked around while talking, "I just don't like the idea of walking there, we should have taken a carriage like I had said."
"I like walking," Sakura said, crossing her arms, "Not all of us get to travel the world, some people," she said indicating to herself, "have to stay cooped up in one place. Plus, nothing's going to happen we'll be fine."
She went on her tiptoes and planted a short kiss on his lips, "Let's go," Sakura smiled, tugging on his hand, "We're almost there, anyway."
Sasuke nodded meekly, "Its just dangerous, Sak," he hesitated, "What if something-"
Sakura rolled her eyes, "Oh please, Sasuke, ex-anbu captain and head of Konoha Police Department can't take on some petty civilians?" she said giving him a mocking smile.
The dark haired Uchiha glared, "Its not that, its just that-" he let out a frustrated noise, "I'm worried about you, I don't-" he stopped and scowled when he glanced at Sakura's grinning face.
"Nani?" He snapped, slightly blushing.
"Aw, Sasuke-kun is worried about me?" she said pointing a finger to herself, "I'm so honored."
"Whatever," the Uchiha grumbled, "Just hurry up, its getting dark and- Sakura!" Sasuke yelled, as she began running away from him.
The pink haired girl giggled, "Try and catch me, no chakra allowed though."
Sasuke frowned, this was a terrible idea and not at all safe. It was getting dark and missing ninja could be lurking all around, just waiting to kidnap his wife. The dark haired man glanced up, suddenly realizing said woman was no where to be seen.
He searched out for her chakra signature, but nothing gave him the slightest hint of where she was.
"Sakura?" he yelled, running forward to look for her. Black tomoes began spinning as his sharingan turned on with frustration.
The stupid woman, why did she have to ask so childish. Not even a genin would wander about alone in the forest, especially at night. The dark haired man swallowed thinking of his last failed mission, his wife would never be able to survive an attack like that.
"Sakura!" Sasuke said now leaving the path and searching in the forest.
He swore his heart was beating inhumanely fast, and his quick and shallow breathes were the only thing he could hear.
Where could she be? He couldn't find anything, no chakra signal, no markings, no scent. A high class ninja could have caught her, or maybe another clan with a grudge against the Uchihas, or maybe-
"Boo!" a feminine voice said, jumping up from behind him.
Sasuke reacted automatically, moving to defend himself against a possible enemy, he pinned her against the tree, his katana pressing at her neck. Sakura gasped, slightly frightened by his appearance as she looked into his red eyes.
She smiled warily, "So you really are worried?"
Sasuke's face didn't change, a perfect mask of emotion as Sakura swore she felt his body heat up with anger. He tensely returned his katana back into the hilt, but remained in place.
Sakura bit her lip nervously at the lack of any response, "Sasuke?"
The dark haired Uchiha's red eyes bore into hers, and in a stern voice he spoke "What's wrong with you?"
The pink haired girl blushed out of embarrassment, "Gomen, Sasuke I-"
"You what?" he said, in a voice she had never heard before.
"Sasuke," Sakura said shakily, as she nervously wrapped her arms around his tense shoulders and pulled him in, "Gomen."
Thank kami, that seemed to worked as her husband loosened up, his arms wrapping around her lower back to return the embrace.
He buried his face her pink locks, "You're stupid," he said, pulling back to look at Sakura's flushed face, his now black eyes softened, "Tch. Annoying."
The pink haired girl smiled, "Gomen," Sakura giggled, "Jeez Sasuke you were so serious, you must have been some anbu-captain."
Sasuke ignored her comment and instead tangled one hand in her hair and tilted her face up, "Don't do that ever again, I was scared."
Sakura grinned, "The all powerful Uchiha was scared because he couldn't find his wife."
The dark haired man rolled his eyes, "Hai, now shut up," he said before crashing down on her mouth.
Sakura responded immediately, letting his tongue enter as they began heavily kissing. He pushed her up against the tree, pelvis grinding against hers as Sakura pulled away to let out a sigh.
He took this opportunity to bend down toward her neck leaving tiny bites on her pale skin and marking her as his. A hand rand cheekily up her side before resting on her chest and roughly grabbing her breast.
"Sasuke," she gasped, her own hands coming up to pull on his hair.
He brought his face up to hers and kissed her intensely. His hands wandered again, now coming down to hike up her skirt and stroke her bare inner thighs.
Sasuke smirked against her mouth as she moaned, he had to admit they had been deprived of the late. One thing or another would always pop up and they never had time to do anything together.
Sakura pulled away from the kiss to rest her head against the tree, as she felt Sasuke hand slip past her underwear and probe at her folds. The pink haired girl bucked against him encouraging him to continue.
Sasuke plunged his fingers inside, gently moving as he watched her face contort. The dark haired Uchiha was torn; the sun had completely disappeared and even though it was exciting, it was also dangerous to be doing this outside.
However, all thoughts disappeared as Sakura tentatively reached for the hem of his pants, pushing them down to his knees.
She looked with half lidded eyes, "Please, I need you."
Sasuke licked his lips and groaned as he felt her squeeze him, he pulled his fingers out and moved to grab her hips lifting her against the tree. Her hands came to rest on his shoulder for leverage as he pushed her up and against the tree and aligned himself with her opening.
They both moaned as he pushed in, Sakura's back automatically arching at the feeling of him entering. Sasuke began a fast pace with quick, deep thrusts, wanting to finish soon.
Sakura wrapped her legs around Sasuke, pushing back against him to help both of them reach their peak. She blushed slightly at their situation, what if some one was watching? Or if like what Sasuke said, some enemy ninja would jump up from behind. That would be embarrassing.
A particularly hard thrust caused her to cry out and dig her fingers into Sasuke's shoulders. His thrusts becoming more frantic as he was close to finishing, Sasuke groaned leaning his head against her shoulder as he tried to hold himself back for a little longer.
Sakura breaths became rapid as she felt the coil in her stomach about to release, she moaned loudly as she continued to mark his shoulders, she was almost there.
Sasuke looked up and kissed her deeply, his tongue working against hers clumsily because they were too close to think.
Suddenly Sakura pulled away, biting Sasuke's shoulder as she finally snapped. Sasuke moaned as he felt her flutter around him, and in only seven heavy thrusts he was with her.
The both slackened against each other, as Sakura unwrapped her legs around his waist and slid down the tree. Sasuke leaned against her, his fast breaths slowing down from his shinobi stamina.
Sakura brought him in for a kiss, "That was intense," she said blushing.
Sasuke smirked as he pulled away to fix himself, his shirt was lopsided and his hair was a tangled mess. As they cooled down, the chilly night air suddenly hit them and so did the realization of night.
The dark haired Uchiha reached into his pouch, searching for a specific scroll. He pulled it out and summoned the proper hand seals to release the clothing he had trapped inside it.
"Here," Sasuke said, handing Sakura a cloak.
The pink haired girl gladly accepted, wrapping the warm material around herself. Sasuke did the same, before pulling Sakura close to him and lifting her up bridal style.
His wife gasped, "What are you doing?" she said, wiggling against him, "put me down."
Sasuke moved suddenly, causing Sakura to bury her face into his out of fear, "Sasuke! Stop!" she said as she felt her heart drop.
The pink haired girl looked up, noticing that they were on a high tree branch.
"What are you doing!?" Sakura exclaimed peeping down below, and clutching onto Sasuke harder.
He shrugged, "It's late and we need to get there soon, so we're traveling ninja style."
His wife looked at him, "Sasuke, no- Ah!" she shrieked as he began moving branch to branch, she was positive they were going to die.
Sasuke glanced at Sakura's face filled with worry and fear, some ninja she would have been.
The dark haired man laughed.
