Chapter 18: Slam Jam - Part 1
The next day at the basketball outdoor in Toontown, Mickey, Donald , and Goofy are playing basketball with Huey, Dewey, and Louie while Minnie, Daisy, and Webby are doing their cheerleading routine. Pluto and Scrooge McDuck is watching them smiling as they all play together. Mickey dribbles the ball as he ran passed the triplets and then he jumps as he put the ball through the net hole. Both Minnie and Daisy were cheering.
"Hooray!" Daisy cheers.
"Way to go, Mickey!" Minnie cheers.
"Hooray for Mickey!" Webby chimes.
"WOOF!" Pluto bark happy.
Mickey turns around as the ball bounce off. His friends ran up to Mickey and give him a high five one by one. Pluto ran up to him and licked his face when Mickey laugh.
"Okay, okay. I give!" Mickey laugh.
"That was incredible move!" said Huey amazed.
"Good game, Mickey!" Dewey added.
"You are the best!" Louie added.
"Ha ha, thanks boys. It sure was pretty fun out here today." said Mickey when Pluto stops licking. "I mean after all, this isn't about winning or loosing, it's about fun."
"Yeah, ah hyuck! It sure was fun!" said Goofy.
"You said it, Goofy." Donald agrees.
"And that's why you're the leader of this club, Mickey." said Minnie.
"Aw, thanks Minnie. Ha ha" Mickey thanked his girlfriend.
"Well, now that settles it, who wants go get some ice creams?" Scrooge suggested.
"We do!" replied Mickey and and his friends.
"Ruff! Ruff!"
"Wonderful! Now let's go get some ice cream." said Scrooge.
"Well, if it isn't Scrooge McDuck."
They turned their heads around and gasps. They looked at a duck whose actually was fat? He has light grey beard, wearing his glasses, Scottish hat, dark blueish coat, brown vest, tannish button up shirt and dark tan tie, Scottish kilt, and red slippers on each feet. He's holding his cane smirking at his old time rival.
"Flinheart Glomgold?!" Scrooge shocked.
"That's right! The one and only! Your greatest enemy!" said Glomgold proclaimed himself.
"After all these years! You're...….old?!" Scrooge confused.
"Oh! Uh...I've eaten too many food." replied Glomgold noticing his appearances.
"Ooookay, and what are you doing here?" Scrooge asked awkwardly.
"Who? Me? Well, of course I'm here! I've been looking for ya a very long time."
"Well, what do you want?"
"You know what I want. To get my revenge!" Glomgold answered.
"If this is about some treasure hunting, it's already in the past."
"Oh, sure. Treasure hunting. Always loosing a bet against the famous Scrooge McDuck, the richest duck in the world." said Glomgold sarcasm.
"Is that a challenge?" said Scrooge offended.
"Oh ho, ho, you want to play games, do ya? Alright then, how about a bet." said Glomgold challenging Scrooge. "If I win, I will take your money and I'll be the richest duck in the world!
"But if I win, I'll keep my money and be the richest duck in the world!" said Scrooge.
"Then it's a bet! Now which treasure are you going after next?"
Scrooge hasn't thought about it first. He knew there's something is different about Glomgold. Clearly he doesn't look like the Flintheart Glomgold he knows. And also that he hasn't been any adventures since the 1990. He looked at the basketball that's been left there on the ground. Then suddenly, Scrooge has an idea.
"Oh yeah, how about you and I are having a little basketball game." Scrooge suggested.
"What? You want me to play a basketball game with you?!" Glomgold suspicious.
"That's right. And I got my own team right here." said Scrooge pointing his cane at Mickey and his friends.
"You have your own team?! Don't make me laugh. Your team is old school. Your wee nephews are too young and your little cronies going soft." said Glogold rudely comments.
"Old school?! CRONIES?!" Donald offended.
He quacked shouted as he attempt to launch at Glomgold, but Mickey and Goofy stops and pulled Donald to hold him while the angry bird tries to struggle.
"Donald! Don't!" Mickey yells.
"Donald! Control yourself!"
"LET ME AT HIM! LET ME AT HIM!" Donald shouted.
Both Minnie and Daisy gives Scrooge's rival a glare crossing their arms. Huey, Dewy, and Louie were mad at him as well. Scrooge and Glomgold were looking at Donald being pulled by Mickey and Goofy by grabbing his sailor suit.
"Aw, did I offended your poor nephew?" Glomgold mocked his rival.
"Okay, first off, they are not cronies, they're the best! And second, what does this have to do with me nephew?!" replied Scrooge.
"It's none of your business! Enjoy playing with your team while it last. Because starting today, I'll make my own team who's ten time smarter than you. Until then, we'll see you tonight at the basketball court." said Glomgold as he chuckled evilly an d walks away.
Scrooge gives him a very angry look. There's no way that he could beat him so easily. Donald was already calmed down. Huey, Dewey, and Louie walked over to their great uncle.
"Who does he think he is?! Calling my team a joke?!" Scrooge scoff.
"Don't listen him, uncle Scrooge." said Dewey.
"Yeah, he's just a big bully." Louie added.
"I agree with you." Huey agrees. "I say we teach him a lesson."
"Thanks lads, but there isn't enough. We have to win this game in order to beat Glomgold. We need more team. Any solutions?" said Scrooge.
Mickey and his friends thought about it first, but then there's a lightbulb that just flicked over Mickey's head. Then he had a brilliant idea.
"I think I know where to look." said Mickey.
Meanwhile at the Boonchuys residence, Anne and Sprig were playing basketball outside in front of the garage. Anne's been playing basketball with Sprig for while as she runs past at Sprig when he hops to block her, but then she jumped as she throws the ball into the hoop.
"Wow, Anne. You're really good at this." Sprig impressed.
"Thanks. It's been a really long time since I've been playing a basketball game." replied Anne.
"Yeah, like when we play Bugball back in Amphibia."
"It's been a while since I done this before. Kind of reminds me when I almost hogging all the glory."
"It's not about winning Anne, it's about working together as a team."
"Yeah man, a team."
Anne remembers when she used to play Bugball back in Amphibia where she and her team played against Mayor Toadstool and his team. Anne used to take all the credits by doing a high score all by herself, but in the end, Sprig taught her about a true meaning of sports, a team. Oum came out from the house to check on both Anne and Sprig.
"You kids having fun?" Oum asked.
"Oh yeah, we defiantly have fun." Anne answered.
"Anne taught me how to play basketball." said Sprig.
"I'm glad you two kids are enjoying it. You know, there's a basketball game event where you can sign up." Oum offered.
"Thanks mom, but I'll think about it." said Anne.
"Okay. Let me know if you change your mind."
She went back inside. Sprig looked at Anne curious.
"There's a basketball game event?" Sprig asked.
"Yeah, mom used to signed me up back when I was a kid." replied Anne.
"Have you thought about it yet?"
"We'll wait and see. I'm sure it's gonna be just fine."
Then suddenly, they heard a honk. Anne and Sprig turned their heads at the directions where Mickey approached driving his car and parked in the front the house. Mickey got out from his car and looked at Anne and Sprig.
"Hiya, Anne. Hiya, Sprig." Mickey greeted his friends.
"Hi Mickey." Sprig greeted back.
"What are you doing here?" Anne kindly asked.
"Is your parents home? I need to talk to them." replied Mickey.
"Uh, yeah. They're in the house, but why do you ask?"
"Well, there's something I would like to talk about if that's alright with you."
"Sure, come on in."
"Thanks, Anne." Mickey thanked her.
"No problem, dude." said Anne.
"Did you just call him "dude"?" Sprig asked.
"It's fine, Sprig. Hope he doesn't mind." replied Anne.
"I have no problems for that." said Mickey.
They walked inside the house to the kitchen where her parents are washing their dishes after they were having breakfast. Anne, Sprig, and Mickey have entered the kitchen to talk to them.
"Mom, dad, there's someone likes to see you." said Anne getting them attention.
Her parents turn off the sink as they turned around and looked at Mickey smiling.
"Oh! Hello, Mickey." Oum greeted.
"Ha ha, hiya, Mr. and Mrs. Boonchuy." Mickey greeted Anne's parents.
"So good to see you again."
"You too. Say uh, can we talk?"
"Sure, what brings you here?" Bee asked.
"Well, there was a basketball game that's been coming up and I was wondering if your kids could signed up to join a basketball team."
"Ooh, did you hear that honey? There's a basketball game that's been coming up." said Oum smiling.
"Really?" Anne asked.
"Yeah, it'll be fun! Just like back in Amphibia." said Sprig.
"Wait, where's this game at?" Bee asked.
"In Toontown." Mickey answered.
"When?"
"Tonight."
"Tonight?!" exclaimed Hop Pop when he overheard.
"There's a basketball game?!" Polly came in along with Hop Pop.
"That's right. There's a basketball that's been coming up tonight." replied Mickey.
"Don't you mean bugball?" Hop Pop asked.
"No, we're talking about basketball. You know the difference." said Anne.
"So Anne, what do you say? Can we join him?" Sprig asked eagerly.
Anne hasn't thought about it yet. She started to think about sport events. She really loves playing basketball game, but right now she was concerned about her parents permission if she could signed up for. And then she made her decision.
"Okay, I'm in."
"YES!" Sprig cheers.
"If that's alright with mom."
"Of course you can." Oum accepted her permission.
"But you have to be extremely careful. Those players can be really tough." Bee added.
"Don't worry, dad. We did it once and we can do it again. Right Sprig?" said Anne.
"Right!" replied Sprig.
"Excellent! Let me know when you're ready." said Mickey.
"Okay, I'll go get my stuff ready." said Anne.
She left the kitchen when she ran upstairs to her room to get her stuff ready. Her parents looked at Mickey smiling.
"Don't worry ma'am, I'll look after your daughter. I'm sure she's gonna have so much." said Mickey.
"Thank you so, Mickey. Even though, I tried telling Anne to do some exercise to get some fresh air." replied Oum.
"That's why I'm here."
"Say, Mickey, can we come too? I like to know more about basketball." Hop Pop asked.
"Of course you can." Mickey answered.
"Cool! I can't wait to see what it is." said Polly.
"First and small question, who are we up against?" Sprig asked.
"I'm not so sure, but I highly doubt that there's gonna be a tough challenge. How hard can it be?" replied Mickey.
Meanwhile back in Toontown, there's was a dark alley where a place is called "Villains Pub" where most bad guys hangout in the bar. There we seven Beagle Boys wearing their green hats, red long shirts, blue pants, and brown shoes wearing their prison numbers on their shirt and black masks. Then a old vulture wearing his black suits and tie sitting next Pete who was hanging out at the pub, but the barkeeper weasel notice the vulture with disapproval look.
"One order to go, bouncer."
"Sorry, pure evil only." growled The gorilla.
"No! I'm not a villain! I'm just a business men who runs an organization!" said The old buzzard protesting, but grabbed by the gorilla as he escort him out.
"NO!" shout The old buzzard causing Pete's drink to spill before being tossed out.
"HEY! That's my drink!" Pete yells at the buzzard. "(mumbled) Jerk."
"Hey, why the mumble, chuck? You know that old buzzards runs an evil organization." said The rooster with metal beak.
"It's not that, Steelbeak. It's my drink he spills." replied Pete.
"Eh, get used to it."
"Hey, it's not my fault my contracts made me friendlier in the kids show."
"Like the time that you were doing a hot-dog dance." teased Steelbeak.
"Oh, give it a rest." said Pete.
Suddenly, the door burst opens. All of bad guys looked at Flintheart Glomgold who burst the door open as he grinned evilly. The Beagle Boys barely recognized him, but looked surprised.
"Flintheart Glomgold?!" exclaimed the Beagle Boys.
"Hello boys." said Glomgold grinning.
"What happened to you?!" cried one of the Beagle Boy, Burger.
"What? You don't like my appearance? That's fine?" replied Glomgold.
"Hey, you don't look like Glomgold to me." said Big Time, one of the Beagle Boys.
"Of course I am! Stop staring at me like this!" snapped Glomgold.
"Cut to the chase! What do you want?" snapped Pete.
"I have job for you. How would like to play basketball game?" said Glomgold offering the job.
Meanwhile at the gym, Mickey parked the car and got out followed by Anne and the Plantars wearing their disguises just to be sure that no one would know that they were frogs, but some already knows what they are and it's a really good thing that they keep the Plantars their secrets.
"Well, here we are." said Mickey.
"So this is where we practice?" Sprig asked.
"Yep, it's where I practice back in school." replied Anne.
"When do you ever go back to school?" Polly asked.
"I'm not so sure, but it's been a long time since I've been go with you guys."
They walk towards the main entrance and went through the door where Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Max are doing their exercise while Scrooge had a conversation with Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby.
Roger Rabbit was also there when he was spraying deodorant all over himself to make smell clean. Pluto noticed their presence when his left ear picked up. He looked at Anne and the Plantars smiling.
"Ruff! Ruff! Ruff! Ruff!"
"Hey, Pluto!" greeted Anne.
Pluto run towards to Anne while the rest of his friends looked at Anne and the Plantars smiling. Anne is petting Pluto on his head.
"How you been, boy?" said Anne then looked at Mickey's pals. "Hey guys."
"Hi Anne!" Mickey's pals all greeted except for Webby.
"Hey fellas." Sprig greeted.
"What's up, guys?" said Polly.
"Polly! You made it." said Dewey.
"Anne! How are you today?" Scrooge asked kindly.
"I'm doing great. Me and Sprig are here to join your basketball team."
"Cool!" said Dewey.
"Sounds awesome!" Louie added.
Anne noticed that Webby was there who was shy behind Scrooge upon their presence.
"Who's this?" Sprig curiously asked.
"Oh, this is Webby. She used to live with me along with her grandmother." said Scrooge introduced to Anne and the Plantars. "Webby, say hello."
"Hello." Webby greeted.
"Hi there, I'm Anne."
"I remember what Uncle Scrooge told me all about you. It's so nice to meet you."
"Aw, that's very sweet of you."
"So, is that everyone?" Hop Pop asked.
"Not quite. I've already send an email to most of our friends for those who play basketball." replied Mickey.
"Yeah! I bet our pals will be here any minute." Roger agrees.
Then all of sudden, a bull burst through the door carrying a rooster waving his sombrero doing a Mexican cry while the red carpet rolls down until a green parrot pops up. The rooster got off from the bull and land besides him. Donald noticed their presence and smiling at his friends.
"Jose! Panchito! You're here!" said Donald smiling.
"Hola, Donald." greeted Jose.
"Como estas mi amigo? Put it there." said Panchito.
Donald is doing his secret handshake to Jose and Panchito. The Plantars were curious at them while Anne remember those two.
"Anne, who are they?" Sprig asked.
"That's Jose and Panchito, Donald's friends." Anne explained. "They're the Three Caberellos."
"So good to see you, my friend." said Jose.
"You too, and there's someone I like you to meet." said Donald introducing his friends to Anne and the Plantars.
"Ah, you must be Anne. Donald told us all about you." said Panchito smiling.
"Yep, that's me." replied Anne.
"It is so good meet you." said Panchito.
"Put it there, amigo." said Jose.
Both Jose and Panchito are shaking hands with Anne with arms crossing when she giggled. Sprig was confused of all sudden. Later on, Timon and Pumbaa entered as they approach.
"Hey there, kid. What's up?" said Timon.
"Oh, hey guys." Sprig greeted. "What are you doing here?"
"Mickey send us an email to play basketball." Pumbaa explained.
"Since when did you play basketball?" Sprig asked.
"Since about...1995." Timon answered.
"Ah, gotcha."
To be unnoticed, a blue alien, Stitch crawling up in the ceiling while a little girl, Lilo enters wearing her Hawaiian red shirt with white leaves and blue sandals along with the Jumba, wearing yellow Hawaiian shirt and blue shorts and Pleakley, wearing Hawaiian orange dress with a brown wig.
"Aloha!" Lilo greeted.
Mickey and his friends looked at the girl smiling except the Plantars were curious at their appearances.
"Aloha!" They all greeted minus the Plantars
"Aloha?" Sprig asked.
"It means "hello" and "goodbye". It's from Hawaii." Anne explained whispering.
"We're so glad you can join us." said Minnie.
"Thanks. Stitch and I used to play basketball, no thanks to Myrtle for cheating."
"Who's Stitch?" Sprig asked, but whispered.
"Oh, he's a blue alien that everybody loves." Timon answered whispered.
"Yeah, we know him well." Pumbaa added.
"When?" Sprig asked.
"Since about...2002."
"(gasp) WHAT IS THAT?!" Hop Pop shouted.
Anne, Mickey, and all of their friends looked up at Stitch hanging above the ceiling. Stitch heard a yelling and falls off from the ceiling as he land right in front of Anne and Sprig startling them. Stitch looked up and stares at Anne as he smiles.
"Anne!"
Before Anne asks, but Stitch jumped on Anne as she stumbles on the floor. He started to lick her face making Anne cringed, but laughing. Sprig, Polly, and Hop Pop were dumbfounded.
"Dude! Cut it out!" Anne laughed.
"Stitch, what are you doing?" Lilo giggles.
Stitch got off Anne when standing wiping her face.
"Sorry about my dog. He was happy that you were found and reunited with your family."
"Dog?" Sprig confused.
"It's alright. I didn't noticed that the last time I saw you and your family back at the House of Mouse." said Anne. "You're Lilo, right?"
"Yep, that's right." replied Lilo as she shake hands with Anne.
Stitch started sniff closer at Sprig when he felt nervous.
"Uh, Anne? What is he doing?" said Sprig unease.
"Oh, is that your brother?" Lilo curiously asked when noticed.
"Him? That's Sprig, my best friend." replied Anne.
"Is that a wig?" Polly asked whispered.
"Oh! Nothing to see here. It's just a hair." Pleakley chuckled nervously.
"Ignored him." Jumba mumbled.
Before Stitch do anything, then out of nowhere when a blue smokescreen goes poof. It got everyone in the gym attention where it shows a blue being, the Genie as he approaches.
"He's big! He's blue! Genie is in the house!"
Then a spotlight shines upon Genie as he made a dramatic entrance.
"Hey, it's nice to be on a show. Hi, how are you? Did you miss me?"
"Ha ha, hiya Genie. So glad you can make it." said Mickey.
"Mickey! My man! How's my favorite little mouse?" said Genie.
"I'm doing so well." replied Mickey.
"Gasp! Can it be?" Genie noticed when poof right next to Anne starling her. "It's Anne! The girl who's been missing! Oh, it is so good to see you in one place!"
Genie happily hugs Anne while laughs. She remembers the Genie back at the nightclub.
"So nice to meet you too." said Anne smiling.
"Wow! Look at you. All grown up." said Genie let go of his hug then noticed the Plantars. "And who's this?"
"Oh! This is Sprig, Polly, and Hop Pop. They're the Plantars." replied Anne.
"Hi." Polly greeted.
"The Plantars? Hello, nice to meet you folks on the show. Put em' there!"
Genie grab the Plantars hands as he shaking their hands up and down making their eyes dizzy. Genie let go of their hands as the Plantars shook their heads to get back on track.
"Yes, so nice to meet you too." said Hop Pop.
"Are you a ghost?" Polly asked curious.
"Oh, I wouldn't say ghost, but if I were, would I do this?" said Genie as he transform himself into a resemble as the friendly ghost. The Plantars were confused blinking their eyes.
"I don't get it." said Polly.
"Guys, that's Genie, Aladdin's best friend who set him free from the lamp." Anne explained.
"Oh, why thank you." Genie thanked her.
"Hey everyone!"
They turn heads at Phineas and Ferb along with Isabella, Candace, Baljeet, Buford, and the Fireside Girls as they all entered through the main entrance. Anne smiled when her friends has join the basketball team.
"Hi Phineas!" Mickey greeted.
"Hey guys!" Anne greeted.
"Great to see you!" said Goofy.
"Thanks. We ask our parents permission to sign up for basketball game." replied Phineas.
"And me and the Fireside Girls will earn "Cheer Leading Patch"." Isabella added.
"Are you a cheerleader?" Anne asked.
"Well, I'm a basketball player." Isabella answered. "I leave Gretchen in charge while I'm hanging out."
"Ah, gotcha."
"Alright everyone. Gather round please." Mickey announced.
All of his friends including Anne and the Plantars are gathering in front of Mickey and Scrooge. Tall ones goes in the back while the small ones go in front.
"I know you're all excited to play basketball, but let me make this brief. Scrooge will explain to you about the game plan besides most of my pals." said Mickey.
"Thank you, Mickey. The reasons why you're all here is because my archrival, Flintheart Glomgold has challenged me for a basketball game. For those who plays basketball, raise your hand." said Scrooge.
All of them raised their hands except for Polly and Webby.
"Good, now our goal is to beat Glomgold to win the game. Whoever wins shall keep the money and be the richest duck in the world, but whoever loose, we loose the money and lend it Glomgold."
"Let me get this straight. You brought us all here just to win for money?" Timon rephrased that question.
"It's not just for the money, but I will prove that Glomgold is wrong. I have win this bet for over years and now it's gonna be tough challenge rather than searching for treasures and mysteries." replied Scrooge.
"When is the game starts?" Buford asked.
"Tonight."
"TONIGHT?!" Candace exclaimed. "It takes hours to practice basketball!"
"That is why you're all here. I'll be your coach while Mickey will be your team leader." said Scrooge.
"Thank you, Scrooge." Mickey thanked him and looked at his teammates. "Now before we begin, Anne and Sprig has join our basketball with their parents permissions since she already told me how she use to play basketball game back from her school. She'll show you how it's done."
Mickey holds out a basketball. Anne step up from the group and kindly take the ball from Mickey.
"Anne, care do the honors?" Mickey ask kindly.
"Sure." replied Anne.
She dribbles the ball and runs over to the left side of the basketball hoops. She jumps up and throws the ball through the hoops. All of her new friends were impressed and amazed with ooh's and ah's.
"Ooohh" Stitch impressed.
"Gwarsh!" Goofy surprised.
"Cool!" Phineas impressed.
"Nice!" said Max.
"See. This is what we're gonna do if we have to work together as a team." said Mickey.
"Hey, let me try." said Donald swiped the ball from Anne. "Panchito, shoot the ball!"
Donald bounce the ball, but Panchito pulls out his pistols shooting at the ball while the rest of team covered their eyes and ears until he stops shooting. The ball fells flatly with many holes. They all looked at the flat ball then looked at Panchito with his embarrassed look.
"Let's try that again. Shall we?" said Donald.
Later on, their practice is about to begin. Left teams are Anne, Sprig, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Max, Jose, Panchito, Roger, and Genie while the right teams are Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Isabella, Baljeet, Buford, Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, Pleakley, Timon, and Pumbaa as both teams facing each other.
The Fireside Girls are doing their cheerleading routine while Polly, Hop Pop, Pluto, Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby are sitting on the bench watching the practice. Scrooge is standing next to his butler, Duckworth as a referee holding a basket ball.
"Remember, there is no "I" in the team. Only teamwork. And no rough housing." said Scrooge reminds them. "That means you, boy."
Baljeet looked at Buford smirking.
"He means you, Buford." said Baljeet.
"Whatever." Buford scoff.
"Ready...Begin!"
Duckworth blows a whistle and toss the ball. The training begins as Sprig hops up and took the ball. He dribbles the ball as he ran straight to the hoops, but Buford and Baljeet blocked his path. Sprig looked at Anne noticed waving her arms.
"Sprig! Over here!"
Sprig toss the ball at Anne, but Stich jumped at catch the ball.
"Thank you!" said Stitch.
"Hey!"
Stitch cackles as he bounce the ball, but Donald swipe the ball while chuckling.
"Yoink!"
Timon swipe the ball from Donald, but Goofy swipes the ball back from Timon. He run straight to the hoops and toss the ball into the hoops. Anne's team were cheering for Goofy.
"Woo! Good job, Goofy!" Anne impressed.
"Way to go, dad!" Max cheered.
"Ah hyuck, thanks."
The next round starts when Candace got the ball as she pass the ball to Isabella when run towards the hoop, but Minnie and Daisy block her path. Isabella quickly toss the ball higher to the hoop as it got in. Phineas' team cheers for Isabella. Both Minnie and Daisy were impressed.
"Nice shot, Isabella." said Phineas.
"Thank you." Isabella thanked her crush.
The next round starts again, when Mickey pass the ball to Roger, but the rabbit slips and fall as Baljeet caught the ball. Genie blocked his path while Baljeet bounce the ball.
"Hey! Over here!" Buford yells.
Baljeet toss the ball to Buford, but Sprig hops up and catch the ball much to Buford's stunned.
"Thank you!" said Sprig.
As the frog boy run towards to the hoops, he pass the ball to Anne and she jumps high enough as she slam dunk into the hoops. Anne's team were cheering for Anne astonishing. Genie pulls out a number on a board says "10" thus making a crowd cheering sounds. Anne lands on the floor and gives Sprig a high five.
After their long practice, they went to take a break for over thirty minutes by relaxing and drinking their water. Anne took a sip of water, but curiously looked inside incase there's something in there, but she shrugged off and resume drinking.
Once they're done taking their break, they resume their practice. Sprig dribbles the ball as he went to the opposite hoops, but Buford reached his left foot to make Sprig trip and fall thus dropping the ball, but Buford caught it. He pass it to Jumba and throws the ball into the hoop. Sprig gives Buford a glare while Scrooge facepalm for Buford's action.
"Buford! He said no rough housing!" Isabella exclaimed.
"What!" Buford shrugged.
Later on, Donald dribbles the ball as he pass it to Daisy, but Jumba and Pleakley blocked her path. Daisy toss the ball to Minnie and jumps high to toss the ball into the hoop. One by one, they did everything they can as they keep practicing. And now for their final training, Anne and Sprig stood in front of Phineas and Ferb as they smirked at each other.
"Ready?" Phineas asked.
"Ready." replied Anne.
Then Duckworth blows the whistle as he toss the ball in the air. Anne caught the ball and pass by the boys. She dribbles as she run towards to the hoops, but Pumbaa blocked her path while Timon tried to reach the ball, but Anne lifts the ball since she's tall enough. Then she heard Mickey's whistling.
"Hey! Over here!" Mickey hollers.
Anne toss the ball to Mickey as he run towards and jumped high enough to do the final slam dunk right into the hoops. Everyone cheers for Mickey. Even Anne was cheering for her idol.
"WHOO HOO!" Timon cheered.
"Way to go, Mickey!" Minnie cheered.
"Yay, Mickey!" Lilo cheered.
"Oh boy!" Donald cheered.
Mickey give all of his friends a high five. Minnie launched her boyfriend to hug him and kiss his cheek. They both giggled. Pluto ran over to his owner and lick his face. Anne approached when she gives him a noogie while Mickey laughs.
"That's my number one idol!" Anne cheered.
"Ha ha! Thanks Anne!" Mickey laughed.
Anne let go of Mickey as he gives her a fist bump.
"We made a pretty good team, huh?" said Anne.
"You bet." replied Mickey.
"Good job, everyone." said Scrooge as he approach them. "That was impressive skills you been working."
"That's Anne alright. She's one of the best basketball player there is." said Hop Pop standing next to Scrooge.
"Gosh, we've been practicing for 3 hours and we still have enough time before the game starts tonight." said Mickey.
"When?" Huey, Dewey, and Louie asked all at once.
"6:00 p.m."
"Perfect! Now which team are we gonna name for ourselves." said Daisy.
"Why don't we call ourselves, the Quack Pack?" Donald suggested.
"Or we could try, Team Amigos!" said Panchito.
"Si, but we should try something else." Jose agrees.
"Or we could do Team Hakuna Matata." Timon added.
"Team Ohana!" Lilo added.
"The Fireside Squad!" Phineas added.
"Hey, how about the Toon Squad?" Goofy suggested.
"That's a good one, but it's taken." Scrooge reminded Goofy.
"Why don't we try Mouseketeers?" Anne suggested.
"That sounds like a wonderful idea, Anne." Minnie agrees.
"Ooh! I like the sound of that." said Pumbaa.
"Well, I guess there's no argue with that." said Phineas.
"Agreed." said Ferb as he agrees.
"Alrighty then, Mouseketeer it is." said Mickey.
Most of his friends likes the ideas. Anne felt her heart warm when her new friends loves the idea of naming the team.
"Thanks guys. Thought I just come up with the ideas since I looked up online back when I was a kid." Anne blushed.
"What do you say fellas? Let's put our hands together." said Goofy.
"Yeah! Let's do it to it!" Max agrees.
"Count me in!" said Donald.
The entire team put their hands in the middle as they usually in a tight circle for team huddle. Pluto put his paw on top.
"Alright team, we're gonna win this game and show the world who we are. All for one..." Mickey paused.
"And one for all!"
They raise their arms high as they all cheered together.
"I'll get those outfits ready in no time." said Minnie.
"I couldn't agree more." said Daisy.
"And tonight's pizza is on me! Ah hyuck!" said Goofy.
"Pizza! Pizza! Pizza! Pizza!" The Plantars chanted.
While everyone is talking and chanting, Anne and Mickey were looking at their friends smiling. Anne never felt so happy since last week. Mickey looked at Anne smiling.
"So Anne, you ready for this?" Mickey asked.
"Yep. Sure is." replied Anne. "Thanks for let me volunteer."
"Ha ha, no problem, Anne."
While everyone in this gym took no notice, outside from the window where the raven is sitting outside watching through the window. He was watching this practice the whole time. And then flew off to send a message to his mistress.
Later that evening, residents of Toontown were parking their vehicles at the sports arena to watch the basketball event. Most residents are getting tickets to get inside, gathering some snacks and drinks, taking their seats, and they also bought some merchandise of Mickey's Sports.
Meanwhile in the lockers room, Anne and the girls are putting on their sports outfits in the ladies room while Mickey and the boys are putting on their sports outfits in the men's room. Their sports outfits are red tank top with Mickey's icons in front and each different numbers are in the back, red shorts with two white buttons resembles to Mickey's pants, and yellow sports shoes.
Anne looked in the mirror as she pose herself wearing her new sports outfit and has her number "13" in the back. It brings back memories when she plays bugball back in Amphibia.
"It's perfect." said Anne smiling.
Sprig looked himself at the mirror wearing his sports outfit with number "10" in the back with his bean hat and his mask is on. He smiles at the mirror. The rest of the team are now ready for basketball game, but for those who didn't wear shoes are Donald, Jose, Panchito, Pumbaa, Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley.
Meanwhile at the auditorium seats, most of Mickey's friends has been traveled from any fairytales while others were traveled as quickly as possible. Dumbo and Peter Pan flew inside as they took a seat with Timothy Mouse on Dumbo's hat eating his peanuts. The Seven Dwarfs took their seats when Happy and Dopey are eager to see the game while Grumpy just being Grumpy.
"Heh! Sports." Grumpy scoffs.
Most princesses are wearing their comfy clothes (the ones they were wearing from "Ralph Breaks The Internet") along with their princes. Moana and Merida are the only princesses that don't have their prince. Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff are wearing their comfy clothes sitting with Olaf and Sven. Rapunzel and Eugene are sitting next to them wearing their comfy clothes
Aladdin and Jasmine are taking their seat while Abu is eating popcorn. Pocahontas took a seat while Meeko is eating popcorn as well. Mulan and Shang took their seat while Mushu is on her shoulder eating popcorn along with Cri Kee.
"Oh ho, this is gonna be good." said Mushu.
"So who are we cheering on?" Olaf asked.
"Mickey and his friends." Anna answered.
"Oh. And who are we up against?"
"We don't know yet."
"Whichever teams they're against, I'm guessing it could be some Thug Pugs." Eugene suggested.
"Eugene." said Rapunzel raising her eyebrows.

Hop Pop, Polly, Oum, and Bee are taking their seats at the very bottom when holding their drinks and popcorns. They were happy to see their daughter to be on sports events. Hop Pop and Polly have never seen such place where the audience is are.
"So this is where we're sitting at the very bottom." said Hop Pop.
"Yeah, the crowd were so loud." said Polly
"I can't believe it! Our daughter is gonna be on basketball team!" said Bee when excited.
"My baby girl is all growing up!" Oum added when smiling.
When nobody notice from the top of auditorium office, the toys came in were Woody and Bo Peep along with their friends, Buzz, Jessie, Mr. & Mrs. Potato Heads, Hamm, Rex, and Slinky are following out from the air vent.
"Piggy bank. Coming through. Coming through." said Hamm.
"Oh! I can hardly wait!" said Rex excited.
"It's been a while since we're all together now, huh Woody?" said Bo Peep.
"It sure is, Bo. I'm looking forward to see this." replied Woody.
"Alright troops, is everyone ready?" said Buzz.
"Phone ready." replied Mr. Potato Head take phone out from his back and hand it to Woody.
"Alright, let's make a call." Woody dialed a phone number.
Meanwhile at Bonnie's house, Trixie, the triceratops is playing an online game on the laptop. Suddenly, the cellphone rang as she answer the call.
"Hello?"
"Trixie, it's Woody. We're at the sports arena. Go to the live stream on sports channel."
"Already?!" Trixie exclaimed as she switch the website into the sports channel. "Guys! The sports channel is on!"
Most of Bonnie's toys including Dolly, Buttercup, Mr. Pricklepants, Peas-In-A-Pod, and Totoro are approaching as they are happy to watch live streaming on the internet. Then all of sudden, the "ESPN" logo appears as the main title when it's time.
"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to Disney's ESPN Sports Arena! Tonight is your hosts, the one and only...Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy!"
Then the screen switch to Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy appears at the announcing booth. Kermit is wearing his suits and red tie while Miss Piggy wearing her white dress.
"Hi ho, Kermit the Frog here and welcome to the Disney's ESPN Sports Arena! I am your host."
"And I'm Miss Piggy, your co-host. Tonight, there's a challenge for basketball game right between the richest duck in the world, Scrooge McDuck and his archenemy, Flintheart Glomgold."
"Before we begin, I would like to give a big warm welcome to our first beloved team that was named after it was based from Walt Disney's television series in 1955. Please welcome... Mouseketeers!"
The whole crowds were cheering as Kermit announced. The banner of Mickey's icon was setup when the "Mickey Mouse March" theme is on with the trumpets until Pluto burst out barking happily followed by the Fireside Girls wearing their cheerleader outfits with the color base of red and white wearing Mickey ears.
Once the Fireside Girls are doing their own routine Panchito ran out doing Mexican cry followed by Jose waving his arms. Daisy came out running along with, Max, Roger Rabbit Genie, Timon, and Pumbaa waving to their crowds. Lilo, Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley came out as well waving at everyone including her family, Nani and David who were cheering for them. Even Angel, a pink alien who is cheering on Stitch.
"Boochie Boo!" Angel cheers.
Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, Candace, Baljeet, and Buford ran out as they waving at the crowds. Linda and Lawrence were cheering for the kids along Isabella's mother, Vivian. Stacy and her mother were cheering as well along with Candace's boyfriend, Jeremy who's taking a picture.
"WOO-HOO! GO CANDACE!" Stacy cheered.
"That's our kids!" Lawrence cheering.
"Go get 'em!" Linda hollered.
"There you have it, folks. Most of our pals has joined the team that came from around the world along with the children of Tri-State Area." said Kermit.
"Our first guest who is already learn to do some sports following the cartoon shorts, please put your hands together for...Goofy!" said Miss Pigg announced.
The crowd cheers when Goofy came out wearing his sports outfit with number "4" on his back as he laughing and waving his hands at the crowds, but slips and fall. He got up and waved his hand at them.
"Ah hyuck, hi." Goofy greeted.
"Up next, we have number one duck who is quacking enough to loose his temper. Give it up for...Donald Duck!" said Kermit announced.
The crowd cheers when Donald comes out waving his arms wearing his sports outfit with number "11" in the back.
"Hello!" Donald hollered greeted.
Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby are sitting with the crowd cheering along with the boy's mom that has long hair, wearing golden yellow coat, light teal shirt, pine green shorts, green headband, and pearl necklace around her neck cheering her brother.
"Coming up next, is a girl who inspire us all beloved by so many children and also for fangirls. Please give her a warm welcome...Minnie Mouse!" said Miss Pigg announced.
The crowds going wild at Minnie as she runs out wearing her sports outfit with number "18" on her back waving and gives her fans some blow kiss.
"(giggles) Hello there." Minnie waved at her fans.
"And now, we are presenting to the leader of club who started it all since 1923. Please put your hands together for...the one...and only...Mickey Mouse!" Kermit cheers as he announced.
The whole crowds are going wild as Mickey wearing his sports outfit with number "1" comes out running as the spotlight shines on him. he waved his arms smiling at the crowds.
"Ha ha, hiya folks!" Mickey greeted.
From the crowds, there were four children of mouse were twin boys and twin girls. Two boys were Mickey's nephew and two girls were Minnie's nieces cheering at Mickey along with the Three Little Pigs were wearing sports shirts with Mickey's face on it waving their flags sitting next to Horace and Clarabelle cheering.
"Wow! Would you look at that! The crowd goes wild!" said Kermit.
"Yes, they sure love Mickey. Don't you, Kermie?" said Miss Piggy.
Suddenly, Scooter came in wearing his headsets with his clipboard as he approach.
"Excuse me, Kermit?" said Scooter.
"Hmm? What is it, Scooter?" Kermit asked.
"We have two more players and they're on the list."
"Really?"
"Mmm hmm."
"Oh, uh okay then. Thank you." Kermit thank Scooter and resuming announcement.
"And now ladies and gentlemen, we have two more players that is now part of the team. A thirteen year old girl who's been missing for over five months until she was found along with her best friend who is actually a a ten year old boy. Please give them a round applause for our new players...Anne Boonchuy and Sprig Plantar!"
The music change into different kinds of music as the crowd cheers when both Anne and Sprig came out running as the spotlight shines upon them. Anne and Sprig were waving at the crowds smiling. Hop Pop, Polly, and her parents were cheering on both Anne and Sprig.
"WOO-HOO! GO SPRIG!" Polly yells.
"THAT'S MY GRANDSON!" Hop Pop cheers.
"GO ANNE, GO!" Oum cheers.
Anne and Sprig gave the rest of the team high five and fist bumps. They were huddle up in circle.
"Alright gang, is everyone ready?" said Mickey.
"Ready!" replied his team.
"Then let's do it to it!"
"GO SPORTS TEAM!" The Mouseketeers shout it out loud.
Scrooge and Duckworth shows up at the bench as the Mouseketeers are taking their seats. Then they heard Miss Piggy announcement.
"And now ladies and gentlemen, we have our next team who were competitive that are so mean and so terrifying. You probably not gonna like it. So please do NOT give them a big welcome...Team Glomgold?"
The crowd started to boo when the music starts with rock metal. Then all of sudden, the opposite team comes out running wearing their dark blue outfits and black sneakers. The Mouseketeers were shocked as they recognized them. Even Mickey and Scrooge were shocked, but the Plantars were nervous about their presence.
"Jumping jeepers! It's the Beagle Boys!" Roger Rabbit shocked.
There were only seven Beagle Boys. Their names are Big Time, Burger, Bouncer, Baggy, Babyface, Bugle, and Bankjob all wearing their sports outfits, but still wearing their green hats and black mask.
"Steelbeak?!" Daisy exclaimed.
Steelbeak is wearing his sports outfits, but still wearing his bow tie as he smugged.
"What up, dogs." Steelbeak laughs evilly.
"Big Bad Wolf?!" Goofy stunned.
The Big Bad Wolf shows up wearing his sports outfit and his top hat grinning his sharp teeth. The Three Little Pigs were held on to each other as they were afraid a bit.
"Magica De Spell?!" Donald yells.
Magica De Spell walks out wearing her sports outfit and her dress shoes. She noticed at first as she switch her shoes into sneakers using her dark magic as she smirks.
"Don Karnage!" Minnie yelps.
Don Karnage, the notorious pirate captain of the sky wearing his blue trench coat and then he took off his coat showing his sports outfit as he smug his face.
"Fear not! Salvation is at hands!"
Pete shows up wearing his sport outfit as he gives him smug walk closer to Mickey glaring at his archrival.
"Well, well, if it ain't Mickey and his pals. I see you recruit some couple of kids and some rookies." said Pete.
"Nice of you to show up, Pete." Mickey scoff putting his hands on his hip.
"Really? I love to chat with you, but I have game plan with my teammates. If this is about the TV you ask, well forget it!"
"No, it isn't."
"Hmmph! It's only the matter of time until we win. May the best player wins." said Pete as he walked away laughing.
Later on, Glomgold came in as he approach to them. Scrooge turns around and look straight at Glomgold and walk closer to his archenemy.
"Glomgold." said Scrooge sternly.
"I see you already met my team." said Glomgold smirked.
"Yes, everybody knows each other. Well, most of them."
"You ready to loose?"
"Ha! As if."
Glomgold noticed the Mouseketeer as they all glared at him crossing their arms.
"What's this? Some couple of clowns and some meddling kids? And what are they wearing? Some kids show?" Glomgold mocked them.
Stitch growls at Glomgold. Donald clenched his fist.
"Hey, watch it bud! That's my friends you're talking to." said Anne sternly.
"Oooohhhh! I'm so scared! What ever shall I do?" Glomgold teased her and then cackles.
Anne just clench her fist, but Mickey raise his arms in front of her.
"Don't listen to him. He's just trying trick you." said Mickey.
"Right." Anne nodded.
"Alright Golmgold, if we're gonna challenge, then we have to play fair by our rules. No cheating, no tricks, and no dark magic." said Scrooge sternly.
"Fine, but if we play fair, you have to follow the rules too. No magic, no tricks, and no funny business," said Glomgold sternly.
"Deal."
Both Scrooge and Glomgold shake their hands and then turn away from each other. Glomgold went over to his team as they huddle.
"Alright, now here's the plan, when the game starts, you do whatever is you got. You show them no mercy. We play by our rules."
"But what about Scrooge?" Babyface asked.
"He'll never know if we secretly cheated. Make sure you don't get caught."
"Yeah!" "You got it, boss."
"Excellent. Now go!"
The bad guys nodded as they walk towards to the center. Cut to Scrooge talking to the Mouseketeers as he come up with the game plan.
"Alright troops, we have to win this by playing fair. We cannot use some magic tricks or funny business." said Scrooge as he reminds them.
"Not even some crazy contraptions that my brother's been building?" Candace asked.
"Exactly. Now, there's only twelve against twelve. I'll start with Anne, Sprig, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Max, Phineas, Ferb, Candace, and Isabella. When the game starts, stay focus."
"You got it, coach." said Anne as she salutes.
Then suddenly, they heard a cheering as they looked up at Donald's sister.
"YEAH! WOO HOO! GO DONALD!"
"Who's that?" Sprig asked.
"That's Della, my sister and the boy's mom." Donald mumbled, feeling that she emberrased him.
"Hi Della!" Daisy hollers.
"SMILE!" Della took a picture.
"Ah, phooey." Donald felt embarrassed.
"You ready for this?" said Anne talking to Sprig.
"Spranne against the world." replied Sprig as he fist bump at Anne.
The first twelve players were Anne, Sprig, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Max, Phineas, Ferb, Candace, and Isabella as they walk towards to the center where Team Glomgold are standing. Hop Pop and Anne's parents were nervous when they thought it was a bad idea.
"I have a bad feeling about this." said Mr. Boonchuy nervously.
"Maybe this wasn't such a good idea." Mrs. Boonchuy concerned.
"Who cares?! I wanna see how it started!" said Polly ambitious.
"Get ready folks, what we are about to witness as twelve players goes first while Team Glomgold were only all twelve of them." Kermit announced
Once two teams spread out each other, they were all giving an each other glares. Just then, Duckworth approach as he holds the basketball in his left hand.
"Players, are you ready?" said Duckworth.
They were stood their ground waiting for Duckworth to toss. Both Anne and Candace were nodded at each other firmly. And then Duckworth toss the ball into the air as he blows his whistle.
"And it's on!"Kermit announced.
The game starts as Mickey jumps up, but Pete caught the ball first as he dribbles the ball when most players are spreading. Mickey tried to catch up with Pete, but Pete toss the ball to Bouncer and then pass it to Bankjob and then he toss the ball into the hoops.
"First goal for Team Glomgold." Kermit announced.
The crowds were booing at Team Glomgold when the scores reaches to 2 for the opposite team. The bad guys cheers while Glomgold cackles.
"Yes!"
The next round when the ball was tossed. Goofy caught the ball, but knocked over by bouncer as he swipe the ball from Goofy. Max blocked his path, but Bouncer toss the ball to Magica throws the ball into the hoop making another score.
"Too slow, little boy." Magica chuckled evilly.
The next round when the ball was tossed and this time, Anne catch the ball first and pass the ball to Sprig as he dribbles fast as he can by sliding under Big Bad Wolf. He jumps up as he toss the ball to the hoops. The crowds were cheering for Mouseketeers.
"First goal for the Mouseketeers!" Miss Piggy announced.
"How does he do that?" Glomgold shocked as he angrily slamming his fist.
Then it's Minnie's turn that she catch the ball and dribbles to the opposite hoops. Don Karnage and Big Bad Wolf blocked her path, but Minnie toss over them as Isabella catch the ball. She dribbles and toss it to the hoops making the crowd cheers as the scores catching up to 2 making two ways tied.
The Fireside Girls were cheering for Isabella while Pluto happily bark. Anne gave Isabella a high five. The Mouseketeers are catching on as time is running out by earning some scores.
"The Mouseketeers are in the lead, but Team Glomgold are catching up with them." Miss Piggy announced.
Later on for second quarter, six players were switch to Timon, Pumbaa, Genie. Roger, Jose, and Panchito. The game starts when Genie caught the ball as he dribbles, but Pete use his belly to hit Genie causing him to drop the ball and Pete caught it.
"I got it! I got it!" Timon tried to reach the ball, but was stomped by Pete making him look flat. "Oh, he got me."
Pete toss the ball to the hoops making more score. Then Steelbeak caught the ball after toss. Jose and Panchito blocked the path. Steelbeak yawns and toss the ball to Burger, but caught by Sprig by hopping.
"Yoink!"
"Hey!" Burger whined.
Sprig chuckles as he ran towards to the opposite hoop, but Big Bad Wolf blocked his path when Sprig bounce the ball.
"I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow you out!" said Big Bad Wolf.
He blows the whistle at Sprig as he fell loosing the ball when blew all the way to the hoop. The crowds booing and exclaimed when the scores reach up to 4. Duckworth blows the whistles to send the Big Bad Wolf a foul play meaning that he's in a timeout.
"HEY! THAT'S CHEATING! HE CAN'T DO THAT!" Polly yells.
"Who does he think he is?!" Hop Pop exclaims.
Scrooge gives Glomgold a hard glare who's been whistling. The next round when Babyface caught the ball, but Candace swipe the ball as she dribbles and toss it to Daisy, but Steelbeek caught the ball by his mouth and took it out.
"Sorry, too slow." Steelbeak taunted.
He toss the ball to the hoops earning more points. One by one, the Mouseketeers were outmatched by Team Glomgold with each scores while most players were switched by Scrooge. The Mouseketeers did earn some scores, but they were gonna loose. Baljeet was about to toss, but he felt that he was giving wedgies by Big Time who was laughing. Later on, Stitch dribbles the ball as he run pass Bugle and Big Time.
"Hey! Get back here!" snapped Big Time.
Stitch jumps on the hoops as he hold on and toss the ball into the hoop earning another point. Lilo cheers for Stitch.
"Meega nala kweesta!" Stitch taunted and blew raspberry at him.
"Alright folks, they only have 1 minute to win until we have halftime like around 15 minutes." Kermit announced.
"It's a bit bummer that Team Glomgold are winning. They are the worst!" Miss Piggy scoffs.
"I agree with you, Miss Piggy. I like to know how are they keep winning."
Uncle Deadly has arrived holding out a water bottle to Miss Piggy.
"Thirsty, Miss Piggy?" Uncle Deadly asked.
"Yes please." Miss Piggy took a drink.
Right now, it's Anne, Sprig, Timon, Pumbaa, Stitch, Genie, Mickey, Goofy, Max, and the Three Caberellos are up against Team Glomgold. Duckworth toss the ball and he blow a whistle. Sprig caught ball first and dodge from any Beagle Boys.
"Come here, you little twerp!" Bouncer snapped.
"Sprig! Over here!" Anne hollers.
Sprig was toss the ball, but Baggy caught it.
"Too slow, tiny!"
Sprig gritted his teeth through his mask, but he knew he can't blow his cover by removing his mouth. Baggy dribbles the ball and pass it Don Karnage and he toss the ball into the hoop when time is up. The crowd exclaimed as they all boo to Team Glomgold, but they ignored the boos while they were cheering as their score reach to 66 while the Mousketeers score is 23.
"I DID IT! I DID IT! I DEFEATED SCROOGE MCDUCK!" Glomgold gleefully cheered.
"Ahem!"
Glomgold looked at his players when they annoying crossing their arms and hands on hips.
"I mean, we did it!"
Then the players start laughing and cackles. Sprig was staring at them as he gets mad. He angrily walk towards them, but Anne grabbed his shoulder.
"Hey, it's okay. We'll win this game." said Anne.
"Yeah, right. But that's not enough." Sprig scoff when walks off to the locker room.
Anne was started to get concern about her best friend. Anne and the rest of the team are walking sadly to the locker room while the crowds were muttering and worrying. Polly and Hop Pop were started to worry about Sprig as they got out from the seat and follow them. Oum and Bee looks concerned and decided to follow them.
"Aw! What a shame! Looks like Team Glomgold has reach the top. We are taking a big break in around 15 minutes until we get back on track." Kermit announced.
To be unnoticed, a wooden boy, Pinocchio is sitting with his father, Geppetto while his conscious, Jiminy Cricket is standing on the boy's shoulders thinking about the opposite team.
"Golly, this game was pretty hard, huh?" said Pinocchio.
"It's certainly is. Something is not right. I better get to the bottom of this." said Jiminy as he hops off.
"Where are you going?" Pinocchio asked.
"I'm gonna check and see what this Glomgold is up to. I'll be right back." replied Jiminy as he hops away to find out what's going on.
"I! Hate! Them! So! Much!" Miss Pigg angrily banging her head on the table.
"I know, Miss Piggy. I know you hate them more than any villains, but believe me. I know that we could get to the bottom of this."
Suddenly, the great stunt devil, Gonzo came in along with the rat, Rizzo as they approach.
"Hey, you guys! You should check out on Twitter! Look!" said Gonzo showing his phone.
Kermit and Miss Piggy were looking at Gonzo's phone.
"It says here when Fozzie tweeted that there was a "Theme Song Takeover" when Glomgold is singing "Ducktales". Isn't it great?!"
"Are you kidding me?" Miss Piggy lowered her voice.
"I don't think it's a great song Gonzo, but it's already posted long ago." said Kermit.
"Oh, was it that bad?" Gonzo asked.
"I told you it's not a good time to laugh." said Rizzo.
"Oh, sorry about that. I have no idea." Gonzo apologize.
"I'm getting hungry. Let's go get some snack." Rizzo suggested.
"Good idea, Rizzo." said Gonzo as they both left.
"Can you bring me some snacks?" Kermit hollered.
"Sure thing, buddy!" Gonzo hollered back.
"If that music stuck inside of my head one more time, I swear I would give him a knuckle sandwich! HYA!" Miss Piggy shouts.
Kermit was knocked out by Miss Piggy doing a karate chop and taking her breathe.
"Uh...little help here." Kermit groaned.
Meanwhile in the visitors team locker room, Glomgold and his players were taking a break as he gathered up some baddies as he speaks, but they took no notice when Jiminy Cricket has already followed them fast as he looked through the air vent listening to their conversations.
"Great work, boys!" Glomgold congratulate them. "And my lady, we knocked them out so good. Once the third quarter is up, we have to play harder and soon, victory shall be ours."
"Yeah, when it's done, you gonna share your money to us so our ma would be proud of us." said Big Time.
"Yeah, man. We're gonna be rich." Bugle added.
"Once we ended the bargain, Scrooge's Number One Dime shall be mine." said Maciga.
"I'm gonna rub the Goof in the face." Pete added.
"What about the girl?" asked Don Karnage.
"What girl? Candy cane?" Steelbeak asked.
"No, the bushy one. Who was she anyway?"
"Who cares?! What matters now is we have to win the game and beat Scrooge along with his team by playing dirty from half quarters and you can have anything you want. Nothing's gonna stop us now. Nothing!" said Glomgold as he cackles evilly.
"Glomgold! Glomgold! Glomgold! Glomgold! Glomgold! Glomgold!" The bad players were chanting.
Jiminy Cricket was horrified that Glomgold was going to cheat. He remembers when Big Bad Wolf blows the ball away and Magica do some dark magic. No wander villains can't be trusted.
"Oh dear! That's terrible! I've got to warn Mickey and fast." said Jiminy as he ran fast without getting caught.
Meanwhile in the home locker room, Mouseketeers were exhausted. Roger Rabbit put on an ice pack on his head while Baljeet was under cared Buford comforting his frenemy. Timon had a cast in his arm while Pumbaa tusk is loose.
"I think my tusk running loose." said Pumbaa.
"Oh, my aching head." groaned Timon.
Genie poof himself as a nurse taking care of Pleakley who had bruise. Scrooge was pacing around the room. Mickey was playing with his finger while Candace is texting her phone to her friends. Daisy is soothing at Donald. Isabella is drinking her water.
Sprig crosses his arm as he stressed out. Anne is still worried about Sprig. Polly, Hop Pop, and her parents arrived to see their daughter. Anne stood up and gives them a hug.
"Anne, we were so worried." said Oum.
"Are you hurt?" Bee asked.
"No, dad. I'm fine." said Anne.
"Sprig, are you okay?" Hop Pop asked softly.
"I'm fine, Hop Pop. Not in a mood." said Sprig lowered his voice.
Polly and Hop Pop took a glance at each other.
"I don't understand this. It's against the rules. I specifically just said "no cheating". How does that buffoon do it?!" Scrooge exclaimed.
"Maybe because they were cheating. That's how." Donald guessed it.
"That doesn't explain that Big Bad Wolf blows the ball."
"Do you have any better solutions?" Candace asked.
"As much as I love to use some ideas, but we have to follow the rules." said Phineas.
"How are we are going to win?" Lilo asked concerned.
"Come on, guys. We can't just give up. The Mouseketeers stick together, all for one and for all. Remember?" said Anne.
"What's the point. We're never gonna win." said Sprig depressed.
"Dude, what's gotten into you?"
"It's funny you ask. Ever since those guys shows up, we were easily outmatched like when we were been picked on by a bunch of bullies."
"Excuse me?!" said Buford offended.
"Now, Buford. Let's not be too hasty." said Baljeet trying to calm him down.
"Sprig, I know you seemed bummed out, but we have to try." said Anne.
"No! You don't know that! I know we have to follow the rules, but why can't we do some tricks like Genie has magic, Phineas and Ferb invent some cool gadget, even Pumbaa let out some gas!" Sprig exclaimed. "No offense."
"None taken." replied Pumbaa.
"Now, Sprig, you know the rules. Scrooge says that we have to play fair." said Hop Pop trying to conceal his grandson.
"What if we don't play fair?"
"Dude! We're not cheaters. If we don't do it now, we'll gonna loose." Anne reminded Sprig .
"(exhaled sharply) There must be someway we can do. We need a miracle!" said Sprig raising his arms.
Then all of sudden, Jiminy pops out from the air vent as hops on the locker. Once he landed at the bench, he looked at everyone as he started to speak.
"Hey! Over here!"
"Who said that?" Sprig move his head around
"That voice." said Anne thinking that it was him.
"Down here!"
They looked at the bench where Jiminy is standing. The whole recognized him, but Anne's parents and the Plantars didn't. Anne gasps as she remembers who he is.
"Jiminy Cricket!" Mickey surprised.
"Hello everyone." Jiminy greeted.
"Oh boy, am I glad to see you."
"And I'm glad to see you too, Mickey."
"Whoa! You can talk?" Sprig asked.
"That's right. Everybody can talk. Some bugs can talk too, you know." replied Jiminy. "But there's something you should know about Team Glomgold."
"What is it, Jiminy?" Minnie asked.
"When I started to get suspicious about them, I had follow them and see what they've been planning. After fifteen minute break, they were going to do some dirty tricks like they cheat from the last quarter."
The whole team gasp.
"You mean they cheated?!" Donald shocked.
"Yes. It's true. I heard everything." replied Jiminy.
"That no good dirty double crosser!" growled Scrooge shaking his fist.
"He's going to pay!" Buford growled.
"He is so busted!" said Candace.
"I KNEW IT!" Polly shouted.
"When I get my hands on that mook, I oughta-" Timon was cut off.
"Hold your horses, buddy!" said Genie. "If they play dirty, we have to clean up this mess."
"He's right, if we play fair. We have to play hard. Who knows what happens next. We need something special like secret weapon. Any suggestions?" said Anne.
They started to muttered. Scrooge steps up closed to Anne.
"You know, I'm started to think we should change the rules."
"What do you mean, Uncle Scrooge?" Donald asked.
"Do whatever you want! Use your tricks! Make some magic! Teach them a lesson!" replied Scrooge.
"You mean we're gonna cheat?!" Goofy asked.
"No dad, what he mean is that we have to do something like the old fashioned way." Max explained.
"Yeah! Like when you're on a cartoon!" Roger comment.
"Then what are we waiting for? I say we fight back! Are you with me?" said Sprig holding out his arm.
"We're right with you, Sprig." replied Anne put her hand on Sprig's hand.
"Count me in! Ah hyuck!" said Goofy as he joins in.
"Right behind you!" Donald added.
"Yeah, you tell 'em, Sprig!" said Timon.
"Show 'em who's boss!" said Candace.
The whole team huddled up as they put their hands on top until Pluto lend his paw on top. Sprig couldn't believe that all of his friends are counting on him. He looked at everyone's eyes as they nodded.
"Then let's show these creeps a true meaning of teamwork!" said Sprig.
"All for one..." Mickey paused.
"AND ONE FOR ALL!"
