Chapter 41: To Cure or Not To Cure
Back at the Studio Lot, Polly and Hop Pop were walking down in Mickey Avenue where most characters hang out with some staff like Miguel is playing his guitar to Riley on the bench that were sitting while Roo is in Kanga's pouch when hopping by the two of amphibians in disguise.
They came to a halt when there's a female duck and her ducklings walk across the street. Hop Pop could tell these ducklings are cute while following with their mother as they stay close together. Polly has never seen such ducks that are harmless.
"Aren't they adorable?" Hop Pop asked softly.
"Aww." Polly cooed.
While they're watching, they didn't take noticed when Kaa, the snake just lowered himself down with his neck from the tree to see who it is until he spotted some ducklings that's been following their mother which means that he was very hungry.
Kaa slithered his way to reach the ducklings, but Polly took noticed that the snake is reaching up to them and then her eyes went wide when shocked before she formed her angry look.
"(gasp) OH, NO YOU DON'T!" Polly shouts.
Kaa turn his head around, but his eyes went wide when Polly jumps up high with her battle cry and kick him in the face until he felt his long slithering body just while his eyes went dizzy with hypnotize until his only head fell down for last.
Hop Pop was stunned that Polly just kick Kaa in the face and then he took a glance at Kaa's body that was piled up like ice cream. Polly smirks, then looks at the ducklings that are safe with their mother.
"Polly! You save those baby ducks!" Hop Pop smiles.
"Thanks. I knew my Muay Thai would finally pay off. I can feel it with my power!" said Polly.
"You said it, girlfriend."
Polly freeze, then turns around and see Candace with Stacy smiling at her with their VIP pass. Polly smiles that her friends were here.
"Hey, girls! Did you see the kick I went?" Polly happily asked.
"Oh, totally wicked!" replied Stacy.
"That is very nice of you to step up and save baby ducklings from that horrible snake." said Candace.
They heard Kaa groaning, but they can hear him muffled.
"That wasss unnecessary." Kaa groaned.
"Eh, he'll get over it." Candace shrugged off.
"So, what's up?" Stacy asked.
"We're recruiting our friends to join Anne's quest to return to Amphibia." Hop Pop answered.
"You girls wanna come? It'll be fun." Polly added.
"Wait, you want us to join your team?" Candace asked.
"That's right."
"Well... maybe my brothers can come."
"Yeah, your brothers already discuss with us and we said yes. So, are you in or what?"
Candace turns her head at Stacy that just shrugged, and then looks down at Polly.
"Alright, I'm in, but only because I have to keep my brothers safe from this crazy contraption." said Candace.
"Perfect! You're hired!" Polly chimes.
"Do you know where your brothers are?" Hop Pop asked.
"They were at the board meeting when they're discussing about the streaming premiere of our movie." Candace answered.
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Polly jumps up.
"(chuckled) You reminded me of my little sister." Stacy slightly chuckled.
"Oh, how was she?"
"She's doing okay. She's with the Fireside Girls to sell out cookies."
"Ooh! Don't mind if I do." said Hop Pop.
"Wait, they're not poisons, are they?" Polly asked suspicious.
"Nope." Stacy answered.
"Alright, just making sure to watch out any bad guys out here. Especially this guy."
Polly points her flipper at Kaa's piled up when he groans.
"Okay? So, let's get going." Candace changes the subject.
Then they walked off to find more recruits while leaving the snake behind on the grass before Mowgli riding Bagheera as the black panther strolling by before he shakes his head while rolling his eyes at Kaa.
Meanwhile in the parking lot, the FBI van has parked when Mr. X steps out from the vehicle. He was staring at the studio sign before he spoke.
"Time to play hide and seek. Search and capture."
Mr. X went ahead at the gate entrance, but came to halt when the security guard was looking at him. Mr. X pulls out his badge to show it the security, and then he nodded to let him in. Now the head of federal agent is inside the studios, but it's gonna take a while to find them.
He didn't notice when he passes by the two villains that were chatting when both Hades and Facilier are laughing that the voodoo man just told him about a little game that he just pull the stunts.
"I can't believe that you just switch their kids' bodies between a frog and a human! How crazy is that?!" Hades laughs.
"You should've seen the looks on their face after I told them to shake my hands and then they just fell for it!" replied Facilier before he laughs it out loud.
Hades stop laughing to take a breather to relax while wiping his tears.
"Oh, man! You almost made me spill my coffee through my nose." said Hades.
"(chuckled) That would be hilarious." Facilier chuckled.
Then out of nowhere, Maleficent approach when she's standing right behind Facilier in the chair.
"What's all this about?"
Facilier turn his head around at Maleficent with her suspicious looks while Hades is staring straight at her.
"Babe! You should see something that doc just switch the kids' bodies in the opposite." said Hades when chuckled.
"You were playing games with Anne and her best friend?" Maleficent raises her eyebrows.
"Oh, it wasn't that easy. You see, she and her family came here to visit on a tour while recruiting her friends." Facilier answered.
"Then we have a little problem."
"Excuse me?" Hades puzzled.
"There was an agent who just walked past you. Did you forget that his obsessions with capturing those frogs?" Maleficent asked.
"Pfft! Of course, not. He won't know if those kids were switched." Hades brush her off.
"If... he finds out. Soon he'll start questioning us about how you switch bodies, then our plan to conquest will be ruined."
"Hey, babe. Relax. I got this." Hades turn his head to call out his henchmen. "Pain! Panic! Get over here!"
"Coming!" Pain and Panic just approach and give Hades their salute.
"Alright, you know the drill. You see that guy over there? He's looking for a kid that was turned into a frog and I want you to keep him out of her sight. I don't want him involved our evil plan to get away with it. Got it?"
"Sir, yes sir!" They replied with unison, then the bonked each other, and then shake it off before Pain and Panic heads off to start their task.
"They better not fail you, Hades. We need another element to complete our work." said Maleficent.
"Don't worry, babe. They're know what to do." replied Hades.
Then she turned her head at Facilier with her calm look.
"You did well showing them your fortune cards about their fate." said Maleficent.
"Hey, it's the least I can do. All part of the plan to retrieve the element." replied Dr. Facilier.
Meanwhile at the Prop storage, Timon and Pumbaa peek their heads out to make sure no one was there. Then the meerkat signals the two of the them that the coast is clear when they all got out and walk fast towards the building.
They walk through the main entrance and start searching what they need, but it turns out that there were some props from any live action movie. They could've sworn that there were some animated props from the movie.
Somehow, they exit the storage and move on to the next one, but they took no noticed when Mr. X just stopped and turns around to see what just passed him. Then he sees two kids with two animals, but thinks that the smaller one could be the frog when form his smirk.
Later on, they climbed on the studio cart so that it's a lot fast until they have arrived at Team Disney Building. They got off the cart and walk fast throughout the Legends Plaza where all fames belong to any Disney Legends.
Sprig just halt and turns around that there was a partner statue that looks like the ones from the park they visit. Sprig was puzzled when he approaches, but he just shrugged and went to catch up with his friends.
Once they went through the main entrance into the lobby until they approach what appears to be a door with Mickey's ears icons on it. Anne and Sprig were puzzled that there was a door here and they have no clue.
"Alright, here we are. The door to many worlds." said Timon.
"Yeah, but why are we here?" Sprig asked.
"Mickey creates the door for all of us. It's where everyone receives all the fames that they save the people for what they truly cared the most." Pumbaa explained.
"And that's where we're going." Timon added.
Sprig reach his hand to the doorknob and opens the door slowly until both kids went awed that the door presenting to the vault where it shows all doors are from respective stories. It's like a dreamscape, but with full of memories.
Anne and Sprig have never seen such place like this before. Timon and Pumbaa first entered while the kids follow behind until the door close behind them, but they still didn't take noticed when Mr. X arrives after he entered and spotted the door. To him, it was all too easy.
We looked inside and see the whole area that looks like a gallery art from the museum. Anne and Sprig were moving their heads around while they're walking. Pumbaa explains to them when entered.
"This is where our story became legends. Here we have the Hall of Heroes, magic workshop, private screenings, and we have extra shelters in case we help a lot of people from many worlds to survive." said Pumbaa.
"Whoa." Sprig astonishes.
"And we have shortcuts from every door we visit." Timon added.
"Man, I thought Phineas and Ferb based on this door." Anne remarked.
"Oh, did you know that this place was based off of everyone's favorite videogame, Disney Infinity?" Pumbaa asked.
"Oh, yeah. Marcy and I used to play this, but sadly they had to cancel the series because of that budget cut." replied Anne.
"I know how that feels back in Wartwood." Sprig remembers.
Just then, they have arrived at the magic workshop. This room is full of potions, books, and any artifacts like treasures. Sprig was fascinated for all this. Anne walks towards where the potions are, then she opens the cabinets and looked amazed that were lot of potions for any transformations.
"Well, I'll be frog. There really are some potions from Emperor's New Grooves." Anne mumbled.
"See? What did I tell you? Problem solved." said Timon cross his arms when smiles.
"Great! Now we can turn ourselves back to normal." Sprig smiles.
Anne nodded, but when she looked on the note where it says "Please take one or two for emergencies only". Who would've thought that someone wrote down a note to remind anyone? Once she's looking for two, then she sees two potions for a human and a frog.
She takes two of each small potion vial and close the cabinet. The blue frog girl formed her smile that it was all too easy. But suddenly, Pumbaa picked his right ear up when he heard something and looked back. Anne noticed that look.
"What's up?" Anne asked.
"I think I heard a footstep." replied Pumbaa.
Timon took a peek out, but then he noticed that someone is coming.
"Uh, why is there a man in a purple suit that looks like a woman?" Timon asked.
"A man?" Anne puzzled.
"In a purple suit?" Sprig added.
Then their eyes went wide open with shock. Meaning that they know who this man is.
"Oh no." Anne lowered her voice.
Without a warning, Sprig just yank Timon away from the spot and stood up against the wall while cover his mouth. Anne hops over to her friend along with Pumbaa when stood up against before Mr. X approach.
He looks through the room and it seems it was all empty just as he thought. He just shrugged and walked off to resume his search. Anne and Sprig were waited out until he's gone and then they sighed with relief.
"(whew) That was close." Anne whispered.
"Can anyone tell me what's going on here?" Timon asked whispered.
"That man in purple suit you mentioned was Mr. X. He was obsessed for capturing Sprig, Polly, and Hop Pop." Anne explains.
"But now, she's a frog and I'm a human which means... (gasp) He's gonna capture you!" Sprig frantic.
"Not gonna happened, dude. We need to get out of here and warn the others."
"Right."
Anne put away two potions in her pocket, then runs out first, and then Pumbaa and Sprig follows while Timon was carried in the human boy's arm. When they approach in a different section where all doors are, but Sprig couldn't tell which door is their exit.
"Uh... which way do we go?" Sprig asked with concern.
"We're in a memory section and you can put me down now." said Timon.
"Right, sorry about that." Sprig set the meerkat down gently.
"Shouldn't we head to an exit where we came in?" Anne asked.
"I thought it's a lot easier if we can take a shortcut by going through each door. There's a shortcut that led us back to the studio when-" Pumbaa's word was cut off by Sprig.
"Oh, wait! That must be our way out!" Sprig noticed that there was a wooden door that says "DO NOT OPEN".
"I wouldn't do that if I were you!" Pumbaa warned him.
But Sprig didn't hear him when he opens the door until he dropped his smile and looked stunned as the boy was staring at Judge Claude Frollo singing at his fireplace.
"Hellfire! Dark fire! Be mine or you will buuuurrr-"
Sprig close the door with his awkward looks.
"What was that?"
"Just an old man singing at the fireplace." Timon deadpanned.
"Huh. I remember that." Anne mumbled.
"Hey, what about this door?" Sprig ran over to the other door, but it's metal with frozen solid on it.
He opens the door, but went puzzled that it shows Yeti is making his homemade snow cone in his icicle cave.
"Snow cone? No, no, no, no. It's lemon."
Sprig close the freezer door and turn his head at them.
"Okay, definitely not the right door." said Sprig.
"That's because we're in the memory section. It's where all stories were telling." Pumbaa explained.
"Come on. Let's head for the exit before he realizes that were still here." Timon suggested.
They went straight towards the exit as the ran through the door, but what they didn't realize that Mr. X just saw something. Suddenly, it turns out when it glows dark, it went poof that it was all Pain and Panic in disguise to fool them.
"Oh, boy! They fell for it! Hades is gonna be happy when we have this!" Panic chuckled after he took out something that has a luggage of ingredients.
"You mean "if" he's happy." Pain corrects his partner in crime.
"If... if it's good."
Back from the outside, the team exit from the lobby and walk through the door where they came in.
"Whew! We made it." Sprig relieved.
"Alright, let's head back to my parents and-" Anne paused for a moment.
What really shocked them when Mr. X was outside while hunting for frogs. How does this guy even get out there before them? Anne shrinks her pupil eyes with her horrified reaction.
"(gasp) Run!" Anne gasp.
As the four of them ran off, Mr. X heard some running footsteps. He looked through his glasses when he picked up a scan, meaning that he must've found something.
"Bingo."
The four of them ran past by Reluctant Dragon that's been strolling. While Sprig past by the trash can, Anne hops up to the can and hops off before Experiment 627 pop his head out curious.
Then they approach at through the Animation Building that lives close to the Legends Plaza as they all entered through the door. Anne needs to come up with something about the escape plan.
"How does this guy got out there before us?!" Sprig exclaimed.
"I don't know! How's that even possible?!" Anne frantic.
"Maybe someone is trying to tricked us. Like there could be alien somewhere. Like... THAT ONE!" Sprig point his finger from that direction.
They turn their heads where Sprig was pointing, but it turns out that there was this white alien wearing a pink hat and big googly eyes before he let out a single word.
"Meap."
Anne gives her best friend a deadpanned look.
"Seriously, dude?" Anne sighed.
"Sorry." Sprig apologizes.
Suddenly, when a fly came in. Anne laid her eye on a fly until she spit her tongue to snatch and swallows it. Sprig, Timon, and Pumbaa blinked their eyes. She realizes that she just ate a fly right in front of them.
"Don't tell mom about this" Anne reminded them.
"Alright, let's split up and hide somewhere so that Mr. X won't followed us." Sprig suggested
"Right."
Then the four of them split up and went into hiding before Mr. X opens the door, but he could see that they just ran off in different directions. Sprig ran throughout the hallway to find a hiding spot until he saw and open house as the human boy sped in and close the door.
"(sigh) Alone at last." Sprig sighed.
"Sprig?"
The boy froze. He turns around and it turns that he's not alone. He grew his eyes wide open when it turns out that it was Phineas and Ferb that they're already finish the board meeting about streaming premiere.
"Uh, hey guys." Sprig nervously waved.
"What happen to you?" Phineas asked.
Sprig nervously chuckles.
"Well, it's a long story, but you're not gonna believe what I've been through."
We cut to Anne that's been running through the hallway until she spotted a door that was open. It's her only chance to hide herself from getting captured. She was afraid that if this guy discovers that her best friend is a human while she's a frog, it'll be a lot of trouble.
Before Anne reach to the door, but suddenly she bumps into someone and fell backwards to the floor. The blue frog girl is rubbing her head to ease off her injuries, but at least she's not hurt.
"I am so sorry." Anne apologizes while rubbing her head.
"Anne?"
She opens her eyes and she looks up at Tiana with her comfy clothes that she was wearing.
"Princess Tiana?" Anne surprised.
The princess and owner of her restaurant was in quite surprise that the girl was a blue frog that was staring at her.
"What happen to you?" Tiana was confused.
"Sorry about that, but I'll explain later. You gotta hide me. Mr. X is here and he's on to me and Sprig, but we split up." Anne explained.
"Mr. X?" Tiana puzzled.
"Federal agent. Frog hunter. Please, you have to hide me."
Tiana felt sympathy at Anne with her pleaded look. If Anne was telling the truth when there's trouble, then she knows what she can do to help.
"Alright, come with me." said Tiana.
Anne smiles that the princess will help her and she follows Tiana where they went to the door before she closes it. In this room where all princesses, Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Jasmine, Belle, Pocahontas, Mulan, Rapunzel, Merida, Elsa, Anna, and Moana are chatting with their comfy clothes until Tiana shows up.
"Sorry girls, but we got a situation." said Tiana.
"What's the matter?" Jasmine asked.
"Are we out of donuts?" Anna asked.
"Actually, it's someone else." said Tiana.
The princesses stared down at Anne who was waving her hand nervously while chuckled. They were all surprised and confused that the girl was a frog because they knew her. They looked up at Tiana with her serious look.
"She'll explain everything, but she needs to hide from this man who works with the federal government." Tiana explained.
"Ugh! Those guys?! What does he want with that kid?!" Merida exclaimed with Scottish accent.
"Please, tell me that there was a curse?" Aurora asked when worried.
Anne formed her regretful look when rubbing her arm.
"Oh. Was that bad?"
"Don't worry. We got you covered." said Mulan.
Anne nodded and ran towards the cabinet to fit inside since she ends up as a frog. Rapunzel close the cabinet to cover the frog girl and went act natural.
"Stay here." said Rapunzel.
Then suddenly, they heard a knock. Mulan opens the door and sees Mr. X standing.
"Can I help you?" Mulan asked.
"Just a fellow agent who's doing his job." replied Mr. X while showing his badge. "You wouldn't happen to have frogs here. Do you?"
"What frogs?"
"Let's just say that there were three frogs that turns out to be the most dangerous aliens."
"Never heard of it." Mulan crosses her arm.
"Oh, then I guess there's this one little frog that just ran through the hallway. You haven't seen one, have you?"
Mulan replies nothing when she closes the door directly at the face. Mr. X turns himself around when he just shrugged before he resumes his search.
"I'll take that's a no then."
Mulan could hear the footstep until he's gone, then she looks back to the cabinet where Anne is hiding.
"Okay, he's gone now." said Mulan.
Anne comes out from the cabinet when she felt relieved.
"Thanks, ladies." Anne thanked them.
"You're welcome." replied Moana.
"It's the least we can do." said Pocahontas.
"Now, before we get started, I've seen that kind of frog that I've been through. Did you make contact with Dr. Facilier?" Tiana asked.
"(sigh) Yes." Anne looked down shamefully.
"Just as I thought. I remember when Naveen got me and himself into this mess, but we come afar this journey to break the spell and learn to get along with each other." Tiana knelt down to Anne to her height.
"So, you're not mad?" Anne asked hopefully.
"Why, of course not. We all made mistakes here. You're not the only one that been through a lot. Isn't that right, girls?"
"Oh, yeah. I gave my mum a cupcake by turning her into a bear." replied Merida.
"I've been raised in a tower for 16 years." Rapunzel added.
"I made everyone close the gate until Elsa and I grew up, but I don't want to talk about it." said Anna when rubbing her arms.
"I turn the whole kingdom into winter." Elsa added.
"I ate an apple." said Snow White.
"I ran away from the palace." said Jasmine.
"And I made a deal with a sea witch to become a human." said Ariel.
Anne realizes what Ariel says.
"Oh, that reminds me! It's not just me that I got myself into this mess, but Sprig was with me and ended up become a human." said Anne.
"Well, that was odd." Anna blinked.
"Do you have someone with true love's kiss?" Snow White asked kindly.
"I would, but I don't think it's gonna work out because I have friends from school, three actually when they made an agreement that we could be... just... friends?" replied Anne.
"Oh, so the wedding is off, then?" Merida chimes in.
Anne went blush while the princess was staring at her awkwardly with cricket sound in the background. Moana let out a small cough.
"Yeah, I don't think so, but I got the potion that can turn me and Sprig back to normal." said Anne.
"Why, that sounds wonderful." said Cinderella.
"What a brilliant idea." Belle added.
Just then, they heard a knock on the door until Daisy opens the door to remind her friends.
"Hey, girls! The party just started at the Animation Studio! Come on!" Daisy chimed before she sped off.
The princesses were smiling that the party just started.
"Ooh! That sounds like fun!" said Rapunzel smiling.
"Really?" Anne asked.
"That's right. It's the Year of the Mouse, to bring honor to our friends." replied Mulan.
Anne exactly knew what Year of the Mouse is, then she smiles that her idols might be there.
"Well, let's get started." said Anne.
Back to Sprig having a discussion with Phineas and Ferb after the whole conversation he's been through. They're fully aware what kind of curse would do such things by turning their friends into different bodies.
"And that's how I ran into you guys." Sprig finish his story.
"Huh. Now I'm starting to wonder why you're here. Sure, we'll help you out." said Phineas.
"Really? Awesome!" Sprig chimes.
"No problem. All we have to do is meet up with our friends. The party has already started at the Animation Studio." replied Phineas.
"Wait, what about Anne?" Then suddenly, he heard a ding from his phone. He took out his phone and read the text message. "Oh, never mind. Anne's meeting us there."
Without a warning, the door was open by when Candace and Stacy came in to check on her brothers with Hop Pop and Polly, but Sprig froze where he stands.
"Oh, there you two are. We were just wandering if you-" Candace words cut off by Hop Pop.
"Wait, Sprig?"
The human boy slowly turns around until what's shocking the four of them that he nervously waved his hand at them.
"Uh...hi?"
"Whoa! You're a human?!" Polly stunned.
Sprig nervously smiling while he chuckles.
"Dang it, boy! What did you do now?!" Hop Pop pinch his fake nose.
"Sorry, Hop Pop, but the Shadow Man got turn me into human while Anne was turned into a frog."
"SAY WHAAAAAA-"
Sprig just covered his grandfather's mouth by his hand.
"SHUSH! You don't want to get attention, do you?!"
Hop Pop raised his eyebrows after his grandson remove his hand from his mouth.
"Boy, what's gotten in to you?" Hop Pop confused.
"It's Mr. X! He's here looking for us and what's worse since Anne is a frog, he's going after her too!" Sprig answered when frantic.
"(gasp) No granddaughter of mine will ever get captured!"
"Where is she?!" Polly anxious.
"She's meeting us at the party where we went to the Animation Studio." Sprig answered.
"Then we better get over there and fast!" Hop Pop suggested.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Not so fast you two- I mean, three. You can't just run off without telling me what the heck is going on here." said Candace.
"She's right, guys. I'm sure most of our friends will keep her safe." Phineas agrees.
"Oh, alright. We were worried if anything happens to her." Hop Pop sighed sadly.
"Well, you're lucky that you turned into human." Polly deadpanned.
"Jealous?" Sprig teased.
"Of course, I do! I wanna be like you! I wanna walk like you! Talk like you too!" replied Polly.
"Now, Polly. There's no need to argue. Who knows what will happen if any amphibians might be suspecious if we're stuck like this." said Hop Pop.
"You do have a point."
"Well, come on. The party won't last forever." Sprig reminds them before he walked out from the room with Phineas, Ferb, Candace, and Stacy.
"(sigh) Could this day get any worse?" Hop Pop sighed.
Meanwhile from the outside, Pumbaa burst out from the door after he went panted. Since he's been split up from his friends, he ran fast without getting anyone's attention. He turns his head left and then turn right to make sure the area is cleared.
"(panting) I think I lost him." Pumbaa panted.
But his thought was interrupted when Timon approach next to him with his arms cross.
"Oh, there you are, Timon. Where'd you come from?" Pumbaa smiles.
"I was asking the same thing when I went to find you. Where are the kids?" said Timon.
"Well, if you asked me, we were splitting up to hide somewhere in this building." Pumbaa answered.
Then suddenly, a Pizza Planet truck has approach when came to a halt when Timon and Pumbaa took noticed, but they didn't see a driver in the seat. When the window rolls down, Rex just popped up with music is running.
"Excuse me? Can you direct us to the Animation Studio?" Rex asked kindly.
"Uh, sure. Drive up ahead. You can't miss it." Timon point his finger for direction.
"Thank you."
Rex jumps down and then the Pizza Planet truck drove off, leaving the two of them puzzled just before the White Rabbit was walking by, but when he checked his pocket watch, then he realizes that he's a little late.
"Oh, my goodness! The party started! I'm late! I'm late! I'm late!" The White Rabbit exclaimed before he sped off.
"Is it just me or everyone's having a party?" Pumbaa asked.
"Pumbaa, you do realize that the toys are back in town, right?" Timon reminded his best friend, but then they heard a ding. Timon took his phone to check the message until he formed his smile. "Just as I thought. They're meeting us at the studio to have a party."
"Great! Now everybody's save from Mr. X." Pumbaa smiles.
"Yes?"
Then they went froze until it turns out that it was Mr. X crossing his arms when smirked. They're both went paled with eyes went wide.
"Care to tell me where the party is?" Mr. X asked calmly.
"Uuuuuhhh..." Timon turn his head left and right, but then he points his finger. "LOOK! A UNICORN!"
Mr. X turn his head at Mr. T who was sitting on the bench while reading his magazine until he looks up at him.
"Whatcha looking at, fool?!"
Then Mr. X turn his head back, but he sees the spot was empty, and then he turns his head where he can see the two mammals that just drove off in a hurry that went straight to the studio. He knew exactly where they're going before he made a contact.
"Jenny, there's a party going on at the studio."
Meanwhile, Oum and Bee are at the gift shop to see something that is new while Gonzo is wearing his sunglasses when trying out as the puppet laughs.
"Hey, check it out? You think Anne will love this when we met up?" Bee asked by showing a golden trophy to his wife that says "World Best Daughter".
Oum turn her head and smiles for a moment.
"Oh, that'll be lovely. We should get that before we head out." Oum smiles.
Right now, Miss Piggy came in with her pet dog carrying in her arm after passing by some shoppers.
"Yes, I would like to know if my latest web show was rebooted... So, you're saying that this studio was rented? Okay, thank you!" Miss Piggy ended the call before Gonzo approach.
"Hey! Miss Piggy!" said Gonzo.
"What is it now?" Miss Piggy annoyed.
"I found something shiny that it might fit you." Gonzo offered a trophy that he picks up, but she looks deadpanned.
"You do realize they're just souvenirs." said Miss Piggy flatly.
Gonzo takes it back when he realized it.
"Oh! Right, my bad."
Gonzo went to put back the trophy. Then she heard a ding sound, pulls out her phone, reads her text message until she perks up.
"(gasp) The party is today! Oh! Oh! I must wear something. DEADLY!"
Uncle Deadly approach next to her.
"You call, Miss?" Uncle Deadly asked.
"Get my makeup ready! The party starts now!" said Miss Piggy.
"Of course, Miss. The dressing room is this way."
"Thank you!" Miss Piggy sped off, leaving Uncle Deadly standing.
Anne's parents overheard about what's going on.
"What was that all about?" Oum asked.
"I have no idea." replied Bee.
"Wait, the party is today? I almost forgot! The party just started at the Animation Studio where we left off!" Gonzo exclaimed.
"That sounds like fun. What do you think, honey?"
"If it's alright to me, then yes. We'll go." replied Oum.
"I wonder what the kids are up to now?" Bee wondered.
Back at Disney Animation Studio, all of staffs and Toons are having a party with full of decorations like red, black, and yellow theme for balloons and banners with a title "YEAR OF THE MOUSE".
There were snacks and drinks at the buffet, including cookies that were setup by Isabella and the Fireside Girls. On the DJ booth that's been taking over by Stitch with his cousin, Sample (254) who's been doing a remix. Some party goers are sitting on each couch to hangout while others are dancing.
Felix (010) is doing a little sweep by cleaning the spill. Pooh Bear is eating his favorite honey while Meeko is eating some grapes. The Mad Hatter and March Hare are sitting at the table with their teas to celebrate as they cling their teacups.
"What a great party!" said The Mad Hatter.
"Here, here!" replied March Hare.
Kermit is making sure that everything went smoothly.
"Alright, so far, so good. We got everything ready." said Kermit before Fozzie shows up.
"Hey, Kermit! Check out the animal balloon I made! Huh?" Fozzie shows a animal balloon that looks like a llama.
"Not bad, Fozzie. Good job."
"Thank you."
Anne has arrived just in time along with princesses where the party begins. She could see all of each character are joining the fun, then she sees the pizzas that were setup by Woody, Buzz, and the toy gang with extra help.
"Pizza! Come and get your pizza!" Hamm hollers.
"We got pepperoni and cheese!" Jessie added.
Anne relief that there no pineapples on it. It's a good thing too. Then suddenly, she heard her best friend's voice.
"Anne!"
Anne turns around and sees Sprig that just came in with Polly and Hop Pop, but didn't notice.
"Sprig!" Anne smiles. She runs towards until she hops on Sprig as they share their laughs. It looks cute when Sprig is carrying Anne in his arms like they used to be from their normal appearance. "You made it."
"Glad I found you." said Sprig.
"Where's Timon and Pumbaa?" Anne asked.
"I send a message to let them know that we're at the party and guess who else I ran into?" Sprig set Anne down gently.
Then she turns her head, but looked surprise when Polly and Hop Pop were crossing their arms, but looked calm.
"Polly?! Hop Pop?!"
"Anne, did you made a deal with the Shadow Man like you told us not too?" Hop Pop asked sternly.
"(sigh) Yes." Anne replied in defeat.
"Dang it, girl! You said not to trust any villain in this studio!"
"I'm sorry, you guys. I didn't know that he can show us from the future and-"
"Sprig already told us everything. You're welcome." Polly cuts off Anne's words.
She gives him a scowl look when the human boy just shrugged with apologies look. Anne shook her head gently.
"(sigh) Well, at least it can't get any worse." said Anne.
Just then, Sprig felt something that just jumped on him without a warning as the two tumbled by rolling backwards until he lands on his back and he was quite stunned that it was Tigger who jumped right at him.
"Hi ya, buddy boy! Enjoying the party?" Tigger smiles.
"Tigger?!" Sprig stunned.
"Say, do I know you from somewhere?" Tigger asked.
"Uhhh... no."
Tigger just shrugged off as he got off of him while bouncing. Anne giggles that his best friend was pounced by Tigger, but then she felt something that was tucked gently. She turns around and sees Dumbo who was smiling at her.
"Hey, Dumbo!" Anne greeted.
Dumbo replied with his small trumpet sound as the blue frog girl is petting the flying elephant. Polly hops on top of Dumbo.
"Look at me! I'm the Queen of the World!" Polly claims it while Anne giggles.
Hop Pop formed his smile that his grandkids are having so much fun. Sprig walks closer to Dumbo so that he can pet him when he chuckles.
"Haha! He really likes me!" Sprig smiles.
"Hehe! Good thing mom and dad didn't show up while they're on a tour." said Anne.
"Anne? Sprig?"
Both kids went froze and turn their heads, but what really is shocking right now when her parents just got back as the adults went stunned while holding their souvenir bags. She totally forgot about her parents.
"Mom and dad are here! Hello, mother. Father. We were just wondering around until we ran into someone." said Anne nervously, but here parents were crossing their arms when sternly.
Sprig, Polly, and Hop Pop were worried if there's gonna be scolding or lecturing. Dumbo was puzzled for all of sudden. Guess there's no point hiding secrets.
"Dr. Facilier put a curse on us." Anne regretfully.
Then she was picked up by her mother, gently when hanging on her back of a neck shirt with her concerns look.
"Anne, we talked about this. You know better than talking to strangers." Oum scolded, but calmly.
"Sorry, mom. I didn't know if he showed us about our fortune." Anne apologizes.
"What are you talking about? Whoever this man told you was a scammed. We're gonna find him and get to the bottom of this." Bee suggested.
"Or we could use the cure." Anne took out two potions from her pocket.
Both of her parents went blinking their eyes once.
"That'll work."
"So, can we at least take a quick selfie for once?" Anne wondered.
Her parents took their glance with their suspicious, but instead they drop their lecturing's look.
"Okay, but just for once." Oum agrees after setting her daughter down gently.
"Thanks, mom. Sprig?"
"All over it!" Sprig thumbs up.
Anne took her phone out before handing two potions to Sprig, then they started to do their own selfie once she takes a selfie for the two of them. Anne takes a look at her phone, but what's really surprising them when Olaf just photobombed.
"Oh, don't mind me. Just dropping by to say hello." said Olaf smiling.
"Uh, hi?" Sprig greeted.
"Can you excuse us for a second?" Anne asked kindly.
"Don't mind if I do." replied Olaf.
Anne put away her phone and take the human potion from Sprig as the two of them uncorks the vial.
"Well, bottoms up." said Anne.
"I wonder what it tastes like." Sprig curious.
"Maybe it'll taste like strawberry?" Olaf guessed.
Anne smiles if he guessed right. Now, they start to drink until it started to poof with sparkles around them. Anne looks herself with her hands, but smiles that she's human again. Sprig looks at his hand that he's a frog again.
"Hey! I'm me again!" Sprig chimes.
"(sigh) Glad that's over." Anne sighed.
"Well, I hope you two learned your lesson." said Oum.
"You have to promise us that you should never do that again." said Bee when taking seriously a bit.
"I won't." Olaf jumps in.
"He was talking to us." Anne whispered.
"Oh, my bad." Olaf sheepishly chuckles.
Baljeet is checking on the list that he's crossing off while Buford is standing by the door with his arms crossed like a security guard. But suddenly, Timon and Pumbaa sped in through the door and slam as they laid on their back while panting. Buford noticed when they just showed up.
"Name?" Buford asked.
The meerkat took his lollipop out to Buford.
"I'll give you lollipop if you promise not to say another word." Timon whispered.
"Fair enough." Buford shrugged and took the lollipop.
As the two mammals walks off, Sam the Eagle appeared to have a drink until Rizzo shows up while dressing up in Mickey's costume when he made his entrance.
"Tada!" Rizzo smiles.
But Sam knew that he's not falling for it.
"Oh, no you don't! I am not falling for that trick again." said Sam the Eagle.
"Aw, come on! Where's the fun and that?" Rizzo retort.
"I'll have you know, Mickey is a mouse and you're a rat."
"Hmph! You're no fun."
Just then, the music switched into everyone's favorite music by Stitch as the whole room went for cheering. Anne and her family were smiling that the party has begun. As of que, Mickey slides in, wearing his black and yellow jacket under white shirt, red long pants, and white sneakers when he slides on floor.
"Ha ha! Hi ya, folks! Are you ready to party?" said Mickey.
"YEAH!"
"Alright, folks. Let's have a party!"
Both Max and Roxanne has walked up onstage with their microphone like karaoke time. Then everyone started dance alongside each other.

Everyone cheers when the music ends. Mickey, Minnie, Anne, and Sprig took a bow to their friends Stitch lets out a cheerful laugh while Sample made a repeat sound from his mouth. The Muppet gang are cheering as well while Animal is chanting.
"Party! Party! Party! Party! Party! Party!"
Phineas, Ferb, Isabella and Baljeet are clapping their hands. Candace and Stacy were cheering for them, but suddenly Buford heard the door knocking after he took a bite of his red lollipop.
"I'll get it." said Buford.
When he opens the door, he looks up and went yelp with shocked. Mr. X stares down before he was about to ask him, but Buford slam the door right at his face when panicked.
"It's Mr. X!" Buford frantic.
Everyone went wide when Hyacinth Hippo let out a small shriek while Ben Ali Gator startled. Most of the Toons were muttering and startled. The Boonchuys and the Plantars were shocked that Mr. X is here.
"Oh, crud." Anne fearful.
"He'll wreck the party!" Hop Pop panicked.
"Hide us somewhere!" Polly terrified
"Get rid of him, Mickey!" Sprig frantic.
Anne knew that Mickey will do anything to keep her friends safe from the government. She already told him about the incident from the cinema that they just went. Everyone went to calm themselves down until Mickey spokes up.
"Don't worry, kid. I'll keep him busy."
"Thanks, Mickey." said Anne.
"Just play cool, everyone! Let me do the talking." Mickey declares that he can handle this when he walk towards to the door where Buford step asides.
Anne quickly escort the Plantars to find their hiding spot where they'll be safe until he's gone. Just then, Mickey opens the door and step outside to see Mr. X who waited patiently to talk. He never spoke to federal agents like this before.
"Heheh, can I help you?" Mickey chuckled nervous.
"Why, hello Mickey. Heard the party going on, I see." replied Mr. X.
"Oh, the party? Yeah, it's the Year of the Mouse! You know, me and Minnie's year for Chinese Zodiac?"
"Yes, I noticed. Enough with the pleasantry. I heard rumors that you and your friends were involved in Christmas parade incident while defending the Boonchuys few weeks ago. Are you aware that there's something's going on about the Santa Claus robot?" said Mr. X suspicious.
"Now, that you mentioned it. I don't know what just happened, but I assure you that it could be a hacker." Mickey covers up for secrets.
"Uh-huh, but my partner, Jenny analyzes that there is no hacker. You didn't happen to have frogs here. Have you?"
Mickey started to get sweaty on his head as he looked so nervous.
"Wh-what frogs? Is it Kermit or Naveen?"
"Not those kinds of frogs, but interdimensional alien frogs from outer space."
Mickey is feeling panic if Mr. X is questioning him further, but then heard a ringtone. Turns out that Mr. X took his phone out and receive the call.
"Hello?" He can a gruff voice while listening until he clearly understood. "Understood."
Mr. X hangs up the phone and looks down at Mickey that's been sweaty.
"Sorry for bugging you about the frogs, but my boss needs me for something. Are you certain that there aren't any certain alien frog here?" Mr. X asked for final question like interrogation.
"Nope! Absolutely not! I never heard or seen alien around here." Mickey denies it.
"That's all I need to know. Enjoy the party." Mr. X left Mickey alone while walking off.
He let out a huge sigh with relief. Who would've thought that federal agent must've read about the newspaper from the incident from couple of days? Mickey opens the door and walkthrough while the music is still running. Donald and Goofy approach to him when anxious.
"How'd it go, Mick?" Goofy asked.
"What did he say?" Donald added.
"I have no idea what to say, but whatever he's talking about, he must've read the newspaper about the incident. We need to lay low and keep the Plantars safe." Mickey answered.
"He did?"
"At least they're safe here." said Goofy.
"It won't be long until he figures it out about the Plantars, but for now, we must be cautious." replied Mickey.
Both Donald and Goofy nodded. Then they walked over to lounge where their friends are hiding until they approach, and then Mickey knock on the door to signal. The door opens which it turns out that Anne and the Plantars got out from the bathroom.
"Is he gone?" Sprig asked quietly.
"Yes, he got a call from the base before he left." Mickey answers.
"(whew) That was close." Anne sighed.
"Thanks for saving us." said Hop Pop.
"No problem." replied Mickey.
"Now, what are we do?" Donald asked.
"We're gonna have to wait it out a little longer until the portal is fixed." Anne answered.
"Fixed?" Mickey puzzled.
"Long story. You don't want to know."
"While we're waiting, are we gonna recruit or are we just gonna sit here and do the dance floor?" Polly asked.
"Oh! That reminds me. Let's split up and talk to our friends." Anne suggested.
"You got it!" Sprig thumbs up.
Anne and the Plantars went separate to talk to their friends. Sprig approach to Timon and Pumbaa that's been eating bugs until they took noticed that Sprig is a frog again.
"Oh, hey. You're frog again." said Timon.
"Yeah, we drank together and it worked! I was thinking-"
"Let me guess, you wanted to recruit us to join your quest to another world with full of frogs, toads, and newts? Even bugs?"
"So, that's a yes?" Sprig smiles.
Timon and Pumbaa share their glance when they formed their smile.
"We're in." said Timon.
"Yes! You'll won't be regretting this! You'll gonna love this when I show you around Wartwood." replied Sprig.
"Me too! I ate like a pig." Pumbaa smiles.
"Pumbaa, you are a pig." Timon reminded him.
"Oh, right."
Polly is talking to Isabella and the Fireside Girls about joining Anne's quest as the pollywog is sitting on the buffet table.
"I was wondering if it's okay for you to join us with Anne to return to Amphibia and help us fight back against King Andrias." Polly asked politely.
"You know, that's sounds like dangerous, but sure. Why not?" replied Isabella.
"Really? Yes!"
"Now, before we could do that, I will trust Adyson to be in charge until we get back when this is over."
"Wait, you put me in charge?" Adyson asked.
"Are you sure you want to go?" Ginger concerns.
"Yes, I'm not just doing this for Polly, but I'm doing this for Anne to get her friends back. I'm counting on you girls to look after yourselves." said Isabella.
"Okay, but can you promise us to be okay?" Gretchen asked softly.
"Of course, I can. It's gonna be okay."
All of six girls went to group hug with Isabella, making Polly smile a bit. They reminded her that she used to have her only friend with her favorite robot. Now it's Hop Pop's turn when he approaches to Genie when chatting with Aladdin.
"Excuse me, Mr. Genie? Sir?" Hop Pop asked.
"How can I help you?" replied Genie.
"I was thinking if it's alright with your master..."
"Actually, I set Genie free from my last wish." Aladdin reminds him.
"Right. Your friend, if it's alright that you could join us. We could use your magic to help us out against the most dangerous-"
"I'll do it." Genie cuts off.
Hop Pop blinked his eyes at first.
"Excuse me?"
"You were going to say something about facing the most dangerous robot army and the most selfish ruler of all the Amphibia, am I right?" Genie rephrased that question.
"Well, yes."
"Then I'm in!"
"Oh, thank you so much. You know how much it means a lot to Anne." Hop Pop felt touched.
"Anything is friend of Anne is friend of ours." replied Genie.
Aladdin smiles that any friends can help each other out. And finally, it's Anne's turn when she approaches to Phineas, Ferb, Baljeet, and Buford.
"Hey, guys." Anne greeted.
"Hey, Anne. Glad that you and Sprig turn back to normal." replied Phineas.
"Kinda figured that he told you, huh? Remember the talk we had about Marcy?"
"Sure. We would love to help." Phineas turn his head at his friends. "What do you guys think?"
"Well, as long as I don't so many bug bites." said Baljeet.
"Who cares! I wanna use sword and axe to fight back!" Buford pumps it up.
Ferb approves with his thumbs up.
"Then it's official. We're in!" Phineas approved.
"Thank you so much, you guys. I really appreciated." said Anne.
"No problem."
"Wait just a minute!" Candace shows up next to Anne. "You're not going anywhere... without me!"
"Really? You want to come with us?" Anne puzzled.
"Heck yeah, I do. I owe you apologies after we got back from the dinosaur that tried to us and I want to make sure to keep my brothers safe." replied Candace.
"It's okay. I forgive you. I promise to look after them while we're at it." said Anne.
Candace formed her smile and shake her hands with Anne.
"Thanks, Anne."
"Of course."
Just then, Stitch shows up in between Anne and Phineas.
"Eh! Eh! Stitch wants to come too!" Stitch smiles.
"Looks like he wants to join the club, too." said Phineas.
"Well, Stitch. Welcome aboard!" Anne approved his permission.
"Yeah! Stitch loves teamwork!" Stitch jumps up and gave her a hug as the Thai girl hugs him back.
Mickey could see the two of them are hugging. Minnie was standing next to her boyfriend smiling.
"(sigh) Looks like everything went so swell." said Mickey.
"Me too, Mickey. Are you sure Anne is setting up a team to help her get her friends back?" Minnie asked.
"Don't worry, Minnie. As long as we stick together, we stay strong. No matter what." replied Mickey.
"I hope you're right, Mickey. I believe that we can setup a meeting somewhere in private." Minnie suggested.
"Sounds like a good idea. I'll arrange the meeting somewhere in Toontown before the portal is ready."
Minnie holds Mickey's hand as they shared their love together. Oum and Bee are watching their daughter talking to her friends about her adventure where she used to be. They knew that Anne was a strong girl with courage.
Back from the outside of the studio, Maleficent is staring at the front of the building while Hades stands next to her. They've been waiting for his henchmen until they showed, but then they noticed that Pain and Panic came back with luggage.
"Oh, you're back. Did you get what I asked you to?" Hades asked for report.
Panic shows the suitcase to Hades when he opens up with any ingredients.
"Got em' right here! Good as new." said Panic.
"Not even a single scratch." Pain added.
Hades takes the open suitcase and looked closer to the ingredients.
"Well done, boys. You deserve a treat. Did you make sure keep him off their back?"
"Yes, he was not following them, but we shapeshift his look to make them think that they noticed." replied Panic.
"You know, for the future, I think you should do it more carefully when they realize, but you did a good job, boys."
"Indeed. The ingredient is just what we need, but there's only one element left that we need for the power source." said Maleficent.
"And where's at exactly?" Hades puzzled at first.
Maleficent looks at the banner on a poster that attached to a sidewalk as the dark fairy formed her smirked when noticed.
"What if we bought a souvenir from the science expo?"
