Chapter 43: Spider-Sprig Returns – Part 2
Elsewhere at the abandoned factory, the minivan has parked right outside from the building. The Boonchuys and Plantars were following the Web Warriors so that they can lead them right where Venom is.
When the Web Warriors swings onto the building with Sprig in Frog-Man new costume as they land quietly so no one will hear them. They looked through the window to see a victim that's being held hostages, but no sign of him.
"Any sing of him?" Ghost-Spider asked.
"No. He could be hiding." replied Spider-Man.
"So, what's the plan?" Sprig asked so eagerly.
"We're gonna get in and rescue the captive. I'll give Venom a distraction."
"You sure, you know what you are doing?" Kid Arachnid asked.
"Hey, I'm Spider-Man. I'll improvise." replied Spider-Man.
"Okay, but be careful." said Spider-Woman.
He opens the window very quietly to let his teammates in and closes behind him very gently. Meanwhile, Anne and her family got out of the car to see that Sprig has entered with Web Warriors. Molly Jo tagged along to help out with her mechanical arms to be left in the car.
However, she doesn't like the fact when having Sprig going up against the most dangerous villain and one of Spider-Man's archenemy. She couldn't be risked for her best friend to be in danger like the last time they've been through.
"I don't like this." Anne mumbled.
"Don't worry. Sprig is a brave kid and I just know it." Hop Pop whispered.
"Hope he doesn't get himself killed." said Polly.
"It's not that I am worried about. It's something that I can't go through this again. Do you remember what happened the last time when I first let my power coming out?" Anne whispers to the two of them.
Polly and Hop Pop did recall from what happen. They could see that she was concerned about this. Just then when Bee tried to open the door, but it was locked due to being lockdown.
"It's locked." Bee grunted.
"Can't you open it?" Oum asked.
"I wish I could, but it was being locked after they shut the whole place down." replied Bee.
"Why is it closed down in the first place?" Polly asked.
"Long time ago before I met you, the people are making illegal ripped off movie, known as the bootleg movies. Luckily for the FBI, they shut this whole place down for good and have all bootleg movie to be banned and erase everything." Anne explained.
"Pssh. Tell me about it." said Molly Jo. "What I heard when they closed down a ripoff theme park and bulldozed into a paleo-sanctuary."
"Paleo-what?" Polly puzzled.
"It means it's for dinosaurs from Gravity Falls. Long story." Anne whispered to Polly.
"So, how are we are getting in?" Hop Pop asked while adjusting his disguise glasses.
Anne overlooked at the air vent that's been crooked. She started to think if she can fit through to see what's inside.
Back to the Web Warriors, Spider-Man and his team are walking inside very quietly to avoid the noises because they knew that this could be an ambush or booby trap. He's using his wristband communication to scan any lifeform to pick up.
"It's quiet. Too quiet." Spider-Man whispered.
"Hey, um.. can I ask you for a question?" Sprig asked.
"Sure thing, buddy."
"How long have you known this thing?"
"For years, we've been fought a lot ever since Brock attached to a symbiote when he became Venom. He really has grudge against me for all the reasons." Spider-Man explained.
"I know how that feels." Sprig recalls when he remembers what has driven his former enemy.
"Buddy, when it comes for supervillains, they have grudge and distrust for some superheroes or the people that they got fired or being replaced." said Kid Arachnid.
"You mean like the Goblin, or Rhino, or Scorpion?" Sprig guessed. "I've read a lot of your comic book series."
"Heh, I like this kid." Kid Arachnid chuckled.
Then suddenly, Spider-Man raise her fist to give them a halt when stop.
"Wait. Do you hear that?" Spider-Man asked.
"Hear what?" Sprig asked.
He didn't reply, but he could tell that he heard something like a faint sound. It was all too quiet.
"That doesn't sound good." Spider-Woman cautious.
"I can't even pick up my spider sense." said Kid Arachnid.
"I have bad feeling about this." Ghost-Spider mumbled.
Then Sprig noticed that there's a lever that was turned off for over decades. He started to think if he wants to turn the whole place on.
"Hmm. It looks a bit too dark. I wonder if I can just pull the lever." said Sprig.
When he pulls the lever up, the lights turn on until it shines upon the captive that's been tied up in a chair with rag on his head. They were in quite surprised that he's been tied up and they can hear him yelling, but being gagged.
"Whoa! Is that him?" Kid Arachnid asked.
"And he's all tied up." Spider-Woman noticed.
"Only one way to find out." said Spider-Man.
Then out of nowhere, they were being startled when a huge thud jumps in and turns around that it was Venom that's been waiting for them.
"Hey! You made it! Took you long enough get you here and you fell right for it!" said Venom.
The Web Warriors went to prepare for attack, but Sprig was in quite shocked that he has never seen such alien costume before.
"It's been a while, Venom. Last time I saw you, you were taken prison along with Red Skull, Whiplash, and M.O.D.O.K." said Spider-Man sternly.
"Well, we went separate ways! Right after we escape from the vault. If you wanna save this old man, you'll have to face me!" Venom snarls.
"Bring it, creep!" Ghost-Spider taunted.
Venom stretches his arm to attack, but the team dodged as they jumped up on time and leapt up against the wall.
"Alright, team. Let's take him out!" Spider-Man orders his teammate.
"What about me? What should I do!" Sprig asked so eagerly.
"Rescue the old man and get out of here. We'll hold him off."
"I'm on it!"
The Web Warriors swings their webs into action as they split up while Sprig spits his tongue out to swing over to the captive. Then Spider-Man swings down to kick Venom in the chest and lands for a pose. Venom got up and started to cackle before he just disappeared. Spider-Man went shocked that Venom can camouflage. How was that even possible?
"What the?! Where did he-" Spider-Man stammered.
"Now you see me, now you don't!" Venom taunted.
The rest of the team was shocked as well.
"Whoa! Did he camouflage?! That's my thing!" Kid Arachnid exclaimed.
"How was that even possible?!" Ghost-Spider asked.
Just as Sprig approach the victim, he unties him behind the chair.
"Don't worry. I'll get you out of here." said Sprig.
But without a warning, Venom revealed himself when visible just as he grabs Frog-Man and lifted him up in the when he screams.
"AAAHHH!"
"Hello, little frog! So nice to 'meat' you! Get it?" Venom taunted.
"PLEASE, DON'T EAT ME! I TASTE TERRIBLE!" Sprig cried while praying.
Then Spider-Man jumps up when confronted as he looked angry through his mask.
"HEY! LEAVE THE KID ALONE!" Spider-Man yells.
Venom took a quick glance at Spider-Man before he looks back at Frog-Man.
"Oh, it's not the frog we want. It's you what we want." said Venom before he tosses Sprig to the wall and sticks him with web made of goo.
"EUGH! You shoot web too?!" Sprig exclaimed.
Then he looks at the captive that's been sitting on chair who's still tied up as the Symbiote took step closer.
"Now, why don't you be a good little boy while I devoured this one arm octopus. Or should I say... ROBERT OTTO!"
When he removed the rag, but what's shocking him that it's not this person he captured. Sprig, Spider-Man, and the Web Warriors were in complete shocked that it was this person, but Sprig recognize that it was him.
"Dr. Doofenshmirtz?!" Sprig shocked.
That's right. It was Doofenshmirtz that's been wearing his brown trench coat to dressed up as a super villain for upcoming event. Somehow, Venom must've captured the wrong person.
"Wait a minute! Where am I?" Doofenshmirtz asked.
"Hey, isn't that the guy who he used to be with other villains from Tri-State Area?" Spider-Man asked.
"Well, I was. But I'm not a villain anymore. I'm a good guy now." replied Doofenshmirtz.
"Okaaaay. Then why are you dressing up like that?" Ghost-Spider asked.
"Oh, it's a costume. I was going to dressed up as one-armed robot man who is the arch nemesis of Frog-Man, but I just got gagged and I don't know who or why did he captured me."
"Wait, you're not that old man?!" Venom exclaimed.
"Says the guy who wants to destroy the whole city." Doofenshmirtz retort.
"I DON'T DO LIKE THAT NO MORE!" Venom picks up and toss him aside to the window as he fell off.
From the outside, his eyes were twirling and birds are flying around his head. The team were staring at the shattered window with awkward looks.
"Do you think he's okay?" Kid Arachnid asked when confused.
"Nah, he'll be alright." Ghost-Spider answered.
Then suddenly, Venom hears Eddie's voice when whispered.
"I told you we should head to the police for more information."
But the Symbiote shook his head off when annoyed.
"We don't have time for this." Venom growls before he reaches his arms to attack Spider-Man, but he dodged and formed his fist to punch him. But Venom disappeared before Spider-Man just landed when he missed.
"Come back here, Venom! Where are you!" Spider-Man cried when aggressive.
"Tee, hee, hee!" Venom creepily giggles when mocking him. "The itsy-bitsy spider, crawling out for lunch."
"Ugh! I hate that song!"
"Tell me about it." said Spider-Woman.
Sprig tries to get out from the black web, but he couldn't break free. Ghost-Spider jumps in to help him free.
"What kind of web are those?" Sprig grunted.
"Don't worry. I'll get you out." said Ghost-Spider.
Without a warning, she felt that she was grabbed and yanked her out from Sprig when Venom stretches his left arm to grip in his arms.
"Not so fast, little spider!" said Venom.
"Let go of me, you creep!" cried Ghost-Spider.
She tried to break free, but Venom was too strong and couldn't let go. Kid Arachnid jumps and made a huge kick on the Symbiote's head to release his teammate.
"Hey! Hands off!" said Kid Arachnid.
"Why you little!" Venom growls.
He leapt up to grab him, but he quickly disappears before Venom could reach him. Ghost-Spider start to punch him first when Venom deflects with his arms for self-defense. Spider-Man jumps to kick him in the jaw, giving her a tag team when switch.
Just then when the air vent door was open, Anne crawls out first. Then she was followed by Polly, Hop Pop, and Molly Jo just as they stay close to find their friends while her parents were outside after she convince them that she'll be okay.
"Okay, stay close with me and stay together." Anne whispers.
"How are we going to find spider people?" Polly asked.
"Web Warriors." Molly Jo correcting her.
"Whatever."
As they approach at the balcony, but quickly duck and cover to see what's going on where the fight is going on, but to their shock that Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are fighting Venom as they give him a blow punch one at a time.
Anne and Molly Jo could not believe what they have just witness. Polly looked astonish while Hop Pop was in quite shocked. Spider-Man was about to punch him in the face, but Venom grabs him and toss him away while he swung Ghost-Spider away just as he snarls.
"Where'd Spider-Wuss go? Spider-Wuss, come out and play!" Venom taunted.
As of cue, Kid Arachnid revealed himself just as he jumps on him with a rough kick.
"Tag!"
Then he lands for his pose as the Symbiote felt his head in pain.
"Ha! Who's the smart now?!" said Kid Arachnid when crossing his arms.
Sprig is still struggling to break free from the web until Spider-Woman approach. Then her right arm forms into a sword to cut him free as he fell and looked surprised that she can use her own weapon.
"You okay, kid?" Spider-Woman asked.
"Whoa! You turn your arm into a sword?!" Sprig astonished.
"What can I say. Armed and dangerous."
Just as Venom ease off the pain, he growls at Kid Arachnid and then he stretches his left arm to grab before he licked his face much to his disgusted towards him.
"Ugh! Gross!" Kid Arachnid grossed out.
"(slurping) Mmm, mmm, mmm! Brains. Yummy." said Venom before he tosses him out with a thud.
Suddenly, his face was webbed up by Spider-Woman when she keeps shooting webs on him until she stops. Venom tried to break free, but the webs are too strong for him. Not for long. Anne and Molly Jo were amazed at this scene.
"Cool!" said Anne when taking her picture on her phone.
"Wait, do they shoot webs out of their body?" Polly asked when uneased.
"What? Of course, not! They only use web shooters when they made something like a weapon."
"I'm so confused right now." Hop Pop mumbled.
Spider-Man approached as his team members went to confront Venom while he struggles.
"Give it up, Venom. You're outnumbered." said Spider-Man.
"Oh, that's where you're wrong." replied Venom.
As of cue, he breaks free from the web. The Web Warriors were caution and ready for their next round. Venom stretches his arms to grab two equipment from both sides and then toss them to hit the Web Warriors, but dodged right on time.
Without a warning when the equipment made a huge crash to the poles that holds the platform causing to shake a little when Anne and her friends grab a hold to the bar so dearly.
"Whoa!" Anne exclaimed.
"Hey!" Polly shouted.
Soon as the Web Warriors leapt up to strike him down, but Venom jumps up in high until they have landed just enough time for him to shoot his symbiote webs four times at the four of them as they've been all tangled up.
"Argh! I can't get move!" Spider-Man grunted.
"I am so over this damsel in distress!" said Spider-Woman when tried to break free.
"We're stuck!" Kid Arachnid cried.
Anne and her friends looked worried that they're trapped.
"Oh no!" Anne worries.
Sprig was the only one that just sit there and do nothing. He doesn't know what to do or what to think, but he turns glare at Venom after he jumps down when started to cackle.
"What's the matter, little spiders? Can't break free?" Venom mocked.
He can't let this Symbiote get away from this while his favorite heroes are in trouble. He just hops up and let out a battle call.
"YAAAAHHH!"
And then he hits Venom's head and bounced off of him. Sprig lands close to Spider-Man when he tried to figured out how to set him free.
"Spidey, are you okay?" Sprig asked.
"We're fine. Help me get this thing off!" Spider-Man grunted.
"Where's that supersonic when we need it!" Ghost-Spider lamented.
Venom shook his head off to ease off the pain.
"No loud noises will help you! This time will be different! This time, Venom will win!" Venom growls.
As the Symbiote took step closer to confront Frog-Man, in secret when Spider-Woman forged her hand into a knife to cut herself free, then she went to cut off the web for her boyfriend while he was distracted.
"Oh, yeah? How about a riddle? What else is your weak spot? Fire or electricity?" Spider-Man asked when he felt free in secret while setting up his secret weapon.
"What are you, dense? Of course, I have two weak spots! Fire and sound!" Venom yells.
"Closer, but you forgot one."
When Spider-Man aimed his arms at him, then shoots webs out on Venom's chest, and then started to electrocute him as the Symbiote screech in pain. Anne and her friends were awed that he tricked him.
Once the taser stops, Venom nearly fell backwards and fell to his knees with steam emerge from his back. Spider-Woman cuts some webs to set Kid Arachnid and Ghost-Spider free. Spider-Man walk towards Venom before raising his fist.
"Why Venom? Why did you come back?!"
He punches his jaws to answer that question.
"You should know, Spider-Man. The heist you pulled at the Stark Expo. You're the bad guy this time."
The Web Warriors disbelief at this. Spider-Man felt revolted that Venom thinks that he just did, but he didn't. He knew that Venom was so clueless for which he couldn't understand.
"You idiot!" Spider-Man punched Venom again to knock some sense to him. Think Eddie, think back to that day..."
Flashback was shown where it took place in Stark Expo when the crowd went panic that the imposter just stole the Arc Reactor. Peter Parker has witness that the imposter tried to frame him again. He can't let the imposter to ruined his reputation again.
"I was with you on the crowd. The imposter Spider-Man was on stage. He burned both of us and now we've been played against each other."
As of cue when he bumped into Eddie Brock who was taking pictures. He was shocked that Eddie was there, but he quickly sped off before he even takes noticed without getting caught until flashback has ended. Now Venom understands what this is all about.
"You're right, Parker." said Venom.
Then suddenly, they heard something that the platform was about to break where Anne and her friends at. They turn around and shocked that they were about to fall off as they all yelped.
"ANNE!" Sprig yells.
Luckily, Venom runs up to catch the pole just in time before they fell.
"Gotcha!" said Venom before he turns his head at Spider-Man. "You and your friends are innocent. Our bad."
"Our bad?" Kid Arachnid disbelief before he raises his voice. "Our bad?! I'm gonna kill you!"
"Um, HELLO!" Polly shouted just to get them attention. "Are you gonna get us out of here? Or are you just gonna sit there and talk this out?!"
"Oh, bummer. You're in the doghouse now, dudes." Venom retorts.
"Coming, Polly." said Sprig before he gives him a hard glare.
Few minutes later, everyone went outside as soon as they have a lot of explanations about the heist. While the conversation is going for Spider-Man and Venom, the Boonchuy couples felt unease about his appearance after Anne had already explain everything.
Hop Pop is writing down his note about the conversation. Polly looked really bored that there isn't gonna be a fight since it has ended. Sprig was all confused about what's going on. Molly Jo send a text to let her parents know that she has a friend who can take her home when she's ready.
"So, let me get this straight. You're telling us that thing thinks Spider-Man stole this technology from Sark Expo?" Bee rephrased those questions.
"Yes, but the real Spider-Man has already beat up the imposter after the Arc Reactor has already been taken." replied Anne.
"Now it all make sense."
"I can't believe that you dragged us into this." Oum groaned when she felt embarrassed.
"Don't worry, Mrs. B. I'm sure they're working out just fine." Sprig assured her.
"So we're partners, but only for now. After we bust those tech thieves, it's payback time for kidnapping the wrong man." said Spider-Man.
"Oh, jeez. One little mistake. We said we were sorry." replied Venom when sitting down.
"Yeah, whatever. Now the imposter, the Chameleon was already taken care of, but the Arc Reactor has already taken before I apprehend him to S.H.I.E.L.D."
"Hey, Chameleon was our idea. We thought of that."
"Think of this Einstein. Who could've wanted to steal the Arc Reactor?" Spider-Man asked when pondering.
"Ooh! Oh! We know! We know!" Venom raises his right hand.
"Who?" Kid Arachnid asked.
"The Submariner."
"Submariner? Get serious, will ya?" Spider-Man rolled his eyes through his mask.
"The Mighty Thor."
"Are you out of your mind? Don't answer that." said Spider-Man.
"Wait, are we talking about Thor Odinson or Jane Foster?" Kid Arachnid asked when confused.
"Who?" Venom puzzled.
"You know what? Forget what I said."
"Galactus."
"Forget it, Eddie. We need Fury's help for this. I'm gonna give him a call to see about more information." said Spider-Man when looking through his communicator watch.
Just then, the screen shows up where Nick Fury is facing forward.
"Spider-Man, have you captured Venom?"
"We got him alright. We had a little talk and we told him that it was all big misunderstanding after we put up a huge fight with some help." replied Spider-Man.
"That's it?" Nick Fury skeptically asked.
"Yeah, but I don't think he's working with someone else. I think he might be onto something."
"That's understandable, but I don't like this. And speaking of working with someone else, our spy has indicated that we have tracked the missing Arc Reactor that you traced it with your tracking device and I believe what this might shocking on where the package has sent."
Then the screen shows the location that's a bit too close to San Francisco, but when he looked close enough to see the helicopter has been landed on the landing pad when delivered to the business man, accompanied by his body guards.
"Who's that?" Spider-Man asked.
"That is Carlton Drake, CEO of Life Foundation. Rumor has it is when we suspect that he's behind all of this. If it weren't for Brock's report, we'll never know what he is up to."
"I knew it!" Venom stood up.
The Web Warriors were looking at him when raising their left eyebrows.
"Really?" Ghost-Spider asked when unamused.
"Anyway, I need you to head over to San Francisco and find out more what he's been up to." said Nick Fury.
"Understood." replied Spider-Man.
"And take Brock with you. I believe he could lead you to the Arc Reactor. Good luck, Spider-Man."
Director Fury ended the call. Spider-Man looks at Venom that's been standing there. If Fury was telling the truth, how does Brock know about the Life Foundation? Out from the view, Anne and her family were watching and listening to their conversation.
"Uh, what's going on?" Sprig asked curious.
"We're heading to San Francisco." Spider-Man answered. "Venom can lead us to the Life Foundation where the Arc Reactor was being delivered to."
"Hey, can I come with?"
"I'm not sure if it's a good idea for you to come, but it could be very dangerous." said Spider-Woman.
"Oh ho, I've faced a lot of danger. There were monsters, killer robot, man-eating dinosaur, FBI, and giant jolly killer robot!" Sprig fist his hands to pump up in the air.
"No offense kid, but you're too young to along with us." said Spider-Ghost.
Sprig frowns through his mask when they declined. He fell to his knees as he started to give them a puppy look like a guilt trip.
"Please! I'll do anything for you! I know I wasn't brave enough to fight this parasite-"
"Parasite?!" Venom felt offended. "How dare you call me that?! Apologize!"
"Sorry, sorry. I meant this guy. I will make it right and I promise that I will take fully responsibility!" Sprig pleaded.
"Oh, no. Don't fall for that guilt trip." Anne pinched her bridge of her nose.
"What's wrong with that?" Molly Jo asked.
"Trust me. You don't wanna know."
The way Spider-Man is looking at Sprig with his puppy face through his mask and his goggles. He really wanted to keep him safe from their dangerous mission. But if he says no, he'll be depressed.
He took a quick glance at Anne's parents that they've just shrugged, then he looked at Polly and Hop Pop that shook their heads when saying no, and he then he just sighed in defeat when he knelt down to his knee to Sprig.
"I know you wanted to, but going up against someone that you don't know is very dangerous. I'm saying this to protect you and you'll be safe here. I don't want you to worried about your family, but at least nobody knew who's the real Frog-Man is. I promise you, you'll get your chance one day. Do you understand?" said Spider-Man.
Maybe he does have a point. Sprig drops his puppy face and looked down to the ground disappointed. He sadly nodded.
"Thanks, Frog-Man. I'm sure you'll be a better hero like me. Until then, we will meet again."
Spider-Man offers his fist bump to Sprig, then he forms his small smile and accepted the offer when giving fist bump to him, and then he stood up as he walks towards the exit with his teammate and his arch-rival.
"Alright, guys. Let's swing over to the Web-Jet and we'll fly ahead to Life Foundation." said Spider-Man.
"Oooooh! Are we going surf the web?" Venom asked.
"Let's just go, okay."
Then the Web Warriors shoot their webs to swing over while Venom follows. That only leaves Sprig, Molly Jo, and his family, all alone at the abandoned factory.
"Well, that's that." said Hop Pop.
"I didn't even say goodbye." Polly complained.
"Don't worry, Polly. We'll see them again soon. Someday."
"Okay, campers. Let's head home, so we can have ourselves for dinner." said Bee.
"Maybe we can have some chow mien." Oum suggested.
"Sounds good to me."
As the rest of the family went inside of their vehicle, that only leaves Anne and Molly Jo. But Sprig started to think of something what Spider-Man said to him. He only ever wanted to help, but he was told to stay here. He can't just sit here and do nothing. What choice does he made?
"So, Anne. Can I ask you a question?" Molly Jo asked.
"Sure." replied Anne.
"Where's your younger brother? Wasn't he with you?"
"Oh, he had to go home early." said Anne when covering up Sprig's identity. "He doesn't want to get involved for some... claustrophobic?"
"Really? Is he okay?" Molly Jo looked concerned.
"Don't worry. He'll be alright by the time we get home. Right, Frog-Man?" Anne looked back to asked him, but didn't realize that he just disappeared. "Frog-Man?"
While moving her head, she comes to realize that can only mean one thing when forming her deadpanned look.
"He didn't."
"Maybe he's swinging around to help people?" Molly Jo guessed.
Then suddenly they heard an old man's voice.
"Help people, you say?"
Two girls turn their head and looked at an old man who looked like he was homeless, wearing his old clothes with long white beard, and holding a wooden cane in his hand.
"I believe this Frog-Man just ran off to catch up with some superheroes." said The homeless man.
"He what?" Anne raised her voice.
"Oh, yes. He did. A little birdie told me that he just wanted to help the heroes to stop this disastrous invasion, bringing an alien lifeform from space."
"I don't know what invasion you're talking, but I bet Frog-Man and the Web Warriors are heading to San Francisco." said Anne sternly, then turns her head at Molly Jo. "C'mon, gotta tell my parents about this."
Molly Jo nodded before they went to catch up with the family as they jump in to the minivan just in time before they drove off, leaving the old man behind.
"Go easy on him, girl!" The old man hollered.
But suddenly, his white beard just snatched up by none other than Hades with his modern-day outfit. He was examining this while giving Jafar in disguise a weird look.
"What is this? A makeup art? Buddy, we've been through this for like, what? Almost two decades ago?" Hades asked.
"Give me that." Jafar snatched his fake beard.
Then he shifted his appearances back to himself with his normal attire from the story with his snake staff. They've been watching them this whole time.
"It's up to your miserable minions now." said Jafar.
"Hey, relax. They sooner they get there, the last element is good as ours."
Meanwhile, somewhere in the forest that was a bit close to San Francisco when the sun goes down a little. The Web-Jet has landed in the middle of the forest until the engines turns off and the lift door opens as Spider-Man, Venom, and the Web Warriors came out. It wasn't even that long since they flew all the way over.
Their mission was to find Life Foundation, stop Carlton Drake, and take back the Arc Reactor if Venom could lead them to the right location since Brock been there for reporting before he got fired. The Web Warriors doesn't trust the fact if he would try to betrayed them.
"Are you sure this is such a good idea to bring Venom?" Kid Arachnid concerns about this.
"Eddie is the only person that has ever been to Life Foundation. We have no idea what were up against." replied Ghost-Spider.
"So, is this the right place?" Spider-Man asked with skeptical look.
"If you want to look, follow me." said Venom before he jumps up to the tree and swings it through.
There's no going back. All they have to do is follow him by swinging with their webs. Once they've left the area, Sprig pop his head out to make sure the coast is clear. He must've stowed away inside the crate to sneak inside the Web-Jet before they left.
As he steps outside, he felt a vibrate and took his phone out that it was from his best friend who texted him that says "Dude! Where are you? Are you with Spider-Man?", then he texted back to let her know that he's okay.
He knew that his family wouldn't let him take the risk, but he wanted to help the superheroes to prove that he's responsible. After he's done texting, he put his phone away and looked ahead to the Life Foundation facility. He knows exactly where they are going
"Now it's my chance to prove myself." said Sprig.
He lowered his scarf and spit his tongue to leap through the woods to catchup. Once he swings away, nobody noticed when two dragonflies came in that it turns out when Pain and Panic are in disguise that it was their boss who sent them to follow him.
"Well, we're here. Now what?" Pain asked with high pitch voiced as dragonfly.
"Following the leader, wherever he may go." replied Panic with high pitch voiced as dragonfly.
"Right."
Then they start to go through to the air vent to find what they are looking for and hoping that they won't get caught in the situation.
Meanwhile, from the inside of Life Foundation where it shows a canister that was full of Symbiotes that were made in red and black by some scientists that they've been working on at the secret lab.
There we could see Carlton Drake, CEO of Life Foundation who is bent on fusing humanity with Symbiotes in order to "save" the human race. Right now, he's having his conversation with this man on TV that he disagrees with all this.
"You're going to "save" humanity with Symbiotes?! Are you insane?! You'll never be able to control it that you don't understand!"
"I understand perfectly how to control the Symbiotes. Was it gonna be, Xuan. With or with you?" said Carlton.
"Your reckless action has gone too-"
His words were cut off by mechanical arm by breaking the flat TV screen, then it slowly back towards where it belongs as Carlton turn his head at his co-worker.
"Wasn't this necessary, Octavius?"
Doctor Otto Octavius, also known as Doctor Octopus, one of Spider-Man's archnemesis who is responsible for the creation of Symbiote that it falls right out from the sky and decided to use it against all of his enemies, including Spider-Man. He used to be locked up in the vault by S.H.I.E.L.D., but he somehow escapes and recruited by Carlton with his foundation.
"Pardon my intrusion, but he's even more naïve human being that you ever dealt with." said Doc Ock.
"Is everything ready?" Carlton asked.
"Yes, Mr. Drake. Everything is almost ready. As soon as our army is complete, we will destroy everything that's getting my way. Especially for that annoying little spider!"
"Patience, my friend. You'll get your chance. We will launch the rocket into space and bring a whole lot of them. Now, let's head out and see how our recruits has been doing."
Both Carlton and Doc Ock walked over to the other room with his security guard, Donna Diego who is escorting with her boss.
"Donna, I want an update." said Carlton.
"We have recruited four mercenaries, but one of them, Trevor Cole is dead after failed experiments." Donna answered.
"That's unfortunate. And the rocket ship?"
"All systems go."
"Then let's get started."
Once they reach into the vault room where three mercenaries, Leslie Gesneria, Carl Mach, and Ramon Hernandez were volunteer to be Drake's project how humans and Symbiotes combine. There were only just three of them since their fourth one died after failed experiment.
Now the three of them are inside of the vault in separate ways until they turn their attentions at Carlton with Donna besides him while Doc Ock remains behind with his lower robotic arms standing while the upper arms remain closed its claws just before Carlton speaks.
"Welcome. Today, you've been volunteered to be the first subject to share a bond with the Symbiotes. I humbly apologize for your friend that died after total failure, but I assure you that you will survive. Now before we get started, I would like for you to meet after our greatest success."
We raised his left arm to show the mercenaries that something comes out after the vault door opens. Out of nowhere, two claws reached to edge of the doors and walked out slowly that made the three of them shocked.
Once the fog has settled a bit, it shows a Symbiote that is mostly red, with black lines around its body. It is similar to the Venom symbiote except for his hulking form and his body is much more red. It looks more sinister, more deadly than any symbiote.
"Meet Cletus Kassidy, aka Carnage. Originally created by Doctor Michael Morbius, therefore it is a spwan to Venom." said Carlton as he introduces before it let out a hiss.
"I am the ultimate insanity! I am CARNAGE!"
The mercenaries were startled a bit when Carnage roars. Carlton smirks before he continues to speak.
"This is how man and symbiote combines. Thanks to Doctor Otto Octavius experiments, it has my attention during the invasion of New York, six years ago. Now we'll have enough symbiotes to make a new evolution with our new energy that we retrieved from Stark Industries. It is time to show the world what we can do."
Once he nodded at Donna who pushes the button, the cage door opens when she enters to the empty vault and closes behind her. Then Carlton presses the button, four symbiotes were released as it started to crawl over to their new host until they reach to the mercenaries when looked a bit panicked except for Donna who is not afraid and let one to crawl.
Once they're bonding was complete, their experiment was now complete. Donna is now combined with a female symbiote with black, red, and yellow, Leslie has combined with a symbiote that is purple with black line, Ramon has combined with a symbiote that has green with black on his face, and Carl has combined with a symbiote that has orange with black line.
Carlton is showing his sinister smiles that it's finally working. All that's left for him when he step inside another empty vault where the last canister symbiote that is black and grey. He closes the door behind him and nodded at Doc Ock when it's time.
"Phase one complete. Let us begin phase two." said Doc Ock while he releases the symbiote.
"(cackles) Yes! It begins!" Carnage cackles.
Just then when the symbiote crawls over to Carlton as it started to combine with him as the head of the company remain calm to let it crawl until his form began grow with muscular, significantly stronger and more vicious than any symbiotes. He reaches his arms to the stain glass to stand up and lets it growls more deadlier than ever.
"Behold, the spawn of Venom." said Doc Ock. "Riot, Scream, Agony, Lasher, and Phage. What is your latest goal that I could have done."
"DESTROY SPIDER-MAN!" All symbiotes roars at once.
"Good answers."
Back from the outside when it's getting closer to night falls, Venom first swings in, then jumps on the roof of the building after jumping over the fence, then followed by Spider-Man and his teammate when approach next to him.
Just as Venom rips open the air vent before he jumps in. Spider-Man shook his head gently that he wants to do stealth mode without getting caught, but unwillingly to go along with him as he and his team follows.
It won't be that long when they entered the facility where the whole place like offices are empty, meaning that nobody was there. That's good. All they have to do is hooked up in the computer as Spider-Man is typing on to find the reactor while his team was on the lookout incase the guard approaches.
"Any luck?" Spider-Woman whispers.
"No. Not yet." replied Spider-Man.
Then suddenly, he found a security footage where the Arc Reactor was being unloaded by some men that's been installing.
"Here it is. The records room." said Spider-Man
"Surf the web. Surf the web." said Venom.
"Shut up, Brock. We don't have time."
But then, Venom raises his arm to silence when he senses something.
"Parker! Wait, could it be?" said Venom when picking up something.
"Could what?" Spider-Man puzzled.
"Yes. We sense our other."
"Who? Sense who?" Kid Arachnid anxiously asked.
"It's our other! The Symbiote known as Carnage! We must stop him!" Venom leapt up in front of the window.
"Now?"
"Yes, now! We have no choice."
With no reply, Venom just broke through the window leaving the Web Warriors dumbstruck, standing there. So much for stealth mode.
"Great make more noise, I'm only breaking and entering here." said Spider-Man sarcastically, but then he and his friends picked up their spider sense. "Spider sense tingling, now what?"
Just then when Kid Arachnid turns his head where he's picking up until his eyes through his goggles went glared.
"Spidey whoever's behind all this, we've got symbiotes."
The rest of the team turn their attention where a swarm of symbiotes slowly approach and snarls at the intruders. They're getting cautious when the swarm approach.
"Great. Just what we need. More Symbiotes." said Ghost-Spider sarcastically.
"First Venom, then Carnage, and now this? What's next?" Spider-Man exclaimed.
"Heads up, guys. Things are gonna get ugly." said Spider-Woman.
One of the symbiote forge their blade before it out a roar. Now it's the perfect time to attack.
"Web Warriors, attack!" said Spider-Man.
Then they charge towards to attack the symbiotes as the battle begins.
Back from the outside when Sprig finally made it and hops inside through the broken air vent until he landed in the hallway. All he could hear some quiet, but with some faint roar as the frog in superhero costume was startled and looked cautious.
He raises his fist to defend himself in case there's anyone or any monster approach. He immediately regrated for hitching a ride on a plane to get here and then help out his favorite superhero.
"It's quiet, but too scary." Sprig whispered when he remains calm.
While he walks around to find them, he didn't notice that he's being watched by the security camera when recording. From the security room, Doc Ock approach all by himself as he looked up at some screens that there are intruders.
"They're here at last. Perfect."
Then he pushes the button to triggered the alarm. back to Sprig when startled that the alarm goes off and looked panic if he thinks that he ever gets caught, but no sign of the security. Before he could do anything, the wall burst when Spider-Woman crash through.
He turn his head around and looked shock that Spider-Woman was injured, but then a symbiote just crawls while snarls until it turned its head at him making him freeze like a deer staring at the light.
"Uh oh." Sprig muttered when panicked.
Just as the symbiote roars at him, but then it was exploded by Spider-Man when he shoots his web made out of fire and then looked shockingly surprised that Frog-Man is here.
"What the... Frog-Man?!" Spider-Man exclaimed.
"Uuuuhhhh... hi?" Sprig nervously waved.
"Are you alright? Are you hurt?" Spider-Man jumps to him to make sure he's okay.
"N-no. I'm fine." Sprig answered.
"Good. Then what the heck are you doing here?!" Spider-Man chided.
Sprig was startled that no one has ever yelled at him, except his family. But he answered with being honest.
"But I came to help you!" replied Sprig.
"No! It's too dangerous! What were you even thinking?! Getting yourself killed?!"
"Well, I can't sit here and do nothing! I want to help you!" Sprig pouted when crossing his arms.
But he didn't realize that he's being stalked by another symbiote that just went behind him. Spider-Man react fast as he shoots fire web like a fireball and blows it up thus saving Sprig's life and splattered all over him. He turns around with shocked.
"Yeah, I get that. But going up against the symbiotes is far too dangerous." said Spider-Man.
"I've been looking out myself all this time. I know my family tries to protect me from anything, but I wanted to return the favor." said Sprig when he frowns.
"Then why coming here in the first place?"
"Because... I wanted to be just like you." Sprig admits it. "Just like Tarauntu-Lad."
Spider-Man realize that not just some kids who looks up with, but for Sprig that he wanted to be just like him. He maybe lectured him a bit, but he could tell why Sprig wanted to help him. But then his thoughts were interrupted when Kid Arachnid yells.
"YO SPIDEY! AM I INTERUPTING?!"
They turn their heads at him when being lifted up by another symbiote that's been violently swinging him around like a ragdoll. Spider-Man fires his web fireball and blows up the symbiote when Kid Arachnid fell to the floor safely.
In a few seconds, another explosion came when Ghost-Spider jumps through to check on Spider-Woman that she getting herself back on her feet from injuries. Once she recovers, Spider-Man approached to his teammates.
"Now they know we're here." said Ghost-Spider.
"Is everyone okay?" Spider-Man asked.
"Yeah, we're fine." Kid Arachnid replied, but looked surprised that Sprig was next to him. "Wha... Frog-Man?! How did he-"
"Stow away. I know." Spider-Man cuts his words off.
"But how?" Spider-Woman asked.
"He told me that he wanted to help. Right now, we need to get down there and shut this place down."
"Right. This way." said Ghost-Spider.
They nodded and they ran through the hallway just to get down there to shut down the reactor. It won't be that long until they reach to the lobby while the alarm goes on and then they could see the elevator that leads them down there.
"Alright, guys. This is it." said Spider-Man.
Before they reached up, the elevator opens when Carlton Drake was standing right in front of them. The Web Warriors came to a halt and looked stern and cautious that they think that he was just standing there while he's expecting company.
"Ah, welcome Spider-Man. I didn't expect to have some company." said Carlton.
"Should've known it was you." replied Spider-Man. "You picked the wrong day when you hired the Chameleon to frame me so that you could get the Arc Reactor."
"That's the idea. Framing you is the only option, however it started to get old despite the fact that you always outsmart enough to defeat him. You've probably wondered why you're here for the Arc Reactor."
"Stop the invasion? Yeah, can't let that happen. You're just insane like anyone else."
"I'm not insane. What's insane is the way humans choose to live today. Think about it. All we do is take, take, take. It can't go on. We've brought the planet to the brink of extinction. We're parasites. You're a good example. Think about it. All you do is take. Didn't you take from the person you loved the most, who trusted you the most? That's insane. What I've initiated is a whole new world, a new species. Man and Symbiote combined." Carlton explains.
"Here's for one thing straight. One, he canceled Venom invasion. Two, we've canceled the apocalypse with full of Carnage that we've delt with, years ago. And three, we're gonna canceled it again and again. Now you're just gonna do it all by yourself. This is stupid." said Kid Arachnid giving him a cold glare.
"This is the last thing I'm asking you. Where's my symbiote?"
"Uh, we have no idea who-"
His words cut off when Riot is taking over Carlton with rage as they all got scared and frightened.
"WHERE IS HE?!"
"WHOA!" Ghost-Spider yelps.
"OH, CRUD!" Spider-Woman yells.
"WHERE'S VENOM?!" Riot roars.
"That is the ugliest thing I have ever seen!" Sprig scared when raising his high-pitched voice.
Then Riot roars with anger, but the roar calls out to summon his followers when crashing through the ceiling as Scream, Agony, Phage, and Lasher jumps down to the ground next to Riot. The Web Warriors were shocked.
"Whoa!" Spider-Woman exclaimed.
"There's more of them?!" Kid Arachnid exclaimed.
"There are more of us... millions more. They will follow wherever I lead." Riot answered.
"We?" Spider-Man lowers his eyebrows
"Yes... we. But first, we must retrieve him."
"Then you'll have to go through us."
"GET THEM!" Riot ordered them to attack.
"COME ON!" Spider-Man yells as they charged too.
The fight goes on in between super heroes and symbiote villains. Spider-Man is attacking Riot as they punch their way out while Ghost-Spider is fighting against Agony, then Kid Arachnid was swinging around after being pursued by Phage while forming into a blade to slash at him.
"Hey! Chill out!" Kid Arachnid yelps.
Spider-Woman and Scream were fighting against each other by punching and dodging at the same time. She goes with the flow by raising her fist, but Scream caught it as the female symbiote hiss towards her.
"Agh! You forget that I'm strong enough to beat you!" Spider-Woman grunted.
"I am not forgotten, it tells me. I am not dead. A hiss. Little more than a whisper. But I answer... with a scream!" Scream hissed.
She pushed her off when Spider-Woman forms her arms into blades while Scream hiss angrier.
"Bring it, freak!" Spider-Woman taunted.
They started to lash out against each blade. Then Sprig was being chased by Lasher when growls. He spit his tongue to swing around while sneering him.
"Nya! Nya! You can't catch me!"
Lasher uses his sharp tentacles to attack him, but Sprig dodges the attack while trying to avoid from getting stab.
"Whoa! Hey! Quit poking around!" Sprig jumps down and takes cover while Lasher tried to stab through the wall.
Spider-Man and Riot are keep fighting by punching and swinging just as the Symbiote leader grabbed him by his shoulder and toss him out, but Spider-Man swings around the pole and gives him a huge kick, knocking him out.
Agony is swiping her claws at Ghost-Spider, but keeps dodging when defending herself from injuries. She's quite faster and stronger than ever.
"Watch where you're clawing at! You know how long it will take to fix my new fashion design?!" Ghost-Spider exclaims.
She replied nothing, but screeching at her when swinging her symbiote hair to knock Ghost-Spider out and stretches her arms to bring the pole down to trap her under. She can't get herself out from the pole.
Kid Arachnid is avoiding all the attack that Phage was trying to slash his blade until he raises his arms to strike, but he caught it in his bare hands and then he use his electric power to shock Phage when screeched out in pain.
Lasher got his attention and stretches its tentacles to grab Kid Arachnid and tosses him out until he collides with Spider-Man as they both fell down. Spider-Woman turns her attention that her teammates were injured.
"GUYS!"
But then she felt her neck was gripped by Scream when she was about to finish her off, but instead Spider-Woman just stabbing her when Scream lets out her screech by releasing her to give her breathing back. She growls with anger, then knocks her off, and fell to the ground.
All four of them are down as the Symbiotes hissing at them that they may have their round. Sprig took his peek from the edge of the wall and looked shocked that his heroes were defeated.
"Oh no." said Sprig.
Back in the security room, Doc Ock grinned so evilly that his enemies were being crushed by the five Symbiotes.
"Oh, yes. You have lost, Web Warriors. Now it's time to send them to retrieve some symbiotes."
One of his robotic arms activate the launch where the countdown begins just as the automated voice speaks.
"T-minus five minutes to launch. Auto sequence has been initiated."
The Symbiotes turn their attention to the rocket ship when it's time to launch. They give their final looks at the Web Warriors just as they cackle.
"We did it! All of us!" Scream cackled.
"Get to your ship. It is time." Riot ordered.
They obeyed him as they jump through the window with him following. Sprig came out from hiding as he rushes to help them getting back up.
"Guys! Are you okay?" Sprig asked.
"We're fine." Spider-Woman groaned. "We have to stop them before it's too late."
From the outside, Venom was hanging on to the wall that he has witness when all five symbiotes are running towards to their rocket ship. He could hear Eddie's voice exclaiming.
"Oh, geez! You can take these guys, right?"
"They've got some skills you have never seen."
"What does that mean? What are our chances?"
"Pretty much zero."
"Oh, screw it. Well, let's go save the planet."
Venom jumps off to go after the symbiotes alone before they're heading to the ship.
"T-minus four minutes, 30 seconds."
The Web Warriors were trying to get back up of their feet, but they felt injured a bit until they see that all five of them are heading to their rocket ship. They could see through their masks when horrifies that they're not gonna make it to stop them.
"It's too late. We can't stop them." said Ghost-Spider.
Just then when Sprig took his binocular out and see what's underneath at the docking bay when Venom is pursuing them, but he doesn't know what he's up to.
"Hey, Spidey? What's Venom doing?" Sprig asked.
Spider-Man knew what his rival is up to.
"He's going to stop them." Spider-Man answered.
As the Symbiotes almost reach to the rocket ship, but Venom burst out from under to confront them and snarls at them. Riot slows down with his followers behind them.
"Venom, get in the rocket!" Riot ordered.
"No! We won't let you destroy this world!" Venom refused.
"Then DIE!"
With anger, Riot form his arm into a wrecking ball with spikes like a mace much to Venom shock. His followers would let him take Venom out first as they watch their leader to attack by throwing his mace at him, but dodged out of the way.
Then Riot charge as Venom crawls backwards and then jumps, switching his arm into a scythe to strike nearly stabbing him right close to Venom's face and he could hear Eddie shocked.
"Holy-"
"Told you."
Venom does a backflip, then Riot tries to strike him a gain, but Venom forms his arm into a shield to deflect the attack as Riot pushing him until clawing at his right shoulder. With Venom rage, he stretches his arm to grab his face and slam Riot down, then kicks him really hard back towards the others.
"T-minus three minutes."
"You have a strong host..." said Riot.
Venom is looking at his right shoulder where it scars him and then roars at him.
"But not strong enough."
He raises his arm to command his lackeys to attack as the four of them charging towards Venom. First, Scream claws towards Venom, but he grabs her arm to toss her off, then Lasher stretch his tentacles to attack, but he caught them and yanked him towards until Venom gives him a blow punch.
Agony leap towards as they both tumbling backwards with punching and clawing until Venom kicks her off, and then Phage is charging towards him with his blade as he swinging at Venom when dodging until he grabs both blades and toss him out.
Now, Riot is charging towards Venom as they wrestled all the way until Venom tries choke on his throat, but Riot grew his spikes from his back to injured Venom. He turns around to ripped out the bar to swing him out at him, pushing him off all the way until he slams against the structure. Phage grew his claws to scratch Venom, really hard.
Back to our heroes, they have witnessed a brutal battle with one against five. They have to do something by helping him out, but rather not get tortured or killed by five of symbiotes. This is not the first time how symbiote fought.
"We have to do something." said Spider-Woman.
"Any suggestions?" Kid Arachnid asked.
Spider-Man started to think if has any suggestions, but then he had an idea.
"Alright, here's the plan. You three, see if you can find the control center where they launch the rocket out into space. Then find something to make the speaker goes supersonic to weaken them." said Spider-Man coming up with the plan.
"Right." Spider-Woman nodded.
"We're on it." Kid Arachnid added.
"Frog-Man, you're with me." said Spider-Man.
"Really? I mean, sweet!" Sprig chimes when fisting his pumps.
"Alright, let's go!"
"Good luck, Spidey!" said Ghost-Spider.
"Go get 'em, tiger!" Spider-Woman added.
The team are splitting up as both Sprig and Spider-Man are heading to the elevator while the rest are heading to the control room. Back in the room where Doc Ock is watching the whole thing, he knew that he's luring them right into his trap.
"It's time to execute my plan."
"T-minus two minutes, 30 seconds."
Back from the outside, Venom was exhausted from the fight with five symbiotes since they're getting stronger with their superhuman strength and their deadliest weapons. Riot went to grab Venom's head to rip out from Eddie while in pain.
"DRAKE, STOP!"
Then he ripped Eddie out from Venom as Riot is clinging onto to the symbiote. He looks up at him when Riot was attempted to devour Venom, but he quickly reaches his arms to the symbiote and return to his body as Venom roars to continue the fight.
While they are wrestling, Scream and Agony attacks Venom, then Phage and Lasher charged at him as they clawing and scratching until they surrounded him, taking punch and blow at the same time.
Meanwhile in the control room, Spider-Woman, Kid Arachnid, and Ghost-Spider burst through the door as they reach to the computer to shut down the launch. He started to type down to cancel, but it didn't give him the access.
"I can't get in. The launch will be ready any minute." said Kid Arachnid.
"We're running out of time. Venom can't handle it all at once." replied Ghost-Spider.
"T-minus one minute."
"Well, we better hurry up and find the weak spot." said Spider-Woman.
When Ghost-Spider turns her head at the switch panel for the speaker, she smirks through her mask that this might work. She walks over and turn the wheel slowly to make the speakers go loud.
Back to the fight where they're preparing to finish him off, Riot lifted Venom up while forging his arm into a blade to eliminate him. The rest of them was just standing there hissing. Venom was too weak against all five of them.
"You are nothing." Riot growls.
Before he can do, the speakers were on with a high pitch sound like supersonic to weaken all the symbiotes. That was his cue when Venom managed to escape and went to find a hiding spot until he reverts back inside of Brock.
From the control room, the high-pitched sound is working. It has weakened all five of them while screech in agony. They also knew that it was Venom's weak spot, but at least he got away just in time.
"That'll slow them down." Ghost-Spider smirks.
Back to them, Riot couldn't take all the pain when he uses his blade to slice off the speakers pole and fell. All symbiotes got back up on their feet when they heard an automated speaks.
"T-minus 30 seconds."
With no time to finish their enemy's off, the symbiotes jumps on to the rocket ship and climbs up until they board the ship and closes behind them. Eddie comes out from hiding and stood there, realize that he was too late.
"Alright, we're running out of time. Gotta think fast. Gotta bring this ship down."
Then it hit him when he was staring at the broken part that looked sharp until Venom takes over and looks up at the rocket ship that's about to start launching when fire goes off while the countdown is still ticking.
"Blow up."
He went over to grab the wreckage part with the sharp ones to see if it works, then he he looks up again until he went up to climb on to the rocket ship while it's ready to launch.
"Ten seconds...Nine...Eight...Seven...Six...Five...Four...Three...Two...One...Liftoff."
From the view, the three of Web Warriors were staring at the rocket launching, shocking that they think that they were already too late.
"No. We're too late." said Kid Arachnid with defeat.
Nobody knew if Venom made it just in time while he's holding onto the rocket with sharp wreckage he's carrying and jumps to the window, staring at Riot and the other Symbiotes shocking as they roars at him. He realizes that Venom brought something to cut off.
"TRAITOR!" Riot roars.
"Have a nice life!" Venom sneering.
Then he jumps to cut all the way down as the fuel spills until it reaches the fire from the rocket funnel and then it started to explode. All of symbiotes were horrified that he's going to kill them all when fire is weak against them.
"NOOOO!" Scream screeches.
Realize that it was already too late when explosives reach up to the symbiotes as flames emerge to them. Scream, Agony, Phage, and Lasher were all screeching with agony as their suits were burning along with their hosts screaming in pain. Leaving Riot for the last until he was burned with Carlton Drake meeting his demise.
"AAAAAAAAAHHHH!"
All three of them were shocked that the rocket ship just explodes and they probably realize that Venom cuts the fuel to blow them up with symbiotes on it.
"Dang! Did you see that?!" Kid Arachnid exclaimed.
"He did it!" Spider-Woman stunned.
Venom is falling from the sky and went to dive down to escape from the falling fire until he reaches to the water and swam down fast as he could. There's no way he could've escaped unless he has some sort of super strength.
Just as he jumps out from the water and lands on the shore to find his mortal enemies as he rips out the air vent and rush inside, but he didn't take noticed when two eels, Flotsam and Jetsam slowly emerge from the water to see what's the progress is doing. All they do is sit and wait.
Back in Los Angeles where it shows a house, Moly Jo was already been dropped off by her friends and then she set her invention aside in her garage. Now she's in her room with purple theme that was covered with posters of pop-music and her favorite superheroes.
She has her laptop on her desk with comic books and a bulletin board that has lots of Frog-Man in every publish including her own drawings. She was sitting in her bed with plenty of stuff animals including a frog plushie and a stuffed Spider-Man.
Right now, she was watching TV news from Daily Network where it shows the footage from Life Foundation that has the launchpad which was caught on fire after the explosions. At least the facility was a little farther from San Francisco.
"We have come from a great witness when that the rocket ship was launched up into space until there was a big explosion. However, this is no accident, if we looked closer then we can see that this Symbiote, aka Venom, aka the Lethal Protector! As far as I concerned for those who lives in San Francisco, lock your doors and do not go out! We have no idea what we are up against."
Molly Jo looked concerned if the Web Warriors are there, then Frog-Man is with them. She was hoping if her new friends made it on time before things could get worst.
"Frog-Man, please be okay."
Meanwhile in the midair, the Sun-Beater 3000 are heading their way to San Francisco when piloted by Phineas and Ferb. It's like a few minutes after Anne had told them everything about the situations.
So then, they agreed to fly over there with Anne, Polly, and Hop Pop while tagging Candace and Isabella along with them. Right now, she's texting her phone to let her parents know that they're coming back after they find Sprig.
"I can't believe he just left us. He's gonna get himself killed." said Anne when depressed.
"Now, Anne. I know Sprig was trying to help." Hop Pop console with her.
"It's not that, Hop Pop. What if the police find out? Or the governments? I can't go through all this!"
"Don't worry, Anne. We're not gonna let that happen. As soon as we get there, we'll talk things out." said Phineas when calming her down.
"(sigh) Maybe your right. I was so worried if anything happens to him." replied Anne.
"He's a brave kid, Anne. Have faith in him." said Hop Pop.
"I hope you're right about this."
Anne prays for her best friend safety. Just as they reach through the clouds, they went all puzzled when noticed that something that just glows like orange and yellow. Polly squinted her eyes to see somethings glowing.
"Is it just me or this one is on fire?" Polly puzzled.
"Doesn't seem like it's on fire." replied Hop Pop.
When Anne squinted her eyes to see up ahead once they get too close until they realized that there are some fires on water with launching pad damaged that also caught on fire. This can only mean one thing for sure.
"Oh, crud."
