Chapter 57: Newts in Tights

The next day, Anne and Sprig are strolling through the woods and accompany with Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, Baljeet, and Buford. All seven kids are on their task after Sasha sending them to find more recruits. They have plenty of frogs from the valley and the toad army, but what they need is some newts too.

"Thanks for tagging us along with you, Anne. It's been two days since Perry is missing and he hasn't shown up lately." said Phineas.

"Don't worry, Phineas. We'll find your platypus if he's out there." replied Anne.

"If he's not out here, I'm sure he'd be somewhere back in the headquarters. Well, there were plenty of tunnels." Sprig added.

"You know, Anne. That sword you have looks very nice." said Baljeet when seeing Anne that has a sword in its sheath, but was all gold for the sheath.

"Oh, this sword? Yeah, I kinda forgot about that sword. I have no idea where I left it." replied Anne, rubbing her hand behind her head.

"Hey, guys. Check this out." Buford points where he went.

Then the kids went down to the ground, hiding behind the wood log and sees what's out there. Both Anne and Sprig took the binoculars out and sees the view, but what's surprising and mostly shocking when there were Toads and Newt soldiers that usually works for they tyrant king.

They were marching through the woods with weapons and supplies on the wagon that was pulled by the rhino beetle with mind control collar. The carriage has a symbol with the eye in the center that looks like the crown. Both kids couldn't believe that the toads and the newts are on the wrong sides.

"Those newts and toads are wearing Andrias armor. How could anyone choose to be on Andrias's side?" Anne looked disbelief.

"Ugh, those traitors!" Sprig glares at the guards.

"Wait, why would they serve with Andrias?" Phineas asked.

"Eight months ago after he revealed his true color, Andrias have both of his royal guards and the rebellion toads to force served with him. That's what Sasha told us about since we got back from earth." Anne explains.

"Man, it's like the Galactic Empire all over again." Buford commented.

"Tell me about it." Baljeet added.

"We need to find the newts that were not his subjects before they have no other choices." Isabella suggested.

"I agree. Let's go." replied Phineas.

"Wait a second, who's that?" Sprig noticed something with him and Anne uses the binoculars.

When the king's guards were walking, but until they stop and sees that it was just a little newt boy with purple skin and he looks very injured.

"Huh?" They looked puzzled.

"Please, kind soldiers, I've twisted my wee ankle and could use some help." The newt boy pleaded his help with his puppy eye, making the newt and the toad looked bad about him.

"(gasps) Hey, you okay there little guy?" The Toad Guard asked.

While another newt soldier was having a drink, but then suddenly as the arrow flew out of nowhere when the water spills. Then all of sudden, the newts jumps out from the wood, wearing their hooded to cover their head along with the bald one that looked like Friar Tuck and then shoots arrow at the king's guards.

They all ran and screaming as they cowardly falls back, but then more newts jumps out with this one with goatee and some beard as they shoot their arrows and pinned the toads and newt guards up against the tree. The newt boy drops the act and whip his tail against the guards at their feet, screaming.

When they stumbled back, but then hit against the big newt that was a woman and has huge buffs until she knocks them out. Just then, they just grabbed the carriage wile take control of the beetle with full of supplies, and then they retreated back to the woods, leaving the king's guards unconscious. The kids looked impressed.

"Wow! Rebel newts!" Sprig was astonished.

"Cool! It's like Robin Hood and his merry men." Phineas smiles.

"Awesome. Let's see if they'll join us." Anne suggested, but then two arrows came out of nowhere when it pinned the binoculars. Then the Merry Band surrounds the kids when pointing their arrows at them. "Whoa! We're on the same side!"

"(laughs) I'm on no one's "side" but my own!"

"Wait, I know that voice." Anne recognized that voice. Just then, a newt jumps out from the bush and confronts the kids. He looks resemble to Robin Hood, but he has green skin with mustache and goatee. Both Anne and Sprig recognize that newt who he used to teach them. "Tritonio. I should have known."

"Well, well, well, if it isn't two of my best pupils. Still have my family sword, Anne?" Tritonio noticed that she still has that sword.

"Why don't you come over here and find out?" replied Anne when drawing her sword out.

"Wait, you know him?" Phineas asked.

"Know him?! He's a criminal mastermind that teaches us how to fight! How did he escape?!" exclaimed Sprig.

"That's a good question. Thanks to my escape plan, I have some recruits. And speaking of which, I see you brought your little friends as well." said Tritonio.

"Oh yeah, my friends are capable of inventing some crazy contraptions every day. All summer long." replied Anne.

"Charming. Well, we had a great "ha ha" catching up, but we're in a hurry. Lil Louise, relieve these kids of their supplies." Tritonio commands her and his troops.

"Typical. The world is falling apart, and you're still just looking out for yourself.

"Mr. Tritonio! How'd I do?" The boy asked, smiling after faking his injuries.

"Excellent, my little JoJo Potato!" replied Tritonio, looking impressed.

"Ooh, and I heard those soldiers say there's gonna be an ever bigger caravan passing through the woods at three o'clock."

"Ah, great recon work, JoJo."

"But Mr. Tritonio, how will we get past the giant, collared beasts that guard the caravan?"

"Ugh, not those things again. They were such a pain last time." Lil' Louise groans.

"Collared beasties, eh?" Sprig quickly realized what they're talking about the creatures that were in mind control with their collars on. "(scoffs) They're easy to take down once you know the trick."

"Ah! So you've dealt with them before? What am I saying? Of course you have! You are the smartest, bravest pupils I've ever had!" Tritonio was impressed with Anne and Sprig's skills.

"You're buttering us up so we'll help you." Anne looks skeptical at him.

"And it's working! Come on, Anne. Let's help them!" Sprig convinced his best friend.

"He's right. Maybe he could join us with the resistance." Phineas agrees.

"Yeah! I wanna use some axes!" Buford smiles.

"Dibs on bows and arrows!" Baljeet raises his hand.

"Say, aren't you all too little to join the fight?" Tritonio asked.

"Why, yes. Yes, we do." Phineas answered.

"(chuckled) I like this one." He chuckled.

Anne doesn't like the idea of having Tritonio joining with the resistance. Ever since she and her adoptive siblings ends up at the daycare center, Tritonio has taught them how to defend themselves and what's worse when they have been manipulated and betrayed by a common thief who only cares for himself.

"Fine, but only if you promise to join the Resistance afterwards." said Anne after gives in.

"Done!" replied Tritonio.

"And no backstabbing, double-crossing or other such deception."

"You wound me, Anne! Come my friends. To the secret hideout!

"Wait, before we go, what's up with the tights?" Anne asked.

"Reduces friction, we run faster, and we look amazing." replied Tritonia when looks down at his green tights and then flexes in front of the kids

"Amazing!" Jojo Potato smiles when showing off his tights and so were the other newts, much to Anne and her friends feeling uncomfortable.

"I shouldn't have asked. Anne muttered.

"Tell me about it." Buford agrees.

Later on, Tritonio and his Merry Band have returned to the secret hideout along with Anne and her friends. The secret base has some tents, a crow's nest, a bonfire, and training equipment. They also have weapons and supplies. The newts are enjoying their festive while playing the music.

They were plenty of food and drinks at the table where Sprig, Isabella, Baljeet, and Buford are sitting eating their cooked meal that looked like a turkey. Then Lil' Louise sat down next to Sprig as he looked fascinated at her appearances.

"So, why do they call you Lil' Louise? You're gigantic!" Sprig smiles with his mouthful.

"That's the joke." replied Lil' Louise.

"Eh, I don't get it."

"That doesn't look too bad. It taste just like turkey." said Isabella before she eat her meal.

"That's what they all should say." Buford commented with his moutful.

"Buford, please. Not with your mouthful." said Baljeet.

"Meh."

"And voilà!" said Tritonio as he and Anne were discussing about the plans to ambush the caravan, standing next to Phineas and Ferb. "We ride away from the caravan, victorious."

"Nice! I like the way you are thinking." said Phineas, looking impressed while Ferb writes down the notes.

"Wow. You have a real talent for strategy. Too bad you're a no-good, backstabbing scallywag." Anne added, mostly impressed with going over their stealthy strategy.

"You'd be a scallywag too, if you grew up like me."

(Flashback starts)

We jumped to the past in Newtopia where it shows Tritonio as a little boy, but sadly he was an orphan after he lost his parents and no one was out there to look after him.

"I was born a street urchin, no family, no one to look out for me."

Then he was kicked out by a newt who doesn't even care, then he fell flatly to the ground until he looks up and sees five orphan newts that are just some common thieves and then the ringleader offered Tritonio to join him.

"I learned to survive by joining whatever street crew I crossed paths with. But alas, living on the street meant loyalty was thin."

As they're all strolling down in the market, but then they stop and sees Jerry, the axolotl vendor looking bored while waiting for his customer. That's when the ringleader gets an idea and whispers to Tritonio until he's finished. With him distracting Jerry, the little newt pretends to fake his injured as he fell down in front of the cart.

"Oh!"

"Oh, you okay, little guy?" Jerry asked after he went over to comfort him, but then he heard something from his cart and he sees five little rugrats stealing his money. "Hey! What are you doin'? Get back here!"

"Wait for me!" Tritonio yells out, but was hold back by Jerry while the ringleader just taunted him after he betrayed him, leaving this poor child to be sent to jail.

"When things get bad, it's always everyone for themselves."

(Flashback ends)

"You're telling me, if push came to shove, you'd even leave these guys in the dust?" Anne looks concerns when showing him how much his merry men was loyal to him. Even Jojo paints the art of Tritonio that was buffed, making the others impressed.

"It is the law of the streets: no loyalties, no attachment." Tritonio answered.

"That's…harsh. It doesn't feel right to me." said Phineas, feeling like it's a harsh words.

"I agree." Ferb agrees.

Tritonio looked to his sundial and realized the caravan was coming soon.

"Ah, it is time. The caravan shall be passing through in mere minutes." said Tritonio.

"Let's go!" Anne looked so hype as she and the others are heading off to their next task.

Later on at the other side of the forest, the Newt Soldier is on the caravan when taking over the beetle and accompanying by two giant snakes with mind control collar. One is red and the other is blue. However, their trek came to a halt by Anne and Sprig as they went to confront them.

"Hey, slither brains! The dum-dum convention is two miles that way." Sprig taunted them.

"That is so rude. Guards!"

The giant snakes hiss towards at the two of them, but then they were both covered with mud when its splat. All thanks to Phineas and his friends by taking aim at them.

"Nice shot!" said Anne.

"Thanks!" replied Phineas.

"Catch us if you can!" Sprig taunted as he and the other kids runs off while the snakes gave them a chance.

As of cue, Jojo, Lil' Louise, Friar Tuck, and the archers jumps in, thus startling the driver.

"Hey, who's up there?!" His words were cut off when she punched him off the cart.

Lil Louise blew out her whistle, then Tritonio pops up from the bush, and then shoots three arrows directly towards at the locks to unlock what's inside.

"Now let's see what kinda loot we just scored." said Lil' Louise when she's about to open, but instead that there some Toad-like Frobots that wears something like medieval appearance thus wearing their hoods.

"Ha ha, ha ha! Gotcha, gotcha."

"(gasps) It's a stage!"

But it was too late. The Frobots have snatched the Merry Band and then drags them inside of the caravan while beating up at the same time while on of the Frobot jumps out and take over beetle as they drove away.

"No!" Tritonio cried after witnessing the whole scene.

Anne, Phineas, and Ferb were fending off the blue snake while Sprig and Buford are on the red snake's back with Isabella and Baljeet gave the red one as a distraction. As the Thai girl uses her sword to block the snake's jaw until she heard a shout that came from Tritonio.

"Anne, look!" Phineas points where the caravan was getting away.

"Tritonio, you have to help them!" Anne begged him.

Unfortunately for him, he looked back at the cart and sees Jojo feeling scared and captured to reach out for him. It triggered his mind when he remembers what those rugrats did to him back when he was an orphan. Instead of helping him, he left his own men behind.

"Farewell, my friends." said Tritonio as he rushed, much to Anne's shocking.

"No! Dang it!" Anne shout when she slices off the mind control collar from the blue snake.

Then Sprig pulls the wire to free the red snake until the collars falls off and returns to normal. The kids watch the snakes slithers back to the wild and then went to catchup with Tritonio. It didn't take too long by the time they see him, standing all alone at the secret base.

Tritonio is packing up and leaving everything else behind. He picks up the art of himself that was drawn and painted by Jojo as the newt let out a tearful sob, but then his thought was interrupted by Anne when she and the others arrived.

"Tritonio, come on! We can still save them." Anne encouraged him.

"And risk capture ourselves? No can do, kids. The rules of the street, remember? No attachments. No regrets." replied Tritonio after crumbling the art.

"But what about the Resistance?" Sprig asked. "You said y-"

"Oh, come on, Sprig. You know I was never going to do that." Tritonio turn his tail away and walks off alone.

"Sheesh. Okay, dang it."

"That was cruel." Buford muttered.

Isabella looks a bit mad, feeling disappointed that this newt is abandoned them and give up hope. When she is clenching her fist, but Phineas took hold of her hands. She looks at him when he shook his head, telling her that this isn't her fight.

For Anne, on the other hand. She looks very well ticked off that Tritonio will never be the same, but this is different rather than betrayed. He wanted to help them, but he stuck to his own guts. That's when she throws the family sword as it came flying passed his head until it hit the tree. His quill was cut off.

"Dios mío!" Tritonio exclaims when he turns and sees Anne, glaring at him.

Look, dude. If you wanna abandon your friends who you clearly adore, that's your call. But it kills me to see you leave like this."

"If you grew up how I did…"

"I get that. We do what we need to do to survive. But I gotta say, for a "master thief," I'm disappointed in you."

"How so?" Tritonio asked.

"You're leaving the best loot in the world on the table. Friendship, comrades, someone to count on. By throwing those things away, you're only robbing yourself." Anne replied when picks up the crumbled paper, then uncrumples before giving this to him, and then takes the sword out from the tree. "Come on, guys. We have a very merry band to save."

"Right behind you." said Sprig as he and the other human kids runs off. "Later, Tritonio."

All that's left for Tritonio, the former teacher stood alone in the woods, thinking reconsideration about what Anne said to him. He let out a sighed after the board just fell flatly.

Later on, Anne and her friends are in the rush to rescue the Merry Band and they've got no time to waste. Luckly, they have followed the track from the wheel that just rolled off and they know where those Frobots just took

"This way!" Anne ushered as the other kids went through the bush until they have them. "There they are."

The kids are watching the Frobots taking out the archers first, and then another one carries Jojo, Lil' Louise, and Friar Tuck as they carried them over until the Frobots dropped them to the ground and they looked up at the largest robot that looks resemble to a judge, thus wearing a wig. It has a hammer and podium.

"In the name of the King, I find you guilty of disturbing the peace. To which there is only one punishment!"

As the Frobots raised their axes at the merry Band, but then Anne steps out from the bush to confront them.

"Hey, ya metal freaks! Permission to approach the bench?" Anne taunted when she drew her sword out as the Frobots prepared for battle.

Then the Thai girl lets out her battle cry before she slices off the arm and then deflects her sword against the other one. As a distraction, Sprig, Phineas, and their friends quietly approached to the Merry Band as the pink frog pulls out a scissor.

"Voilà!" said Sprig, much to their delight. One by one, he cuts the rope to set them all free with the human kids help.

"Come everyone! Le'ts kick that robot chassis!" Phineas ushered as the Merry Band lets out their battle cry and then jumps onto the robot where Anne fought.

Buford picks up the axe and proceed to attack the hooded robot. Baljeet tries to pick up the arrows and bow until he misfired, but instead the arrow just shoot straight in the robot's eye. Isabella picks the axe up and then throws it over until it stabs on the Frobot's head.

Jojo jumps onto another by taking a bite out of it while one of the archer jumps on to it with his strong thigh. Together both kids and the merry men are taking the Frobots one by one. However, the judge robot looks very displeased after witnessed the battle.

"Order! Order! There will be order in my court!" The judge robot shouts when everyone stops fighting.

"Huh?"

Then the judge went to transform by using the podium to turn into legs, then uses the other arm to come out, and then combines to hammer into the biggest warhammer as the judge robot is now super huge. It sneers over them much to their shocking reaction.

"Whoa. That's new." Ferb looks really calm, despite that he doesn't show any emotions.

"Oh, no." Anne looked total shocked.

"Deploying corporal punishment!" The judge robot fire its missile from its wig to attack.

"Take cover!" Phineas cried.

Our heroes went to take cover by the time the missiles hits to ground, leaving explosives from behind until more Frobots surrounds them. Jojo is the only one left until the missiles explodes and launches him towards by the robot's foot. He looks up and looked shocked.

"No amnesty for minors!" The robot judge raises its hammer just as the boy screams, prepared for the blow. Then all of sudden, an arrow just shot in the eye. "Justice is half blind!"

Then more arrows came in when it took out more Frobots that surrounds them until there is nothing left. Anne and the others perks up and sees that it was Tritonio, who shots the arrow while riding on the white rhino beetle that whines like a horse. His merry men were cheering.

"Tritonio!" Anne and Sprig said with unison.

"I knew you come back!" Phineas smiles.

Tritonio slides off from the beetle's horn and lands in front of Jojo who looked even more happier.

"Mr. Tritonio, you came back! But what about the rules of the streets?" Jojo asked.

"Ha! You think I, Tritonio, give a fig for rules?" replied Tritonio, but then the robot take a stomp when interrupted the moment.

"This court holds you in contempt!" said The judge robot when pulls the arrow out from its eye and then raises the big Warhammer to strike them down.

"Merry Band, to me!" Tritonio commands them.

"Righto!" His merry men responded as they grew their big buff on their muscular legs.

Once they leapt out of the way, the Warhammer slams to the ground. Lil' Louise uses the wooden stick like a weapon for Tritonio to stand on while carrying Jojo, then she spins and launches them up in the air and then he launches Jojo as an arrow to shoot directly towards at the judge.

Jojo draws out six daggers and spins around when all surrounding goes slower like everything was in the slow motion. When the judge robot was attend to finished him off, but then he collides and went straight through its chest, leaving a hole while the electric sparks.

"Legal systems failing."

And now, the robot judge was destroyed with the explosives, leaving nothing but its head. Jojo scream as he fall from the sky until Anne caught him in her hands right on cue!

"Gotcha!" said Anne.

Everyone cheers and rushed towards their most strategist leader ever, next to the scrapped robot.

"Three cheers for the greatest newt of them all!" said Lil' Louise when lifting Tritonio up along with the others.

"Hip hip hooray! Hip hip hooray!"

"Toss me higher! Higher, I say!" Tritonio ushered them, feeling more praises.

"Our hero!" Jojo chimes.

Anne and Sprig winked at each other. Phineas and Ferb fist bumps at each other, then Isabella gave them a high five.

"I knew he came back for them." said Phineas, smiling.

"Like the man says, we leave no one behind." Baljeet commented.

"I'm gonna keep that axe!" Buford claims it.

"Yeah, but your parents wouldn't allowed that." Isabella rolled her eyes when teasing.

"I know that."

Later that evening, the Merry Band are celebrating after the battle with victorious. Anne and her friends are gathered at the fireplace along with the newts, feeling relaxed after the fight they've been through.

"Some victory gruel, senora?" Tritonio asked when offering the soup to Anne.

"Thanks, Tritonio. So, what happened to "no loyalties"?" said Anne after taking the bowl from him.

"Uh, I just happened to be passing by, and my arrow flew out of my bow! What are the odds?"

"Mm-hmm. Face it, Big T. It feels good to have someone's back."

The way she taught him after having a heart to heart chat, he looks back and sees his own men as they chat before they let out their heartful laugh. They are like a one big happy family to him like he always would ever wanted.

"Yeah, maybe." Tritonio answered.

"Listen. Being on your own may have worked before, but the fate of Amphibia rests on whether we can defeat Andrias." said Anne.

"Yeah! The Rebellion could really use folks like you on our side." Sprig added.

"Sasha keeps saying we need help with our battle strategy. And who's better at strategy than you?"

"(scoffs) I know you're just buttering me up so I'll help you." Tritonio scoffs.

"Well, I learned from the best." said Anne.

"It's true. Back from home, we helped each other out by going through a lot of adventure. One way for another. If it weren't for her, we would never be the same. Like you always were." Phineas gave the advice to him.

"With humans and amphibians by her side, maybe we could use you and your men as our greatest strategists." Isabella added.

"I gotta say, uh, you're not the same girl I met all those months ago. All right. We're in!" Tritonio accepted the offer as he came to announced for his men. "Henceforth, the Rebellion shall be our new crew!"

Everyone cheers thus raised their drink, meaning that the newts have now joined the resistance.

Meanwhile at the Resistance Headquarters, Sasha was watching the view how things went pretty well with Anne's friends are working together along with her amphibian friends since they've been here for over a week.

Genie perform his magic trick with the youngest salamander while Maddie writes down her notes. Wendy is teaching some young recruitments by throwing her axe towards at the dummy. Stitch uses his blaster gun to blow up some scraps as target practice, making everyone impressed. Even Angel is cheering for him

Sasha never felt so happier than ever like she used to be back in her age and now for being a strong girl, she'll do whatever it takes to protect the town and to get her childhood best friend back from the clutches of the king. Then her thought was interrupted when she heard someone.

"Hi ya, Sasha." Mickey greeted when he approached to her.

"Oh, hey, Mickey." Sasha smiles.

"We haven't talk for a while if it's alright with you."

"Sure. So, what's up?"

"Well, I've been thinking about the mission back there. What you said about being charged, what happened between the two of you?" Mickey asked, hoping he doesn't get being lectured.

"Between me and Anne?" Sasha puzzled.

"Yes, but I was asking very politely. I understand if you don't want to talk about it."

She frowns when he mentioned it, but never told anyone about her relation between her and Anne. How is she going to explain to him and the others? Can she say no to that? Instead, she let out her small sighed.

"Can I be honest with you?" Sasha asked.

"Uh-huh." Mickey nodded.

"I don't know you heard about the two of us before we were zapped here. The only reason why I was so manipulative is because of my parents divorce. I've been living with my mom's shadow while having her boyfriend with couple of kids. Heh, I'm lucky to have step-siblings, but it's not enough. I couldn't help, but feeling jealous towards not just because of my family. But because of Anne having spending so much time together with her family and same goes for Marcy. Why can't I be the good person the way I used to be?" Sasha explains her backstory to him.

"I know how Donald feels, but that doesn't mean he's jealous since I'm the number one character. We've all make mistakes just as you and your friends. Why else would you think that I had to borrow a sorcerer hat without my master permission?" Mickey replied.

"Do you think so?" Sasha asked.

"Ha ha, I know you well. I mean, after all you are one tough kid." replied Mickey.

Sasha gave her small smile after listening to his advice.

"Thanks, Mickey." said Sasha.

"No problem." replied Mickey, then they heard Anne's calling as she and her friends approached to them.

"Good news, Sasha! We just recruited the top newt strategist." Anne announced.

"That's awesome!" replied Sasha. "Now come follow me, Hop Pop just found something really interesting."

They followed Sasha and Mickey until they see Hop Pop standing next to a door that has no handle, with a gold P in the middle, and a mail slot below the letter.

"Hey, Mr. Plantar. Whatcha standing?" Isabella asked after greeting him.

"Oh, there you are. So I, uh...I got lost while looking for the bathroom and found this strange-looking door." said Hop Pop as he explains to them about the door.

"What kind of door is that?" Phineas asked.

"There's no telling what could be in there. Trouble is, we can't figure out how to open it. There's no knob or handle. Just this like, book-sized slot." Sasha went to examine the door.

"Book-sized? Hop Pop, have you tried sliding the family tome into it? The one that had the Calamity Box drawings inside?" Sprig realized something about the door.

"It's worth a shot. Lemme go get it!" Hop Pop went to head upstairs to grab the tome.

It didn't take that long to retrieve it once he comes back, then he slide the tome through the slot until it started to rumble when the door to opens, revealing itself to be a small room. It has been untouched for a very long time. They gasp softly.

"Whoa." Mickey looked surprised, softly.

The whole room was covered with dust and web like there was a bed, a desk, and hood with a letter "L" that was hanged on the coat hanger. Sprig walks over to the desk and spotted an envelope with a piece of paper inside.

"Hmm…It says…" Sprig looks carefully until he reveals to them. "Nothing! It's blank."

"Well, this is disappointing." Sasha frowns.

"I don't think it's blank." Mickey theorized it.

"What do you mean?"

"Think about it. There has to be some clue, but what we need is a glasses."

"Our family sure was mysterious." said Hop Pop.

"Come on, let's get outta here and head to the canteen. I'm starving." Anne suggested as she and her friends walks out from the room.

"Didn't we had turkey for lunch?" Buford asked.

"Well, I had some soup."

After they left, that only leaves Mickey and Sprig standing in this room.

"You should hold onto it just in case." Mickey suggested.

Sprig nodded, then put the paper in his pocket, and then they went off to catchup with the others while the door closes behind them. While on their way to the canteen, Sprig went to catchup with Phineas and Ferb.

"Hey, sorry we couldn't find Perry today." Sprig apologized.

"It's okay. We can resume searching tomorrow." replied Phineas, suddenly they heard a soft growled when they freeze as they turned and spotted Perry in pet mode just as Phineas smiles. "Oh, there you are Perry."

"Wait, he's been here this whole time?" Sprig looked confused.

"Well, like I said. Platypus don't do that much." replied Phineas.

"Welp! Problem solved."

As the three of them went off to the canteen, but in secret when Perry looks a bit worried if something has ever happened to his owners since he got back here without any harm. Either way it could be someone else. That is when they heard a distress call from Hop Pop.

"WE'RE OUT OF FOOD ALREADY?!"
