A/N: I DO NOT own the Harry Potter series. That honour belongs to J.K. Rowling. I only own the plot and original characters. Some of the characters will be OOC (Nice Dursleys [Wizard (and not Obese) Dudley]), Free Sirius, non-Supremacist Malfoys, Lestranges, and most of the death-eater families, Good Voldemort).

Another Day
Waking up before sunrise was nothing new for Harry, as he rose out of bed and dressed in a blue shirt and grey joggers. Not wanting to wake his aunt and uncle, the twelve-year-old held his trainers in his hands as he crept down the stairs into the kitchen. He took his gallon water bottle out the cabinet and filled it with water before closing it up and wrapping his arms around the plastic object, concentrating until it was ice cold to the touch.
He and Dudley came home the night before not too long after returning to Sirius' following the aborted post-dinner party. While Harry hated to leave his godfather, he was elated to sleep in his own bed again. Also, he was coming over later today to spend some more time with him and Dudley, so he wasn't complaining.
Putting on his shoes, he walked to the door and was about to open it when footsteps were heard behind him.
"Hi, Harry!"
Whipping around, he saw his cousin standing there, water bottle in hand, and dressed in workout attire.
"Was I that loud?" he joked, to which Dudley shook his head.
"No, I sometimes wake up around this time too," he replied, opening the door. "Let's go running."
With that, they both ran out the door.
Gemma had driven Annie and herself to Finsbury Park to let the former go for a run. Annie was originally going to run the few blocks from her dad's house, but Gemma wanted her to be safe. Also, she knew she could benefit from exercising and a break from Sirius' snoring. Despite having a condo nearby, she spent the past few days at Grimmauld Place with Annie and kicked Sirius to the couch, much to Walburga and Kreacher's amusement.
As Annie started on her first lap, Gemma began walking with her hands tucked in her pockets. Taking a deep breath, the twenty-seven-year-old pondered over the past few days. Ever since Annie returned, she barely had any alone time with her daughter because of Harry and Dudley taking up her time. Also, Sirius wouldn't let them out of his sight.
"He's probably afraid I'll take her away," she looked down at her feet.
Seeing her thirteen-year-old run along the trails caused Gemma to take a step back. It seemed only yesterday that Annie was as tall as her hips with her hair tied up in a ponytail with a pink ribbon. Now, she's almost as tall as her and a lovely young woman with a bubbly personality and power to boost.
Of course, Gemma had made some changes as well. Despite missing her daughter, the twenty-seven-year-old had to live her life, and Annie's disappearance allowed her time to explore what she wanted in life. Naturally, the revelation didn't happen straight away.
She and Haley cried for weeks after Dahlia took Katelyn and Annie away, knowing they wouldn't be back for a long time. With that, Gemma and Haley knew that they had to have their shit together for when the girls returned, so they got up and started thinking about what they wanted career wise.
Haley had received a bachelor's degree in Photography, so she applied at places looking for a photographer until she snagged the perfect job at Twilight, a new magazine company specialising in educating wizardkind about the muggle world. They also inform them about their own world events that local newspapers try to cover up. It allowed Haley to travel the world with Mia and distract her mind from Katelyn.
Gemma received her degree in English and landed a job as a writer and editor at Twilight. She not only interviewed parents of muggle-born and muggle-raised magicals but also squibs who were cast out into the muggle world to inform readers of what happens to them and how they live their lives. Of course, she also wrote newly discovered facts about either world to arouse her readers' interests. Gemma's work helped her with Annie's disappearance, but she was always yearning for her return.
As she sat on a bench nearby, Gemma thought about her life before she met the Sertoris. She was born in Tennessee to muggle parents who didn't know what to do with a magical child. Sure, they provided for her and ensured she was happy, but when she showed signs of magic at the age of five, they didn't interact with her much.
Her parents had split when she was born and after showing signs of magic, her father never even bothered calling her again. Her mom continued doing the normal things, but Gemma sensed she was emotionally distant especially with her mother getting remarried and having two more children. When she went to Ilvermorny at eleven, she was more than relieved to be going due to the fact that she was sick of her younger siblings getting attention while she was left in the cold.
Hogwarts came a year later in an exchange programme, and Gemma was more than happy to sign up. She had a great time and enjoyed the classes but wished she got to see more of muggle London, as she lived with a wizarding family who only set foot in muggle London to see her off to Hogwarts. Other than that, they were nice.
Later on in the school year (May 24), she snuck out of Hogwarts with the third years and up to see Hogsmeade and met Sirius. She dressed older as to fool people that she was old enough for Hogsmeade weekend. She was at the Three Broomsticks drinking a butterbeer and taking in her new surroundings.
"Hello, beautiful!"
Turning around, the thirteen-year-old's brown eyes lit up upon seeing a man in his late teens sitting next to her and raising his glass, causing her face to pinken.
"Hi, cutie!" she gasped, gazing at the god as his shining black hair swinging past his shoulder and stunning grey eyes piercing into her.
Shifting back to the present, Gemma remembered that day all too well. After talking at the bar, she followed Sirius up to a room he rented, where they talked some more, and Annie was made.
Gemma went off with the Sertoris after that; her mom didn't even put up a fight. Rick and Annabeth were great with her and Haley with helping them raise their daughters and treating her and Annie like family. Tears strummed from her face as she laughed at the times Annabeth held her when she cried, or Rick and she talked over a cuppa. They were there for her more than her bio family ever was.
As she wiped the tears from her eyes, a hand fell on her shoulder and she turned around, gasping upon seeing who it was.
Sirius stood behind the buxom brunette with his hands on his hips.
"Sirius," she squeaked. "I thought you'd be conked out for a few more hours."
"I got up to use the loo and found you both gone," he grabbed Gemma by her shoulders. "Don't scare me like that!"
"Sirius, you know I have my own condo nearby," she pouted. "I wanted to show Annie her room there."
"Ok, we'll go right now."
Gemma was about to protest when Annie ran up to them, jump hugging Sirius in the process, causing her to laugh.
Paige was practising dance in the gym in her apartment building. Hair pinned up and decked out in ballet attire, she was at the barre doing exercises after warming up. She took ballet lessons from the time she was three and continued after training with Dahlia. There were previous students that taught her and the others dance to improve posture and balance, along with yoga and meditation to calm the mind.
Paige really enjoyed the lessons, from ballet to hip-hop and ritualistic. As time flew, she realised that she wanted to become a professional dancer herself. So, when it was time to apply to university, she knew that her chosen major was dance, but wanted to be close to Katelyn. So, when Katelyn was accepted into Wellesley, Paige went to Smith since they had the Dance major.
She's done several jobs while at school from private parties to music videos that paid her decently and has some proposals from dance companies from France to Russia offering lucrative salaries. However, she wanted to stay home for a while and make up for lost time with her mum.
Maybe mum will have some advice for me, she thought, doing pirouettes.
After practicing and returning home for a shower, Paige entered the living room to find her mother cooking in the kitchen.
"Hi, mum," she said, grabbing the Sunny D out the fridge. "Need some help?"
"I'm almost done, Paige. Pour me a glass and wait at the table."
Paige did as asked and was rewarded with a plate of chocolate chip pancakes with cut up melon and strawberries.
"Thanks, mum!"
Rising out of bed, Katelyn immediately changed into a pink cami with a built-in bra, black yoga bottoms, and trainers. She then secured her hair into a ponytail and braided it to keep it from her face. She was about to head down to the home gym when her fireplace roared, and someone fell through it. Whipping around to see who it was, the brunette immediately breathed a sigh of relief upon seeing Becky rising from the floor and enveloping her into a hug.
"What are you doing here, Becky," chuckled Kate as she was picked up and twirled.
"I need a sparring partner," she playfully whined. "Everyone's asleep and I'm restless!"
Katelyn had to laugh at this, "Well, I know now what I'm going to do after yoga.
"Yay!"
Becky then unzipped her hoodie and threw it on the bed, revealing her taut body in a black sports bra and yoga shorts. Her hair was up in a messy bun to keep her hair out the way, much like Kate's braided ponytail.
"Well, let's go brush up our combat skills!" Kate squealed, pulling Becky downstairs.
After breakfast and his mom at work, K.C. and Jenna decided to check in with Draco before heading to Kate's. Since Jenna was Draco's second-in-command, Kieran felt obligated to report to him first since the latter was his leader's fiancé and Jenna was his girlfriend. They were now sitting on the couch snogging each other senseless, making up for the months they were apart.
"You know," Jenna panted in between the kisses. "we should head out before we go any further."
"I know…but…you're so…addicting."
The blonde laughed herself to the floor, landing on her butt.
"Well, that smarted," she groaned, still laughing.
"I think we should go before we get hurt," K.C. joked, helping his girlfriend to her feet.
Walking over to the fireplace, they each took some floo powder and dumped the contents on the ground after shouting, "Malfoy Manor!" before disappearing into the flames.
Back at the Sertori Mansion, after yoga and practising Katas:
Kate catches Becky's punch before twisting her wrist outward.
The strawberry blonde twists out of her grasp and kicks Kate's stomach.
The brunette stumbles back before catching herself and performing a back sweep kick, knocking Becky on her back panting and laughing.
"This is what you meant by sparring, sweetie?" Kate asked as she adjusted her top.
Becky laughs as she kicks up, "Hey, you're the best of the bunch," she does a kick, to which Kate catches and spins her to the ground.
She kicks up again and finally lands a punch to the youngest Snape's face. Katelyn catches herself from falling by doing a back handspring before resuming her fighting stance with her eyes glowing electric blue. Becky's irises also blazed brightly.
The two girls start circling each other, never breaking eye contact. With a brief nod, they charge at one another rapidly, rapidly blocking blows they sent out for the next few minutes. Then, Katelyn grabs Becky's shoulders and crashes her head with her own; this threw the female Malfoy across the way. Finally, Kate jumps towards her, greeting her with an aerial to her head as she was getting up.
Lying on the grass, the reddish-blonde was panting as her partner lay beside her also breathless.
"That…was…great!" Becky breathed, letting the wind cool her down.
"I definitely needed that."
They immediately jolted to seating position when they heard slow clapping, both rolling their eyes to their fathers applauding them with raised eyebrows and biting their lips.
Becky cleared her throat, "You two enjoy the show?"
Snape's eyebrows scrunched together as he pulled his daughter to her feet, "Hand-to-hand combat?" he sang, kneeling to her level.
"Learning to defend yourself is essential, dad," Katelyn smiled while doing some stretches. "Some places in the world have a few sickos."
"Especially in the States," Becky added, doing some stretches of her own. "Kate had to fight off cat-callers and idiots wanting to get her number. Of course, we are all victims of sexual overtures, but Kate had it worse."
The brunette face shot blood red as her father tilted her chin to look her in the eyes. "I seem to recall you mentioning being hit on since you were eleven, Katelyn," he drawled, continuing eye contact. "Care to elaborate?"
"I had just turned eleven and was in my second year at Wellesley," she shyly smiled. "I already had a woman's body and menarched on my birthday. So, my university housemate, Jane, and her boyfriend, Raven, took me out to dinner to celebrate both occasions and my friends threw me a first moon party later that night!"
Snape placed his hands on his hips, "And why did the boyfriend join you two in celebrating your womanhood?" he asked
"He was an effeminate guy and gave amazing advice in the girl department."
Lucius rolled his eyes upon hearing that, "I'm told I'm that myself, but I would've bowed out of the dinner and let you women celebrate amongst yourselves. That time is sacred."
Becky just laughed. "The party was also awesome. She got a bunch of pads, tampons, chocolate, aspirin, and a menstrual cup. We even loved the birthday uterus cake and vag cupcakes Raven made for the party."
"Vagina cupcakes?" Lucius went paler than a ghost. "You had a birthday cake that represented your insides and cupcakes that resembled a woman's cunt?"
"It was celebrating my birthday and my transitioning into a woman, Uncle Luce," Kate chuckled. "Becky had a party a few months back. I'm sure she still has photos."
Knocking herself on the head, the reddish-blonde held out her hand and her iPhone flew into it. Lucius and Severus stood on opposite sides of her looking at the screen while Becky pulled up the pictures. Kate just chortled to herself as her dad and uncle went wide-eyed at what they were seeing.
They're eating sweets resembling a cunt, Lucius thought, growing paler. They even have sprinkles to represent the hairs.
Katelyn had to suppress another urge to laugh as she heard the blonde's thoughts. She then noticed her father raising an eyebrow at her while stifling his urge to laugh at what he was seeing.
"I think that's enough of decreasing your sanity, Lucius," Snape drawled before turning to his daughter. "Get cleaned up, please. We're expected at Bellatrix's in an hour."
After taking a shower, Katelyn got dressed in a black lace-up guipure lace bustier cami that showed her lower midriff, dark blue low-rise jeans, and matching denim jacket. She also put on some black boots to compliment her outfit along with some silver bangles, Pikachu dangling earrings, and dragon necklace.
Before heading downstairs, the brunette stared at her reflection in her full mirror and smiled at her appearance. She thought she looked gorgeous, especially with one side of her hair pinned back. Feeling confident in herself, she headed down to the living room.
"I love your outfit, Kate!" Haley laughed, smoothing out her sundress. "I wanted to wear something similar, but your dad had my outfit already chosen."
Mia shook her head as she adjusted her crop top and smoothed her skirt. "That's because he didn't want a fight between you and Aunt Trixie on 'Who's the Sexiest'."
"Does that happen all the time?" Chloe asked as she entered the room carrying Carly. She was sporting a long sleeved pink floral V-neck empire waist tunic top that flowed to her knees, black leggings, and black mid-calf boots. Her hair was in a loose side braid that was secured with a butterfly clip.
Haley just laughed. "It's all in good fun, Chloe! Aunt Trixie and I are both strong-willed and don't like anyone telling us different."
"Except for myself pertaining to you, Haley."
Everyone looked to see Snape entering the room in his usual black robes and kissing Haley on the cheek before checking out her white mini dress with a raised eyebrow. "Haley," he chuckled, placing his hands on her shoulders. "Are you seriously going for the cute innocent look?"
"You're the one who hid my mini skirt and off-shoulder blouse, Sevvy!" She planted a kiss on his cheek.
"Do you want me going to Azkaban for killing Rodolphus or any other man who even thinks of touching you?" he sang, his hand sliding up her skirt.
Grasping his free arm, she shook her head, "Of course not," she gasped as she spread her legs.
"And you want our daughters to have both of us in their lives?" he pulled her closer. "No knickers?" he hissed in her ear.
Haley planted a kiss on his cheek. "Are you complaining, Severus?"
Sensing the need for privacy, Chloe immediately ushered her sisters and baby to the fireplace and they flooed to Bellatrix's. Snape then crashed his lips to Haley's, turning their kiss into a passionate snog while lowering themselves to the floor.
The Snape girls set foot in the Lestranges' drawing room and were greeted by the family with hugs and kisses.
"Where are your parents?" Bellatrix asked placing her hands on her hips.
Mia just laughed, "They got a little…delayed!"
This caused her sisters and baby niece to laugh also. Bellatrix just rolled her eyes and cried, "Hestia!"
Instantly, a blue-eyed elf popped in donning a blue tea towel with the Lestrange crest. "Youse called, Mistress Bella?"
"Would you take the children's jackets, please? Thank you!"
"I do so, Mistress Bella!" with the snap of her fingers, their jackets were popped away.
Upon seeing Katelyn's attire, Dolph and Trixie's eyes immediately popped out of their sockets. They knew their newly returned niece was on the small side but didn't know how small she was.
Rodolphus immediately grabbed Kate's waist and frisked upwards, gasping louder when he stopped at her ribs.
"Bella, her hip bones and ribs are protruding slightly," he cried, locking his eyes with the thirteen-year-old. "What have you been eating, my dear?"
The brunette just shook her head. "I eat normally, Uncle Dolph," she sighed, backing out of his grasp. "I can't help that I have a small figure. The doctors and healers said that I'm completely healthy!"
Bellatrix knelt to her nice and grabbed her shoulders. "That may be, but…"
"Katelyn!"
Turning around, Kate saw a girl her age rapidly descending the stairs and tackling her into a hug.
"I can't believe you're back after all these years," the girl sobbed happily. "Visits haven't been the same since you left."
Katelyn gently pulled apart from the taller girl, "Hi, Violet!" she laughed. "I didn't see you at the wedding."
"Mother said that you needed to spend time with your parents and sister first. Today is our turn to see you!"
The girls hugged again before Kate looked around, the vicinity, "Where's Bianca?" she asked, turning to her aunt and uncle. "Shouldn't she still be here? She's sixteen."
"Bianca is in Uganda doing an exchange programme at Uagadou School of Magic," Bellatrix shook her head. "She wanted to see how other schools teach."
"Uagadou is a good school, Aunt Trixie. They're super adept at Astronomy, and they teach Alchemy well."
Dolph's jaw dropped upon hearing this. "And how do you know this, Katelyn?" he crossed his arms.
"One of our mentors is a teacher there," Chloe answered, rocking Carly. "She taught us Dream Messaging, Astronomy, and Alchemy."
"They're also big on wandless magic and Transfiguration," added Kate as the fireplace whooshed, producing Haley and Severus from the flames.
The sisters quietly chucked as Haley was now dressed in a green sundress that flowed to her knees and her regrown hair secured in a French braid. Kate breathed as she thought her mother still looked like a sixteen-year-old knockout: never aging a day.
Severus also changed his clothing, forgoing the Priest look for a long-sleeved t-shirt and loose wide leg linen trousers; of course, they were all-black.
"Glad you finally showed up," said Bellatrix before shouting. "Riven!"
With a pop, a green-eyed elf appears. "Yes, Mistress Bella!"
"Will you kindly make some breakfast, please? Make sure there's more than enough ten times over."
"Yes, Mistress Bella."
"I really appreciate breakfast, Mr. and Mrs. Malfoy," K.C. said, washing the last few dishes. "Thank you!"
"You're welcome, Kieran," Lucius chuckled, leading him to the sitting room. "What you and Jenna ate before arriving was a disgrace to breakfast. Blueberry muffin with juice! That's a snack!"
"It was just something quick and easy."
"And wouldn't fill you up for even an hour," Draco stated, standing in the doorway of the kitchen with his hands on his hips. "What are your plans for today?"
"I planned to take Jenna on a date to the cinema and maybe dinner."
The older blonde shook his head, "Actually, you and Jenna will accompany us to my sister-in-law's place. We leave now."
Knowing better than to argue with the older Malfoy, the brunet nodded and took out his phone. "Let me text my mom to let her know where I'll be."
After that, the family, K.C., and Jenna strode to the fireplace and flooed to the Lestranges.
A/N: Sorry, this took me so long. I have been working on it, but I didn't know where to go with this chapter. I also wanted to shake up Lucius a bit. I'm hoping to finish the next chapters on a faster scale. Please review!
