I walked back and forth outside of a room in the hospital everyone was rushed to to get checked out. I was cleared almost immediately, even though they didn't really look at me long enough to see if I really was hurt, and I went out and walked waiting for something, someone.

"Izumi!" I turned and was wrapped in a hug by my older sister. "When Shino told me what happened I was terrified."

"I'm fine, I wasn't hurt," I said. "Where's Satsuki?"

"At home with Anan, they wanted to come too but understood why I didn't want Satsuki to come and agreed to watch her. I just need to let them know if Nemuri or Setsuna are hurt," she said.

"Nemuri has a small scratch but is fine, as for Set, physically she isn't injured, mentally and emotionally though," I said, tapering off.

"What happened?" she asked. "Nezu and Shino haven't told me anything."

"We were attacked by a group sent by the LoV. We were warned beforehand but they attacked a night early. I used the armor to protect everyone I could, but when I went to help Set and Melissa they were fighting a monstrous Lizard man. Then, Venom ran past almost in fear from the flames, and told him to run before calling him by Setsuna's father's name and after I was thrown back they both ran off and I made sure the two of them were ok and she was, I've never seen her so broken, so emotionless. It broke my heart and she wouldn't let me or Melissa do anything to help her. The only person she would go with was Nemuri. Melissa is with the teachers telling them what she went through," I explained.

"What was their goal?"

"One was to kill me, luckily the two who they sent to do that were undercover for Nezu," I said. "They were also going to bring Ragdoll with them but instead used her as a distraction to get away from me. Also it sounded like someone was missing but I'm not sure who," I added.

"Well, let's go see Setsuna and Nemuri before we head home?" Yumi said, wrapping her arms around me and giving me another squeeze.

The two of us walked over and after she flashed her license we were told that they were going to be released in a bit. We waited for a bit and Melissa came out and ran over to us with Nezu and Mr. Aizawa behind her.

"Thank you, we will continue talking with the students tomorrow since it was a long night and even longer morning," Nezu said, looking at Melissa and then myself.

"Just come to my house, also let me know if you need anything. Oh, and after I debrief I expect you to talk to me about that," I said, looking at him.

"Of course," he said.

"Izumi!" Setsuna yelled, charging at me.

I caught her in a hug that Melissa quickly joined.

"I'm sorry I just froze up like that. It's just-"

"It's fine, I understand. How are you feeling?" I asked.

"Exhausted," she said.

"Let's all go in the car. You all can stay with us for the day and night," Yumi said.

"Thank you, I guess Anan is watching the young one," Nemuri said.

"Yes, they wanted to come with us but I didn't know if you all were ok or not and I didn't want her seeing anything that a child her age shouldn't," Yumi said, leading us to the car.

The three of us loaded into the back while Yumi drove and Nemuri was in the passenger seat. We drove to the house and as soon as we were parked I led the three of us to my room and we all got on the bed and went to sleep cuddling. I woke up and felt something wiggling between Setsuna, who was in front of me, and I. I looked and saw Satsuki balled up between us leaning into me and pushing Setsuna away from me to get closer to me. I smiled a little bit as she wagged her tail a bit. I put an arm around her and Set before closing my eyes again.

"Be careful, the ember is growing into a new flame, but an artificial one. We won't be able to help you since we don't know what it is becoming. Keep your friends and family close, you might need them," the woman from my dreams said.

I then felt the dying golden flame of the man next to me get even weaker as well as the orange inferno next to it becoming much smaller than it was revealing a taller figure only there were cracks on their form. I looked at the ember in front of me and it lit into a small green and white flame. I then felt it flow through me from my chest.

"What do we call her?" a calm voice asked.

"What she is, The Legacy," the woman said.

I woke up a second time to something poking me in the face. I opened my eyes to see Satsuki looking at me.

"I'm hungry and Yumi isn't waking up," she said.

"Alright, go to the kitchen and I'll be there in a minute," I whispered.

She crawled over Setsuna and went out the door.

"Alright, time to get up," I said, nudging my girlfriends.

"No," Setsuna mumbled.

"Hmm, give me a minute," Melissa sighed.

"I'm going to start on breakfast for us since Satsuki is hungry, make sure Set gets up," I said, wiggling out of bed.

I made my way to the kitchen and started to get what I needed around before starting a pot of coffee.

"What are you making?" a tired voice asked.

"Rice, Miso, Salmon, and eggs," I said, looking up to see Nemuri. "Coffee is almost done too."

"Hmm, think Setsuna would be mad if I took you for Anan and myself?" she asked.

"Yes," I said.

"So you don't want a hot M-"

"Small child in the room so think really hard about what you were about to say," I threatened.

"Hmm? Oh, sorry, you're just so small I didn't see you there Satsuki," she said, going over to my sister.

"How much longer until food?" Satsuki asked.

"It's going to be a bit. Nemuri, once you get your coffee could you do me a favor and go watch some anime with her?" I asked.

"Sure," she said, walking over to the pot as I got started on the rest of breakfast.

While I was cooking I felt off, I couldn't tell how but the pans and stuff felt just a little lighter. I kept making breakfast when an alert popped up on my phone.

"Tony?" I asked.

"It's a message from Nezu, they are holding a press conference to explain what happened today. Also, they are holding a Raid on the LoV and he asked if you wanted to join as Iron-Man. He thinks this might be the final straw that breaks the camel's back with the HPSC so he would like to talk to you about SHIELD and his idea," Tony said in my ear.

"Tell him I'll meet him after the press conference. As for the second bit, I'll decline unless I think it's an emergency. Prepare Veronica if this goes where I think it might," I said.

"Yes ma'am," he said.

"Hey Izumi, I just got an alert that I'm being called in for work today," Yumi said, walking in with Shino not too far behind her.

"Alright, I have a meeting with Nezu later today so I'll take my bike to UA," I said.

"I know that tone, what are you hiding?" Yumi asked.

"I know what you are being called in for. Nezu asked if Iron-Man wanted to join, I declined, but if something drastic happens I'm going to use the Hulkbuster," I said.

"Izumi, the USJ, Training Camp, and Expo were all exceptions to you using your gear. They were places where your gear was supposed to be used, not in a random location without permission or the watch of a pro Hero," Yumi said.

"Which is why Nezu just messaged that he is prepared to fill out the required paperwork to let her. She would be officially his intern," Tony said. "He is actually thinking of making it permanent for Iron-Man to be under him in case she needs to use her gear."

"Of course the rat already has a plan and way of beating the system," Yumi sighed.

"He said if you are going to call him rat, call him by his proper rodent name, Rat God," Tony said.

"I give up," she sighed. "Izumi, just promise me that if you do go to be extra careful, I-I can't imagine losing you. You were the first real family I had."

"I will, but what do you mean?" I asked.

"I'll tell you at some point, I'm just working out how to do it," she said.

"Now, do you need any help?" Shino asked.

"Could you please start the rice? Yumi, could you go make sure Melissa and Setsuna are getting up?" I asked.

"Sure," she said, walking back down the hall.

I finished making breakfast with Shino's help. We set up the table and everyone sat down as Melissa and Yumi almost physically dragged Setsuna out of the room. After we ate, everyone went their separate ways. Melissa went back to her apartment, Nemuri, Anan, and Setsuna went home and Shino stayed to watch Satsuki since Yumi went to work and I was going to UA to meet the principal. I pulled into the parking lot before walking in and going to Nezu's office.

"Come in Ms. Sogeki," he called out.

I walked in and noticed a woman who looked half Japanese and half American.

"Pleasure to meet you, I am Sayuri Kintana, the current Director of SHIELD," she said, looking at me.

"Izumi Sogeki, Owner of Stark Ind. You already know that however, you probably also know other things I would prefer you didn't," I said.

"Actually, that is the most important stuff that I know," she said.

"You haven't told her?" I asked, looking at Nezu.

"While I am an operative my primary concern is for my student's safety. I won't reveal any information about them to SHIELD unless I feel that they are a threat or would be too good of an asset," he said.

"So All Might's part of it I'm assuming then," I said, my eyes narrowing.

"No, SHIELD in our recent iteration we have decided to not involve ourselves with daytime heroes. I guess with use taking over for the HPSC though we might need to change that," she said.

"I don't think it would be a good idea to just take them down and replace them with a group most people haven't heard of. I think we reveal their crimes and then Nezu offers to help build a new organization. SHIELD will control the back happenings but the front will be something different, a safety agency for the public, not the heroes," I said.

"It's interesting, I'll give you that," Ms. Kintana said.

"Just a rough idea," I said.

"Ma'am, the raid is going rough," Tony said in my ear.

"Nezu can you pull up the news where the raid is?" I asked.

"Of course," he agreed, hitting a button.

"It looks as if this man All Might is fighting has multiple quirks and, wait, the smoke is clearing. All Might seems to have shrunk down and become a skeleton of himself. With the League of Villains keeping the other heroes back along with some of those monstrous Nomu creatures, All Might is on his own and seems to have been defeated already. Is this the end of All Might?" the newscaster asked.

"I'm going, sorry to cut this short," I said, standing up.

"Not to worry, I already have the paperwork filled out making you an intern under me. Go be Iron Man," Nezu said.

"Tony, call Veronica, tell her to meet us at Kamino," I said, running down and hopping on my bike.

I then hit a button as I started to leave UA and my bike started to transform and cover me until it became a full suit of armor(look up Iron Man scooter) and I took off flying there. I got near Kamino and saw the fight as well as the Hulkbuster starting to come down. I flew towards it as it started to release the parts and connect to me. Once I had the full Hulkbuster over my suit I landed next to smAll Might.

"I know we don't like each other, but even you must realize you need help to take down, whoever this is," I said.

"Fine," he growled.

"What's this? A piece of ancient technology and the useless child," the man before us said.

"Come one All Might, have you forgotten UA's saying?" I asked.

"No, let's do this," he said, buffing up a bit.

"My brother's legacy and my own child teaming up against me," he said, looking at me at the last part.

"What do you mean?" I asked. "My father is dead, he died after I was born."

"No, Izumi, I am your father," he said.

"What? No, that's impossible," I said, charging him with a fist cocked back.

"United States of Smash!" All Might said, charging past me and cocked his arm back with a powerful punch.

I blasted at him with all of my repulsors putting my jackhammer arm forward. As I flew next to All Might I felt the presence of the seven people who have been in my dreams and could feel them surrounding us. The two of us punched him at the same time, sending him flying in the air. I felt my mind go into the darkness I appear in my sleep. I saw the golden flame to my left peter out and become embers. I then looked at the small flame in front of me becoming a little bigger and a little brighter. I looked around to see the destruction around us and All Might was in his small weakened form.

"It's your turn next," All Might said, pointing towards the camera.

"I'll help with the others," I said, turning to the villains and Nomu.

Most of the Nomu were down but the LoV were still standing and looking at us. I then noticed Bakugou standing with them. I charged at them but a warp gate opened behind them and all of them walked in, including Bakugou. I landed where they were and looked around.

"Tony?"

"It was him, his brain activity was different than normal, but I don't know why. I was barely able to get that much from him with the quick scan I did," Tony said.

"Something is wrong with him. He might be an ass, but he would join the villains willingly, not even if his life was threatened," I said. "How is the medical department at Stark?"

"There is a full unit for major incidents," Tony explained.

"Have them come help," I said.

"Yes ma'am. It would seem that all Nomu and villains here have been taken care of and Nezu said that you should return home," he added.

"Send the Hulkbuster back, I'll go home in my motorcycle suit," I said, releasing myself from the large suit and flying off into the air.

I flew off into the air as I tried to figure out what my life is now that Bakugou is a villain and so was my father who was also alive.

*Two Weeks Later*

"In recent news the hero Mr. Principal has revealed that the HPSC has been hiding information on heroes and crimes committed by them."

"Endeavor has yet to speak on accounts of him abusing his children and wife."

"Mr. Principal has taken Izumi Sogeki, the owner of Stark Ind. under his wing as an intern for both business and hero purposes allowing her to operate as Iron Man if needed."

"The new Public Safety Agency is said to be taking over the HPSC, Mr. Principal said that he has been working to remove the corruption in the heroes of Japan for a while and this is what he's hoped for, an agency for the public."

"The Stark Agency has opened up in Mustafu and signed on two sidekicks as full heroes as well as the number six hero, soon to be number five and maybe four, Mirko. Burnin and Bubble Girl have stated that they couldn't stand working under heroes who are quirkist and seemingly want to prevent quirkless people from being heroes."

"Hawks has been put under investigation by the new PSA since he was directly under the HPSC and has for the moment had his license removed."

"With the loss of All Might as our number one hero and it being questionable on whether Endeavor and Hawks will still be heroes along with many others who are under investigation for crimes covered up by the HPSC or ones that they didn't even know of criminals and villains have gotten bolder making us wonder if the next generation of heroes will be better or fall to the same corruption of their predecessors?"

"The list of heroes under investigation for crimes under the PSA grows to now include Selkie, Slidin' Go, Uwambi, Mt. Lady, and Captain Celebrity."

"Stark Ind. funds a new department for the PSA labeled the DODC or the Department of Damage Control to help rebuild after large battles and heroes are now being held accountable for damages they cause that could have been avoided."

"PSA announces that they will change the Ranking system to be based off of their cases solved, the profile of the cases, public service outside of hero work, and their ability to keep damage to a minimum."

"Izumi, you know school starts back up on Monday," Yumi said, wrapping her arms around me.

"I know, which is why I am doing this on Saturday," I said, looking at all of the screens.

"What are you even doing?"

"Trying to figure out what I am," I said, letting out a dry laugh. "My father is a famous villain who can give and take quirks, Bakugou is an actual villain now and working with the LoV, after having Recovery Girl check me out it seems I had a quirk but it was removed and now I have what they are calling a half-quirk which has all of the signs of a quirk physically but not genetically. It looks as if my cells that held my quirk evolved to give me a power from where it was missing. Right now it's given me light super strength, endurance, and reflexes. Right now I'm calling it Super Soldier," I explained.

"Why?"

"Because, with how things are going, I feel like I might need to be a soldier," I said, looking at the videos of destruction from criminals and villains since the reveal of All Might's form and the PSA taking over for the HPSC and investigating heroes for crimes. "It feels like there might be a war on the way."

Whew, I had so many issues with this chapter primarily because I don't like the Kamino Raid and I wanted to zoom through it. Next chapter will be starting back at UA. Now, Izumi isn't too much stronger but is closer to Captain America in power but still weaker than him. Also, I wanted to ask what everyone thought of me bringing in more DC characters like Supergirl, Cyborg, Flash, and Wonder Woman? I'm kinda thinking of it but am not sure if I should or shouldn't.
