Everything was peaceful for the souls of Heaven, people laid in their beds. All they did was dream about another peaceful eternity in heaven. Not tonight. And, never again.

BOOM

The first shot fired. And, the first bomb of war the souls were unaware of what was happening, had just begun the minute a demon burst down the door of a pure soul's house. Leading to their screams filling the night. It was soon followed by blood splattering the once pristine and clean walls of their home.

"Leave no soul alive!"

The head demon, no, the hybrid, is seen shouting in his demon form to his comrades once he steps out of the building with a decapitated woman's head in one hand. And, on the other hand, a mutilated child.

The demons he is shouting too. They are seen raiding houses and dragging people into the streets to be slaughtered one by one. The shadows of said raiders silhouetted onto the buildings as a hound threw more Molotov cocktails into the buildings that had been barred by another imp-shaped shadow. The screams of the burning souls told of their success.

One house is seen with its occupants fleeing into the street. Only to be mowed down by a winged being's twin guns. black wings are the only thing shrouding the male fallen in shadows amongst the widespread fire around him. His face only showed slightly from the muzzle flash of his two guns.

An agile wolf-like creature is clawing at the many victims in her wake. Mostly, the ones that were set up by another with a sledgehammer. Chasing the souls into the path of the Lycan murderer. Leading to ribbons of flesh being all that was left of the people that had been cornered.

"Do you think they'll take you seriously now Lazarus?"

The one known as Lazarus looks towards the black-winged angel who is seen slicing a teen in two with 'Fallen' before putting a few bullets into an old soul foolish enough to charge the fallen angel.

The hybrid, who is known to the fallen as Lazarus, is seen with his signature chain spear ripping the heads off an unfortunate woman to cross his path. With holy blood dripping from his mouth. And, with his pupils in the form of snake eye slits from the blood he'd been drinking. He acknowledged the fallen.

"Balthazar. Zerachiel will fall tonight for his sins against my girlfriend and Hell."

Balthazar couldn't help but let the smirk grace his features. This was the Lazarus he remembered when he served under the hybrid in the one-hundred-eighty-nine squadron in the old days.

Outside Heaven's Mansion

With the villages they'd raided being left as nothing more than a pile of ashes. The squadron continued their march onto the front lines of Heaven. Starting with the angel armies coming their way.

"Lazarus, the army has deployed. It won't be long before they are on top of us."

Balthazar says the minute he spots the angels flying towards them. With their bows and rifles pointed at the team that dared charge into God's domain. With a smirk on the lead hybrid's lips. He turns to face Austin and Eliza. With a nod from their dad. the siblings get into position. Austin prepares his attack while the female stands ready the moment Austin asks.

"Ready sis?"

Eliza nods. Once Austin gets a firm grip on his sister. And, as he lifts her off the ground once the teen had loaded both her pistols. She nods to her brother to launch her.

"NOW, AUSTIN!"

With the shout from Eliza. Austin doesn't hesitate to throw his sister into the incoming angels flying towards them.

"WHAT THE HELL!"

Blitzo's startled shout at the launched demon soon turns into wide-eyed shock when Eliza superhero lands in front of them. Not long after she lands. The bodies of the platoon she had slaughtered fell like bloody rain around the eight of them.

"Your throw is off."

Eliza says in mock scorn after punching her brother in the arm. Leading to her tall hound of a brother smiling warmly at the smaller teen beside him. Once the I.M.P. employees were over the shock of Eliza taking down a full platoon. Lazarus moved them out of the way. And once he knew he was in front of the door. And, with enough power behind his kick, he booted down the door to the mansion.

Inside The Mansion (Song End)

"Wow, this place is Glass breaks huge. How are we supposed to find my granddaughter in this place?"

Blitzo asks anyone who would listen. Luckily, Balthazar had a plan the minute he speaks to Lazarus. While, at the same time, answers Blitzo.

"I say we split up and cover more ground to find your daughter. What do you think Lazarus?"

The hybrid could only nod in agreement. Setting the teams he wanted together. Lazarus places Eliza with Loona and Millie with Moxxie. And, Blitzo with Austin while Balthazar, Charlie and Lazarus teamed together.

"The minute any of you find the unborn child. Contact Loona or me straight away. Once you have mine and Loona's unborn daughter. we'll teleport Loona the hell out of here, got it?"

All the squad nod and get into their teams before they split up to cover the ground they needed.

Upstairs With Eliza and Loona

"So, Loona. When were you planning on telling me that my dad had proposed to you?"

Eliza asks the older woman next to her. Though she is seen using a lantern to navigate her and Eliza's way around the maze that was the first floor of the mansion. Eliza could make out the blush that hit her future mother's cheeks. Once the two reached a safe room to avoid detection from a group of Zerachiel's scouts that were walking down the same corridor the females were walking down. Loona turns and replies.

"Liz. We were going to tell you and your siblings when your father and I came home from the hotel. But, with all that's happened. It's slipped out of mine and your dad's minds."

Eliza does glare initially at Loona. Despite this, the minute Eliza looks out of the door to the room the two females were in. they begin moving on once the coast was clear for them to advance. They would find Eliza's baby sister. Or, they would die trying.

"Loona. My dad's a grown man. And, he can make his own decisions."

"Yea, I know he is. Where are you going with this, Liz?"

With that question. The conversation halted to allow the women to move on to their target. Ezekial's old laboratory in the east wing of the first floor. Once in the room. They continue where they left off.

"Where were you going with that sentence, Liz? What about your dad's decision to marry me?"

That was when Eliza rounded on the hound with a snarl of her own before answering.

"The last person my dad married. It got him killed! So, what I'm saying, is this. HOW THE DUCK QUACKS DO I KNOW YOU'RE NOT MARRYING MY DAD JUST TO MURDER HIM LATER?!"

Loona was genuinely shellshocked by Eliza's angered question towards her. The hound has to take a second before answering the fuming teen standing before her.

"Because, unlike Penelope, Liz. I genuinely love your father. I know I had a hard time understanding the concept of love since I had been treated like trash all my life. But, the moment you and your dad entered my life. You both made me want to try something I never thought I'd live to see. I wanted to give romance a shot. And, I wanted to show that I could be a good stepmother to you in the future. I never want to hurt your dad. Except when he and Austin forget they live with females. Then I want to ring their necks for leaving the toilet seat up."

Eliza chuckled warmly. She had lost count of the number of times she, Winter and the hound stood before her and had raged at Snow and Austin after they'd been in the bathroom. Her dad would use some cheesy romantic gesture to tide over Loona. But, he'd always bribe herself and her sister with ice cream.

Hours Later

Cleaning the blood off of herself after ripping off the head of a sentry she'd just killed. Loona surveys her surroundings of the second-floor room she had just cleared with Eliza. Grabbing the key card to the room that held Eliza's unborn sister. The two make their way out of the room. That was when Loona spoke from behind Snow's daughter.

"It's not right."

This one sentence caught the demon off guard. seeing the confused demon's look, Loona elaborates.

"It's not right what your mom did to Snow, Liz. He can be a jackass. But, it didn't warrant him being murdered in cold blood."

Eliza shakes her head with a smirk, leaving Loona angrily saying.

"You think this is funny?!"

"No, of course, I don't Loona. What I do find funny, however, is that my dad has been with you. He would kill God himself if it meant protecting you from the world you've known. Hell, he's nearly died twice while fighting angels. My dad is like the freaking Terminator. When you died during the fight with Azrael. My dad was going to blow the brains out of the angel that had killed you. But, I did it instead. But, deep down. I did it because I knew my dad could start over with you. Ever since then, Loona. I've noticed how my dad has jumped at the chance to protect you."

Loona soon sees the funny side that Eliza had seen. She was right. Even Blitzo, though he hated to admit it, had seen first-hand the woman the hound had grown to be since Snow and Eliza had fallen into Hell. She was, now, a mother to three, soon to be four children. And, her future husband was the guy who had killed Trickster to save the hound from certain death.

The time for reminiscing was soon to come to an end the minute a bullet narrowly missed Loona. And, it had embedded itself into Eliza's shoulder when she had shoved her future mother out of the way of the oncoming object. The angel that had shot Eliza didn't live long when Loona's claws embedded itself through the skull and out of the back of the head. Ripping its brain from its head. And, leaving the, now, dead angel slumped against the wall.

"SON OF A BITCH!"

That one shout brought Loona out of her rage as she made her way over to the wounded Eliza leaning against the wall, cradling his left shoulder from the pain the holy bullet was causing her.

"You good, Liz? I think I have something on me to stop the bleeding."

With quick thinking, Loona ripped a piece of her shirt to use as a tourniquet before tying it around Eliza's shoulder gently. To stop the pain, Eliza had to firmly grab Loona's wrist.

"Damn it. That douche got me good, didn't he Loona?"

Loona laughs quietly at Eliza trying to lighten the mood around her being shot. Only, when Eliza laughed. She begins to cough harshly and spit up more blood while Loona set to work removing the bullet that had just nicked an artery. Leading to sizeable amounts of blood loss coming from Eliza. With her voice harsh, she says.

"We need to keep going Loona. Let's save my sister. And, let's go give Zerachiel hell for what he did to you and dad."

With a heavy breath. Eliza fell into a deep sleep. Leaving Loona to fireman carry Eliza on her shoulders. With a new determination now in her eyes. Loona picked up Eliza's gun from the floor before proceeding forward with her mission. With her future daughter's last words before passing out from the pain now ingrained in her mind. And, with vengeance fuelling her with Eliza's gun in her hand.

Loona wouldn't let Snow down.

With Zerachiel

"One down, seven more to go. Oh, Lazarus. How do you hope to recover from the first loss in your squadron."

Zerachiel says with a victorious smirk on his face. He said this while watching Loona shoot out the camera with the M1911 in her right hand. His attention would soon change to the next group. He soon had a wicked idea.

With the Group. Sometime Later

"One of your team will soon be dead Lazarus. Let's see how long your team last before the cracks start to show."

Loona was one of those that heard the announcement. Plus, after she had witnessed Eliza take a bullet meant for her. She had no idea how long it would be before the holy water would work its way through Eliza's system. However, that she had no idea she was about to bump into the whole team near a doorway leading to a room they hadn't been in.

Seeing his beloved carrying a bleeding Eliza with the holy bullet still embedded into her shoulder. Lazarus took her off of Loona's shoulders. Laying her down on the floor. And, preparing to heal her. Austin headed to the heavy metal door before him. Placing a hand on the door. Austin closes his eyes for a second to use his nose to track down the child's scent. Once he was done, he says confidently after picking up a certain scent from within the confines of the lab.

"My baby sister is in here!"

This causes his father to say with his gun drawn next to his eldest son.

"Once we retrieve my daughter, Austin. I want you to get your mother, grandad, Mox, Millie and Vortex to safety through the device I gave to Moxxie. The device will transport you all back to Hell. Once there. A doctor will be waiting for our baby to be brought home and placed back into your mom's womb."

This leaves Balthazar to say.

"I take it, Lazarus, that you're going after Zerachiel by yourself then?"

Lazarus nods to his equal, and with equal determination, Lazarus speaks

"I am Balthazar. I am going to end my older brother once and for all. But, I can't do it without knowing that everyone is safe. Which is why I am letting you help them to get out of here."

Balthazar, despite being trusted with something as important as Snow's family and friends, felt hesitant at first. Until something caused his senses to kick into overdrive. Lazarus also caught on to the feeling the moment Zerachiel appeared out of nowhere with his sword drawn and about to strike Charlie down without her knowing.

Just as quick as he appeared. Balthazar and Snow soon stepped in with their swords drawn in front of the devil princess with sparks flying from all three blades. Leaving Zerachiel to smirk and Snow to shout to his son.

"AUSTIN! TAKE EVERYONE AND RETRIEVE YOUR SISTER. DO THAT, THEN GET THEANVIL DROPPING OUT OF HERE!"

"On it dad."

Without hesitation. The group make a run for it into the cold laboratory, leaving behind the three warring entities while they battled.

Laboratory

"Please be safe, pops."

Austin whispers to himself while leading the group into the room. As much as Austin wanted to go and help his father with his uncle Zak. The group had bigger things to worry about the minute a horde of angels in lab coats charged at the group. The moment the alarm was raised. Moxxie was the first to shout towards Austin to alert him of the scientists.

"AUSTIN!"

"I SEE 'EM! KILL THEM ALL!"

All of the group's weapons are now drawn in the blink of an eye. Austin and Loona began taking down the first five running at them with their claws and jaws snapping around the necks and limbs of the scientists. In one quick motion. And, a perfectly timed double-team manoeuvre with his mom. He ducks down and allows Loona to leap over him and shoot six more scientists in the head while Moxxie and Millie are destroying the equipment in the lab with their baseball bats. Only Blitzo had the bright idea to smash the containment glass with the baby hybrid's breathing orb inside with a nearby heavy metal pipe. A pipe was thrown to him by Charlie as he grabbed his granddaughter while avoiding gunfire from the angels. Being the fast one in the group. Millie saves Blitzo as she speeds around the angels. Leaving them wondering where she had gone until gashes and guts began spilling from them and the little imp stood with her axe over her shoulders. Leaving them on their knees for Vortex to knock their heads clean off with his bat for a home run each time.

Austin just hoped his dad and Balthazar were beating his uncle to a pulp while they risked their lives to save his sister at the expense of the scientists that had been trying to kill the little girl.

"GUYS, THE PORTAL IS OPEN. IT'S TIME TO BAIL!"

Eliza shouts weakly the moment the portal opened to get everyone to safety. Everyone seemed to get through in an almost successful retreat. What I mean by almost successful was. When Austin was running to follow behind his mother, aunt and uncle. Something grabbed Austin from behind and threw him back against the wall of the laboratory. Causing him to smack his head against the wall. And, sending him loopy from the hit he had taken from the unseen entity that had thrown him.

"Eli…"

Austin says weakly with his hand out towards Eliza. Who, when she noticed Austin, had no time to turn back and help her big brother. Because once Blitzo had leapt through the portal and joined the others in Hell with the baby. The portal had closed immediately behind them. leaving Austin to stand up to his feet weakly and stare into the shadows around him. Looking and searching with his heightened senses for any sign of the being that had assaulted him. And, had stopped him from retreating to safety.

"OK, you Horse Whinnies. You wanna play hide and seek? Let's play."

With that Austin stood on his guard with his claws out against the being. Getting ready to start the second fight in Heaven. One team is unaware the mission is complete. And, the other? Fighting for his life against something he couldn't see, hear or smell.
