Unfaithful-Rihanna…
Josh Hotz opened his eyes and strained to sit up, and soon accomplished the goal of reaching the water that was sitting next to his bedside. He gulped it down. "I'm in a hospital?" Josh barely croaked out loud…. He pushed the big red button on his remote signaling for a nurse. She arrived. "Why am I in here" Josh asked/demanded to know. "Um sir, you were in a coma" the woman going by the name of Cathy said. "For how long?" Josh asked. "Two Years, I guess I should call your emergency contact" Cathy replied. "By any chance can you tell me who my emergency contact is?" Josh asked semi-quietly. "Of course, it's um Derrick Harrington" Cathy said. "Oh ok, well please call him. I would like to be picked up today, possibly now" Josh said. She nodded twice and walked away to make the phone so it could be arranged for him to be picked up.
10 minutes later…
Cathy walked in, and to her surprise he was already dressed, in the clothes that had been laid out for him in case he ever woke up. "Um shouldn't these be a little small?" Josh asked. "Well usually yes, but your friends kept updating them, they laid out that pair of jeans, the white shirt, and sneakers out maybe at the beginning of the month" Cathy replied... He nodded. "Well sit in the wheel chair; I have to wheel you out there, for precaution. They're here though" She said. He sat down and she wheeled him out to the parking lot where he saw a black shiny escalade parked right in front. Someone rolled down the window as he started to get up and walked over. "You can walk pretty well, good now get in... we need to talk" The voice instructed playfully, yet sternly… The voice of Derrick Harrington, with 3 yeah's of agreement… The voices of Cameron Fisher, Christopher Plovert, and Kemp Hurley.
He could only grin, and walk to the passenger side of the truck and hop into the front seat…..
