Demi looked down at her phone and saw that she had a text from Selena.
•Hey, you wanna come round? My mum said you can sleep here if you want
She quickly text back
-Sure hun. I'll just grab my stuff and I'll meet you outside in 15?x
*beep beep*

God, she really needed to change her text tone…
*later*
• "you know what we should do Demi?"
Demi looked at her, wide eyed
-"elope?"
Selena turned around quick
• "what? No, I was thinking more along the lines of swimming?"
Demi moved so that she was sat on the edge of Selena's bed and thought about what she should say but she just broke down into tears.
Selena wrapped her arms around her best friend tight and stroked her hair
• "shhh… what's wrong? Is it the baby? Has someone hurt you?"
All Demi could do was shake her head. She felt complete in Selena's arms and she wished they could stay like that forever but she knew that they couldn't
• "you know that you can tell me anything right?"
-"yeah, I know, but it's easier if I show you"
Selena moved away so that Demi could show her what was wrong
Demi sighed and slowly rolled her sleeve up to reveal cuts all over her arm
• "why"?
-"I dunno , I guess it helps"
• "I know right…"
Demi looked confused and concerned but moved back so that she could lean on the wall
• "I do it too"
