1. When Sora finds the time to think about it, he realizes Donald and Goofy have become as close and dear to him as Riku and Kairi. He'll regret the day they all have to part ways.

2. Riku knows that Mickey did everything in his power to lead him back to the light. He's glad it worked.

3. Riku carried her body to the source, and Sora bore her heart. Kairi doesn't know how to thank either of them, and isn't sure that they would understand exactly what she was getting at anyway.
