Taranna Marsh stood outside Angel Grove hospital for a while thinking what she would say to Tommy Oliver, would she address him using his ninja name, or by his last name, his first name, or just call him jerk, she giggled at herself for that one. Either way standing here getting funny looks from the locals for her appearance was not making things easier. She gathered up her wide array of feelings and went inside. To her annoyance the much more respectable part of her urged her to enter the gift shop and purchase an offering for her friend, however the more vengeful side of her told her he wasn't worth it; in the end of the internal conflict; her training in the respect for others won out and she stepped inside snapping up two small trinkets off of a clearance shelf for her acquaintance. She stuffed the two little figurines into the bag with care then added an origami star which she quickly made out of black and white paper.
Once she completed This she headed off to his room, when she heard nothing from his room she looked inside and seeing no one she entered after all she didn't want to run into his friend from the youth center. She didn't want them to know she had been here, not like it was any of their business anyway. She was totaly unpreapared for it as Tommy's warm smile greeted her as she entered the room, she took a step back and greeted him in Japanese to regain her composer. Tommy responded in kind and invited her to have a seat in the chair on the far side of his bed. She hesitated and looked lost in thought for a moment simply staring into his eyes for a moment longer before shaking her head depositing the bag on his tray table and takeing a seat.
He admired her he really did, she still possesed a confident aire around her that gave her a mysterious glow even if there was something off about it today, Tommy noted to himself. Ther was what seemed like an hour of silence as they studied each other, he never thought he would see her agian after his family had left japan and he'd accepted that. However somehow her she was a girl he'd met out of sher chance ,fallen hard for, then left her whitout a word; What was she thinking of him?
Taranna seemed to be looking at Tommy with an admiration, he's been one of only four other people who had been able to creep his way into her shell, and really reach her heart, A thing she kept locked away becuase tomany times it had been injured from those close to her mostly by her father in the beginning ,but now more recently Tommy Oliver and her Sensei. The ruthless emotion of betrayal rose up in her again but she quelled it,before she spoke.
"I see you have not been taking care of yourself again Dragon." She half-smiled and gestured towards his injury.
He chuckled and responded with. " Yeah well, seems there is a dragon who doesn't like me for some reason. I've had worse this is just a scratch." He half grinned the same goofy grin, he'd first given her on the morning so very long ago the day they first met.
She rolled her eyes at him then smiled back. As their conversation drifted in to Japanese, the nurse rolled her eyes after coming into to check on him, She had no clue what it was these kids were going on about but the holes in Tommy's side were starting to heal, and rather quickly if she did say so herself the holes that had been about an inch around about and hour ago had shrank to about half an inch the next time she checked.
He and Tara talk well into the evening hours even after the nurse had tried to run her off, after visiting hours Tommy had protested that she was family and her wanted her to stay. He wanted to hold onto this time as long as he could because he knew as soon as could bring herself to do it she'd be gone. He only hoped when that time came she'd come see him agian
