Chapter 4: Fear and Relief
(Elsword's POV)
Confused, pain, hope, desire all of these could easily be used right now as I slowly slide down the wall of Eve's and I's bedroom clutching my shirt and hanging my head.
"Dammit...did she really do that just to show Rena was wrong...wait WHAT THE HELL IS THIS! This isnt how I act" Shaking my head I stood up as proud as ever. Am I cocky? Well yes but thats just me. In the end I will be the one to get Eve's emotions back and ill be the one she loves not some other dumb ass...did I just call myself a dumb ass?
Walking out of the room I heard a thump and ran down the hall. There on the floor was only a letter which reading it made me clench my fists until they were white and burn in fury.
Dear Elsword:
I have your precious Eve, if you want her alive then come to my underground laboratory in Elder, ALONE. If you tell anyone about this then she will get hurt. I expect to see you there in 2 hours or else the Nasod race will be truly extinct!
Crumbling the note and burning it in my palm I ran out the door without saying anything to anyone.
"Im coming Eve, I promise to keep you safe..."
(Eve's POV)
Looking around I couldn't identify anything. Mumbling silently I asked for a system check and analysis.
"Queen Eve Systems have been force closed and this area is not identified on any data base you own please scan the area and ask again later. Thank You."
What's with this...tugging I couldnt even move. Could I be imprisoned? Heh they must be uncomprehending humans if they think they can hold me in captivity. Swiftly creating an energy needle on my index finger I clenched my hand and shot down the needle, completely melting the once iron wristband.
Hmph what a useless attempt of binding me not even one guard around. Although...this seems too easy...
"System scan the area and look for approaching or near by enemies."
"Queen Eve all but the Battle Systems have been blocked from any use please remove yourself from this area and immediately fix all circuits. Thank You."
WHAT?! Could this be from my emotions coming back...? Discarding the thought for now, I focused on freeing myself from these shackles and quickly released myself.
"Ah looks like you have awoken my little Nasod Queen. I figured you would free yourself as much, but your still a fool."
Grimacing and glaring I saw his face, the one who tried to re-create my race as living monsters and murderers. Walking up to him I held an energy needle right at his throat.
"You dare call me a fool? Give me one reason why I shouldn't end your life right here and now. From my memory base you have only caused havoc and destruction. I am sure that no one will miss you, Wally."
"Ha..HAHAHAHAHA! You really are quiet the fool have you not realized all but your battle sequence has been blocked? In a secret location right now I have all of your codes with one word I could easily end your life or control you as the puppet your race is."
Eyes widening I couldn't help but be shocked almost scared even but it soon vanished as pure rage filled up all of my rational thoughts. In a dark murderous voice I screamed.
"Prepare for your annihilation!"
Just as I was about to truly discard Wally once and for all a siren ran out across the fortress.
"Intruder Alert! Intruder Alert! Elsword of the Red Knights has broken in, all units report to the main entrance!"
"Elsword..."
"Ah so the show finally begins im sure without their leader the Elgang shall perish especially with a new toy at my side"
Running out the door I shoved Wally aside and began searching for Elsword.
That idiot what does he think hes doing?! I can handle my own fights! I am a Nasod I dont need piteous care from other beings.
Sprinting through the halls I navigated myself until I found the control room.
Ok this should be the place where my codes are...
Closing my eyes I took a breath and radiated my core in order to find them. Glowing all my data coursed through my veins and completely erased itself from all other systems in the area.
My race is not a puppet..its far superior then these pathetic creatures. Just out of the control room another siren went off.
"System Alert! System Alert! Sending out Nasod Inspector all units fall back! I repeat all units fall back!"
Nasod...Inspector..? Wait Elsword!
Taking a quick scan with all my codes intact I brought up an holographic map and followed the quickest route to Elsword.
Upon arriving I watched as Elsword fell with his sword in hand and wiping blood from his mouth.
"Is that all you got Wally?!"
Standing back up he gathered another rune and ran to the inspector fighting with everything he has.
Elsword...
I couldnt help but just stand there and watch that was until he collapsed again and the inspector was about to finish him.
"ELSWORD! GIGA STREAM!"
Firing my strongest photon laser the inspector was pushed back. Running I blocked the next attack from the inspector with a photon flare blinding the enemy. Grabbing Els and his sword a dragged him to a near by cover area.
"Eve...Your safe...I was so scared..."
"Elsword..?"
Shaking his head he chuckled and ruffled my hair standing up and stretching. Smirking at me he put out three fingers as a charge in three. Nodding I stood behind and followed his lead.
Three...
Two..
One.
"AWAKENING, EL SPECTRUM, THOUSAND STAR!"
"AWAKENING, PHOENIX TALON, SWORD FIRE!"
With our powered up moves my thousand star stunned the enemy while Elsword's phoenix talon thru him up in the air only to land in a blast of sword fire when he fell.
"Self Destruct Activated 10..9..8.."
"SHIT! Eve we have to get out of here!"
Grabbing my wrist tightly he ran quickly through all the tunnels where dead Wally Nasods laid along with some of his officers. Right after running into the Underground Waterway a loud explosion was heard crumbling rocks behind us blocking the entrance into Wallys Laboratory.
Panting Elsword laughed as he slid against the wall and sat down. Staring at him was inevitable as he had saved me and was acting in quiet a strange manner.
"Hm? Am I that sexy that even the Nasod Queen cant stop staring?" Smirking he stood up and grew close.
"I have no idea what your talking about Elsword but I guess I should thank you for coming to my rescue back there...although I could of handled it myself.
Smirking wider he grabbed both my wrists.
"Well Miss. Eve as simple thank you is not enough in this case I require a reward. Hmm..I think you telling me who you like would do."
Widening my eyes in surprise I bitch slapped him like always.
"Hmph I take back my thanks now take me back home I need a nice shower and rest."
Pouting he walked ahead and lead me back to the house to where everyone, but Rena who was out probably trying to seduce another human male, were running around frantically trying to find us.
"Yo."
Turning around they all just stared at us as Elsword just stood there smiling his goofy smile.
"Elsword, Eve! Where were you?"
"Hm well it seems I was captured by Wally who stole all my codes but my battle system since it was far to complex. After freeing myself from his chains I found my codes and erased all of the data from his data base. Of course this stupid human here ran in by himself trying to save me, which was not needed but in a small way ended up helping. Now can I go up to my room?"
Eyes wide and mouths agape they slowly nodded. Of course Elsa couldn't help but follow me upstairs to Elsword's and I's room.
Sigh. "What is it Elsa?"
"Are you ok Eve?"
"I told everyone im fine now if you may im going to shower."
Staring at me she grabbed my arm and found a rather deep cut on my side.
"Fine my ass! Lets go get Aisha to heal you."
"Fine...but hurry I am quiet worn out."
Nodding her head she yelled down stairs for Aisha where an angry Raven came up and growled to leave her alone. Is that what humans call possessive? Of course this lead to a fight with Elsa grabbing me and showing Raven my deep cut, and demanding Aisha.
"Elsa really I dont need it."
"Eve you are getting treatment! Now Raven hand over Aisha! This is an emergency!"
"Fine! But you better bring her back as soon as your done I need to um *cough* try some training moves on her."
Walking away Aisha quickly skipped up the stairs.
"Whats up Elsa?"
"Eve is injured can you heal her?"
"Eh? No problemo. Let me just get some potions and ill be right back."
Happily running to her room I just kept my head down looking at the ground.
"Eve...what is it?"
"Nothing of your concern Elsa."
"But-"
"Im back with the potions!"
Nodding she sat me down on my bed and slowly addressed my wound.
"There all done, now if you excuse me Raven needed me for something."
Elsa kept looking at me with worry as I ignored her and walked into the bathroom to strip myself.
"System run a new diagnosis...also run a compatibility simulator with the possible percentage chance of Elsword and I becoming the human term "lovers"."
Barging in while I started washing myself my drones flew into the shower and nuzzled me happily making me smile.
"System diagnosis complete. Battle mode 100%, Scanning and information data 100%, Emotions Unknown, Stamina 20%. Please rest up Queen Eve."
Unknown huh..well it's not like I understand them so it makes sense in a way. Washing myself off and cleaning my drones with a small smile and walk out to grab a towel, when the bathroom door yet again burst open before I got my towel on.
"E-Eve t-this isnt want it looks like..I..um SHIT!" Eyes widening I saw a almost naked Elsword who was in shock and stumbled out of the bathroom.
My face covered by bangs and with my hand twitching I walked up to him.
"I-I can explain! ElsaToldMeTheShowerWasFreeSoIWentInAndYouWereStandingThereImSoSorry!"
Calculating what he just said I changed and plopped in bed as Elsword chuckled and walked to the shower.
"Queen Eve compatibility lover chance calculated. Based on history and simulations percentage is at a 50% chance."
Sighing I slowly drifted off to sleep wondering what will come out of this...
Roze: DONE! Ok the next chapter might be really long im not sure yet but it might seem a bit odd but once after the odd scenes and maybe OOCness youll see where it leads! Well no talking and im so sorry! Please R&R any review is good favorite too if you please! 3
