Well, this is a long time coming, and I thank Rueflower3900 for being so patient And waiting for Connor/ Lou Ellen. And don't worry, Frazel is coming next!
"Can't you please, please stay?" Lou Ellen begged, staring dejectedly at the large pile of paperwork she had to file. "Please?"
"Sorry Elle." Connor sighed. "I have much better things then staying here doing paperwork with you in a dark basement."
Lou snorted and pushed her black hair out of her eyes.
"I love you too." She replied sarcastically. "I'm so glad you convinced me to be your girlfriend."
Connor smiled and propped his feet up on the table, grinning what he thought was a devilish grin.
"Me too."
...
"They deserved it!"
"No, they didn't! All they did was congratulate you on that prank! You didn't need to "assert your manly dominance " or whatever the heck that means."
"All Apollo kids, guilty or not, deserve a good dousing in orange powder. Orange powder oils the wheel of life! You can't stop the wheel of life, Lou!"
"Oh yeah I can!" Lou Ellen growled, grabbing Connor by the ear, and dragging him in the direction of the Apollo cabin.
"I love you?" Connor asked, his voice squeaky.
"Yeah, yeah. Shut up."
...
"Those Aphrodite kids can be so petty." Lou's sister Diana remarked, one evening before the campfire.
Lou Ellen nodded. "Especially ever since they got wind of Connor and me. No they've been begging us to kiss every chance they get."
"You know..." Diana asked coyly, glancing at the other Hecate girls that nodded eagerly. "You two haven't kissed yet, have you?"
Lou Ellen rolled her eyes. "It doesn't matter. Your marshmallow is burning."
Diana tossed the stick in the fire, and assumed the "Tell Everything" position. The rest of her sisters and Mitchell from Aphrodite cabin who had eavesdropped, followed suit.
"There's nothing to tell!" Lou Ellen exploded, making the campfire rise a few feet and turn purple. "What Connor and I do is NOT the camp's business!"
"Does that mean I should take the poster of us making out down from the canteen notice board?" Connor's voice cut in from behind them.
"You think?" Lou Ellen growled, turning a marshmallow to gooey pulp with her fist.
Mitchell scooted away quickly.
"Hey, chill." Connor said, then leaned in and planted a kiss right on her lips. "See? Nothing to it!" Lou Ellen blinked in shock. "Nothing to it." She agreed, then leaned in again.
"They love each other so much!" She heard Diana squeal.
"Sure." She muttered.
..
"Thanks again, Connor. "
"Shhh! No talking!"
"Noth engry befend bukeses fair goilfends teef tor dem."
"I know, I know. I'm special. "
Lou Ellen giggle elbowed him with her good arm.
"No scratching the merchandise! You want to have a boyfriend, you gotta keep him in good condition!"
"What the heck?"
Lou Ellen choked on toothpaste and whipped around to see Annabeth standing in the bathroom doorway.
"It's not what it looks like!" She rushed to explain.
"It looks like Connor is brushing your teeth for you." Annabeth said dubiously.
Connor shrugged. "Then it's exactly what it looks like."
Lou Ellen lifted the arm that was encased in a neon green cast. "My brushing arm is broken and I wasn't going to kiss him with bad breath!"
"She's such a kind soul." Connor wiped a fake tear from his eye.
"What?" Lou Ellen defended. "You haven't ever done anything slightly strange with Percy?"
"Yeah. Who knows what they do in those underwater bubbles. Plenty of water. It would be easy to sneak in a tube of toothpaste." Connor said suspiciously.
Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Whatever. Just never speak to me of this again."
She turned around and speed-walked out of the cabin, occasionally throwing scared looks behind her.
"Now. Where was I?" Connor asked, raising the toothbrush.
"Gods, I love you." Lou Ellen sighed.
...
"Lou. I'm dying."
"No you're not, Drama Queen." Lou Ellen rolled her eyes. "You just have the flu."
"It feels like I'm dying."
Lou Ellen felt his forehead. "You're not that warm, and I'm not that lucky."
"Stop degrading my agony!"
Lou Ellen snorted, but got out the ambrosia and handed him a piece.
"That should tide you over."
Connor nodded lethargically.
"Love you, I'll be back in an hour!"
"Wait!" He pleaded. "Was that a sarcastic or a genuine I Love You?"
Lou Ellen froze. "What?"
Connor squirmed, embarrassed. "Sometimes you say I Love You sarcastically and sometimes you don't. It leaves a guy confused."
Lou Ellen paused for a moment, and Connor considered all of the things she would probably do, show her inner rage was one of them. Fortunately for him, she did the sweetest thing possible.
She threw her arms around his neck and kissed him. "Connor Stoll, despite your strangely ironic name, and your annoying brother, I am glad that you are my boyfriend. And yes. I do love you."
He smiled. "That was all I needed."
I just love writing Connor Stoll. So. What did everybody think of HoH? I want opinions!
