Okay, I finished this story a million years ago, finally posting the last two chapters here.

Yakko stomped through the gates, pulling his siblings along. He was thoroughly pissed now.

He refused to believe those graves were really theirs at first. They had no last names, and no death date. What was up with this place? Potty mouth construction paper cartoon kids and tons of snow, and now reserved graves? Yakko wanted to swear out loud. He wanted to scream profanity into the sun. But he couldn't. Not in front of Wakko and Dot. Also, the sun was hidden behind the clouds. He stepped onto the road that lead into the town. He didn't want to go home just yet.

"Yakko?" Came Dot's voice from behind. She knew he was mad, her voice trembled. Yakko never got angry, Wakko did. Yakko stopped and turned to his sister. She sniffed, looking sadly at him with drooping ears. "Please don't be mad…" she whispered. Yakko's shoulders relaxed a bit. He should probably calm down…
Turning, he saw the kids from before walking down the road with two new kids decked in similar winter gear in tow. Yakko shivered, wondering if he could ask them about the impossible…
But Dot was already running across the street. Wakko called out, but Dot kept moving. Yakko just stood and watched as she politely asked the boy in the blue cap about their parents. The boy pointed a small finger to the town. She nodded in reply, saying she knew that already. The boy with the green ushanka made a gestured that suggested that they follow. Dot turned and smiled wide at her eldest brother.
Yakko couldn't help but feel she was making a huge mistake.

Just the fact that Dot had asked the boys to show them where their parents lived made Yakko feel nervous, betrayed. His sister had a right to be curious, he supposed, but she shouldn't be so determined. Yakko barely believed it himself because he remembered things more distinctly. Thinking back on it…
"I dunno, we might have to get those kids out of here. They could be in danger of catching it themselves."
"Are you sure? I doubt they'll want to leave. The tall one will ask questions. The middle one will fight us. The third one gives me this look that is kinda like… she understands…but she's trying to pretend that she doesn't. It's kind of creepy."
"Don't talk about the master's children that way! We'll talk it over some more with the two if they wake up enough to hear us out. They need to be sent away… before anything turns worse."Yakko shuddered at the memory. Those damn servants wanted the three of them out before their parents died, the bastards. If they were still living now… well. What if Yakko had let them be taken away instead of running? Would he and his sibs be taken back to their parents? Yakko creased his brow. If he had made the wrong decision it wasn't really his fault. He was six years old at the time.
Yakko nearly bumped into his brother when the train stopped in front of him.
"Here's where they live" Said the kid with the blue hat. "Dunno why you guys needed so much help finding them, since you're obviously related." Yakko raised an eyebrow.
"Uuh… yeah. It never occurred to you that maybe we haven't been around here before?" He looked at his siblings with a glare. Dot shooed him with her hands.

"Why aren't you four asking us about the appearances? We usually get comments." She rubbed her temple with one finger. The boy in red snorted loudly.

"With the shit we've seen? Yeah, you're not really that bad. I've been to space like seven times and I can bake you into chili if I want to."
"Fuck off, dude. We didn't ask you to be an asshole. Oh wait, that's your natural state!" The boy with the green ushanka glared at the round one. He growled a 'screw you kahl' under his breath.

Yakko stared at them, unamused. He hated adult swim…

Dot and Wakko had turned their attention to the door of the house. Yakko followed them up the steps. Dot was bouncing a bit with nervousness, her hands shook and she finally was able to reach out one finger and hover it over the doorbell as the yelling of the two fighting boys faded into the distance as they walked away.
Dot bit her lip and looked at Wakko, then Yakko. she stared at him for a few seconds, her eyes asking him if she should really do it. Yakko wanted to say no. He wanted to grab her wrist and pull her away from the door.

"Whatever you want to do..." he murmured instead. Darn his instincts to make her happy. Her finger moved forwards and clicked the bell. There was a ding! Then footsteps.

Yakko gulped and clenched his fists at his sides. Oh man…
