Okay, I'm really sorry for the last chapter which I know was amazingly short and it was pretty bad. I promise I'll try harder in this one. If you have any suggestions please tell me, 'cause I'm kind a making this up as go.

Tobias' POV

The meeting went pretty quickly after Tris' outburst. I knew how she felt, and her apology astounded me as well as Tori and she hadn't said anything after that.

All three of us were walking towards the cafeteria now, silence hung betweens us like a ghost. As we entered the cafeteria, Tris immediately walked towards Uriah and Christina, I felt like I should've gone with her but something stopped me. I said I wasn't hungry and left Tris' side, walking towards the train tracks.

The sound of the rushing trains calmed me, as I sat the edge of the platform. For some reason the chaotic noises of wheels against metal seemed calmer than what my mind was now. Thoughts were buzzing around in my head, it annoyed me when I remembered Erudite's selfishness, but it also agonized me when I thought of how Tris was never able to get a normal life. I wanted to be her strength after everything she had done for me. She had helped in my fear landscape, guided me out of the simulation and she filled the hole that Marcus and Evelyn had left in my heart. But, what did I do in return? I doubted her, said to her face that she betrayed and me and I yelled at her when I found out about Will. Was I worthy of my Tris?

I walked the halls back to my apartment, mulling over what was next. A scream pierced the air and I ran towards the Pit. My eyes widened as I saw what was happening before me. Erudite. Lots of Erudite. They were swarming in front of my eyes and one was...hugging Tris?

Tris' POV

Everyone was quiet at the table, it seemed like everyone had their own problems to deal with. I tediously chewed at my hamburger and waited for someone to break the silence. Suddenly, I heard a drop and looked up to see Christina crying. "Hey, Christina what's wrong?" I went to her side and started patting her shoulder awkwardly, "Are you okay?" Christina started to quiet down and the tears turned into whimpers. She looked up at me, her eyes brimming with more unshed tears. "Cara...they will take and...and...Will and..." Her tears started flowing as she hiccupped her way through a jarring sentence. I looked up at Uriah to see if he could explain but he just shook his head dismay. Suddenly I heard screams and a stream of Erudite. I saw Cara approaching me, a look of worry etched on her face as she walked into the Pit. Christina looks up at her and starts bursting again. Cara strides up to me and clasps my arm tightly and pulls me for what would seem to be a hug for people watching us. She grips me tight as she harshly whispers in my ear, "Meet me at the train tracks at twelve and bring Christina and Four, no one needs to know about this meeting, got it? I've brought a few Erudite here, don't worry they're harmless and just need a place to stay. I'll see you tonight." She gives me a tight lipped, forced smile as she walks off and gestures to the rest of her followers to make themselves comfortable.

My head swarms with thoughts, why does she want to see us? Does Christina know? As I stand there frozen I feel a strong pair of arms snake around my waist and soft, warm breathes wash down my back. "What's wrong Tris?" I turn my face around to look into his lulling blue eyes and smile. "Cara wants us to meet her at the tracks at twelve. I don't know why." I can see his confusion but right now I don't want to think about any of that. I raise on my tip toes slightly and press my lips softly against his. This where I feel the safest, within the confines of his strong warm arms, this will always be my refuge.
