"Speaking"

Kira knocked on the door and heard an elderly voice say, "Enter."

Once inside, the Hyukinaris walked up to the man once known as "The Professor", the Sandaime Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi.

"Good afternoon, Hokage-sama, " the three former Suna kunoichi greeted the Sandaime.

"Good afternoon, please, take a seat," replied the Hokage, gesturing with his wrinkled hand for them to sit down.

"If my memory serves me well, it has been 10 years since I last saw you three, and how you have grown! Kira, I remember you at 16, always running around with Asuma and one another jonin... Now who was it...?" the Hokage reminisced.

"Hokage-sama..." Kira started nervously," don't start, please."

The Hokage nodded, and replied, smiling, "I'm just kidding, can't and old man have his jokes? By the way, where are Kiyomi and Raion?"

All three kunoichi's faces became sombre, and Hakiri said, "They died while on a S-rank mission a month ago..."

The Hokage's eyes widened and he nodded slowly, "Oh, I'm so sorry. I did not know. I will try to help you as much as I can. But may I ask who is to be clan head now, because Hakiri is still too young."

"Kira is, the clan elders agreed to let her become temporary clan head until I turn 18." said Hakiri.

"Yes Hokage-sama. And we have come here because we would like to become kunoichi of Konoha," said Kira.

"I see, I shall help you find an apartment for the three of you. I suppose we have to enroll Taidana in the academy, right?" questioned the Hokage.

"Yes Hokage-sama, my sister still has a few months of the academy to finish before she can graduate. But Hakiri here needs a genin team." replied Kira.

The Hokage looked at Hakiri and immediately knew which genin team to put her in. He opened the third drawer in his desk and took out 2 hitae-ates. He gave them to Hakiri and Kira.

"Welcome to Konoha, you two are now officially kunoichi of the Konoha. And Kira, you may keep your jonin status, I trust that you are fully capable of doing so." stated the Hokage.

"Thank you, Hokage-sama!" Kira smiled happily at him.

The Hokage turned to Hakiri, "Hakiri, be back here tomorrow, I want you to meet your new genin team."

Hakiri nodded curtly.

The Hokage gave them a set of keys for their new apartment and dismissed them. The 3 kunoichi left the Hokage tower immediately, trying to find their new home. They found it quickly without much difficulty. Their new home was situated along the same road as the Hyuga compound and the Inuzuka compound.

It was a spacious two-storey house with 3 en suites and 1 normal bedroom, a rather large island kitchen and a big spacious living room. The 4 bedrooms were on the second floor while there was another bathroom on the first floor. Hakiri chose the room facing the village, as the window in her room provided her with an almost paranomic view of the village, allowing her to observe as the villagers went about their daily rountines.

The room was empty, as the previous owners had taken with them all of their belongings. After choosing their own rooms, Kira, Hakiri and Taidana returned to the living room.

"Well, it's a nice place," started Kira.

"Yeah, but it seems to be missing something...or that's right...FURNITURE!" hissed Taidana impatiently.

"Fine, let's not waste our time and start shopping!" exclaimed Hakiri.

They headed towards the civilian district of the village, where they sold furniture, decorations, etc. Heading into Chikoro's Fine Furnishing, the three kunoichi found themselves surrounded by a vast amount of high-quality furniture. They then began picking furniture.

(A/N: I'm gonna skip how they chose stuff and just tell you what they chose, kay? )

For the living room, they bought a large U-shaped sofa, with cream and blue silk covers and an assortment of pillows made of silk; a coffee table with the table top made of polished black metal and the bottom layers made in white metal and clear glass; a 60" television; a black fur rug. They decided to paint the walls a light blue with white accents.

For the kitchen, they bought a 8-seater white marble dining table outlined with black, with matching chairs to match. The walls were painted a bright yellow.

The three then split up to buy the decorations and furniture for their individual rooms. (A/N: I'm too lazy to go into specifics, so...)

For Kira's room, it was painted sky blue. Her king-sized poster bed made out of oak, had white and blue duvets.

For Taidana's room, it was painted a rosy hue of pink. Her queen-sized bed had duvets in the different shades of pink and red, with accents of white.

For Hakiri's room, it was painted a comforting shade of willow green. Her king-sized bed was covered in fluffy black duvets with accents of neon green hidden among them.

By the time the 3 girls were done with their shopping, it was almost 2 in the afternoon. With their furniture arriving later that day, they decided to have a late lunch before heading home.

Neon green eyes flashing as they scanned the food district, they finally settled on a small stand hidden inbetween two bigger restaurants. Kira, Taidana and Hakiri brushed the cloth that gave the customers partial privacy, aside and stepped into the stand, the mouth-watering aroma of ramen reaching their noses.

"Welcome to Ichiraku Ramen!" a cheerful feminine voice rang out.

The three girls sat down at the bar, to find an old man smiling at them cheerfully, saying, "The name's Teuchi, that's my daughter, Ayame, " pointing to the young girl who had greeted them, "what would you young ladies like to eat today?"

Browsing the menu, Taidana mused, "Well, Teuchi-san, what would you recommend?"

Before Teuchi could answer, a loud voice rang out throughout the small shop, "EHHHHHH! I'M SO HUNGRY! Teuchi-ojisan, one miso ramen please!"

Sweatdropping, Ayame chided the hyperactive blonde that had just entered the stall, "Eh, Naruto! Didn't you see we have other customers to serve?"

Finally noticing the three girls sitting in the corner of the stall, Naruto rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, "Sorry, Ayame-chan. I was just really hungry. So... One miso ramen please?"

Ayame sighed, but nodded. Turning back to the three girls, Teuchi explained, "That's Naruto, our best customer. As I was saying, I recommend the miso ramen, as it seems to be the popular choice among our customers. You can ask Naruto, he loves miso ramen, right?"

Naruto grinned and exclaimed, "Dattebayo! Miso ramen is the best!"

Nodding, Kira said, "Sure then, three bowls of miso ramen, please."

"Coming right up!" replied Teuchi.

"Eh, I've never seen any of you around Konoha before, are you new?" asked Naruto.

Turning their attention to the loudmouth blonde, the three Hyukinaris nodded.

"Oh. I'm Uzumaki Naruto, and I'm going to be Hokage one day, DATTEBAYO!" thrusting his hand out, Naruto introduced himself.

As the one sitting closest to Naruto, Hakiri shook his small rough hand in her own slender hand, "I'm Hyukinari Hakiri."

"I'm Hyukinari Taidana,"

"I'm Hyukinari Kira."

"Eh? Are you three sisters or something?" Naruto asked, "Wait, no, Kira's too old to be your sister..."

A tick mark formed on Kira's forehead as a huge amount of killer intent was released, "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!"

"I said, You're too ol-" Naruto was cut off by Hakiri hurriedly covering his mouth with her hands before Kira could explode.

"Nothing, nothing, Kira-neesan, " Hakiri said, quickly.

Well this is serious for Hakiri to start using honorifics...Taidana restrained Kira to the best of her ability.

An awkward silence ensued, with Naruto's mouth still being covered by Hakiri's hand, resulting in him squirming.

'Plonk!' 'Plonk!'Plonk!' 'Plonk!'

The sounds of the four bowls of ramen being put down onto the table disrupted the tension. Ayame and Teuchi stared in confusion at the scene that lay before them, "Uh... Did we miss something?"

Hakiri shook her head furiously, and turned to Kira, who was still fuming, "Kira-neesan, calm down, he didn't mean it. "

Releasing a frustrated breath, Kira visibly calmed down, her dark blue yes no longer flashing dangerously, "Fine, I'm hungry. Let's eat."

Sighing in relief, Taidana released Kira, while Hakiri also released Naruto. She whispered in his ear, "You can call her almost anything under the sun, just don't call her old. She hates it. Kay?"

Naruto nodded his head, now interested in the steaming ramen sitting infront of him. He muttered an "Itadakimasu!" before breaking apart his chopsticks and began to eat his precious ramen.

Hakiri, Taidana, and Kira continued eating the miso ramen. Hm... It is rather good... Hakiri finished her bowl of ramen. Looking over at Naruto, she saw that the blonde had already finished his seventh bowl of ramen. She nudged her sister and aunt, gesturing at Naruto. They glanced at him, resulting in their eyes bulging out at the number of bowls Naruo had already eaten.

Seeing their shocked faces, Teuchi chuckled, "He always gets that reaction. Did we mention that he has an enormous appetite for ramen?"

The 3 girls shook their heads. Kira paid for their ramen, and the three left the small stall, but not before Hakiri said goodbye to Naruto, "Bye, Naruto-san! We're leaving, hope to see you soon!"

Naruto waved back, "Bye Hakiri-chan!"

The three Hyukinaris giggled.

As they were walking back to their house, suddenly, a silver-haired jonin jumped down from the roofs to land infront of Kira, causing all three girls to whip out a kunai at the threat. The jonin was donned the standard attire of a jonin, but the strange thing was, he wore a mask that obscured the lower-half of his face, and his hitai-ate was tilted to the left, covering his left eye.

With a look of shock and disbelief in his visible eye, the jonin asked, "Kira...? Is that you?"

Her dark blue eyes hardening, Kira answered, "Hatake Kakashi, long time no see."
