After spending some time with her son Maddison had to force herself to walk back to the car and on the ride back to the empire she was quite. She knew Chuck had just been trying to help but it broke her heart to see him then leave again. She also was very worried now that she knew her mother was apart of Nicholas's life. She had no idea if Lilly could be trusted not to do something drastic like try and take him from his family, because no matter how much she loved him she knew Sarah and Matt were his parents and they did a wonderful job of it. She knew her world was no place for such an innocent just look at what it had done to her friends, family and even herself. She stayed silent on the elevator ride and looked up in shock as the glass of scotch was shoved under her nose. "Oh Chuck I'm so sorry I didn't mean to go all weird on you." Chuck sighed, "drink some of that you're pale right now and I'm starting to worry about you!" Maddison sat the glass down, "Chuck you know I don't drink anymore!" She hadn't had a drink since she decided to come home she refused to fall back on the girl she had been because that girl was not one that she was proud of having been. She wanted to be better and she wanted to be perfect for Chuck after everything that he had done for her he deserved the best. Chuck sat beside her taking a sip of his own drink, "if you have a little it's not the end of the world but if you don't want the scotch would you like me to order you up some soup or something to help you feel better?" She smiled up at him kissing his cheek, "I'm fine really all I want it to spend time with you!" He put his drink down beside hers before pulling her into his arms, "all of my time is yours for as long as you want it." This was the Chuck she knew before anyone saw who he really was she didn't know how after such a short time of them being together she knew she'd never been happier and never would be. At the same time Chuck thought back to the night that she came to him knowing that if Nate had been home then they probably would be the ones together and it made him even more determined to make her life perfect because now that he had her he wasn't about to lose her! The next morning Maddison woke up feeling for across the sheets feeling nothing but cooled sheets before turning over seeing the clock showing that it was almost noon. She quickly showered and changed into one of Chucks shirts feeling to lazy to change. As she reached to grab a glass from the top shelf she felt someone smack her ass then begin to kiss her neck. She let out a little moan and closed her eyes before turning around pulling him into a kiss. When she heard the elevator doors open she pulled away to see Jack Bass smiling at her and Chuck and Nate standing there. She had never seen Chuck so angry, "she backed up hitting the counter behind her not noticing as the glass in her hand fell and shattered on the ground. "Oh my God Chuck it's not what you think he came up from behind I didn't, but she was cut off by Chuck punching his Uncle Jack in the face. She went to go grab Chuck before he did more damage but forgot about the broken glass and she fell as it embedded into her foot then her knee and her palm as she fell. Chuck quickly picked her up knowing she hadn't been meaning to kiss his uncle and he held her carefully afraid of moving her or touching her because of all the glass. Nate quickly pulled out his phone calling 911 hoping they got there quickly because there was already more blood then there was glass.
