Ok :) next chapter, Vegeta and Bulma are trapped together :P

I took the cool piece of cloth and gently pressed it onto Vegeta's hot forehead. He sat as still as a statue and I scooted closer to him.

I used gently strokes on his face to remove the deep grime the filled into the creases in his face. I started to wipe around his mouth and he flinched and shoved the cloth out of my hand, wacking me in the process.

"Ow," I said grabbing my shoulder he just hit.

He glanced at me.

"That was enough," He said.

"I'm sorry," I mumbled.

Vegeta definitely had some trust issues. I just hoped we could get along good as cell mates. Cell mates sounded funny like we were in jail together or something but I knew we were worse than that; we were prisoners.

For a while neither one of us said anything.

"Um Vegeta, why are they keeping you in here with me? They're only keeping me here to make technologies, that's the only reason they kept me…" I felt my throat choke up, I was basically worthless to these people.

He glared at me.

"Frieza has lost his usefulness for me, he thinks I'm a traitor and I helped you almost escape," Vegeta stated concisely through gritted teeth.

"But you did help me," I sighed.

"Yeah but Frieza wasn't supposed to know that, I mean we planned to split this planet and sell it, in fact he put me in charge of blowing up targets for him. He's too damn lazy to even do it himself," he growled.

"You!" I jumped on my feet, "You're the one who blew up the stadium!" Tears streamed down my face.

"Yes, I was just following orders, so?"

"So?! That's where I was! You almost got me killed," I was sobbing, "You monster! You lost me my whole family and all my friends!"

I backed away and pressed my back against the bars of the cell, I wanted to be as far away from this evil creep.

"You're just as bad as the rest of them," I shouted.

He didn't move he just sat there,

"Like I knew? Listen girly! I'm just following Frieza's orders and trying to play the good guy until the time comes along that I can finish him off once and for all!"

"Playing the good guy? Your hardly any good guy, you killed hundreds of people," I sat down and pulled my knees up to my chest.

"It's not like that you stupid earth woman!"

"My name is Bulma! Not earth woman! I already told you that so you better learn it because unfortunately I think we're going to be stuck here for quite a while!"

"Damn right you are! And it's all your fault!" Vegeta shouted over me.

I felt my stomach drop and tie into sickening knots, this wasn't all my fault was it? He's probably just saying things because he's angry at me.

I turned away from him. I didn't want to look into his face where I had once seen hope and warmth. It was all gone.

I gasped at the next thing he said, it was not something I'd ever expect him to say.

"Bulma I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt or upset you like this. Freiza is the one who was forcing me to do it. Do you have any idea what he would have done to me if I hadn't done as he instructed?"

I turned back around to face him, I was sure my face was pink and blotchy from crying but I didn't care, it's not like my appearance mattered anymore.

"What would he have done?" I whispered.

"Probably have me executed or dump me on some lone planet to b destroyed because of its worthlessness," He stared at the floor, this idea had obviously bothered him and I knew he had worried about it before. He wasn't really as cocky as he made himself sound.

I sat there and for a second I forgot why I was ticked at him… I understood what it was like to be manipulated against your will and that was what was happening with Vegeta.

"Oh Vegeta I'm really sorry," I frowned and sat kneeled right in front of him. I hugged him and placed my chin on his shoulder.

"I guess we're both stuck than," I nuzzled into him inhaling his sweaty manly scent.

He hugged me back and we held our embrace until we heard a small rustling noise which turned out just to be a rat.

"I'm sorry I got angry," I said getting closer to him. I had just realized how cold it was in here. I swear it was as if they were permanently running the air conditioners. It made me get goosebumps.

Vegeta said nothing so I just decided I was going to continue to do the talking.

"Why are you always so warm? I'm freezing all the time down here…" I got closer to him.

He smirked.

"It's a Saiyan thing, we have hot blood."

"Oh that makes sense," I giggled.

Vegeta smiled. But then it quickly died.

"Frieza wants me to choose…." Vegeta said flatly.

"Choose what?"

"Choose between working for him or being a traitor, he only set me in this cell with you because he intended for me to kill you to prove I wasn't a traitor." Vegeta hung his head.

Cliffhanger (kinda)
