Allegiant, Alternate Ending

This story is an alternate ending. Don't get me wrong, i loved the trilogy. The books were amazing, i'm not hating on Veronica Roth. I LOVED THEM. But the ending of the last and final book Allegiant just didn't satisfy me, she shouldn't have died. So with that said, here is how i think the ending should have went. (: please leave reviews.

17. Chapter 17

Hey guys, I'm pretty excited to be writing again.

I went away for a while and didn't update but I will definitely be writing and updating more often.

Sorry to everyone who has waited for me to update.

I'm so proud and emotion on the 100 reviews that i got... i never thought i would even get 100. so thank you.!

I'm seeing divergent in less than 24 hours… it doesn't seem real.

Chapter 17

Tobias

I open my eyes to ravens flying over her collarbone.

Pieces of blonde hair fall onto her chest. I lift my hand and brush the hair out of her face.

I've never been a fan of hospital beds, the smell of infirmary, the hard mattresses, and thick rough pillows.

I look down and see the large dark blood stains. The doctor walks into the room and glances up at me. "She seems to be gaining strength. You can take her home if you would like."

I nod and pick her up in my arms. Her body has gotten smaller and weaker.

Her eyes blink open, her beautiful eyes, so insistent. I walk to a wheel chair and lower her into the seat. "I want to be safe." I say looking down at her. She giggles a little and nods. "Oh and good morning." I say as my smile grows wider.

"Good morning, Tobias. I want to go home."

"Trust me Tris, I do too." I lean down and kiss her lips softly. I linger there but then stand up straight and turn the wheelchair in the right direction.

His rough, morning hair makes me smile as I walk into our bedroom and towards the bed.

I hear music from the alarm clock playing. I lift our coffee into the air and begin to dance toward him. I wave my arms around in the air and shake my hips as I giggle to myself. He laughs and sits up in the bed. I walk to the edge and feel his strong arms wrap around my waist.

"Waking up to you is like waking up to an angel." He says winking at me.

I hand him his coffee. I lean down and slightly kiss him in a teasing way. I laugh and run towards the shower.

The warm water runs over my toes. I hear footsteps coming towards the washroom. I laugh as the doorknob turns.

I look away as I brush the shampoo away from my eyes. I feel an arm wrap around my hip. I giggle loudly and look down to Tobias.

He steps into the shower. He wears nothing except his boxers. "You know that you can't shower alone for a week."

I laugh and step closer towards him. "Hmm, I guess." He leans in closer and kisses my lips gently. He pushes me up against the side of the shower. I look down at him and drop the showerhead. He kisses me passionately. His hands run down my chest and waist. I shiver and move my hands around to his back. The tattoo creeps over his shoulders. I hug him closely and feel my hands on his shoulder blades. I wrap my legs around him and hug him tighter. He kisses my neck and chest as he carries me out of the bathroom.
