Don't worry, it WILL be the same story line. I tried righting more in first person, bt I didn't like it.

I'll try to update every Saturday and Wednestday.

New to my stories: Weekly Author. Explained at the bottom, so see you there. :)

Third Person.

Annabeth was excited. It's been four years since she was back in the Suburbs of Manhattan, New York. She had to move away when she was eleven because of her dad's job. Now, he was going to be a History Teacher in Goode High School. The same high school she was planning on going to when she was last here. When the car stopped in the driveway, she ran out the car door, yelling at her dad she was meeting up with friends.

Her dad and step-mom, Katie, let her go. They knew how much she missed her old friends. She didn't make new friends in California, in fear of forgetting her old friends.

Annabeth's grey converse barely touched the ground as she ran. She ran faster when she saw the sign "Mr. K's Pizzaria & Gas Station." All of her friends, including her, thought a gas station in the middle of the suburbs was weird, no one questioned it. (Mostly because the pizza was just to good to argue about irregular pizza places in random towns.)

She did a baseball slide, and stopped in front of the door. Slowly walking in, she looked around. The place still had six tables that seated four, a TV in the front, and the unforgettable smell of pizza in her nose. Then she whiped her head back to the tables, at the corner one was Thalia and Nico. She ran up to Thalia and hugged the air out.

"Thalia! I missed you!" She let Thals go. At first she saw an irritated look on her, then Thalia's face brightened.

"Annie! You're back!" Thalia shouted. Annabeth scowled playfully at the nickname.

'Don't call me An-" She yelled at Thals 'til she was interupted by another shout.

"Annie's back?!" Yelled a gruff man's voice. Annabeth turned around to glare at whoever called her Annie when she foze.

It was Percy. Even though she was only eleven, she had a major crush on him. You know the old saying, 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder'? Well now she was head over heals in love with him. Her breath hitched as she felt Percy hug her. She felt protected in his arms. She was pretty sure that she was blushing still when he let her go.

"I missed you! And you didn't call! You didn't email or write letters! YOU HAD ME WORRIED!" He yelled waving his arms like he was trying to wave down a helicopter.

"Sorry I was busy with school, and other stuff. You know, busy, busy me." Her voice barely coming out. Normaly she would have a logical explaintion for a question, but this was Percy. As in she sounded like a rambling, blabling idiot. THen she notice a bruise on his right cheek.

"What happened?" She asked, pionting at the bruise.

"Skateboarding accident, that's all." She knew he was lying, whenever he lied, his leftt arm would always jerk up.

"HEY! Perce, Thals, Thals' boyfriend, and I were going to see 'Thor: The Dark World'. I have an extra ticket if you wanna come." She turned to Nico and hugged him. (AN: Don't worry, No spoilers from the movie. PS: IT WAS AWESOME!)

"YES! YES! YES!" Annabeth yelled.

"Well... LETS GO!" Thalia yelled. She ran out to the old beat up baby-blue pick-up trunk. The others followed her outside.

"LUKE! LUKE!" Thalia yelled. A blonde boy covered in soot and grease came from under the truck.

"Yeah Gracy?" The boy, Annabeth guessed he was Luke, asked.

"My old friends, Annabeth, came back today, and she's coming to the movie with us later." She said then kissed him. Annabeth's jaw dropped.

"She...she..." Annabeth was beyond surprised.

"Yeah," Percy began. "Luke and her meet a month after you left. They immediately hit it off. If you ask me, they're perfect for each other. He has divorced parents and she has one parent, it's like they found each other in a hopeless place." The way he said hopeless place was like he was in a hopeless place. It scared her. She promised herself to help Percy if he needed her.

Luke washed of his face with an old rag, and apparently he had a scar on his left cheek, from the cheek bone to his chin.

"And he got a scar in a fight protecting Thalia a year ago. I don't know what happened, but she doesn't like to talk about. He doesn't give any details either." Percy continued.

"STOP FLIRTING AND COME ONE!" They heard Nico yell. They both turned bright red. Everyone climbed into the truck, Thalia in shot gun, Luke driving, Nico in the back, next to the right window, Percy next to the other window, and Annabeth in the middle. She took out her phone and texted her dad.

Going to see movie. Love you. Be home by 10-11 pm.

I have lots to explain. Well for starters, I've been under lots of stress. Homework, Honor Society, my Uncle's family moving in our house, getting a C+ in History, a C, I normally get A+ not C's, to many books to read that everyone of my friends give me to read, and to is the reason why I haven't updated.
