Jack, Rapunzel, Hiccup, Toothless, and Merida all arrived to a large house. It was made of wood, and it was perfect. There was a wooden fence that stretched far back (with enough to build a large area of shelter for Toothless.) and all the way around the house. "It's perfect for us, don't you think?" Rapunzel asked, giggling. "Yeah!" Hiccup said. Toothless snorted in response. Jack flew down and set Rapunzel and himself on the ground. Hiccup landed Toothless and climbed off. He reached up and wrapped his arms around Merida's waist as she placed her hands on his shoulders. After he helped her down, Merida punched him in the arm. "I can get down myself!" There was a moment of awkward silence as Rapunzel played with a strand of her hair, Jack rubbed the back of his neck, Hiccup rubbed his sore arm, Toothless looked around from person to person, and Merida picked at her bow. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" They all burst out laughing at the same time, Merida throwing her head back, Rapunzel holding her stomach, and Jack and Hiccup rolling on the ground. Toothless's eyes looked something like this: O.O
The laughter died down to giggles. Jack and Hiccup climbed to their feet, dusting themselves off. "Ehem. What was so funny again?" Jack asked, dusting off his staff. "I don't know." Merida replied, wiping her eyes with her sleeve. "So, um, let's go check out the house." Hiccup suggested. "Alright! I hope you guys don't mind that it's in the middle of the forest." Rapunzel said apologetically. "No, no it's fine!" Jack said, and he wrapped his arm around her shoulders. She didn't pull his hand away, but she felt heat forming in her cheeks. Hiccup put an arm around Merida's shoulders. Merida's head slowly turned to face Hiccup. He smiled. BAM! Hiccup was on the ground. Rapunzel and Jack turned around, when they saw, they both giggled. Rapunzel opened the door, and peered inside. It was to dark to see anything, and when she tried to step inside, Jack stopped her. "It's too dark. What if Pitch is in there?" He looked worried. "It's okay, Jack. We took him last time, and we can do it again." "Um guys?" Hiccup got everyone's attention and pointed. A tall dark figure was coming towards them. "Are you so sure about that, sweet Rapunzel?" As Pitch got closer, they saw a woman with him. "Mother?" Rapunzel whispered. "Shut it, Rapunzel! I'm not your mother!" Gothel snarled. Toothless stepped in front of the four teens, just in case Pitch and Gothel got too close. Pitch scoffed. "As if that beast could really stop us!" He came right up to the dragon's face. Jack, Merida, Hiccup, and Rapunzel stepped in front of Toothless and pushed Pitch back a few steps. "Maybe not by himself, but together we can!" Merida practically spat in his face. "I'm not here for you... today..." Pitch shot nightmare sand in Rapunzel's eyes as a piercing scream filled the air. Gothel's cackle filled their ears as they looked to an unconscious Rapunzel...
