hey everyone:D sorry for the super long wait! I have been really busy lately with school and my senior year coming to an end:( But the good thing is when i do graduate I will be able to update more and more:3 here's a new chapter and all:D hope you guys like it!

It was mid December and snow was gently falling to the ground, This time of year Sinna was most happy. She never really saw snow until she made the contract with Seto. She would often run outside and play in the snow when Seto didn't have any work for her, but he would catch her rolling around in the snow with no coat or shoes. Well for demon's they are naturally warm so it didn't run across her mind.

" what are you doing ms. Daughtry?" Misaki asked as he was standing outside watching Sinna play in the snow, " you will catch a cold if you don't come back inside and put something warm on!' he called out but all he heard was laughing and snow flying.

" Okay she lost it," he said and he went back inside.

' Oh come now Misaki leave her be, this is the most funniest thing I have ever seen Sinna do in a long time and it only happens when winter comes around," Ruby said as she looked outside and watched Sinna play by herself.

" what are you two looking at?" Seto asked as he stood behind them.

" We were watching Ms. Daughtry sir. She is playing outside by herself," Ruby responded and he looked out and watch Sinna leap and roll around in the snow.

" Misaki,' he said with a stern tone.

" Y-Yes sir," he stuttered as he straightened his posture.

" get my coat and winter boots," he said and smirk came on his face.

" yes sir," he said happily as he ran to go get Seto what he asked for and Ruby smiled up at Kaiba.

" Are you going outside to give her some company?" she asked and his smirk turned into a smile.

" Why not? I finished all of the work that needed to be done. Beside some fresh air would do me good," he said and Misaki came back with Seto coat, gloves, and winter boots.

" here you go sir, I grabbed your gloves just in case your hands got cold. I also grabbed a spare coat, gloves and boots for Ms. Daughtry since she is crazy enough to go out there with nothing to protect her skin" he stated and Seto took each piece one by one starting off with the boots.

" I will have her put it on once I get out there. In the meantime why don't you and the other servants take a break. Also tell the cook to prepare something warm for lunch," he said as he slipped his coat on.

" yes sir," he smiled and Seto slid open the door and walked outside towards Sinna and carried the coat and boots with him.

" Sinna come here for a minute and put these on,' he said and Sinna came up to him and did so.

" thank you, So you decided to come out here too I take it?" she stated as she quickly tied the boots on and threw the jacket on and zipped it up.

" you can say that,' he laughed and Sinna ran off.

" Hey see if you can try and catch me,' she laughed and threw a snowball at him. Seto wiped the wet snow off his face and shook his head and watched as she climbed up trees and onto the gazebo.

"The book didn't lied about her doing parkour" he thought as he followed Sinna who was running as fast as she could away from Seto.

Ruby and the other servants inside the mansion enjoyed watching Seto and Sinna play outside for once.

" Those two are so good together. Its kind of funny watching Mr. Kaiba chase someone that he can't catch so easily," Jiro commented with a smile.

" uh oh he lost Sinna," Ruby chuckled as the servant watch Seto turn around in circles looking for Sinna who was up and hiding in the tree.

Laughing quietly, Sinna packed a snowball and she waited for Seto to come and walk under her. As predicted Seto waltzed under the tree again and crossed his arms.

"Where did she go?" he wondered and without thinking a snowball fell right on his head and snow falling down his coat sending chills down his back. He looked up as he wiped the snow off his head and saw Sinna laughing.

" oh man that was great," she laughed and Seto smirked.

" oh you think that is so funny huh? How about this!" he chuckled and grabbed the branch Sinna was sitting on and shook her off it. Landing with a thud and with a puff of snow Sinna landed on her back along with a bunch of snow falling on top of her. Seto started laughing really hard.

Sinna climbed her way out of her snow burial and looked at Seto who was still laughing.

" Oh your a riot Mr. Kaiba,' she smiled and he looked at her.

" I know I am," he gasped as he slapped his knee.

" what about this!" she said and tackled Seto to the ground and they rolled down the small hill.

Laughing they came to a stop, but in this case Seto was laying on top of Sinna and Sinna was laying under him. Their faces were close enough to feel each others breath brushing against their faces.

Both blushed red but Seto was a bit brighter.

" Um. Mr. Kaiba?" she whispered as she looked up at him. Before he said anything he quickly got off her and sat normally.

" I'm sorry," he said with his back towards Sinna who was still on the ground and looking up at him.

" for what exactly?" she asked and he looked at her and he looked at her.

" Nothing never mind,' he said and she smiled and threw some snow at him.

" Come on, we should head inside,' he said calmly. She gave a gentle chuckle and grabbed his hand.

" Sounds good to me," she said and they walked back to the mansion

exactly one week later

It was Christmas eve, a fresh lair of snow laid on the ground, Christmas carols were being sung on the streets of Domino. In the Kaiba Mansion everyone gathered around the large dinning table even the servants and their families were allowed to stay and have a mini Christmas party. Soon there was a knock at the front door and it was Luca. He entered the dining hall where everyone was talking and laughing, just plain enjoying themselves.

" am I to late to join in on the fun?" he asked as he walked in.

" Luca, it's about time you showed up," Misaki greeted with a big smile.

" Sorry for the wait," he said with a chuckle.

" Luca!" Sinna snapped as she marched up to him but instead of chewing him out she wrapped her arms around his waist and buried her face into his chest.

" Why didn't you tell me you were my dad," she said clearly starting to cry.

" I'm sorry Sinna, I had to. If I told you that I was your father then you wouldn't have believed me and we couldn't be friends. I thought that after I gave you some time by yourself to think over somethings and cool down after the news. I really am sorry Sinna. I didn't mean to lie to you but it was all I could do to make sure you stayed alive and happy," he said as he tightened his embrace on his daughter and brushed her short black hair.

" Your welcome for inviting him. You know how long it took me just to get him to accept the invite," Seto smirked and Sinna let Luca go and looked at him.

" a long time I would bet,' she laughed and he nodded his head.

' to be honest I was scared that you would have killed me if you found out that I was your dad," Luca said nervously and all of a sudden Sinna punched him in the arm.

" Ow what was that for?!" he whined and Sinna smirked.

" that was for lying to me," she stated and flashed him a smile that showed her fangs.

"Come on everyone, it's time to open presents!" Misaki called out and they all made their way to the large living room where a huge beautifully decorated tree was standing with presents underneath it. Even on of them was address to everyone accept for Sinna and Seto. Once everyone sorted out the presents they began opening them.

"Sinna, I have a present for you," Seto said as he handed her a small box with a small note on top

" You didn't have to Mr. Kaiba,' she smiled as she read the small note that went with the gift.

It read:

Sinna,

It has been a long time Sinna I gave a present to someone. Ever since Mokuba died I couldn't bring myself to be happy again until the day I made the contract with you. Your not only my servant but you are the closest friend I have ever had in a long time. I wanted to make sure you knew how I care about you through this present. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you most

The demon smiled at the note then she looked at Seto who stood there blushing slightly. She carefully unwrapped the present and found a small silver box. She removed the cover and she was astounded by what she saw. It almost brought her to tears.

" It's not exactly but it was close to it as I possibly could. Luca told me that you lost your mother's necklace a long time ago and he showed me a rough sketch of it. Do you like it?' he asked and tears dripped down her face.

" I love it, thank you,' she said as she gave him a watery smile as she picked the necklace out of the box and held it in her hand.

" here let me put it on for you," he said and took the necklace gently out of her hand and made her turn around so he could put it on for her. The necklace dropped down the extra slack and rested against the middle of her chest.

She turned and looked at Seto with a sweet look.

" thank you. This means so much to me that you would go all the way to finding something that is so close to something I use to cherish," she said and he smirked.

" I'm glad that you like it," he said and she wrapped her arms around him and gave him a hug.

Seto rested his chin on top of her head and he looked over at Luca who was giving him a nod of approval. Giving a small nod back he hugged Sinna closer.

" It's going to be rough when the time comes when she has to take my soul," Seto thought as he looked up at the tree.

"Is it possible that I'm fall for you Sinna? Is it bad for me to do that?" Seto questioned himself that night.

" If so then so be it, I don't care if she has to take my soul once we find out who is responsible for your death Mokuba," Seto added.

Outside Sabrina was looking through the window from a far distance.

" I see so you are falling for him Sinna? It would be a sham if he found out the truth or get hurt," Sabrina cooed as she continued to watch the festivities go on inside the mansion.
