"Good morning, dear." Grell greeted as Rosie came down the stairs.

"Morning." Rosie nodded, walking past Grell. She looked around, noticing her mother wasn't there. "Where's Ma?"

"I'm not sure." Grell paused. "Perhaps she's at a friend's home."

"Maybe." Rosie shrugged, picking up her backpack. "I'm going now." She left before Grell could respond.

"Where's our teacher?" A boy inquired.

"Just wait, Zabe!" Another exclaimed. The class fell silent as a man with glasses and golden eyes walked in.

"Good afternoon, class." He spoke, walking to the front podium. "You may address me as Mr. Faustus. I will be your teacher for the rest of the year." 'Mr. Faustus, huh?' Rosie thought. 'He reminds me of Mr. M… Is he a demon too? Nah…'

The class was much quieter with Mr. Faustus than with Mr. Rother. If any of the students were asked why this was, they would say they have no idea.

"Grell, I'm home." Rosie called, placing her backpack down.

"How was your day, darling?" Grell asked.

"It was alright." Rosie's voice was flat as she walked past Grell and went upstairs.

Grell wanted so desperately to follow her, to hold her, to kiss her, to… He was pulled from his thoughts by the sound of the door to Rosie's room closing. With that simple sound, Grell raced upstairs and flung the door open, startling Rosie as she stood.

"What the hell?" Rosie frowned.

"Princess…" Grell slowly walked towards her. Rosie backed into a wall. "My darling…" Rosie's eyes widened as she saw Grell was crying.

"Are… Are you okay?" She asked.

"No dear." Grell sniffed. "Not as long as I know you hate me…" His head snapped up. "Why?" He yelled, frightening Rosie. "Why do you hate me so much?" His voice lowered as he began sobbing. "When did you stop loving me?"

"I…" Rosie shivered, trying to find an answer. "I never st-

"Don't lie to me!" Grell yelled. "I know you don't love me anymore, so why?" Grell placed his hands on Rosie's hips. "I love you, princess." He whispered. "I'm not afraid to make sure you'll always be mine…" Rosie blushed, knowing what that meant.

"No…" She paused, faltering. "You don't have to do that…" Grell's eyes brightened.

"Does that mean you'll be mine again?" He asked excitedly. Rosie hesitated. She didn't want to be with Grell as much as she used to, but the spark she held for him was still there. "Please, princess! Answer me!"

"Grell…" Rosie paused. "I… I'll be yours again." Maybe she could try again. Grell's eyes widened.

"Sweetheart…" Grell paused before crushing their lips together. Rosie blushed as Grell pulled away. "I'll always be yours as well, my sweet princess." He purred, pressing Rosie in another kiss. Rosie closed her eyes, kissing back. Her eyes opened as she felt Grell gently lick her bottom lip. She blushed, pulling away. Grell frowned. "What's wrong, darling?"

"I…" Rosie blushed. "I don't… think I'm ready for that yet." Grell gave an understanding smile.

"Alright." He gently kissed Rosie's nape. "I'll save it for another time then." He smirked, leading her to the bed. "Would you like to cuddle, my love?" Rosie blushed, but nodded.

"Sure." She smiled, laying down next to Grell, who gently wrapped his arms around her, pressing her head to his chest.

"I love you, Rosie." Grell whispered, closing his eyes as he enjoyed the feel of Rosie's soft hair.

"I love you too, Grell." Rosie smiled, closing her eyes, letting Grell's warmth slowly pull her into sleep.
