A/N: Once again, thanks for the reviews for the previous chapter. I hope you will all like this final chapter.
Disclaimer: Everyone else in this chapter belongs to me, but Jack and Aaron Hotchner are the property of CBS/Criminal Minds.
Night was approaching and the festivities of the beach was starting to simmer down. Very few people were now left on the beach. Among these people, were Aaron and Jack, who were sitting down and crafting something out of a pile of twigs and leaves. Not very far from them, was a family that included four adults, two teens and five children. They also had a small dog with them.
The family was enjoying s'mores and happily talking to one another, when they were suddenly interrupted by Jack, who had a large stick in his hand. All eyes were now on him as they wondered what he was doing.
"ALL HAIL KING POSEIDON!" Jack stamped the stick into the ground and motioned his hand towards his dad , who was now wearing a crown of twigs and leaves.
"It is a great honor to have such amazing people in my presence! Now, you must all bow down to me and call me King Poseidon!" Hotch raised both hands into the air and waited.
When no one bowed or spoke, Hotch glanced at Jack and whispered "You think they heard me?"
Jack then whispered to his dad, "Don't worry. I can handle this." Turning back towards the family, he then shouted "HE SAID HE WANTS YOU ALL TO BOW DOWN TO HIM AND CALL HIM KING POSEIDON! RIGHT NOW!"
A smile had crossed Hotch's face when he calmly spoke to the family, staring at him and Jack.
"You'll have to excuse my son, Prince Polyphemus. He gets a little cranky whenever he skips his afternoon naps. He also likes to think of himself as a giant."
"I AM A GIANT!"
"You see what I mean? Now please bow down to me and call me Poseidon. You don't want to see him when he gets really angry. It's not a pretty picture." Hotch whispered while pointing towards Jack.
"You're not King Poseidon! I've read stories about him and seen pictures of him! And you don't even look like him!" A little girl spoke.
"Have you ever met him in real life?" Hotch asked.
"No, but I know that you're not him!"
"I am so him."
"Am not."
"Yes I am."
"No you're not."
This whole argument between Hotch and the little girl would have gone on for days, if it hadn't have been for the dog, who started barking and growling at Hotch and Jack.
"Calm down, Saltwater Biscuit. We'll play fetch in a moment." Hotch said.
"His name is Chippy and he doesn't like to play fetch!" A little boy spoke up.
"So are none of you going to bow down to me and call me King Poseidon?"
The family just nodded their heads in a "no" motion.
"Oh well! We tried! I guess my son and I can't always win every…. Oh wow! Would you all look at how big the moon is?!" Hotch pointed towards the sky behind the family.
As the family turned around to see, Hotch snatched up two smores from the plate and ran with Jack in tow. The two of them held in their laughter, until they were a safe distance away. When they knew they were far enough away, they both started laughing.
"You think they were getting mad at us?" Jack asked.
"Sure did seem like they was, but I think you were also scaring them when you were yelling." Hotch said. He then handed a s'mores to Jack and kept the other one for himself.
Before taking the s'mores from his dad, Jack stared at it with wide eyes, "Daddy, did you take these from that family?!"
"Yep, but don't worry. They won't miss them. The plate was completely full of them. Here, go ahead and take it. It's yours." Hotch smiled and waited for his son to take the snack.
Jack smiled back at his dad and reached for the snack, "Thanks daddy."
"You're welcome buddy. Did you have fun today?"
"Yeah, I liked when we tricked that one guy into thinking that there was a shark in the water. He seemed really scared." Jack said as he took a bite of the s'mores.
"I wonder if he'll ever go surfing again?" Hotch grinned. "You want to call it quits now or should we play some more pranks on people?"
Jack carefully chewed the last bite of his s'mores and said, "It's getting kind of late now. I think we should call it quits. You think all the people we tricked today, will ever forget us?"
"Nope, I'm pretty sure they will always remember us."
"Good, we should do this again when we come back here." Jack smiled.
"I'm sure we can think of more pranks by the time we take another vacation here." Hotch smiled back at his son.

And so we have reached the end of the beach fic. I really hope you all enjoyed this little fic, but don't go anywhere just yet because we're not finished. Coming up next, I've got the third part in this "Annoying Ways" series. That one involves Emily. Until then, please leave a review for this final chapter. I'd love to know what you all thought of it. Thanks!
