Whats up all! :D

I'm done my first year of college and got a few months off, so I'll be able to write some more FanFiction in my spare time!

Since I've already annoyed you guys with all my apologies at the beginning of EVERY chapter, I wont do that anymore. xD

Just keep in mind that I'll be making/updating fanfictions at a random rate.

Anywho, on with the story! Hopefully I'll finish it soon! ^_^

Once again, the four of them, along with Thomas, venture to the dungeon. They went through the door and down the stairs. As they approached the first room, Thomas had a look of frustration on his face over the fact his friends were using him all along. What will happen after its all over? Will they cast him aside so that they may not have to deal with a burden as they play their game?

The five of them entered the first room. It was a long hall way with a wooden door that could be barley made visible at the end. The walls and ceiling where made of stone with as many cracks as the steps it would take to reach the end of the hall. Along the floor of the hall way were small rectangular stone pegs sticking out of the ground.

"This is it?" Muscle Man questioned as he briefly extended both his arms with open palms. "No monsters? No obstacles? This dungeon is off to a slow start!"

Muscle Man took two steps forward, then Fives floated in front of him.

"Hold on!" He pleaded. "There could be traps in here."

"Fives has a point." Mordecai said. "We shouldn't underestimate even the simplest of rooms."

Rigby looked to his left and gazed at a carved message into the wall.

"Hey guys!" Rigby called while motioning them towards his direction.

They all approched Rigby and looked at the carving with him. At closer examination, the message read:

'Don't step on where the pegs lay, or it will surely be your final day. Tread with caution if you may, if you succeed, you shall indeed find your way.'

"Oh ya, reeeeeeeeeeeeaaal intimidating trap." Muscle Man said sarcastically.

"How are we ever going to get past this one?"

"If you're done complaining, let's get through this room." Mordecai said.

The five of them began walking through the hall way. They were careful not to step on any of the pegs, but the pegs were so spread apart, it would be difficult to step on one. Mordecai, Rigby, Muscle Man and Fives eventually started walking through the hall way without being as careful as before. Thomas walked in a slump being the rest with his head down lost in thought. His train of thought was soon interrupted by his foot bumping into one of the pegs. He stopped and stared at it, then he looked forwards at his so-called friends. Thomas grinned slightly, slowly raised his foot and stepped on the peg, pushing it into the floor.

A large rumble was heard. Thomas's companions got startled and looked around them. The rumble then came back, only it kept going this time. They soon realized the walls around them were closing in on them at a moderate pace.

"Whats happening?!" Fives shouted.

"Someone must have stepped on one of the pegs!" Rigby said.

"Oh I'm sure I can guess who did that!" Muscle Man said while looking behind him.

"Whoops." Thomas said sarcastically. "My bad guys!"

"Thomas!" Rigby, Muscle Man, and Rigby yelled.

"Guys!" Mordecai bellowed "Do this later! We need to make a run for it before we get crushed!"

The five of them sprinted towards the end of the hallway. As they were running, Muscle Man's golden shoulder pad fell off.

"No!" Muscle Man shouted as he turned around to reach for his shoulder, but was halted when Fives grabbed his left arm.

"Leave it!" Fives pleaded.

He dragged Muscle Man towards the final steps to the door at the end of the hallway. Mordecai grabbed the door handle and violently opened the door. Him and the four others ran into the next room. Muscle Man quickly turned around and gazed at his shoulder pad being slowly crushed by the walls as they finally came into contact. Muscle Man clenched his fists and his face began to become tense. He turned to Thomas, grabbed his torso and pressed him against the wall.

"What the flip is wrong with you man?!" Muscle Man shouted.

"It was an accident. Calm down." Thomas said calmly.

"My butt it was an accident!" Muscle Man retorted. "Do you know how spaced out those pegs were?! It would take a special idiot, like yourself, to screw up a trap like that! My shoulder pad didn't deserve to suffer like that!"

Rigby and fives each grabbed one of Muscle Man's shoulders and pulled him back, causing him to let go of Thomas.

"Easy big guy." Rigby said.

"Yeah take it easy." Thomas said while brushing himself off. "It was just a shoulder pad."

"Its about more than just his shoulder pad Thomas." Mordecai scolded "You could have killed us off. You gotta be more careful in a place like this."

"Alright, I'll try." Thomas said.

They proceeded further into the dungeon. Mordecai thought he had Thomas's word that he would be careful in the dungeon, but the crossed fingers he had behind his back said otherwise. Throughout every trap, every obstacle, Thomas would put them in more trouble than they had to be in. He wanted to turn what they used him for into a bad thing for them. How far would he go for revenge?

After their ordeals, they approached their final challenge. They walked through a torch lit hall way with a red, gold outlined carpet on the floor. Mordecai, Rigby, Muscle Man, and Fives walked exhaustively down the hall, while Thomas walked proud with a smirk on his face. Muscle Man unsheathed his mace and looked behind him at Thomas while walking forward.

"Muscle Man," Mordecai said quietly, "why do you have your mace out?"

"I'm done man." Muscle Man said frustratingly. "I have had it with Thomas not just being a dead weight, but a dead weight trying to make us dead weight. I'm gonna smash him until there is nothing left."

"No need for that." Rigby said. "If I remembered the map correctly, this is the room to the last boss."

They approached a big metal door. Mordecai opened the door slightly and peaked his head in. Mordecai gasped as he saw the same creature that him and the other three saw in the forest.

"Oh no, what is she doing here?" Mordecai said while covering his face with his palm."

The creature noticed Mordecai and her expressed turned to an angry one.

"You again?" The creature bellowed. "Just as incentive as ever. Invading a woman's privacy! Disgusting! Where is your band of jerks?"

"Their right here." Mordecai said while opening the door all the way.

"Please tell me that's not who I think it is." Rigby said worryingly.

"It is." Mordecai said.

"You're uhh... Looking lovely today." Fives said nervously to the creature.

"Flattery will get you nowhere, ghost-beard.

"What the heck are you doing here anyway?" Muscle Man asked.

The creature groaned, "You men are so stupid. If you payed attention, you'd realize that this dungeon was meant to be a 'nostalgia dungeon'. Didn't you notice that the rooms, traps, and creatures reflect things you've encountered througout your adventure, or are you all more stupid than I thought?"

"We noticed!" Rigby exclaimed "We were... Just busy killing things that's all!"

"Just like the Neanderthals you are. Typical." The creature said while crossing her arms."

"Yo Mordo," Muscle Man whispered, "may I go kick this freakish chick's butt already? She's getting on my last nerve!"

"Yeah! Come on let's go!" Thomas said while stepping forward.

"Umm..." Mordecai said nervously. "I think you should stay out of this fight. We faught her before and she was pretty tough, imagine her powered up form!"

"Besides," Rigby added, "after we kill this thing, we'll finally be done the game!"

Thomas set he focus on the room behind the creature. He could vaguely see something purple glowing on a thin pedestal. Thomas guessed that thing was what they were going for.

However, he knew for sure that they didn't deserve it.

"Alright," Thomas answered, "I'll stay back for this one and see how the pros do it."

The others approached the creature. It pent its knees and put it's arms forward.

"Fives, shoot a pyro blast at it!" Mordecai commanded.

Fives began channeling the spell. While he was doing so, the monster swiftly raised its right arm in the air and opened its palm wide. Out came electricity that shot into the air and immediately went down on Fives. He collapsed on the floor and his entire body shook rapidly.

"Fives!" Muscle Man shouted, "Are you okay?!"

Fives replied in a rapid form of gibberish.

"As you can see," The monster said with a smile on her face, "I've got some new tricks up my sleeve!"

The monster clenched both of its hands together, raised them and slammed the ground. Rocks began to spew out of the ground in a line that was approaching Fives, who was still in a paralyzed state. Mordecai sprinted towards Fives and pushed him away. The cataclysmic line passed under Mordecai and spewed stones at him, causing him to be briefly launched into the air and to lose grip of his shield. The creature caught the shield mid flight, crushed it with one hand and threw it.

"Ugh... What happened?" Fives inquired.

Fives got hit by Mordecai's crumpled up shield, causing him to fall to the floor.

"My shield!" Mordecai shouted.

"Oh I'm alright, thanks for your concern!" Fives said sarcastically.

The creature overshadowed Mordecai and looked down on him.

"Now that your defenses are down," The monster said menacingly, "let's try this again!"

The monster lifted her foot over Mordecai. Mordecai placed his left arm over his face and closed his eye to embrace was was coming to him.

"Oh no you don't!" Muscle Man said while running towards Mordecai with his mace unsheathed.

The monster began quickly lowering her foot towards Mordecai, but Muscle Man jumped over Mordecai and horizontally swung his mace at the monster's foot, causing her to scream in pain and fall to the floor.

Muscle Man reached out his hand towards Mordecai.

"You okay bro?" Muscle Man asked worryingly while helping Mordecai up.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Mordecai answered.

The monster slowly got up on her knees and roared softly which slowly escalated into a fearsome one. She rapidly shot lighting bolts to the roof and caused large parts of the ceiling to fall down. One of them was about to fall on the four of them.

"Sheilderiamus!" Fives shouted with his wand raised high.

A force field appeared around them. Fives arm began to shake as pieces of the ceiling plunged and crumbled on impact on the shield.

"I'm not sure how long I can keep the shield up!"

Rigby gazed at the falling rubble. He took out and arrow and readied his bow. He drew it back as far as he could and aimed upward.

"Open the shield slightly." Rigby said.

The shield opened a small opening. Rigby adjusted his shot and fired. The arrow hit a weak spot in the ceiling that was directly over the monster. The impact from the arrow caused that spot to break and rubble began to fall and pile up on the monster. After a while, the falling of rubble stopped completely.

The four gathered around the pile. The monster appeared to have been defeated.

"Well, looks like that's the last we'll see of her." Mordecai said.

"Nice shot, Rigby!" Fives said.

"Hey, they don't call me 'Lord of Arching' for nothing!" Rigby bragged.

"Nobody calls you that bro." Muscle Man said.

Suddenly, the room began to rumble. Rubble began falling from the ceiling again. The walled began to collapse as well. The whole dungeon was collapsing around them.

"Uhhh... Fives?" Mordecai said nervously.

"Yeah, yeah I know." Fives said. "Sheilderiamus!"

The shield reappeared around them and Fives deflected more rubble. After a while, it stopped. The whole dungeon was destroyed and they were once again out in the open. They climbed on top of the fallen rubble.

"Oh man..." Fives said in exhaustion. "I've never held a shield for that long. Mordecai, please pass me a Mana Potion."

Mordecai reached into a pouch on his waste, took out a large vial of blue liquid and passed it to Fives.

"Take my large Mana Potion, you earned it." Mordecai said.

"Thanks."

"Hey guys, Rigby said, "Wheres Thomas?"

The four of them looked around, but there was no sign of Thomas.

"Oh great!" Fives said. "He must've gotten himself lost... or worse."

"Quick, search the rubble!" Mordecai said.

They started digging through the fallen rubble as fast as they could with all their might. Muslce Man eventually stopped and looked around him.

Uhh bros," Muscle Man said, "where are we?"

The others looked around the open world. The world they knew in the game was different. The sky was orange, the earth was red, most plants and trees either rotted and died or they transformed into mutinous, animated creatures. Demonic being roamed around them that were different from what they encountered in their previous adventures.

Was this still part of the game?
