AN:/ Thanks to everyone who is reading this! Please review to tell me what you think or give suggestions about what you want to see, I'll do my best to make them happen. I am planning on getting started on a weekly update schedule, but I probably won't be able to update the next two weeks so I figured I would make an extra update to make up for it! Enjoy!

ZPOV
The next week past much like our first day. All of our classes seemed boring, but they seem like they could be more interesting after we begin doing actual magic. Of course, like with anything else, there has to be an exception. In this case there are two exceptions: History of Magic and Potions. Potions really wouldn't be that bad if we didn't have a professor who hated us. Sure we had heard that he showed favoritism to the Slytherins, but he obviously hated us much more than the rest of the Gryffindors.
Unfortunately for us, we had double potions with the Slytherins, but at least we have nothing after that. Potions would be bad enough with just Snape deducting points from us for no reason, but add in the Slytherins gloating about it, receiving more points, and having Malfoy and his cronies sneering and making snide remarks at us the while class. Not to mention that, for whatever reason, Char still likes Hermione so we constantly have her hissing at us about every little thing we do wrong. "It's supposed to be anti-clockwise not clockwise!"
"Are you planning on coming to breakfast with us?" Harry yells at me from across the dormitory, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Cos' if you don't hurry up we will leave you."
"Yeah, I'm coming! Just give me a second." I yell back at him. Today being Friday we have a break that we are planning on using for our first prank. Char had been able to sneak some dungbombs into Hogwarts so we thought they would be a nice gift to leave by the Slytherin dorms after potions.
I look for Char as I leave the dormitory with Harry. "Everyone else is waiting in the common room." He tells me.
I nod, soon seeing them. "You have them, right?" I ask looking pointedly at Char. Just because she is hanging out with miss know-it-all now doesn't mean I am going to let her stop the rest of us from having some fun.
"Of course I do!" She snaps at me. "We've planned this all out. I know my part."
Hermione looks between the two of us confused, but doesn't ask about it.
"C'mon guys. I'm hungry." Ron announces breaking the silence. We all agree and begin to make our way down to the Great Hall to eat, Hermione chatting incessantly.
"I think I am going to the library after potions today. We have no afternoon classes so that will give me some time to start on that History of Magic essay. Char, you should come too-Oh I will be able to show you that book I was talking about!"
"Er that sounds great, but I was going to relax with the boys. Maybe I will go over there after?"
"Oh, that's all right." She responds dismissively. I almost feel bad for her, it seems like Char is her only friend. That is besides books.
"Why are you working on that essay already? It's not due until next week!" Harry asks, surprised. He probably won't do it until a few days before it's due.
"Not everyone procrastinates like you do." Teddy points out, clearly amused.
"I would rather get things done early than have to rush to get things done last minute." Hermione explains.
"Well guys, ready to go to potions?" I ask with a smirk.
"Yeah let's go!" Ron exclaimed excited to be part of the prank we have planned.
"What is this world coming to?" One of the Weasely twins asks dramatically as they both sit down on opposite sides of the table next to us. "Well Fred, I think our baby brother has lost it!" George agrees. "Wanting to go-" "To potions!"
"Cut it out!" Ron yells at them, his ears turning red.
"Well, oh brother of mine, he certainly doesn't want to go" Fred started. "to potions for the pure fun of it. So what's going on?" George finished for him.
"None of your business." Ron tells them before turning to us. "Can we go now, please?"
We all get up and leave, but not before one of the twins shouts out, "Bye-bye Icke Ronikins!" Ron's ears once again flame bright red.
"I like your brothers." Char tells him amused about what happened. "They seem funny."
"Yeah they are." Ron admits. "But they are also annoying buggers."
"Yeah, brothers do tend to be annoying." She agrees giving me a friendly smack on the shoulder.
"Sure, brothers may be a little annoying, but sisters are just about unbearable!" I retaliate.
"Oh you know you love me!" She tells me.
"I suppose so." I respond, pretending to think about it.
"I wish I had a sibling." Hermione ponders.
I guess it would be lonely to grow up with someone. Even though Char and I are the only ones with a sibling in our group, Harry and Teddy might as well be brothers as well. Our fathers are so close we have always been around each other.
"Yeah, as much as they are annoying I wouldn't want to have grown up without them." Ron agrees.
By now we are entering the potions classroom so our conversation comes to an end. We quickly sit in our seats and wait for Snape to begin, which he soon does. We are instructed to make the potion for a cure to boils. The instructions are written on the board so I don't expect this to go too badly.
"You're supposed to stir then heat!" I hear Hermione whisper at me, but I ignore her. Knowing how she is, chances are she is right but I don't want to admit she is right. I begin to heat the potion and not long after it lets out a hiss and emits a horrible odor.
It only takes a second for Snape to smell it and hover over me. "What do you think you are doing?" He sneers at me.
"Well I thought I was making a cure for boils, but since you are over here I am guessing I did something wrong." I respond sarcastically.
"You did indeed do something wrong." He said, glaring at me before vanishing the potion from the cauldron. "You will receive a zero for today's lesson as well as losing twenty-five house points for your cheek." I stay silent during the rest of his lecture. If I talk back anymore the punishment will just be worse than it already is.
"I suggest you put extra work into your essay about safety due next class. Two feet." He finishes before returning to the front of the classroom.
"Change of plans." I mutter to Harry, who is sitting next to me. "Let's leave them as a present for Snape instead. He nods before passing the message on to everyone else. "Okay, Teddy and Ron are going to ask him about the assignment after class to distract him. Then we are going to throw some of them here while Char will leave some for the Slytherins." He explains to me.
"Got it." I tell him, my leg bouncing in anticipation. Class is just about over so Snape will be dismissing us any time now. When he finally does most of the class rushes to get out, but we all lag behind pretending to gather our equipment while Teddy and Ron go up to Snape.
Teddy and Ron manage to distract him, but when I turn around to aim the first dungbomb I run into Char, causing us to drop all of them. I cough violently at the smell they release. The room is clouded with a green horrid smelling fog and I see Teddy and Harry running out of the room with Ron. I grab Char's arm puling her out of the room with me as I follow them. There were so many dungbombs that the smell and fog has gone into the hallway as well, but we manage to run up to the Entrance Hall. After a final coughing fit I look around to make sure we all got away. Harry, yup, Teddy, yup, Ron, yup, and Hermione, yu-wait what?
"Hermione?" I gasp surprised!
"What?" She gasps, still coughing. "What was that about? Did you guys do that?"
"Not important right now!" I yell. "Where's Char? I thought you were her when I grabbed you, sorry about that by the way." I tell Hermione.
"Don't worry about it," she tell me with a shaky laugh. "I wouldn't want to be left there with Snape when it all clears out."
"Char is still there! She is going to have to take all the blame if she doesn't get out now. It's going to clear up soon." Teddy muses.
"Should we get her out of there?" Ron asks worried.
"She'll get out of there." I tell him. "She used to always frame us then she would be able to get away right away just in time."
"Are you really going to make her face this alone?" Hermione asks quietly.
"Are you really willing to go back there and risk getting in trouble?" I ask her. From what I have seen from her she is more concerned with being a goodey goodey know-it-all than anything else.
"If she needs someone then yes." She responds quietly but surely.
"I'm impressed." I tell her. "But don't worry about getting in trouble. She doesn't need someone to save her, she never has."
"Besides, even if she gets in trouble at the school I am pretty sure her dad would be proud of her for this." Harry adds.
Hermione looks shocked. She may be willing to get in trouble to help a friend but she obviously can't handle the idea of someone being proud of someone because they got into trouble. Well, if she hangs around with us long enough she will understand.
"Our dads got in a lot of trouble when they were at Hogwarts. They are actually really proud of it. They would probably throw us a party if we continued their legacy."
"Which our moms would crash and ground us all." Teddy points out.
We all laugh, even Hermione. Maybe Char was right. She doesn't seem so bad after all. Definitely uptight, but we'll have to work on that.
Char POV
After running into Zany the potions classroom became a mess. This really messed up the plans, but Snape's room still got hit now we just won't have any left for the Slytherins. I start coughing at the smell, but trip and fall on the floor. After I get up I look around the room for my friends. I can't find them and the fog will probably clear out or Snape will vanish it away so I decide to just get away before I am left to deal with the punishment. I run into the corridor and notice it is thinned out a lot out here.
I hear footsteps from in front and behind me and freeze in place. It is most likely Snape behind me, but if it is more teachers or prefects coming to investigate there is no way I will be able to get out of this without getting caught. I suppose if I do get a detention it won't be the end of the world. Dad will be proud, but I'm not quite sure I want to see mom's reaction. Mom has always thought that I am the one who wouldn't get in as much trouble. While I cause about as much trouble as the boys do I am better at getting out of it.
I feel a hand on my shoulder and I cringe thinking for sure that I am caught. Instead I am pulled backwards into a small alcove behind a tapestry. I look up to see that it was one of the Weasely twins who grabbed me. I send them a questioning look. They simultaneously put their fingers to their lips and shush me. One of them back further into the alcove while the other nudges me further.
I follow whichever twin it is and realize that it is not in fact an alcove but a secret tunnel. "Thanks." I tell them once we are far enough into the tunnel.
"Anything for a fellow prankster! Right George?" Fred tells me cheerily.
"Of course Freddie!" George agrees. "Though it would be nice if you let us in on what happened."
"Indeed it would be." Fred tells me. "So, since we saved you from getting caught, care to share?"
"Well you did save me." I agree laughing at them. "So I guess it's the least I can do. Me, Harry, Teddy, Zany, and Ron had planned the prank, bu-" I start before George cuts me off.
"Wait Ron helped you?" He asks. "Our brother Ron?" Fred clarifies.
"Yes, your brother Ron."
"Oh Georgie! I'm so proud of our little brother!" "You should be Freddie! I was beginning to worry he would take after the other ones!"
Ron's brothers really are funny, but I need to get back to the boys so I turn to continue down the passage. I only make it two steps before Fred grabs my arm and pulls me back.
"Not so fast." He says. "You can't go until you finish explaining." George tells me.
"Are you boys going to interrupt me again?" I ask smirking.
"No." Fred tells me. "Well most likely not." George clarifies.
"Fine. So we planned the prank, but originally we were going to leave them by the
Slytherin's common room, but Zany got mad at Snape during Potions so we Teddy and Ron distracted him so Harry and Zany could throw some in his office before we left. But I ran into Zany and we dropped all of the dungbombs there which caused all of the mess. I tripped then wasted time looking for them when they already left so I got out slower. You know the rest."
"Impressive." George tells me. "But you guys do need to work on your execution."
"We won't always be here to save you." Fred adds teasingly. "And you need to know what passages to use as quick get a ways." George adds.
"Well, we do have this map of Hogwarts our dads made. It has the passages on it." I tell them. From what Ron has told us they are pranksters; they would probably be interested to see it.
"Really?" Fred asks. "Would you mind showing us?" George asks.
"Sure," I tell them, glad I still have the map with me. I take it out and make it appear.
"Wow Char!" Fred exclaims. "This is wonderful!" George agrees. "Your fathers must be geniuses!" They say together. "We do have a few pointers though." Fred announces. They then proceed to tell me which passages work and don't, which ones are the safest to use, and which ones Filtch knows about."
"So this one gets out right here in the Entrance Hall." George tells me. "We'll walk you there, but first want to take a quick peak at what's happening back there?" Fred suggests.
I agree and we backtrack to the little alcove to see what's happening. I take a quick peak from behind the tapestry. Snape is standing outside his class room looking completely furious. Talking to him is Filtch and Mcgonagall.
"I'm sorry Snape, I don't know who did this." Mcgonagall tries to explain to him.
"I know who it is! It's Black and Potter. It has to be, just look at who their fathers are."
"Who their fathers are doesn't matter at all. There is no proof of who did this and so nobody will get into any trouble for this."
"Looks like you got away with everything." George observes leading the way back down the tunnel. "But Snape suspects you guys. He is going to be worse to you all now." Fred points out.
"True." I ponder. "I better let the boys know what happened. I wonder why he assumed it was us because of our fathers though."
"Just write you dad a letter and ask him." George suggests. "He does seem like a pretty cool person."
"Yeah, and thanks again, for saving me." I tell them as we reach the end of the passage.
"No problem." Fred says. "Anything for a fellow prankster." "Especially one friends with ickle Ronikins." George adds.
"Char!" I hear yelled out by all of my friends as soon as they see me coming into the Entrance Hall. "We were worried you were going to get caught!" Hermione tells me. I'm surprised to see her with all of the boys. Hopefully they will accept her now. She truly is a nice girl.
"I knew you would get out of there somehow." My brother tells me confidently.
I agree with him before sharing what I learned with them.
"One thing is certain." Harry says after a moment of silence. "We need to figure out why Snape hates us more than everybody else."
AN: Ok, so I have no idea if dungbombs do that! But anyway thanks for reading! Hope you liked it and tell me what you think!
