Time goes by fast; it feels like I published this story yesterday

Anyway here is my update, better late than never

Rins pov

Why are they here?

Why why why?

I lay my head on my desk

"You okay?" somebody asked.

To my surprise instead of one of my friends it was Luki.

"Since when do you care?" I asked.

He pulled up a chair.

"Since everyone is interested in that boy band," he said with a sigh.

"You were the one so eager to have them preform here," I said.

"Yeah for school publicity, I don't really care for their band all that much though," I said.

"I was watching some of their videos the other night, also I never got the poster done," I told him.

"It's fine, I heard what happened last night, Teto made two more for you," he said.

"I'll haft to thank her later…" I said.

"Anyway why did you get a temporary tattoo on your neck?" he asked.

"Just for the heck of it," I lied.

It wasn't a tattoo it was some weird demon mark Len left, I hope to learn more about it later, until then I need to avoid Len, Miku, Sakine Sensei and the rest of the Vocal3.

Luki and I talked about the festival and stuff until the bell rang.

"By the way!" Luki stopped me before I left.

He handed me a card.

"Happy Birthday bunny girl," he patted my head as I left.

He seemed to have made the card himself, there was a bunny on it, sitting in a field next to a flower the front said "Happy birthday". When I opened it said "have another great year pest" man I can just feel the love. Inside there was a coupon for karaoke, someone must have told him about my karaoke party.

I put the letter in my bag and went to my next class.

I had all my classes with the boys from Vocal3, then it was finally lunch, they were all surrounded by their fan girls and I was able to escape to the library.

I grabbed some books about demons and which craft and that kind of stuff.

I sat at a desk and we aren't supposed to eat in the library but I snuck some gummies Teto gave me when I saw her this morning so I would have something to eat.

"Your into that kind of stuff?" I looked up to see Kaiko, a girl on the student council.

"Well I'm doing an extra credit project on it," I told her

"Can I sit with you?" she asked.

"Sure," I said as she sat down.

"Why aren't you sitting with your friend at lunch?" I asked.

"What friends? I guess I could call you and Teto friends, Luki scares me and Meito is always surrounded by stupid girls!" she complained trying to be quiet even though we were like the only 2 people in here.

"Oh, sorry," I said feeling bad for bringing it up.

"Kaiko?" I asked.

"Yeah?"

"Want to come to my karaoke party tomorrow?" I asked.

"I can't my family is pretty cashed out right now," she said with disappointment.

I got out a card for the party and took out the coupon Luki gave me and handed them to her.

"Here is where it is and this is a coupon for half off a whole night, it includes any food you want and all the songs you want to sing," I told her.

"You'll really give this to me?" she asked.

"Yeah, I don't need the coupon, I have cash," I told her.

"Hey want to go to the cafeteria and go eat with me and my friends?" I asked.

"Really?" she asked.

"Yeah," I said with a smile.

"Alright," she said with a cute little smile.

I went up to the librarian and checked out my books, I stuffed them in my bag and Kaiko and I headed to the cafeteria.

We got some convince store food and headed to our table, thankfully Len and the others didn't notice me.

I introduced her to them and we all finished our lunches and went on with the rest of the day.

I was just ready to go home, Luki canceled our meeting.

"Hey Luka," I said catching up with Luka after class.

"Hey, I would love to talk but I really got to go," said Luka in a panic.

"What's wrong?" I asked a bit worried.

"My Nana fell and hurt her back, she was put into the hospital," She said.

Luka's Nana is probably the only person in her family that likes Luka for who she is and not what her mother wants her to be so her Nana is really special to her.

"I'm so sorry," I said.

"I can still come to your party tomorrow!" she said afraid I was sad.

"It's fine, if you don't come I understand," I said.

Her phone went off.

"It's my mom, she's here, she's picking me and Luki up to take us to go see Nana," she said.

"Bye and happy birthday!" she said hugging me and running away.

I guess that's why Luki canceled the meeting.

I casualy walked out of school and once I did I just heard a bunch of fangirling stupidness.

Len and the others were surrounded by girls.

I tried to walk past when, "RIN!"

It was Len, he had somehow broken out of the crowd and found me.

I felt so many cold stares.

"Can I walk you home?" he asked.

"No."

"Why not?"

"I can walk home myself."

"What is your reason?"

"There doesn't haft to be a reason."

"Everything has a reason."

"BECAUSE YOU LOOK BETTER IN A DRESS THAN ME!"

Everyone was silent.

In a lot of their videos they make Len were a dress.

Embarrassed I left and thankfully he didn't follow me.

Once I got home Neru still wasn't home.

She would be home in 3 hours then we would go to dinner.

I went to my room and locked myself in.

I flopped on my bed and pulled out the two books out of my bag.

I only got two books because there were only two books about this stuff.

"The Demon Folk Tale" and "Witchcraft and Other Supernatural Findings"

The first thing I read was The Demon Folk Tale.

There was once a light, the light split into two beings, Brothers.

The two were all alone, one brother wanted to create lower beings then the two that they could rule, the other wanted equals that could be their friends.

The brothers thought over what they wanted and in the end the brother that wanted lower beings won by stabbing his other brother in the eye.

Then the brother wanted servants so he created servants out of his brothers blood.

The brother was cursed to live forever to roam the unforgiving earth as an Immortal.

And the other brother that won ruled over his demons, and still struggles to rule over the mortals him and his brother tried to make.

After that I kind of flipped through the witchcraft book but it didn't say anything about demons.

"RIN! I'M HOME AND I BROUGHT HOME A YOUNG BOY!" she yelled.

I swear to god if she brought Len home I am going to flip.

I walked out into the living room; Neru was with a guy with kind of longish blonde hair and a young boy with bandages over his eye.

"This is my friend YOHIO and his little brother Oliver, they are going to come with us to dinner," said Neru.

"Why?" I asked.

She pulled me aside.

"This guy started working at the office and he seems real nice and his brother is 14 today so I thought we could all go to dinner together!" said Neru.

"Fine, I'll do this for you," I said.

"THANK YOU!" she said hugging me.

"Any way Oliver, YOHIO, this is my little sister Rin, she is 15 today," Neru said.

"I'm going to change out of my uniform," I said heading back to my room.

Why did she haft to invite strangers?

Whatever they seem nice, Neru will want to hang with him afterwards here so I might as well clean my room a bit so it's not a mess when I bring Oliver in here.

The Demon Folk Tale was on the ground open on the second page.

It showed the brothers one younger than the other both blonde; they look like… the boys outside.

Maybe it's just a coincidence…

Whatever I threw the book on my desk and got ready for this stupid dinner.

Sorry this kind of went nowhere…
