In this story Rex and Noah go to hang out, but then something happens to Rex. Will Six and Holiday be able to stop the threat to save Providence and Rex from...himself?

There will be some violence (rated t), and no romance intended. I really hope you enjoy :)

"Did you find my Isabella? What about Rex? Is he here too?" The man seemed to know everything and obviously wasn't scared.

Chapter 8

"Buttons"

Holiday was about to ask a million questions when she heard a rumbling sound. Everyone looked off to the side to find Caesar approaching in a jeep with Isabella and Rex in the back seat, still unconscious.

"Holiday, Six!" He shouted

"Caesar!" Six ran over to the car, "what are you doing? You shouldn't have come here!" Jones pointed to the sides and the group was then surrounded by EVO-human guards.

"Wha…?" Caesar questioned when he noticed the situation

"Ah, My little Isabella...Oh and Rex too!" Jones slowly walked over to the Jeep where a pair of unconscious EVO teens lay on the back seat. Caesar and Six were lead away from the vehicle by some guards. Jones slides Rex and Isabella out onto the ground and pulls out a remote-like pad from his pocket and presses a button. Slowly they move to a standing position and open their eyes, but their eyes are empty and staring into space.

"Rex!" Holiday shouts from the edge of the circle around them. Rex and Isabella's eyes slowly change into their perspective colours and start to glow.

"They are mine now thanks to you old Beta nanites." Jones sneers at Caesar. "I found a way to use the Beta to control small amounts of nanites. Rex, will you show our gests out so we can work on some business alone?"

"Rex, I know you don't want to do this. You need to fight it!" Six seemed calm considering the situation. Rex was walking over to the small Providence group when he stopped and his Smack Hands started to fall down to his sides. He fell to his knees and opened his mouth like he was about to say something.

"Keep going Rex, you're doing it!" Caesar shouted as support, but then Rex's expression went blank again and he stood up, continuing towards the group.

"STOP!" Jones roared as Bobo reached up and grabbed the remote.

"I got it!" he yelled as he ran away pressing buttons. Rex stopped again and both he and Isabella fell to the ground, motionless. Not noticing what happened Bobo accidentally pressed more buttons. "SOP!" Jones screamed again "Grab him!" he demanded his guards. Suddenly small machines started growing out of both Rex and Isabella. The small pieces of metal were growing and falling apart over and over again. Rex screamed so loud that everyone froze. He was having seizers on the ground, but everyone's eyes moved to Isabella, who was coughing and spitting on the ground.

"What did you do?" Jones bellowed. With no one paying attention Holiday ran over to Rex, and Caesar to Isabella.

"Somehow the monkey activated their nanite production function. They have too many nanites in them, they must unload!" Caesar leaned over Isabella "Has she ever cured EVOs?" he asked "Answer me!"

"A few times, why?" Jones replied "What do you know!"

"Rex is somewhat used to offloading, but Isabella has never experienced it. Her blood is clotting from the amount of nanites." Caesar was holding Isabella when she inhaled and went unconscious, her eyes staring up at Caesar.

Sorry for the looonnnggg wait. I wasn't motivated for a while, but now i'm back on track. I know its a short chapter, but there will be more. Also sorry for always having cliff hangers, I just write like that :o
