Edward had been on his medication for nearly a month, and noticed a big change in his daily life. His moods had indeed levelled out to be much more bearable for not only everyone else, but for himself as well. He didn't feel the dire need to get his way all the time, he felt more relaxed, and managed to keep quiet for a majority of the time.

"This is Vicki Vale reporting live from Chuck McMaster's house on Sixth Street where the latest 'Holiday murder' has been reported." The beautiful blonde reporter on the Gotham News Network informed her adoring public.

Edward took a drag from his cigarette as he watched the broadcast. "If you remember back to New Years day we were saddened to inform the people of Gotham City that Austin Newbury had been found dead inside his home roughly around eight PM on January first. He had been brutally bludgeoned only to be found by his girlfriend the following day." Vicki reported.

"A Holiday Killer... what's next..?" Harvey asked, sitting next to Edward in the activity room.

Edward exhaled his smoke and glanced over at him. "Some people are just so obvious about their killings it makes me wonder why the police haven't caught them yet."

Harvey scoffed a bit. "You're telling me..."

"-never thought this would happen to Chuck... he was such a kind and loving man." A sobbing family friend told Vicki on the television screen. "He would have been twenty four on Valentines Day. This McMaster's guy was killed on Groundhogs Day."

"So?" Harvey shrugged taking a drag from his own smoke.

"So, this means the next victim will be killed on Valentines Day but their birthday won't be until St Patrick's Day. The killer has a motive." The Riddler concluded.

Harvey nodded a bit amused, "Why the hell didn't you become a detective?"

"A detective." He paused for a moment, mulling it over in his mind. "That does have a nice ring to it." He tapped the ashes of his smoke into the black plastic ash tray and took another drag.

Edward exhaled the smoke into a ring successfully. Harvey glanced over at him. "You seem less pissed off lately, what's going on?" Harvey asked curiously.

"Dr. Quinzel prescribed me something for my bipolar disorder. It's been working." Edward smiled a bit, taking another drag from his half finished smoke.

Harvey chuckled a bit. "So you finally admitted you had a problem?"

Edward shrugged. "Yes, but this only means that now I really am perfect. I'm level headed, and I can finally sleep better giving my brain an easier time functioning." He said smugly, still as self-absorbed as ever.

"Perfect my ass." Harvey looked at him.

"Well that depends, are you talking about the left side or the right?" Edward joked dryly.

Harvey shook his head amusedly. "Come on now, don't touch that subject."

Edward just smirked and watched the rest of the news program. He felt after he was done he should really go and talk to Dr. Quinzel again. Someone needed to know he knew what was going on with the holiday killings. He was likely the only one who spotted the pattern.

Heading down the hallway be passed by Boles, and fought the urge to shiver outwardly. Pushing him from his mind Edward knocked on Dr. Quinzel's door. "Come in!" She called.

Edward walked in and smiled at her. "Hello doctor."

She smiled up at him. "Hello Edward, come on in."

Edward walked in closing the door behind him. "How are you today, doctor?"

"I'm well, Edward. Thank you for asking, how about yourself?" She pulled out his file and grabbed her pen.

"Never better, I think I'm actually sane now." He sat down confidently, crossing one leg over the other, leaning a bit.

"The medication has been working then?" She asked him taking notes.

"Surprisingly well too. I've been sleeping a full eight hours a night, and I can even think clearer." He told her happily.

"That's wonderful. I can put the trial down as a success." She jotted down a few more notes before turning her full attention to him. "Was there any reason you wanted to see me today, Edward?"

"Actually yes. I wanted to talk to you about the Holiday Killer case." He looked at her calmly.

"The Holiday Killer?" She raised a brow. "Why so interested in them?"

"Were you aware that the Holiday Killer is killing in a particular pattern, at least according to what the news has stated?" He questioned looking at her intensely.

She removed her glasses looking at him through beautiful blue orbs. "Edward, this might not be healthy for you to worry about murders, especially with your history..." She suggested.

Edward waved a hand. "I'm really not worried. In fact I could care less about the people being killed. I really have no one close to me in town to worry about, but I thought perhaps someone should know the information I have gathered." He said rather heartlessly.

Dr. Quinzel clenched her jaw a bit at his coldness but nodded. "Sure Edward, go ahead."

"The Holiday Killer's first victim was Austin Newbury I believe, and he was killed on New Years, but his birthday just so happened to be Groundhog's Day." he looked at her pointedly, but she simply stared at him, waiting for him to continue. "The latest victim was a man named Chuck McMasters, and he was killed yesterday on Groundhog's Day, but his birthday would have been Valentines Day, and their birthday will be St. Patrick's day. Well I've done my part for society then." He said smugly.

"I'm going to report this information, it could be nothing, but it does seem helpful. Was that all?" She asked him.

"It was, unless you had something you wanted to talk about, doctor." He said calmly.

"What about those death traps?" She suggested.

Edward smirked a little before standing up. "What death traps? I did nothing, and you can prove nothing. Have a good day, Madam." He headed out.

Dr. Quinzel watched him go, knowing full well he would never talk about anything that could keep him locked up. All she knew for sure was whether or not he admitted to it, he was doing something good with his abilities. She had high hopes for Edward for the time being.
