10 years ago, Carmelita gives birth to Sly's twins. The twins look for a way to find out about their father, and their past. The only thing is nobody seems to know where Sly is, and they're just too hurt to talk about it.

In his years of working with Sly, Bentley has carefully studied every detail of his dear friend's family heirloom. Now, he has compiled a digital copy of the Thievious Raccoonus, to preserve the Cooper legacy should the original book fall into enemy hands (again). This version features the origins of the most famous Coopers, thieving skills and additions by both Sly and Bentley.

After Clock-La gets defeated by Sly Cooper in the streets of Paris, her beak cripples Bentley's legs and Harley Keener's right hand. Clock-La hypnotises Harley where he puts his soul into his body. When Harley starts acting strange and volatile, Sly soon discovers that Harley is possessed by Clockwerk. Sly must decide how to defeat Clockwerk without harming Harley in the process.

(Genderbent!) Takes place during Sly 4, but not really a retelling per se. Sally Cooper loves Inspector Carlos Montoya Fox, that was for sure. Does she love him enough to risk losing her legacy? She still isn't sure. However, when trouble comes for her and her family line, Sally is forced to make that decision sooner than she thought. Sly x Carm, slight Sly mlm.

The trio are then taken in by the Klaww Gang, where Sly meets a violet furred tigress who would become his lover. Will the two of them be able to succeed and carry on the Cooper legacy?

Malcolm Crawford is the main partner to Sly Cooper, a young, talented thief out to avenge his parents and reclaim his birthright, both of which were perpetuated by Clockwerk, Mal’s own father who Clockwerk disowned. Now Mal hopes to atone by helping Sly but how long until the raccoon discovers the truth?

On a dark and stormy night in New Jersey, a 15 year old human named Julius Kore and his brother start to play The Sly Collection on the PS3. Suddenly, Julius and his brother Tommy find themselves in the world of Sly Cooper, both waking up at the start of the second Sly Cooper game.
