Hello, everyone!

I know this story has gotten various good reviews, but if any of you haven't put it together by now- after seeing the movie opening weekend when it came out all those months ago (last spring? Right? Ugh, I honestly forgot!) and seeing what a major flop it was, both with acting in general with most characters, along with not sticking to the book at all. But back to my point: I left the fandom in second-hand embarrassment, regretting the wave of movie-based stories that would come after.

After a guest reviewer on my Doctor Who fanfic told me how they loved this specific story so much, I decided to reread Bliss last week, and decided to finally continue it. After rereading my GoogleDocs file for it early this morning, I realized I had a lot of chapter six already written. I've done some modifications to it today, but the majority of it is old.

Chapter Six

It had been stressful, but well worth it.

Macon had been there the whole time, reassuring her that everything would be okay and encouraged her to push.

For her it had been a very painful birth, since she had gripped his hand with such force, even with his Incubus strength it hurt a bit. She had even yelled at him "don't come near me with that thing ever again!" between cries of pain, but he doubted that she remembered it afterwards.

He had also been told she had been lying to him. She had done it for the sake of him being nervous and not being strong for his wife during birth. Said lie was that she was almost two/three weeks overdue. He cursed her mentally, yet in a lovingly scolding way. His wife and their children were fine, and that's all that mattered. She was placed in a private room, allowing her to have some quiet time with her babies. He followed eagerly, thinking about his two newborn children. Orion Isaac and Artemis Rose Ravenwood.

He smiled every time he thought of the names.

Their son was named Orion. Macon could almost already tell he was going to be a 'delicate flower' of sorts, since he had already made it clear that if he wasn't near his mother or father, he wasn't going to go quietly. Orion was the constellation of a hunter, thus showing strength, courage, and bravery- which, ironically, Orion was none of those things as of right now- but who was he to judge? His son wasn't even a day old yet.

Their daughter was named Artemis- the Greek goddess of the moon. She had auburn hair and tiny freckles. Her eyes were big, especially when she was looking at her father. She was feisty and needy, but loved being pampered by her parents.

Lila had been fascinated with the Greek myths, and requested that their names would relate to it, but let her husband choose which ones. He had been panicked about the children being Cubi, but was thrilled when he learned they had also taken some of their mother's genes and had become hybrids- Cubi who were somewhat sun-resistant and could live normal lives, unlike their father.

He walked into the new private room, seeing Lila holding two bundles of blankets in her arms- the one cradled into her left arm was pink, and the one in her right was blue. She calmly shushed them, as if they had been making noise before he had walked in. "No need to cry now. Daddy's here to say hello." He said, looking over at him with tears of joy in her eyes.

Macon's dark eyes looked down at the two newborns- their faces still bright pink and wrinkled up, but he knew when they eventually got a little older, they'd look very much like both their parents. "Oh, Lila..." he murmured, a single tear rolling down his cheek. "I thought I had it all when I married you." He said, shaking his head slowly. "-I was wrong." He said, stroking his wife's cheek. "Now we have it all. Now we have a family."

I hope you all enjoyed this brand-new installment of Bliss, and I hope each and every one of you leave a review! (They mean a lot to me!)
