Boom! Crash!

"Should I be concerned about that?" said England with a raise of his bushy eyebrow, concerned.

"It's nothing I assure you… its merely my servants, think nothing of it Mr. England." The look on Ciel's face was hard to make out, although he looked calm there was a hint of annoyance from the slight frown that could be seen forming.

Though he tried England seemed to keep staring at the boys eye patch. Then he would look away to pretend that he didn't. He was far too polite to ask what happened or why he had it.

"I'd really like it if you would stop staring at my eye patch if you don't mind!" His voice seemed to almost get colder with this, the whole room seemed to get darker as well, from the curtains to the bookshelves the color seemed to be fading. Almost as if it was trying to run away, far away from the cold and dark energy that was coming from this boy.

" I'm so sorry, how terribly rude of me! I truly apologize, but out of curiosity what exactly happened to your eye?" Was this over the line? England hoped that he didn't just cross a line that was not meant to be crossed.

"Mr. England, all you need to know is that no matter what you do… you have to pay for it. Do you know why god made children small?"

"What? That seems kind of off topic; no I can't say I know why…" England looking more puzzled and didn't know what to say to him.

"You see Mr. England… children fall… god made them small so that they would not destroy themselves. Children fall and get back up, over and over till they learn the one truth of the world. The one truth of this twisted and corrupt world… You get what you pay for."

There was a long pause as the two seemed to share a moment of pure understanding and clarity. England knew exactly what Ciel was talking about. The silence was suddenly broken when the sound of someone yelling entered the room from down the hall.

"What now?" said Ciel with a sense of bitterness to his voice "Honestly can those idiots do even the simplest task without marking it up?"

Mey-Rin ran in to the room, stumbling over her own two feet twice before she made it completely in. "Master! Many apologies on bursting in on you, but Mr. China is here to speak with you! He's come with Mr. Lau!"

"What! They told me they would arrive in a week, why are they coming here now?!"

" I don't know! They just knocked on the door and I was right there then they just walked in and thanked me for letting them in! I swear that I didn't mean to! Please forgive me!..." As she was trembling and practically hitting her head on the ground as she bowed. England's thoughts drifted as he was wondering why in the world China was here.

Why is China here? What could he gain from these supposed toy makers? Thought

" Im sorry Mr. England ,but I must attend to this predicament. May! Show Mr. England out!"

His voice was firm and determined, whereas his body seemed tense. He looked as if he was holding back, like any moment he would erupt.

" Of course, give my best regards to China… oh and tell him that I want to speak to him later." With this England left the room with May-Rin although it was obvious this had peeked his curiosity.

The room was empty except for the young master Ceil Phantomhive, who was deep in thought. As he stood there he found his eyes wandering to the window which through he could see England leaving. The whole room was quiet as he started to pace the room, the fire in the hearth was nearly dead and the clouds had made outside the estate grow dim. The room started to dim more and more Ciel eventually left his study to continue to meet with China.

What is it like to be a country, he looks the same as when I was a little boy, what is he exactly? What are any of them are they demons, angels, or maybe something completely different

It was at this point that Ceil remembered the letter that England had given him. He felt in his pocket and found that it was still there. What a strange set of circumstances that he should find this letter on the ground in London. He opened it and read...

Dear Mr. Phantomhive

It has come to our attention that you are directly talking to the countries and are gaining from them. Your interactions with have been observed and are not acceptable in the eyes of the faithful. We are aware of your age and know that it may not be your fault; after all you are just a child. To play this world game you must know the rules, We are happy to teach you all about the rules to this game all we need is your full cooperation, and loyalty. You have one month to give us a replying letter with your response.

Sincerely—The faithful Servant

"What is this? Sebastian! Come I need you!"

"Yes, young master what is it you need?" He said as he emerged out of the shadows. Ceil wondered if he had really even left.

"What do you know about a group that call themselves the Servants of the Faithful?" His voice was shakier then he wanted, he hoped that Sebastian would not notice.

"The Servants of the Faithful… how do you know that name? Tell me it is imperative that you tell me, because if they have approached you your life is in grave danger!

" I received a letter from them. Why am I in danger, what is going on! I order you to tell me!" He hands the letter to Sebastian and pulls the eye patch off.

" I order you to tell me, now!"

" Yes, Master. The Servants of the Faithful are a group of very powerful people world round. It is said that they are the ones who effect the direction of the world affairs. If they want a war, there will be a war. Many people think that they are a silly story, but that is far from the truth. They are all too real, and if you have been contacted by them, then you must have done something that bothered them. If you say yes to their offer you will go to their base and they will kill you the moment you enter. That saves them the trouble of hunting you down." Sebastian reads the letter, " I see, they are afraid of the relatons that you are creating with the actual countries. If you have the ear of the country you have the ear of the leader as well. If you want my opinion you should be cautious in your interactions with Mr. China. Also it might not hurt to improve your relations with Mr. England." With this he started tords the door."

"What should I say to China, or should I bide my time?" Ciel was now leaning on the wall as his legs started to tremble. Now there is yet another group that would be happy to see him dead.

"Young Master, there is no reason anyone should know about this. It would just put them in danger. I will protect you from them with all my power, just say the order." With this he bowed his head and held out his hand.

"Sebastian, I order you to protect me with all of your power, let none of their agents touch a hair upon my head." The seal on his eye started to glow, Sebastian took his glove off to show his seal too.

" I swear to keep you safe young master, so that not even a hair upon your head is harmed… The Command is now in place." Putting his glove back on Sebastian gracefully moved to the door and out.

" You may want to hurry up and meet China now, after all You don't want to be rude."
