Set after Harry, Hermione and Neville lose 150 points in First Year

"It would have been nice, you know, to win the House Cup once before I left," one of the Seventh Years was saying as Harry arrived in the Common Room.

"Why does Slytherin always have to win," said a fifth year, also glaring at Harry.

"I honestly thought we were going to win," moaned a sixth year. "We were actually in the lead for the first time ever."

Harry tried not to let the insults get to him.

"SHUT UP PEOPLE," shouted the twin Weasley's, both now at Harry's sides.

"So what he cost us so much," they asked. "We've been losing points since our first night in Hogwarts. None of you turned your back on us."

"No one wants to risk being on your radar," Angelina pointed out. "You two are dangerous pranksters."

"We haven't the accomplishment of destroying You-Know-Who," said Fred.

George got on knees in front of Harry and started sobbing great fake tears. "Don't banish us, Sir Harry. We'll be good."

Harry couldn't help but smile at the twins antics.

"Look at that evil smile," cried Fred. "He's got a plan for us all. Forgive me Sir Harry."

Harry started laughing. He was very much grateful for the twins support. As he was laughing however he suddenly had a moment of inspiration. A way to get Gryffindor's points back.

"Rise my subjects," joked Harry. "We shall purge the lack of points inflicted on Gryffindor."

"We will have Gryffindor's points back within the hour, with maybe more," Harry announced to the room. "If you don't believe me, head to the Gryffindor hourglass and just wait."

Harry walked out of the tower, Fred and George Weasley at his heels.

"I think you bit off more than you can chew Harry," muttered Fred.

"Not exactly," smirked Harry. "I just need to find Snape."

"SNAPE?" questioned the twins.

"I guarantee you that he will award me dozens of house points, maybe even a thousand."

"How?"

"I'll tell you if it's a success," smiled Harry. "I just need to find him."

"We can help with that," the twins said in unison.

They pulled Harry behind the nearest tapestry and pulled a piece of parchment from one of their robes.

"I Solemnly Swear That I Am Up To No Good."

With those words the parchment changed. Harry realised quickly that he was looking at a map of Hogwarts. A map that showed where everyone was.

"This is amazing," exclaimed Harry. "Did you make it?"

"We wish," snorted Fred.

"We nicked it from Filch's office back in first year," chimed in George.

"Is that Dumbledore?" asked Harry, pointing at the name Albus Dumbledore.

"He's pacing in his office," said Fred.

"Does that a lot," finished George.

Harry looked throughout the map and found Severus Snape in the Potions Room.

"Severus is Snape's name," wondered Harry.

"Yep."

"Hates being called that, especially Sevvy."

"Brilliant," Harry grinned. "Go to the hourglass. If I'm not by the hourglass in the next hour come looking for me."

And with that Harry donned his Invisibility Cloak and smirked at the shocked expressions of Fred and George before making his way down the corridor. It wasn't easy getting one over on the twins. Harry had done that with his cloak.

He made his way to the Potions Room and found Snape bent over a cauldron. He silently opened the door and made his way to the man. He took off his cloak when he was five mere feet from the man and stuffed it in his backpack.

"Hey Sevvy," shouted Harry jubilantly.

Severus Snape jumped in horror and nearly fell into his cauldron.

"Potter," he snarled. "Ten points from Gryffindor for disturbing a teacher. What do you want?"

"Give me house points please," said Harry, keeping his tone happy.

"Why would I give you house points, you arrogant little whelp." A tic was forming in the man's left eye.

"I've lost a lot of house points lately and was hoping you could reward me," smiled Harry. "I'll stay near you so you can see me doing something good. I'll clean your cauldron."

"Take ten house points," Snape screamed, terrified at the thought of spending time with the spawn of James Potter.

"I don't think ten points is enough," said Harry. "I'll come to your quarters and clean for you. It would be great to see where in the castle you live."

"I reverse all the points I've taken from Gryffindor and add ten thousand more," Snape whimpered, even more terrified at the thought of Harry Potter in his own sanctuary.

"Pleasure doing business with you."

And with that Harry was gone. Severus followed him out towards the staff room. He really needed a good tea to calm his racing heart.

"Blimey, Harry," muttered the twins as Harry showed up. "What did you do? We've now got ten-thousand seven hundred and eighty two points."

Katie Bell was there too. She was stuck in a trance as she continued to stare at the hourglass.

"I offered to spend time with Snape doing detention in front of him," smiled Harry. "My assumption was correct. He doesn't ever want to be near me or spend time with me."

The twins tried to struggle not to laugh, but to no avail. They burst out laughing at the image.

"We're going to try that next year," said Fred, wiping a pretend tear from his eye.

"You will not," ordered Harry. "This is my prank. No one will take it from me."

There was a party in Gryffindor Tower that night. Harry was heralded as a hero. He wouldn't tell anyone what he did though.

For the next five years Gryffindor won the House Cup every year. They were the first house in Hogwarts history to achieve over one thousand points, all awarded by Severus Snape.

AN: Had this idea an hour ago. Made me laugh so I thought I'd do a one-shot on it.
