10 years had passed since Anko took Rose from the door step of her relatives and during that time the said girl had grown up to powerful for her small age as well as a brilliant prankster along side with her best friend…

BANG! The sound of an explosion went off and in the distance you could see the smoke rising up high into the clouds and birds flying away from the explosion.

"Get back here you brats!" an angry man shouted as two blurs ran away from the angry man. The first one was a boy about 11 years old with short, bright spiky blond hair and bright blue eyes that looked like the sky; there was whisker marks on both of his cheeks, that made him look like a fox, and was dressed in an kill me orange jump suit with a white lining on the bottom, neck and bottom of the sleeves and blue ninja sandals on.

The second figure looked to be a girl who looked to be around a year younger than the boy about 10 years old, the said girl had reddish brown hair with natural black highlights tied up in a high pony tail with a crimson red ribbon holding it up and emerald green eyes, she wore a black tank top, black half legged cargo pants and black heeled ninja sandals. On her legs were fish net leg warmers.

"Never in a million years old man!" the girl shouted as she and her companion jumped from roof to roof to get away from the angered man.

"Hahaha that was brilliant Rose" the blond said "Well I couldn't have done it without your help Naruto" replied the girl Rose. Just as the two can to a stop outside Ichiraku ramen, a brown owl came swooping down and landed in front of the two with a letter tied to its leg. 'Well that's odd' thought Rose.

"Hey Rose- chan how come the owl has a letter tied to its leg?" Naruto asked while cocking his head to the side.

"I have no idea Naruto but might as well see want it is" replied Rose so with she bent down to the owl which held its leg out to her as she took the letter from its leg and read it out loud.

"Well that's weird don't you think Naruto?" Rose asked as she looked at blond next to her.

"Yes! And creepy! I mean it has exactly where you are on it written on and it's given to you by an owl!" exclaimed Naruto "It could be a stalker" he continued while looking over worriedly at his best friend.

"Well I guess that we might as well take it to the old man and see what he says about it" Rose replied just as she said it a poof of smoke appeared before them and in its place was a man who looked about 23-24 years old, he had tanned skin: on his face he had a scar across his nose, he wire a standard Chunien jacket black pants, blue ninja sandal and had on a had hand which had a leaf symbol on it. As he appeared in front of the two both of the thought at the same time 'oh boy, now were in trouble'

"NARUTO, ROSE WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING SKIPPING CLASS!" the man yelled while looking down at the two kids.

"Well you see Iruka sensei we were bored" Naruto replied looking back at the man with the most innocent look he could pull.

"Yhea so we decided to paint the Hokages mountain as a prank and also I got a weird letter from an owl as well" Rose added while giving Iuka the letter. Signing the man took the letter and started to read it. After waiting for what felt like forever but in reality it only took a few minutes the man looked back at them with serious brown eyes.

"Well this does seem fishy … I guess you have to go up to the Hokage Rose" Iruka said looking at the girl who looked to be in deep thought.

"Hey what about me" Naruto wined looking back and forth between the two. "Naruto you're going back to class" Iruka replied to the blond.

"WHAT! But…but I want to go with Rose-Chan" Naruto cried pitifully at the man not wanting to go back to class.

"Naruto, go back to class I'll be alright" Rose said looking at Naruto in the eyes. Closing his eyes for a seconed he took a deep breath and exhaled heavily and opened his eyes to look straight back at the green eyed girl.

"Ok Rose I'll go to class but you better tell me what this is about when you're finished" Naruto said as he grinned foxily at her.

Laughing a bit, Rose gave a small smirk "Wouldn't dream of it" she replied. Laughing as Naruto took off and headed for the academy.

"Well come on then we need to see the Hokaga" Iruka said as he lead the girl to the Hokagas' tower. 'I wonder what all of this is about' Rose thought as she and Iruka made their way to the tower unaware that her life was about to change.

For better or for the worst? Only time will tell.
