Alright, so this is my continuation, you all have already read the first part so i hope the rest of it makes you smile. Also, this was hard to write because I kept wanting to jump to the next chapter. Thank you all for waiting for me. Honors classes suck. But my APUSH class has given me three fanfic ideas in eight chapters so...

Sterling hated being a wolf right about now. Even when he was human he hated pictures. Add a hyper-active Italian to the mix and it was all she could do to keep from ripping out the red-head's throat. Actually... that sounded pretty tempting right about-

"Feli what are you doing?" Ludwig asked, walking into the living room.

Looks like Italy was saved again by Germany. As always.

Ludwig jolted in shock and stared, horrified, at Sterling. I know. Just think of how I feel, Sterling thought. Ludwig had one eye twitching and a slow veil of anger transcending over his horrified form. A feral growl burst out of him closely followed by, "What did you do to Sterling?!"

"Ve? Ah, isn't she beautiful?" North Italy asked. Sterling pulled her lips back at the exact same time Ludwig yelled, "Nein!" He rushed forward and hovered over his wolf, scanning for a way to get the offending accessories off of her. "But-but, she looks like a princess!" Italy said, befuddled.

Ludwig whirled on his Italian friend, pointing to the wolf. "She is a wild, proud, free-spirited wolf! Not a handbag dog that you can dress up!" Feli pouted and said, "But she let me put it on her." Sterling growled. I woke up this way. He was taking pictures.

Ludwig just sighed and rubbed his face. He then proceeded to take off the princess crown, doggie dress, ruffles on Sterling's paws, and the bow on her tail; he decided to not ask how Feli got these items. When he was finished Sterling jumped up and shook her coat out. I'm ALIVE!

Before Feli could do any more damage, Sterling shot out of the room and into the kitchen, where, as it happens, pasta was on the table. Now, when a wolf can jump onto a table, one must never leave food unattended. Sterling proved this true when he ate the pasta. All the pasta.

Ludwig decided that he should just leave for work now and leave the distraught Italian with his brother or he would never be able to get to work on time. He really did hate those conferences but sometimes they were helpful. Feli had been giving him some space and he would like it to continue. Not that he didn't like him, just he didn't like him like that and the energetic, eternally happy dummkopf often gave other nations the wrong idea of the two. Maybe that was why America was so oblivious to his advances? It made sense if he thought he was with Italy...

Meanwhile said Italian and unknowingly said American were locked in a mirror battle. The kind where one person does one thing and the other person mimics it. Or one wolf does one thing and one human mimics it. Sterling laid down on the floor: Feli laid down on the floor. Sterling rested her head on her paws: Feli rested his head on his hands that were curled to look like paws. Sterling licked his lips: Feli licked his lips. Sterling growled/huffed/hummed (that sound that only canines do?): Feli did his best human version of that sound. You get the idea.

So it was to this interesting sight a rather pissed off Romano barged into. A commotion of excessive swearing, whining, and a yelp or two from a stepped on paw (Sterling was still trying to figure out if it was intentional) brought an angry Prussian upstairs where he then kicked the two brothers out of the house.

"Finally, some peace and quiet," Gilbert murmured. He ran his hands through his hair with an uncharacteristic sigh. Sighing was for his younger brother- often because of something he himself had done- and was disconcerting for the self proclaimed awesome Prussian. He sent a lopsided smile at his matching wolf; she was definitely his wolf, she was too awesome not to be, what with the shared hair color and all.

"What should we do today Sterling?" Gilbert inquired of the canine. She responded with the very predictable tilting of the head and lulling of the tongue. This enticed a quick smile from her master and the spark of a brilliant idea to form. Gilbert strutted *read pranced* over to where the dog's leashes were kept. He grabbed them all in one hand and slid sunglasses onto his face with the other. He then proceeded to hook one leash onto the snowy wolf and set the rest on the kitchen table.

"What'da you say? A walk in the park?" The silver haired man laughed at his own joke. He grabbed the tube of sunscreen and applied a quick layer to his pallid skin then tossed the container back into the cabinet that he had taken it out of. A quick turn landed him back at the table, snatching the leashes before bounding out of the house and into the yard.

As soon as the dogs outside saw their master and the leashes dangling from his hand they jumped up and proceeded to dance around. Sterling started to follow the Prussian outside but stopped when she noticed the dark sunglasses sitting on the kitchen table. With a wicked smile she pawed them off and totally did not take minutes to figure out how to get them on. That would be lacking of swag. So with the sunglasses successfully placed on her snout she strutted out of the house to sit and watch the dogs tease Gilbert.

"Na-ha! Can't get me!"

"Oh, almost had him!"

"I will sit still for you now…. syke!"

Sterling forced a smile away at the playful taunts of Berlitz, Blackie, and Aster. Instead she forced a growl out to get their attention. "You boys are under arrest. You have the right to remain silent while my deputy cuffs you." The German dogs sat down and laughed at her statements and her "official" look with the sunglasses. In doing so they allowed Gilbert to snap the leashes on their collars. Gilbert stood up and thanked the lupine.

"No need to thank me deputy, I'm the hero sheriff so this is my job. Now move out!" Sterling pronounced and with the chuckles of her fellow canines as her tempo, she danced over to the silver haired man. "Now take this leash off me an- hey! No, not pick it up!"

Gilbert laughed at the sour look on his wolf's face. "It's not that bad, besides, leashes are required in the park unless in the fenced in and designated areas. I already have one fine." Gilbert finished explaining himself to the wolf then snatched his shades from her head.

"Move out!" Gilbert shouted with a point in the direction of the park. That's my line, Sterling mentally protested.

As it turned out, the park was full of random joggers, teenagers trying to parkour, and what was most likely every dog and its owner in town. Seriously, was this national take-your-dog-for-a-walk day? Gilbert had unleashed Blackie, Berlitz, and Aster into the fenced in dog park. For some reason he did not trust Sterling with other dogs on her own. What was the worst that could happen? At least ten dogs had already tried to stick their noses up her butt and she handled that perfectly well. Sterling stubbornly ignored the tiny voice that said shoving, growling, and kicking were not calm reactions.

Gilbert suddenly tugged on Sterling's leash and let out a "Kesesese" that had Sterling dreading what came next, and rightfully so, seeing as he burst into a full out run. Sterling jumped forward and pulled ahead of the two-legged Prussian. She could have gone faster but decided to see where Gilbert would lead her.

Oh dear Lord. Does he expect me to do that? Sterling thought to herself when she saw the obstacle course. "Alright girl," Gilbert said when they stopped running, "let's test that brain of yours!" Sterling rolled her eyes as he unclipped the leash and looped it around his waist in a way that was obviously supposed to be seductive. "Just practicing," he told her when he saw her condescending look.

"Mush!" Gilbert shouted and Sterling shot off at the first obstacle, a tunnel. She crawled through it and turned to the small jump, which she cleared with ease. The next was a pole maze that she wound in and out of, coming out on the other side to run up and down a ladder. Gilbert instructed her back to the jump, if shouting, "the jump thing!" counts as instructing, and she did it just because it was fun, not because she was following orders. Then she trotted up on the teeter totter. When she was half way up it, the plank switched which side was on the ground, and the slippery slope sent her sliding off it ungracefully.

Sterling yelped when she hit the ground and stumbled around before gaining her footing. She sent a hard glare at the albino when he started laughing hysterically at her. "Oh, tha- tha- pfff, that was great!" Gilbert wheezed out between laughs.

Sterling turned up her nose at him and started a slow lope to a nearby tree. Gilbert stopped his laughing to chase after her with a sarcastic apology. "C'mon, you know you love me," he pleaded with her. Sterling raised an eyebrow at him. "Yes, you do," he continued, shoving his cheek in her face. What do you want me to do? Kiss it? Sterling thought sarcastically. Since Gil kept his head where it was, she guessed that was what he did want, so she happily nipped his exposed skin before jumping away with a teasing yip.

Gilbert gasped and slapped a hand to his cheek, sending a startled glare to the wolf. He lowered his hand with a slow, "Oh no she didn't." Then, with more speed than Sterling expected of him, he lunged at her.

The epic chase that ensued was to be known by the locals as, "The time a Beilschmidt Brother was bested by his dogs." This was because Sterling gathered Aster, Blackie, and Berlitz to all tackle Gilbert at the same time.

By the end of the day the dogs were chilling in the backyard while Gilbert drank a beer on the couch. Sterling was sprawled out on his lap asleep as he ran his free hand over her thick fur. The wolf sure was an odd one, what with her temperament, smarts, and unexplained skills. That was all not taking into account her sudden appearance and strange looks. Now that Gilbert thought about it, her eyes at first reminded him of Canada's but were now a vibrant blue just like America's.

America. I haven't talked to him since the last Awesome Trio meeting, Gilbert thought. With a shrug he grabbed his phone from the coffee table and sent a quick text to him. "The Awesome me is wondering how you are." A text came back almost immediately, "The owner of this phone is unavailable at the moment. Your message has been recorded for when he returns."

"Returns?" Gilbert said aloud. What did that mean? Where would he be that he was not able to take his phone? And who had his phone to send him that message? Thoughts and questions whirled in the Prussian's mind causing a frown to form on his face.

"Sometimes Mattie and I attend school with our teenagers since we look about 19. It keeps us up with the times." The memory of America's voice came back to Gilbert and he relaxed. That was probably where he was, so Gil had nothing to worry about.

The sound of a key turning in a lock preluded the opening of the front door. Sterling blearily lifted her head at the noise but pricked her ears when Ludwig's voice called out for his brother. Recognizing the sound of his voice, Sterling bolted from Gilbert's lap and went sliding along the floor to the blond brother. Once she caught sight of him she jumped at him, knocking him to the ground.

Gilbert let loose a laugh at his brother's expression. Sterling was sitting next to him, sweeping the floor with her tail, smiling like she had completed a task.

"What have you been teaching her Gilbert?" Ludwig asked of his brother, which only sent him deeper into fits of laughter. Ludwig raised an eyebrow at Sterling and her eyes sparkled with mischief back at him. Then, she licked his nose before trotting off to the comfy bed which she knew would not be denied from her.
