Lily stood there laughing, and I was completely excited to see her this happy. I felt like she was the one for me, but she has been avoiding me so much lately. I walked away, but not before the laughter stopped, and became a solemn frown. I turned back, and she lept into my arms. I saw her frown fade, and become a smile again. Oh no the Tri-Wizard Tournament was in a week, and I'm too afraid to loose her. The bell rang, and everyone fled the greenhouse. Lily was the only one that was still in here with me. I placed her back down, and "Accio backpacks," our backpacks came towards us. Lily started to walk away without a single thought about me, so I grabbed her hand. She looked at me with a serious face. I was wondering whether I should let go or just keep her hand safely in mine. I saw her eyes start to wonder off, and I was very scared to let her go I carefully held her hand tighter. Lily soon fell, but I grabbed her before she hit the ground. I took her to the infirmary. Madam Pomfrey took her, and told me to go to class, but I wasn't willing to. I knew that missing class would be a pretty bad idea, but I didn't care. I had to follow my heart.

"Mr. Malfoy, you must go back to class now," said Madam Pomfrey.

I reluctantly left the room thinking about Lily. I knew that worrying about her would only make this matter worst than it already was. I walked straight to the Slytherin common room not willing to go to class until I got the news that Lily was going to be okay.

Lily had been in the infirmary for three hours, and still no change in how was acting. I was starting to get worried. A class and a half had already passed, and Lily was out cold still. I thought a little fresh air would help me, so I walked out of the Slytherin common room. I bumped right into someone with long flowing colored hair.

"Hello Draco, how are you?" Ginny asked.
"I'm fine, just a bit tense," I answered.
"Why are you tense?" Ginny questioned.
"Something happen to my friend, and I am scare she won't make it," I muttered.

Ginny knew something weird was going on, so she followed me. I was walking outside on the lawn, still acting like as if I didn't notice that Ginny was trailing behind me. I was going to turn around, and head back to the infirmary to check on Lily, but decided that it would probably reveal the fact that Lily and I like each other.

I walked back to the castle, and pried the doors open. Ginny tapped my shoulder, and I turned around to look at her. She looked like she was about to slap me, so I stood still waiting her to do it. "Who's this friend you are talking about, Draco?" she asked. I shook my head telling her that it was a secret, and that he wouldn't let anyone find out about it. Ginny was still pushing me to tell her, so I tried to walked away.I only received a look of sorrow from Ginny, and then her puppy eyes. I was getting annoyed with her nagging, so I asked her if she could keep a secret from everyone including Lily, and she nodded.

"I am very tense today because when Lily and I were walking out of Herbology, she sort of fainted. I caught her before she fell, and took her to the infirmary. She has been there for about four hours now, and in the same condition," I replied.

Ginny had a surprised look on her face probably thinking why would a Malfoy look after a Potter. I shrugged it off, and headed to the infirmary. Ginny trailing me again, and writing something down on a small piece of paper.

When we arrived to the infirmary, Lily was sitting up straight on her bed. She looked like she hadn't had any sleep for days, but I guess it was just a symptom from all the treatment she had gone through. I walked over to her, and took her hand in my hand. Lily was looking at me with love in her eyes, but something had changed about her. I could feel it.

"Who are you?" she asked. I was taken aback by this comment something must have happened to her memory. Just then Madam Pomfrey came into the room, and looked at the two young people that were here to check on Lily.

"I'm sorry Malfoy, but some of the treatment erased her memory from the beginning of this year," she said calmly.
"What can we do, to help her regain her memories?" Ginny asked.
"Remind her of who she is, and what everything means to her," Madam Pomfrey replied.
"Isn't there a potion that can help this?" Ginny questioned in concern.
"I'm afraid not," Madam Pomfrey answered.

My eyes started to get teary, so I left the room, and ran to the Slytherin common room. I ran to my room, and flopped myself on the bed crying. I can't have turned this soft. I wish I had never fallen in love with her, but then I would never have learned to care. I heard some people coming upstairs, so I quickly dried my tears. A few minutes later, Crabbe and Goyle walked into the room, and dropped their belongings on the floor next to their bed.

I was so devastated to say anything, so instead I got up and walked out of the room. I went down to the Great Hall, and had lunch. All I could do was stare at Lily at the Gryffindor table. I had become so weak after such a short time. It had only been about a month since the first day they met, and had fun. I could remember the entire day without leaving a single detail out.

A/N:

Sorry I took so long to update, but I was busy with school. I was also writing on my other account for a while. The next chapter will be Lily's point of view. I love writing about Harry Potter as much as I love writing about the Mortal Instruments. I you have any book recommendations for either the Harry Potter or the Mortal Instruments, then post them down in the reviews. Don't forget to vote fo rthe story! :)
