I just happened to find this story today. Hadn't updated it in a while so I decided to write some. I'm not sure how to start from where I left off. So this is going to be a time jump. About two years. So Teo will be six and Kim and Trenton will be two. I hope you enjoy!

Two Years Later

"Momma!" Teo yelled and jumped up on the bed. I groaned.

"Teo, not now." I begged.

"Just thought you'd wanna know that Trenton's climbing on the counter." Teo said. I shot out of bed and ran into the kitchen. Sure enough Trenton was trying his best to get on top of the counter. This was the fourth time he'd climbed out of his crib and then tried to get on the counter. I grabbed him at the waist and pulled him close to me.

"What do you think you're doing mister?" I asked.

"Climb." Trenton said. I shook my head and tickled his sides causing him to shriek with laughter. "Momma. Down." Trenton pointed. I shook my head.

"Nope. I don't think so T-man." I said. Trenton pouted.

"Yes." He said.

"No." I said. Mark came in carrying Kim. Kim smiled and reached for me when she saw me. I put Trenton down and took Kim from Mark. "Hey Princess." I said. Kim smiled and started playing with my hair.

"Momma pretty." Kim said.

"Thank you Kimmy Cub." I said.

"Mommy I want another sibling." Teo blurted out. Mark and I froze. Teo was convinced that we could just blink and get mommy pregnant.

"Oh, I don't think that's going to happen Teo, sorry bud." Mark said patting him on the back. Kim frowned.

"No mommy. Me want be big sister." Kim said. I smiled at her attempt to make a complete sentence.

"I don't think so Kimmy cub. Why don't you and your brothers go watch Scooby Doo. Me and daddy need a minute and then we'll go to the zoo okay?" I told her sitting her down on the ground. Kim grinned and ran after her brothers into the living room.

"Teo has no problem speaking his mind does he?" Mark laughed. I shook my head and ran my right hand through my jet black hair.

"I hate to say it, but the kid might get his wish." I told Mark and rubbed my right eye sleepily.

"What?" Mark asked.

"I'm late Mark, and way more tired than usual." I told him.

"Oh crap. You might be pregnant." Mark said. I nodded.

"Yeah, probably. I haven't been feeling well either." I added. Mark nodded.

"Well, I mean, we can handle it if you are. It's just, wow. Maybe we can get another little girl." Mark said smiling.

"I guess, we should take a test." I told him. Mark nodded.

"Do you have any?" Mark asked. I nodded.

"I bought some when I first started getting suspicious." I told him. Mark nodded.

"Go take one babe. I'll entertain the kids. Can you take one without me?" Mark asked. I nodded. He smiled softly and kissed me lightly.

"I'm going to call Addison and tell her what it says before I come into the living room. Is that okay?" I asked. Mark nodded.

"Sure Cal, whatever you need to do." Mark said and kissed me once more before going into the living room. I went into the master bathroom and pulled the box of pregnancy tests I had been hiding out of the cabinet. It took me three minutes just to pack up the courage to pee on a stick. And then I had to wait five minutes for the results. I decided to call Addison while I was waiting so the anticipation wouldn't eat me alive.

"Dr. Montgomery-Karev speaking." Addison answered on the second ring.

"Hey Addie. It's Callie." I told her.

"Oh hey Cal! I guess I didn't pay attention to the caller ID when I answered." Addison laughed. "What's up?" She asked.

"I think I'm pregnant." I blurted.

"Oh wow. How do you feel about that?" Addison asked.

"Well right now I'm waiting for the stick to turn blue or not. So I called you so I wouldn't kill myself waiting." I rambled.

"Callie you need to breathe. Do you want to talk about something else until it's been five minutes to keep your mind off things?" Addison asked.

"That would be fantastic." I told her exhaling loudly.

"Well Bailey has developed a love for soccer." Addison said.

"That's awesome! Is she good?" I asked.

"Well as good as she can be for only being four years old." Addison said laughing.

"How's Mason?" I asked Addison.

"Good, but we've just started the terrible two's phase." Addison sighed. I smiled. I remembered what it was like with the twins. They were just now coming out of that stage and boy was I happy. The timer on my phone beeped to announce that it was time to check the test.

"Addie, I cant look." I told her.

"Yes you can. I'm right here." Addison encouraged. I took a deep breath and flipped the test over. A little blue plus sign stared up at me.

"Holy crap, I'm pregnant Addison." I told her. I heard Addison take in a deep breath.

"Wow. Uhm, how do you feel about that?" She asked. I paused and thought for a minute.

"I think I'm happy." I decided finally.

"Good!" Addison said happily.

"I have to go tell Mark. I'll talk to you later Adds." I told her.

"Alright. Good lucky mommy to be." Addison said. I rolled my eyes.

"Bye Addie." I said.

"Bye Cal." She said and hung up. I took a deep breath, fixed my hair in the mirror and walked out of the master bathroom into the living room. Teo was sitting upside down on the couch watching Scooby Doo and laughing at something Shaggy was saying. Trenton was laying on the floor with his elbows and hands propping his chin up. His eyes were glued to the tv. Kim was sitting on Mark's lap and he was bouncing her.

"Mark can I talk to you for a sec?" I asked. Mark nodded.

"Come on Kimmy Cub. Get down for me." Mark told Kim. Kim pouted but climbed off his lap and went to join Trenton. I pulled Mark into the kitchen.

"I'm pregnant Mark." I told him. Mark grinned and pulled me into a passionate kiss.

"I love you." He whispered when he pulled away.
