Ziva works at the NCIS. Her boyfriend is Ray and they got engaged. Tony wasn't that happy about her fiancee. He hated Ray.
It was a normal day. They had a case and searching for information on the computer. After they told Gibbs what they've found out, he said thy can go home. Ziva was happy that she could go, but Tony new something is bothering her and he doesn't like it that she shares time with Ray. Ziva hurried home where Ray was already waiting for her. Tony went at his apartment, laid down on the couch and watched a movie. He didn't date anyone the last months. He realized the only girl he wants is Ziva. But she's happy with Ray and the most important for him is that she's happy.
"Sorry I'm late. Gibbs didn't let us go earlier.", Ziva apologized as she opened the door and came in. Ray sat on the dinning room table. He stood up as he saw Ziva coming in.
"I don't want to hear your excuses. I'd rather have something to eat.", he said strictly almost yelling at her.
"Sure.", she said quickly and hurried in the kitchen. She cooked dinner for her fiancee and brought it him in the dining room.
"Finally", he said and looked mad at Ziva. She sat down on the table aswell and waited till he finished eating. She cleaned up the table and started the dishwasher. She changed her clothes and wanted to lay down for sleeping but Ray held her arm and pulled her into the bed. He kissed her lips savagely.
"Ray not. Not today.", she implored and tried to pull him away. He stopped kissing her.
"You know what happens when you struggle or when you tell someone.", he said and began to kiss her again. He undressed his clothes quickly and then he began to undress Ziva. He undressed her shirt and her sweatpants. Then he unzipped her bra and her panties. Ziva didn't struggle against him. She just laid there numb, unable to move.
After Ray was finish he picked Ziva up and carried her out of the bedroom. He laid her down on the floor in front of the closed bedroom door. He went back and slept. Ziva laid on the floor nakedly. She laid there for a long time still unable to move. After around 2 or 3 hours she stood slowly up and went into the bathroom. She took a shower. She wanted to wash off the disgusting feeling. She stood under the shower for 1hour as Ray came in.
"You shouldn't be so loud!", he yelled at her and punched into her stomach. She fell down on the ground of the shower. A tear rolled down her cheek.
"I don't want to see you cry!", he yelled and hit with his hand on her cheek. Then he left back sleeping. After he left Ziva started crying and sobbing. After 1more hour she stopped and got out of the shower. She dried her body off, dressed some clothes on and went sleeping on the couch.
In the morning she woke up by the yelling of Ray. He wanted that she makes breakfast for him. Quickly she stood up and went in the kitchen. She made scrambled eggs and bacon for Ray. As she brought it in the dinning room for Ray, he yelled at her once more. After he finished and she cleaned the table up, she left for work.
After work and Gibbs told them they could go home Ziva ran in the elevator as fast as she could. Tony noticed and followed her. She sighed as he came to her in the elevator.
"You look tired.", he noticed.
"Well, I am.", she answered quickly. Tony surveyed her.
"What?", she asked annoyed as she noticed.
"Nothing. I just want to know what's bothering you.", he answered her.
"It doesn't matter.", Ziva answered him.
"For me it does, Ziva.", he told her, but then opened the door and Ziva stepped out. She drove to her apartment as fast as she could so Ray wouldn't get mad at her for being late. Tony followed her in his car inconspicuously. He sat in his car outside of Zivas apartment. His instinct tells him something is wrong, so he waited for something alarming. He sat there for 3hours as he heard Ziva screaming in pain. He went out of the car and went up to her apartment.
After thy ate and Ziva cleaned her apartment Ray carried her in the bedroom. He laid her down on the bed and undressed her clothes. As she was naked he took a knife and cut her a few times. A few times on the arm and a last time on her throat. It wasn't a deep or long cut, so she wasn't going to die, but the bleeding needed to be stopped. After the last cut he undressed his closes and started to rape Ziva.
Tony went up the stairs and knocked at Zivas apartment. Nobody opened so he yelled after Ziva. Ray heard it and let go of Ziva.
"You told him.", Ray yelled at her.
"No, NO I didn't.", she started crying. Ray got really mad. He dressed his boxers on and picked Ziva up. He opened the door and throw Ziva out of the apartment. There stood tony looking at the still naked Ziva. He was shocked. Ziva laid on the ground crying and looking on the floor. Tony kneed down next to her. He took his jacket and wrapped it around Ziva. He picked her up and carried her in his car. She still cried. Tony took her in his car and drove with her to his apartment. There he laid her down on the couch. He went in his bedroom and took some of is clothes. He handed Ziva one of his boxers and a sweater. Quickly she dressed it on. He sat next to her on the couch, wrapped a blanket around her and wrapped his arms around her.
"To-o-ony.", she cried.
"Shhh, I'm here. He can't hurt you anymore. I protect you.", Tony told her and petted her back.
"He raped you, didn't he?", he asked her and she nodded embarrassingly.
"Everything is going to be okay. I'm here, Ziva. You should have told me. I could have protect you from this bastard.", he said calming her down.
"He said if I tell someone he's going to kill my family.", she sobbed.
"Okay, now I'm here. Just sleep a bit. Forget about him, I'm here for you." Ziva fell asleep in Tony's arms and Tony stayed awake to protect his Ziva.
