It was a rainy November day. More precisely it was the twelfths of November. It was Ziva's birthday. Of course she didn't want to have a big party and stuff like that. The whole day at work she just wanted to be alone. Her birthday showed her what she wanted to have and know that she will never have it. She's frustrated. She would rather be at home alone just enjoy a bubble bath. Gibbs noticed that she isn't really present so he let her go home. She smiled as he told her she could leave. She drove home to her apartment. As she came up the stairs she saw something hanging on her door and a box stood in front the door. She opened the box carefully and in where a note. She read it.
I know you want to be alone at the moment, but maybe you take a bubble bath and then dress nice with the dress i bought for you. I come at 8pm to pick you up.
As she read it she saw the dress hanging on her door. She picker it up. It was ruby, knee-length and the back is open. She took the things and went inside her apartment. She sighed but decided to get ready. She took a bubble bath with the soap which was in the box. After laying in the bath tub for about 2hours, just thinking who it was she got this things from, she got out. She dry her body off and wrapped a towel around her hair. She dressed some comfortable clothes on. Just a shirt and sweatpants. Then she dry her hair off and let her hair fall down in curls. She took some make up on, not much just a bit and then she changed clothes. She changed in the dress she just got. She looked in the mirror. She liked the dress and since a long time she felt pretty again. She smiled and viewed herself in the mirror. Then the doorbell rang.
"I'll be right there.", she yelled and turned some heels on. Then she opened the door. She was shocked as she saw who was standing there.
"You look beautiful.", he said.
"Thank you, Tony", she answered and he handed her bouquet of roses.
"You...did...this?", she stuttered.
"Yea and wasn't all yet.", he told her with a grin "So can we go?"
"Sure, I just put the roses in vase."
"Of course." Tony waited and then they went down where Tony's car waited. They went in and drove through DC.
"Where are we going'", she asked impatiently.
"It's a surprise.", he answered. After a 20minute drive they stopped on a parking lot in front of a building. Tony stood up first went to Ziva's door and opened it for her. He grabbed her hand as she came out. They went into the building and sat down on a table the waitress brought them to. They ordered food and drinks.
"Why are you doing this to me?", she asked.
"Because you're the most beautiful women I've ever met and today is your birthday and I wanted you feeling as something special because you are something special for me. Ziva David, I love you.", he said and Ziva was speechless.
"Well, Anthony DiNozzo, if this is right then kiss me.", she answered alluring. Tony leaned to her and they kissed each other with all the feelings they've hidden for a long time. It was the kiss both have imagined since they saw each other the first time.
