Malice in under land

After coming through the portal, Zero stood on this strange floating cliff. He looked around for a way down. He spotted an escalator, going down. He immediately jumped towards the moving stairs. When he landed, he met a friendly looking skeleton with a sword through his left eye socket. Zero simply turned around and tried to ignore the skeleton. Zero wasn't scared, but he had a thing... about zombies… he had a jihad on them. Although the world, wrote zombies off as fiction, I always knew that they're real… I mean... he always knew they existed. (I really mean me, if you havent figured out that I'm Zero... if that isnt the case, you are an idiot)

The escalator was taking too long, thought Zero. He took the sword off his back, and it transformed into a larger sword. That had the handle inside the opening on the sword, and was in the shape of a surf board. He then used this board shaped blade to surf the rest of the way down, pushing and sliceing everything in its way. He was fast aproching to the bottom, in fact he was going so fast, that in his haste he had forgotten he didn't know how to stop. As he hit the ground, his face planted into the dirt while his blade flung from behind and above him, then stuck in the dirt two feet away from the top of his head.

He lifted his face up off the ground, and then reached for his sword. As his hand touched the blade it transformed into a spear like weapon. Which he used to prop himself up upon. When he looked around he noticed a large gate with a huge one eyed skelengton, sitting next to it. 'That must be the Gaurdian' Zero thought as he looked for a way to get past him, and then he noticed that he was asking all that entered, their cause of death.

Zero smiled and transformed his spear into a sword, he then place the blade over his stomach. Zero breathed in and out quickly as he thrusted the blade through his stomach. He lurched over holding in his pain. He walked over to the Gate Keeper. "Cause of death?" asked the gate keeper confused. Zero looked up and said, "Sword to the gut." The Gate keeper squinted his one eye and said, "step out of line." Zero did so, but only because he was in an immence amount of pain.

"Whats up?" asked Zero weakly. "I know your not dead, you still got all that flesh stuff on you." said the gaurdian. "oh Fsck." said Zero. "Dont worry this isnt the first time some one tried to sneak into here, except they just walked right in..." Zero looked up on anger and quickly pulled out his sword from his stomach. "You have got to be kidding me." he then walked pass the huge skelengton. "Hey... no... no..." said the Gate keeper. Zero was so angry that he punched the left side of the gates wall. When he did, a huge slab fell on the gate keppers head.

As Zero stepped through the gate a skelenton came out from behind a rock. "Oh another fleshie, and this one's alone."said the strange skelengton, after which a whole horde of these undead skelengtons arrived on the scene. They all stepped closer, then one said, "Don't let this one get away!" but Zero stopped walking, No he wasn't going anywhere. Not while these things, were still alive. Zero thrusted his sword into the air and yelled, "ZOMBIES!" at the top of his lungs.

He swung his blade back and forth sliceing clean through all the bones. The Skelengtons were relentless they kept bum rushing him, but only to meet the same end. Anyway After a few thousand Skelengtons, they changed tactics. when the blade would cut through them it would get a little duller, until Zero changed it back to its original sharpness. during that few seconds they would all take a hold of it and try to peel it from his fingers, after a few times it worked they had taken Zero's weapon.

Zero only smiled and snapped his fingers and his sword turned into a small spiked ball. The skelengtons all jumped towards him, instead of attacking he ducked into the fetal posistion. A small ding sounded through the realm of death, the skelengtons didnt have enough time to find where it came from, it happened in an instant. the spikes shot out from the small spiked ball. Before the skelengtons that jumped could land, the spikes had gone through each of them. Yet that was not all the spiked ball had held in suprise, the spike's had strings attached to them.

When the spike's hit stone or somthing heavy, it hooked into it and pulled it back to the little orb where the spikes came from. Skelengtons came crashing into other skelengtons, pulling hundreds if not thousands of skelengtons along with them. when the all of them met in the middle, the bone's were compacted into a fine powder. Zero and a few other skelengtons survived but Zero also had a plan for that as well. He jumped into the air, and again snapped his fingers. The spikes didn't shoot out, instead they extended to a very large length thirty feet in all directions which effectivly ridding Zero of the other skelengton survivers.

When he landed a few feet away from the spikes, he turned around and walked to the spikes. He reached out and grasped one of the spikes, it began to glow, and reverted back to a sword. He began his walk again, until he came across a river. When he stepped closer a broken skull said, "Yes, drink the water." Zero just kinda stood there and stared at the skull. "Dont drink the water." said the skull in a sly tone. Zero took out his sword and it transformed into a fishing rod, with a string and hook. Zero picked up the skull and pierced the hook through its skull, it let out a small squeal. He then hung it over the river and wiggeld it around.

After a while... "well nothings in the water, so it must be the water itself." said Zero as he began to lower the skull into the water."No! Wait! I'll tell you what it really is!" said the skull as it tried to move around. "What is it?' asked Zero. "Its the river of forgetfulness, even a drop will make you forget your entire life!" said the skull franticly. "What if you like bathe in it? will you forget how to talk, or like how to breath?" Asked Zero, now a bit curious. "Umm no. It all has the same effect, quantity dosen't matter, its a spell." replied the skull. "oh" said Zero as he barely dipped the skull into the water.

"Who am I?" asked the skull. "Your stupid." said Zero as he completely dunked the skull into the water for a while. when he pulled it out, the skull asked its name again. "Your name is agent dayna skully, your job is to keep people out of this water, its contanimated. I'm just going to grab a few samples." said Zero as he looked around for some containers. "Oh... yes sir." said the skull now getting serious about his new job. Zero found three glass bottles and filled them and effectivly sealed them with some rubber from the bottom of his shoe. He kept the bottles in his back thigh pocket.

With that he went on to this pretty looking castle. As he got there he spotted Death in a huge zen garden. "Hey Death I need something from you." Death turned around with flames in his eyes, "No! Get out of my castle!" said Death as he threw down his gardening tool. "Peppermint Butler said i could get stuff from if I beat you in a music battle." Deaths eyes turned back into empty eye sockets, and then he smiled (I think).

"You know peppermint butler? yeah man you can have whatever you want." said death as he summoned a few couches and a coffie table. As Zero sat down he leaned forward and said, "I think you know why I'm here, my last battle I was almost as near death, like long ago in my first battle." Death leaned back and rested boh hands on the couch, "yes, Way back then you were much closer to death, however this time... this time you were beat by a g..." Zero interrupted with, "Yes I know, so thats why I need something that can help me."

Death interjected and said, "well you don't need a power, what you need is a partner." Zero had no reason to argue his main goal was to get his friends back, not to get more powerful. "Now lets see..." said Death as he pulled out a little black book. "... you like female's... light skin.. long or short hair... humanoid... thin... petite... shorter than yourself... and finally... cute." Zero looked confused. "Anyway, here's your new partner." said Death as he snapped his fingers and a coffin came from the ground.

Dust came out when the door opened. Zero was in great anticipation. foot steps could be heared, she stepped out of the coffin, but Zero still couldn't see her. Then the smoke cleared, and Zero's jaw dropped. " what the fsck is this?" Said Zero as he pointed to a small skelengton. Death looked confused and said, "What?" Zero shot back with, "What? This isnt the cute girl I was promised!" Death said in an annoyed tone, "What do you expect? She's been dead for like eighty years man." Zero looked at her in frustration, trying to imagine how she would look if she were still alive.

"Death! I demand that you bring her back to life." Death said in an exausted tone sighing, Zero sai "Now, it's my duty to bring her back, to give her cuteness a second chance to captivate the world!" (Zero's going a bit crazy cause he hasnt been with a girl since the war started.) All the while the Skelengton was blushing, this was the first time anyone had been this kind to her, or kind to her in the first place.

"Listen... your a cool guy, but raiseing the dead dosen't come cheap." said death as he rubbed his sore neak bone. Zero stood upward and drew his sword and pointed it at Death, "Death! I herby challange you..." The sword changed into its original form, a guitar. "...To a music Battle!" Death stood up as well, and the funiture all went into flames and dissapeard. Then a huge stage began to rise from the ground. Death looked at Zero and said, "Very well... but if i win i get all your magical items... including your guitar." Zero smirked and said, "Fine but i get to choose the judge." Death agreed.

Zero spent some time thinking of a judge. He then chose a man from back before the mushroom war. Death went first he used the drums and did some wicked screamo. A band appeard in the back holding flameing instruments. The stage then began to shoot fireworks. 'I am so Fscked.' thought Zero. After a few minutes the judge simply said, "Good show, but the music is a little.. well its not my type. However, you did good, the fire works were spectacular."

Zero stepped forward and said, "Well i don't have any pyrotechnics, But i do have this skelengton to help, is that cool with you (Death)?" Death only nodded his head. Zero stepped onto the stage while holding the skelengtons hand. He looked at all the instruments, he then turned to the little skelenton, who only stood at five foot four. compared to Zero she was just short. "Do you know how to play any instruments?" the little skelenton nodded yes, as she blushed. (which im pretty sure is impossible considering she was only bone.)

Zero looked through all the instruments, and asked, "Which ones?" The little skelengton waved her arms up and down really fast. Then Death walked up from behind, and placed his hand on her head. in fright she jumped and ran to hide behind Zero. Death then pulled out a little notebook with a black marker, She slowly and hesitently reached for it. Zero asked her, "Why dont you just tell me?" the skelengton tried to hide behind the little notebook, but after a while she just pointed at her bone throat.

Zero then thought, ' oh yeah, skelengtons don't have any vocal chords.' he then gave her a grin, she blushed and wrote somthing done. When Zero read the note, he smiled.
