BOOM Boom...

"Hmm... Is that a huge wooden monster attacking the candy kingdom, but its currently trapped in some sort of isometric triangle like cage... thing." Asked NikkM as she looked over the edge of the ship. "Oh... now its loose... " BOOM BOOM BOOM! "It appears they fired cannon's with candy people as ammo... The wood monster thing just sort of shot all but one of the sky... Wierd." Zalton began to pace back and forth, "Should we help? They need our help." NIkkM interuppted with, "No wait... I see Finn and jake... Riding a two headed flying elephant... I think they got it, lets just keep going." Zalton went to the edge and watched the battle ensue.

"Hoist the main sail, Lets get out of 'ere!" shouted the captain as she walked out of the captains cabin. NikkM noticed a scent, it was faint but still identifiable. She smelled a faint trace of blood, she follwed her nose to the sorce of the smell. She passed through several legs. Braver got angry when NikkM crawled through her legs, and made her way the captain. "Just what do you think your doing?" asked Braver when she picked up NIkkM by the back if her coat. "I am following the scent of blood, Captain is bleeding." Braver dashed towards Captain, and quickly asked, " Captain are you okay?" The Captain brushed off Braver, and said, "Yes, I'm fine. It mustv'e been from the hit I took from the worm people."

NikkM stood up and said, " Right." As she walked away. The captain peered at NikkM as she approched the edge of the ship. Zalton was about to ask NikkM what she meant when the ship suddenly picked up speed. Zalton lost his footing along with everyone else except for NIkkM, Yoru, And the Captain. "Sorry about that, wind snuck up on me." Yelled Extra from behind steering device, or the wheel thingy... yeah... anyway... " I think a storm is coming." said Extra as he used one of his arms to check a hand held wind gauge.

The Captain squinted through the captains hat and bandana. looking out into the sky. " No... not a storm... a Fight." NikkM and Yoru both shot the heads in the same direction. "Do you hear that?" Asked Yoru with her face in a scowl. "Yes." Said NikkM as she readied her blade. Captain asked, "What is it you hear?" NikkM and Yoru glanced at each other, "It sounds like cling and jingle of chains." Captains face went blank, And that's when it happened. A large needle went through the main sail, though the hole was not much bigger then a foot in circumfrence. The wind was so strong it tore it in two.

NikkM drew her blades, at the same time Yoru launched her sword into the air. She jumped after her sword and caught it. She landed next to NikkM, with her sword readied. Storm, and Cloud both grabbed their bow's and arrow's. Braver reached for her sword, and stepped in front of the Captain. Extra hopped down to the captains side as well, he took out four large daggers two of which were hidden in his chef's sleeve's. The last two were in his boots, all of them were double edged.

FWIP FWIP FWIP

Two needle's went through the hull of the ship the last one was heading towards the Captain, Yoru used the flat side of the blade to deflect the needle. The needle bursted into shards, the shards shot across the bowel. "What the F?! Pay attention." Yelled Yoru at the Captain. When she noticed the Captain, still with same look. "Captain?" asked Yoru as she looked at the captains eyes. The Captain's ear's would twitch whenever someone said 'Captain'.

Yoru began to reach for the Captain's coat lapel. When a strange noise alerted Yoru of evil, before she could turn around. Another noise alerted her of down fall, Yoru looked down at her abdominal area. A large black spike was sticking out of the lower left part of her stomache. 'No one can be that quick... not even any blood on the... spear thing.' Thought Yoru, before the spear was quickly pulled out. Yoru whinced in pain, at the same time was swatted to the side railing of the ship. When she struck the railing, she nearly broke the side of the ship.

She looked up from under her hair, as blood started to pool around her. "Yoru!" Yelled NikkM as she dashed towards Yoru, before she was stopped by needle like projectile's. Four of them, They looked longer then the Captain's. Except a little thicker, and instead of having two sharp point's, it had one blunt side. She looked up from where it came from. She saw Storm and Cloud hanging from a wire, blood leaked from their bodies. Two dark figures stood along the mass, one was holding the other end of the wire, which was connected to what looked like a large sewing needle.

The other held what looked like a special bow, his back carried his quiver which seemed to hold a seemingly infinite amount of needles. He had one ready to let loose, NikkM got ready to dodge. When she heared a grunting noise. She turned to where the Captain, Extra and, Braver stood. She saw Braver on her knee's with a needle through her left shoulder. She was bleeding from the top of her head, as Blood trickled down her face. Extra was sprawled out on the deck, He had at least twenty or more needles sticking out of his back. The Captain was being held from the neck by a large dark needle, like a javilyn. The Captain kept a tight grip on the needle to keep from passing out. The person who held the spear, chuckled as the Captain gasped for air.

NikkM flinched as the Captain twitched from the struggle. The men who invaded the ship all wore the same armor, it was black and had strange carvings about them. All the carvings were uniqe to each of the mysterious warriors. NikkM noticed that all of their weapons were similar to each others. Although the needle's themselves seemed to be made of different metal's. She also noticed thier ship was no where to be seen. 'How did they get abored?' Thought NikkM as she looked over to Yoru. "Yoru, you alright?" asked NikkM as she lowered her gaurd.

"...KoFF!.. Yeah..." Answered Yoru as she hacked up some blood, and lowered her head. NikkM looked at the one who put the large needle through Yoru. He held his needle like a sword, yet his stance was lazy, and relaxed. "So... what is it you want?" asked NikkM as she sheathed her cutlass's. The large man turned to Yoru and looked up at the mass. He gestured somthing with his hand, and the bowman slowly relaxed the arrow. He put away his arrow, the large man began to walk towards NikkM. When he got close enough NikkM could see what his mask resembeled. It looked like a metallic lion, its teeth were as long as daggers. He said in a raspy deep voice, "We are here, for our fourth best shot... see we never forgive when someone kills our captain..."

NikkM looked at the man and said, "Uh I didn't kill anyone." All at once the masked men began to laugh. NikkM used the confusion to go free her friends. But... before she could even move, she felt somthing on her cheek. She saw a cut open and blood begin to pour out, she turned her eyes to what hit her. She saw a needle stuck in the wall, she turned to see the bowman ready to fire again. 'How could he have known? I didn't even have time to react.' The bowman shook his head, 'No.'

NikkM scoffed, and gritted her teeth. "Now then, were going to take our prisnor and leave." Said the man with a lion mask. As he walked closer to NikkM, so close NikkM could see every last scratch his armor had. She upped her gaurd and changed stance. "Don't you hurt her!" Yelled Zalton as he ran to the lion man, carrying a cutlass. The lion masked man held up his hand and signaled it was okay. As Zalton kept running, he finally reached him and struck down with the cutlass. "Zalton! NO!" screamed NikkM as she used her boots of speed to grab Zalton. But as soon as she moved, a needle went through her right shoulder and pinned her to the side of the ship.

The man in the lion mask caught the cutlass with his left hand, and drew his long needle sword. NikkM watched as Zalton struggled to get the sword loose, the man in the lion mask said, "I commend you for your bravery. However I can't have interference with our plans."

Shink'...

Zalton Groaned, and looked down. The needle went through his stomache, Blood squirted out and soaked his shirt. Zalton hacked up some blood before passing out. The man lifted Zalton with the needle, he smiled and flung Zalton towards NikkM. He was stabbed through the left shoulder, and stuck on the wall as well. He was faceing NikkM, as his blood leeked into NikkM's wound. "Z... Zalton?... Are you... Are you... Zalton... No... No... NO NONONO!" NikkM transformed into a werewolf, She caught Zalton before he could reach the ground. She slowly placed him down, and stood up. She looked at the masked man and roared.

The rest of the masked men all dissapered, all except for the lion masked man, and the masked man holding the Captain. NikkM attacked in blind rage, this would be her downfall. The lion masked man was easily able to parry all the strikes delivered by NikkM. The man laughed as he sent his needle sword through NikkM's chest. NikkM staggered to stand and began to cough up some blood. The man pulled out his sword and shook the blood off. NikkM slowly went to her knees, she turned back into a human as she hit the floor.

She looked up through her hair, she saw the masked men walk away. She saw captain being carried away, as the captains legs kicked. She heared the creaking of wood as they walked out of sight. She slowly, closed her eyes. As the sound, the smell, and even the pain, began to fade. The last thing she heared, was the sound of a thump... and a thud.

"Hey...

...Are you...

...Okay?..." Asked a soft voice.

NikkM opened her eye's slowly, and saw a small girl stareing down at her. She had greyish blue skin, with two bite marks on th left side of her neck. Her clothes looked loose, but comfy. She wore a strange coat. It had a fur lineing around the cuffs and the hood. Her lace up boots went up and around her calfs. He pants were big, loose at her thighs and hips. She wore a strange medallian that had a strange glow, like a blue calm flame. She had long black hair, one side was shaved. Her eyes were a rose red, and seemed to glow as they stared down at NikkM.

"Marcilene?" Said NikkM in a confused voice. The young girl looked over her shoulder at another dark figure, It aproched slowly. It was a man, from the looks of it. He was wearing a large oversized hoodie, his hood was covering his eyes, and most of his face. His pants looked like a toak on of arabian loose pants, but were a dark shade of grey. He wore no shoe's and looked like he never clipped his nails, because his nails looked like talons.

"Is she okay?" Asked the figure from behind the young girl. The young girl gave a thumbs up, and turned to her side to pick up something. NikkM tried to sit up and see what the two were doing, but as soon as she moved her abdominal muscles. She felt a tearing in her chest, the pain made her whice and grind her teeth. "You mustn't move! Your stiches are still fresh. And your ribs were shattered, from whatever injured you. " Said the young girl as she brought back her arms from the side, with a little tin cup. "Here, you need to drink this water. It has a special plant mixed in, it will stop the pain... for now."

The dark figure turned around and said, "Hey this guy isn't moving... his heart sounds thready, and weak. what should I do?" NikkM turned her head in pain, she saw Zalton lying down only four feet away. Four seemingly endless feet away. "Here, do it." Said the girl as she pulled off her strange meddalian and handed it to the dark figure. The figure pulled off his hood and revealed long dark hair. Unkept, and uncut. She saw his hair spiked up, and to large spikes... wait... those spikes... are... twitching... NikkM then realized they were ear's.

'What? he's a werewolf?... but he's still humanish...' Thought NikkM as she watched the wolf boy, hold the medallian over Zalton. NikkM struggled to continue to watch, her neck felt like needles were going in and out. She fought through the pain, and watched as the wolf boy slowy waved the meddalian over Zalton. The calm blue flame, became a purple static. The boy slowly let go, when he did it began to float. The meddalian floated over Zalton, it hovered closer and closer to Zalton's body.

NikkM's vision began to fade, She fought back against the black. Then... the meddalian touched Zalton. The static went across his body, his body jolted and twitched. After a second of watching, NikkM saw Zalton sit up. He took a deep breath, and began to scream in pain. She saw the large hole in his stomache, She tried to get up to help Zalton. Yet when she tried to get up, the black on the edges of her vision increased and pain shot through her body. Her strength nearly gave out completely, The young girl placed her hand on NikkM's shoulder.

"You must not move! He will be fine." said the young girl as she turned back to watch. NikkM kept her eyes on Zalton, she watched him scream, and jerk his head side to side. She wanted to get up, and longed for his gentle reasuring glance. The static seemed to increase, as it shot through his body. The hole in his stomache began to close, his flesh started to rebuild. NikkM watched in amazment, as Zalton's eyes seemed to glow. Her vision was fading fast, when Zalton's stomache finnaly closed. NikkM saw his eyes simply ooze the purple static, the static began to return to the meddalian.

The meddalian absorbed the static, It began to float over Zalton. At last his eyes stopped, and as the meddalian finished absorbing the static. The blue flame returned, and it dropped. The wolf boy caught the meddalian, before it struck Zalton. "Should we use it on her?" asked the wolf boy to the young girl. The young snatched the meddalian from the wolf boy. "No, Take a look." Said the young girl.

The wolf boy took a look, and said, "Hmm... what am I supposed to see other than this chicks weird shaped..." "No! Look at her blood." said the young girl in anger. "Oh, you mean how it's rebuilding her body structure." Said the wolf boy as he turned around. "Duh." said the young girl as she hung the meddalian around her neck. NikkM's vision was nearly completely blacked out. She kept her gaze on Zalton, She saw his chest breath in, and out. In and out...In and out... IN AND OUT... "In and out."

"In and out... In and out... In and out."

"Alright Luner, I know how to pump a pop keg."

"I'm just tryong to help Carter."

"*Sigh* Yeah your right, Sorry... I'm just saying, that saying what to do, while I'm doing it... it dosen't really help."

"Oh I guess your right... sorry."

NikkM was confused, when did these voices start talking, and why are they so annoying. She opened her eyes, as she did, light blinded her. She let her eyes adjust, and when they finished, she sat up.

"Hey look... she's awake."

"NikkM, Your okay!" said a male, as he tackeled NikkM. NikkM squinted in anoyance, and thought of throwing off whoever it was that tackeled her. She opened her eyes and looked down at whoever it was. "Zalton?" Asked NikkM as she russled his hair. He looked up with tears in his eyes, and said, "NikkM, I... I was.. so.. scured (I purposly wrote it like that. to make him sound kinda funnycute.)" NikkM smiled and continued to mess up his hair, "You are such a baby." said NikkM with a small smile.

"So your awake... How are you feeling?" asked a soft female voice. NikkM's face went blank, she turned her head and saw the young girl. She smiled and said, "Uhhh... much better."
