I do not own the characters of Teen Wolf. I only own this idea. Reviews are appreciated, I love to know what you think. My hands are shaking while I'm typing this, it's really triggering me.

Derek walked down the stairs a few minutes later, no longer wearing a sweatshirt, but back in a black t-shirt. He stopped a little short at the bottom step when he saw Stiles waiting for him, confusion filling his eyes as he looked at the teen who was leaning against the railing. "You didn't have to wait for me, you know?", said the wolf as he walked over to the teen, crossing his arms over his chest. "Yes, I did. I'm going to make sure you walk into that room there with the intention of trying to eat.", explained Stiles as he looked over at the other teen, who's green eyes flickered in worry before flickering back to natural. "You could have already been eating, Stiles.", explained Derek as he walked with him to the entrance of the kitchen, seeing the pack all seated at the table as they began their breakfast. "I had Peter prepare ours, so the rest of the pack wouldn't inhale everything put in front of them.", explained the teen as he stopped at the entrance when the wolf did. Derek looked as though he was ready to bolt from the room, his body tense, his nails digging into his arms.

Just the thought of having somebody else preparing his meal made his nerves grow, the wolf was used to preparing the meal on his own, so he knew what went into it and how much there was in a serving. "I know it might not be my place to have him do that, but, I think you need a little push. A challenge. Which is why I'm also going to give you a bit of a distraction during breakfast that you can focus on, too.", explained the teen as he walked over to the couch, picking up a black hard-covered tablet and a pen. "And that would be for?", asked the wolf as he gestured towards the tablet and pen, before looking at the teen in confusion. "You're going to write down every food that you 'think' you can't have, or every food that you have ever binged with.", explained Stiles as he handed over the tablet and pen. "You sure do like to challenge people, don't you?", asked Derek as he opened the tablet and flipped to the first page, following the teen into the kitchen, taking a seat beside him at the table. All eyes shifted towards them the moment they sat down at the table, Derek's body tensed as Peter sat a plate in front of him, trying to calm his nerves by turning his attention to the tablet in his lap.

"Anything you can think of, just write it down. In between writing, take a few bites. Drink a bit, as long as something gets into your system.", explained Stiles as he dug into his breakfast. "You sound like Peter.", replied the wolf as he continued to write, his other leg bouncing up and down as he felt his stomach clench in a demand for food. "Wiff 'ood inten'on.", managed out the teen around a mouthful of food, washing it down with a big chug of his juice. "Pardon?", asked the oldest wolf in confusion as he looked towards the teen. "With good intention.", repeated Stiles now that he had a clear mouth, grinning at the oldest wolf. Derek looked up from the tablet when he felt a pair of eyes on him, Isaac looked up at his Alpha before glancing down at the wolf's plate, before looking back to his eyes. He understood the silent hint that the Beta was sending to him, setting the pen down on the tablet, closing it, as he picked up his fork and moved the food around on his plate until it wasn't touching. A few bites aren't going to kill me, right? The wolf cut everything on his plate into 8 small pieces in separate areas of the plate.

"Okay, I've got a question, Derek.", said Scott as he swallowed his mouthful, looking over at his Alpha from across the table. "Ask away.", replied Derek as he took a small sip of water, knowing the liquid would fill him up faster more than the food would. "What's up with the whole number thing? 8 pieces and 4 different groups. Sausage, eggs, potatoes, and half a pancake.", asked Scott curiously as he used his fork to gesture around the older wolf's plate from his seat. "Okay. Um. Big explanation for that. It's kinda programed into my head by now, it's like instinct when something is set in front of you. Cutting everything into small pieces makes everything go down a bit better, you're able to tell how much you have in front of you, how much your expected to eat, how much you have left, and which you should start and end with. Usually it is exactly like this, 8 pieces and four different groups, it's easy to keep track of that way. It helps you plan out your next meal and helps you determine if you're going to eat at all. Take two bites, then drink some, and take two more. You fill up faster if you drink in between bites.", explained Derek as he took another sip of his water, not wanting to face the food just yet.

"Doesn't it get tiring, though? Constantly counting everything out, planning it, fearing any food?", asked the Beta as he kept his eyes on his Alpha. "It is tiring, planning everything out and making sure you added everything to the exact number. It's hell.", replied the Alpha as he pushed the food around on his plate again, allowing the pack to hear an honest answer from him, to get a glimpse of what it was like. "Despite his Eating Disorder, Derek actually is an amazing cook. We all wouldn't have survived if it wasn't for his cooking.", praised Peter as he grinned over at his nephew, pride shining in his eyes. "It was just a culinary class in High School. Nothing too special.", replied Derek as he felt his cheeks heating up in a blush, the tips of his ears turning red. "We need to put you in front of the stove one night and let your cooking speak for you. You need to make your ice cream sandwich cake.", coaxed the oldest wolf as he smiled at his blushing nephew. "Ice cream sandwich cake?", asked Erika with excitement in her eyes, he swore she even licked her lips. "A lay of any ice cream sandwiches that you want, then a layer of hot fudge, then a layer of crushed oreo cookies. You repeat that again, and then top it off with a layer of whipped cream and a few milk chocolate or white chocolate shavings. Stick it in the freezer for a few hours and then your good to go.", explained Derek as he swallowed a mouthful of his pancake, seeing Stiles practically smiling from ear to ear.
